Room was clean and spacious, especially for Japan. Hotel was close to Disney Land and Disney Sea, making it easy to take the bus to and from. The check in and out was also easy, if you're wanting to leave your bags at the hotel before checking in, or after checking out be warned it is a self service baggage storage that has very limited space, so get in early or you might miss out

Loved this hotel!
Room was small for my husband and I, but we made it work. The detail and esthetics are incredible. The luggage storage for check-in is extremely handy and the location is great! For those of you on a budget who can't afford the Disney hotel, this hotel is an experience on its own and it's less than a 5 min taxi ride (use Go taxi app) to the Disney ride area.
If you prefer to walk, my husband and I walked the one day to the mall beside Disney and it took us approx 20 ish minutes.
Fair warning in advance, it really is all do it yourself check-in, BUT there is a call button if you need help. Our check-in machine wasn't working and a staff member came out immediately and helped us.
The hotel is also conveniently located across from Lawson's and 711 which was great for morning and late night night snacks.

Very good hotel, most people look like they stay here as part of their Disney World trip. Very friendly with standard Japanese and Western food for breakfast.

The mattresses are a bit firm tho, and I stayed in two different rooms, and the one located at the corner, with windows from both sides, does not have acoustic isolation as efective as th one that only face one side.

Cool place with the animatronics in the reception.

I booked this hotel for our stay at Tokyo Disney and it did not disappoint. It’s about a 15/20 min walk to the parks and has a good selection of convenience stores around to pick up snacks.
We loved the novelty of the dinosaur check in staff.
Beds are a little firm but this is the preference in Japan and is consistent across all hotels we’ve stayed in here so not against this one in particular

We loved this quirky stay for our one night before heading to Tokyo Disney. The dinosaur robots were awesome and easy to use. We had luggage transferred so staff were readily available and easily reachable to help us with our bags that had been stored securely away. The rooms were very small for two Australians/ luggage with two single beds but it was manageable for one night!

Very convenient location for Tokyo Disneyland. Just two bus stops away. Convenience store next door and across the street. Located in a quiet neighborhood. My kids really enjoyed the dinosaurs. Keep in mind that you don’t really encounter any workers as most things are automated. I think you can call for an attendant if needed.

It’s kitschy and really meant more for families going to Disneyland, which is within walking distance. The restaurant attached is only OK, but there are restaurants and convenience stores very close by. I didn’t have any issues thankfully, because other than cleaning staff I saw no one. The automated system actually worked surprisingly well.

Awesome hotel in Tokyo Bay

Very nice and cool hotel where dinosaurs are checking you in. Great location, especially if you are heading for Disneyland or Disneysea and don't want to spend a fortune. The room was a bit small but very clean.
The lovely staff had even squeezed in an extra bed for our kid. Thank you so much!

Quirky Hotel near Tokyo Disney

We debate staying at the Disney properties or the hotels on the monorail, but ended up with Henn Na in part because of price, but also the novelty of the place.

The novelty wears off - it's a small hotel with small rooms (typical for Japan), and the dinosaur theme is only present in the lobby. But it is fun seeing the dinosaur robots every time we walk through the lobby.

The check-in robots can automate your check-in, but only if you're prepared, as they can't really go off-script. It asks you to type in your name, and it has to be the exact full name you booked with or it will summon a staff member to complete the process with you, which kind of breaks the fun.

It's too far from Disney to walk, in my opinion, and the shuttle is infrequent. But the #9 bus stops right outside and will get you to the monorail station in about 5 minutes, so that's what we did most of the time.

There are restaurants and convenience stores very close to the hotel.

They make a big deal about their in-room robot, but we couldn't get it to do anything reliably.

Novelties aside, it was a clean, friendly, efficient hotel and we have no complaints. Would recommend.

The property was fun as dinosaur robots check you in. I didn't like how you had to write your details onto an electronic form with your finger. A keyboard would be better. I have no idea how anyone was ever going to read what i put in. We only stayed on night after disney visit. You can get there by bus from Maihama station.

Great hotel, great location.

Fantastic stay for a very reasonable price. Very close to Tokyo Disney, convenient free shuttle, multiple times there and back. If you miss it or go outside of open and closing hours, there’s a city bus stop very close, gets you there in 5 minutes. A Lawson across the street, and a 7-11 just a few feet to the left. Raptor check in was very whimsical. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Disney.

Very nice location close to Tokyo Disney resort. They provide transportation to Maihama station which is right in front entrance to Disney. Have a 711 and a Lawson in front and next to. I was able to leave my luggage's at the hotel earlier than my check in time to be able go and explore. Odaiba is two stops away from Maihama station. And 30 minutes away from Tokyo station. Great experience here would visit again.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. However, the A/C squeaked while running. And then after an hour or two shut off.
Also, if you are visiting any place other than Disney Resort on other days of your stay, such as Tokyo, it is not very convenient. We had to check out by 7 am so there was no shuttle to the station at that time.
But, we did enjoy our stay. Thank you.

For the novelty this hotel is great.
However the beds are smaller than normal twin beds (even at other hotels in japan and considering the two travellers could fit into 1 twin bed else where and barely into separate beds here it was a bit odd) and very uncomfortable. I would not stay again but for small kids or an experience it is well worth it. The breakfast was fun and themed with dinosaurs everywhere. I did love the hotel but wish the sleeping part was more comfortable.

