We had a nice stay here in April during a convention, and also a visit to Disney and DisneySea. The location is in a pretty quiet area and was about a 10-15 minute walk to the train station and a big mall with grocery and restaurants.

The staff was fantastic, gave us great information about the area. They were also a big help on the last morning when we were forwarding our luggage onto our next hotel.

There was very convenient free morning shuttle bus that took us to the train station, Disney or DisneySea.

Great service by the front service staff, explained clearly the options to get to/fro Disney. Very helpful when we needed advice too. Nearest convenience store (FamilyMart) is about 5-7min walk away, hotel’s lobby sells some basic food stuff if needed too. Took a cab from train station to hotel, which costs 800yen

Hotel looks good in the picture but the set up looks like a motel/inn, it’s disappointing I’m not expecting it to be like that. Hard to get a transportation in the area you have to walk 7min to the bus stop. Shuttle service going to Disneyland is only around 7,8 and 9 in the morning.

MyStays Shin-Urayasu more than met our expectations. While not a five-star facility, our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant that serves a very good breakfast that includes Japanese and Western selections. Unfortunately, it's not open for lunch or dinner. But, the Shin-Urayasu train station is just a 20-minute leisurely walk away. There is an Aeon Mall with a food court and several other \"sit down\" and fast food restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the train station. There are two combinis on the way to the train station - Family Mart and 7-11. Of course, being close to the train station makes it easy to reach other parts of Tokyo. We felt very safe walking from the station to the hotel even late at night. Overall, a very good hotel in a convenient location.

The staff was excellent! The parks (Disney) were a little further away than I thought but the shuttle service was great. We decided an Uber was best for our situation and only cost about 1,300 yen ($9-$11 usd) plus after a 12 hour day of walking the park you just want to get dropped off at your front door. We had a good experience overall and would recommend.

Clean. Friendly staff. Location is convenient for Disney if you don’t want to spend much.

Shuttle offered starts at 7:30am, which I’m sure for most is great, but not early enough for us so we got an Uber.

Not the comfiest of beds/rooms, but good value for what we paid.

Immediate location has nothing within 10 mins walk, but a mall with a few shops, supermarkets and lots of fast food places is just 15 mins walk away.

People are very nice, they will help you the best they can if you don’t speak Japanese. But there are some front desk workers that can speak English. I would still recommend using google translate or some kind of translation app. Also if you don’t want to walk use DiDi or go taxi app. I prefer DiDi

Area around the hotel is nice and quiet. It’s about 10-15min walk from the closest train station (JR Shin-Urayasu), but they provide Morning and Evening shuttle bus that goes to JR Shin-Urayasu station, Disneyland and DisneySea, which is very convenient.

The hotel offers free bus service to Shin-urayasu station and Disneyland and Disneysea in the morning. The pickup in the evening is difficult to find and there are only 3. The first room i was assigned had a great view of Disney. The room had a funny smell. I called reception and they moved me to another room. The customer service and room amenities were great. The bed was hard and squeaked. I had stayed in this hotel 2 times before and always had a good experience. The mini shop on the ground floor was great and convenient.

The staff were polite and helpful. The facilities were clean. The toiletries were DHC, good quality products. They had a shuttle to the station and to Disneyland. There were options for restaurants and shopping centers within a walkable distance.

They could have provided guests with water. It had to be purchased from a vending machine, in house shop area or convenience store.
It would have been nicer to have shuttle service throughout the day rather than just in the mornings and late evenings.
The only option available was a smoking room but it wreaked of smoke. It would have been nice if they freshened the air. There was an air purifier but it kept getting turned off when I was out of the room.

The main train station and bus station is 10-15 minute walk. Free transportation to that station via shuttle service. Always go early for the shuttle, it does fill up! Full grocery store at this station as well as a mall with anything you could need :-) The breakfast was delicious every day at our hotel and helped us start our day on a positive note. The front desk also was able to call a taxi a few times and our wait was less than 5 minutes.

Good when rooms on sale

In seven days they cleaned my room once. I had to put my garbage bag in the hall to be collected regularly. I purchased breakfast once. It had a variety of little dishes, but it was expensive and not worth the cost. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.hey have a shuttle to the nearest metro station a few times in the morning, but the return shuttles are all in the evening and at night.

Room was small, but very complete and comfortable. For two people, it was tight. The room wasn't lacking anything but size. Free shuttle was to perfection! Any where on the way to the Disney parks, they were able to drop us off. The area was safe and convenient to the Aeon Mall and the train station.

The airconditioning was leaking fluid onto the bed whenever it was turned on. When we spoke with the staff, they were very kind to come try to fix it however their solution was not to turn the A/C that cold. The day after we tried turning on the A/C less cold but it still dripped non stop onto the bed. There were also visible stains on the curtains and the chair and you need to pay to use the TV. It's also quite a far walk to get to the station to train to disney and we did not use their shuttle as it would have taken longer to get to the parks.