Decent sized room (we booked a triple for 4 so actually more crowded than it could have been) - the entryway can also be separated from the room by a door which is great for getting changed and showering etc. Toilet and shower are separate, which again was perfect when there were 4 of us sharing. Location is great for Disney, not so much for visiting Tokyo as a whole - but we had to do it for one night! We did it at the end of our trip, and the hotel has a free shuttle to the train station which is perfect and then you can get to Narita without connecting in the city centre. Konbinis also just across the road. Everything you could need, really.

The main attraction are the dinosaurs, but considering the price, the facilities are not good enough. The service is handled by robots, so depends if you count that as good service.
No included bottled water. Terrible bed (basically a hard wooden box with a thin mattress). The water pipes are noisy during the night. No gym. The robot in the room is a gimmick, unnecessary and noisy.

We stayed here to go to DisneySea and Disneyland. This hotel has a shuttle service which is very helpful. If we didn’t catch the shuttle there was a number 9 bus from maihama station that stops right in front of the hotel. There’s also a 7/11 and Lawson right outside or the hotel. Only thing I didn’t like was the mini robot inside of the hotel.

Love this hotel. My son was ecstatic at arrival when the check in was done by a raptor.

The rooms are spacious (for Tokyo sizes) and very comfortable. Breakfast was a super plus and they have plenty of options. One of the best breakfast options during our long trip to Japan.
It has a shuttle to Disney and can also be walked (15 mins walking distance), we did it twice with our 6 year old and he loved to see the beautiful houses on the way.

We would definitely stay here again in the future for our Disney trips. We live in Houston, and Disney Sea was our favorite park.

The hotel itself is well kept & clean. It is unstaffed at the front but your dinosaurs will check you in lol, there are people working there if you call that will assist you.

I needed assistance and although the staff member spoke very little English but used his phone to translate to help me as best as he could, took a bit but he was very patient and was able to help with my issue.

The area is located in a nice quiet area, there is a Lawsons convenient store right across the street.

If you are going to Disney area its about a 20min walk or there is a shuttle that goes to Miahama Station where you can then take the monorail to the park. Also the IKSPIARI Shopping Mall is at the miahama station which is a great place for some food and shopping.

The room is small but typical for Japan, the bed was pretty firm which i thought may be an issue but actually slept very well.

The proximity to Disneyland and the shuttle buses to and from the hotel were great. However we didn't know about the shuttle, until after we checked in, and decided to walk there hauling suitcases from the train station in Maihama when we arrived. The breakfast included was ok. Large selection of items.The bacon was not cooked and the scrambled eggs really runny ,so hardly cooked either. My son (age 21) loved the icecream at the breakfast buffet! The novelty of the dinosaurs at check in continued to amuse us during our stay. The hotel rooms were on the small side - where can you put your suitcases ? but to fit 3 in a room was awesome.The rooms were really clean and had all the amenities you would need. The biggest downfall for me as I suffer from a sore low back was that the beds were way too hard, but I find most beds in Asia really hard. I would not stay here again only because of the hard beds.

Only question was we thought check out was 11am as stated on our email but when we turned up just after midnight we were told has shirt stay check out 9am. The location is awkward for everything but Disney as it's in the middle of a suburb, and the shuttle bus only runs one way from the hotel to the train station in the morning and one way from the train station to the hotel in the evening which can make day of arrival or going to and from on other days awkward. We took the shuttle bus to Maihama station in the morning and walked from there to the parks.

The lack of human staff in the initial reception area is also odd, I felt like I didn't know where to go with my questions when I first got there.

The beds in the room feel like a 2-inch-thick dorm mattress on a piece of plywood and I woke up sore every day after interrupted sleep. The rooms are small and the air conditioner is controlled by a voice-activated egg \"robot\" which is awkward to control rather than a traditional thermostat with temperature settings. Every time you need to turn up or down the air, you have to tap the thing in the face until it wakes up, then clearly say \"Make the air conditioner temperature lower\" until it understands you properly and changes the AC setting. I would have preferred a thermostat.

Overall, a clean hotel well-located for Disneysea and Disneyland in Tokyo with a cute robot dinosaur theme and a really neat pair of T-rex heads in the lobby. Small, clean rooms with very uncomfortable beds. If you miss the shuttle buss (sometimes over an hour between buses), you're stuck with paying for a taxi (1000 yen) or walking almost 2 miles.

Good wee hotel and a little fun for kids

Great for Disney with timetabled free bus to and from Maihama station taking you to Disney train line. There’s also a bus stop outside if you miss hotel bus! Staff were good as I’d changed our reservation for before and after our Disney day. Room was bigger than I expected and comfy with air con as required. Brekkie ok with added ice cream if you fancy it.

Great unique hotel. Never been to anything like this before. Free shuttle to Maihama station multiple times a day is a plus. Decent breakfast. Mattresses could use an upgrade. Overall was a good stay.

Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Check in/out was easy with the dinosaurs. Shuttle bus is great. Rooms are clean but kind of small. Our room had a good view of the Disney castle and fireworks. Would stay again.

A nice hotel with very good breakfast buffet. Super friendly staff. It was fun to experience a robot check-in and the fine dinosaurs at the entrances. Close to Disneyland with free transfer to the station.

The hotel was nice and clean. The machine couldn’t scan my passport, but an associate came out and fixed it. The beds were firmer than I prefer, but okay. My rooms air conditioner worked fine, but my friend in our second room had trouble sleeping because hers was making a weird bubbling noise. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of different options.