Disney- take the staff’s advice, book Disney Hotel

We chose this hotel because of it’s proximity to the Disney Parks. However, the entire experience was a mess. When we checked in the staff was rude and unaccommodating. The only plus was the room’s many amenities, which included many various toiletries and charging wires. Their free bus was behind the train station close to Disneyland, with a very long walk to the park. It was even more inconvenient with DisneySea since you had to take a monorail to the park. The bus did not have all day service. At the pick up times there was always too many people and not enough buses. The bus stops at two other hotels and buses were few and far between. Evidentially they were more than happy to leave us to your own devices. When I tried to asked the staff for more help and information, they rudely dismissed me and advised me multiple times to stay in a Disney hotel. In the end, I ended up using the bus once and taking a cab back because it wasn’t worth fighting for a spot on the bus. The attitude and treatment we received was appalling, and it was only with this hotel. This was not an issue with just some of the staff, but every staff member we encountered. The customer service we received was horrendous. I didn’t see any other foreigners there and now I know why. All in all, I would advise foreigners not to book this hotel if you’re planning to going to the Disney parks. It’s not worth the treatment and trouble you receive. Take the staffs’ advice, for Disney, stay in a Disney hotel.

Comfy stay for Disneyland

This hotel is located in Shin-Urayasu, which is close to Tokyo Disney Resort. If you get to this hotel from JR Shin-Urayasu station, you might need to catch a taxi. It would be very tough to get there by walk. You can get a quiet stay in this hotel. And guests can use the laundry machines. When it comes to transportation to the Disneyland, it’s quite convenient for the guests because they especially provide the free shuttle bus to us every day. In terms of these services and conditions, this place is recommended.

I read some reviews saying that this hotel was convenient but I felt very liked to. The nearest convenience store is about 15 mins away with the hotel providing no dinner. And any shuttle out of the hotel is limited to early mornings and late nights leaving you to fend for yourself most of the day.

駐車場スペースの事前予約が必要ということは初めての体験だったこと、わかりにくかったこと、そのためかチェックイン時に確認したところ外の徒歩7分程の距離にある一般駐車場にとめることとなったのは少し残念でした。しかしもしホテルのグレード的にこういうことが当たり前なのでしたら、最初からもう少し高いグレードのホテルを予約するようにしたいと思います。なお、スタッフの方のご対応はとても丁寧だったと感じました。

ディズニー旅行で利用させてもらいました。
赤ちゃん連れだったのでシャトルバスは利用せず自家用車で移動しましたが、ディズニーから近く行きも帰りもすぐ着くのでよかったです。
小さい子どもがいるからか、特に要望はしていなかったのですが、ベッドを最初からくっつけてくださっていてとても助かりました。
客室も清潔感があり快適に過ごすことができました。

幕張メッセのライブで二泊しました。喫煙の部屋を選んだから、壁やソファの汚れは許容範囲内、空気清浄機があって嬉しかった。バストイレのドアノブ壊れは気になりましたがベッドの寝心地は良かった。新浦和駅間の送迎は本当にありがたかったです！また幕張遠征で利用したいです！

駐車場の確保ができておらず、妊婦や小さい子がいるにも関わらず融通きかず徒歩10分程度(往復20分程度)のコインパーキングに停めることになった。駐車場だけ電話するなどと言う案内は出ておらず、気づかなかった。

新浦安駅からは少し歩きます。夜は暗い道なので1人だと少し不安ですが歩いてる人もたまにいます。
お風呂の排水溝の流れが少し悪いかなぁというのと朝排水溝の臭いが上がってきてるような感じがしました。WiFiに携帯をかざすだけで出来るというのもびっくり！充電器も用意されていて有難かったです。

エレベーターを出て客室に向かう通路はマンションの通路のように外、驚きました。朝はレストランで食べることができますが、夜はやってません。近くにコンビニもなく土地勘もないので困りました。料金と見合うサービスもなく、ビジネスホテルで、ステイを楽しむには不向きです。

室内の金庫がロックがかからなく、点検してもらい、大丈夫ですとの事だったが、念のため動作確認をしたら、今度はロックしたまま開錠できなく、結局金庫は使用できなかった。

ディズニーからのバス乗り場に、結構人が並んでて焦りましたが他のホテルのバスも一緒なので案外乗れます。最終便でもなんとか乗れました。ホテルからディズニーのバスも、このホテル発になるので乗りやすかったです。
自販機も飲み物も食べ物もちゃんとあったり、下に簡易なコンビニ的なのもあったので結構便利です。すぐいけるところに感じがなさそうだったのでこれは良いかと。
彼氏と行きましたが、泊まるだけなら十分過ぎました。

駅から遠過ぎ。施設もリフォームした様ですが、ドアの隙間とかサビや汚れが目立ってました。エアコンも少しカビ臭い。バスルームもカビだらけになるのも時間の問題かなという感じ。部屋が思ってたより広かったのは良かった。事前に問い合わせしたのに返信が遅くて心配したので総合評価低いです。

快適に過ごせました

ディズニーシーからバスの送迎を利用して泊まりました。バスの運転手さんはすごく優しく親切でした。フロントの方も感じ良かったです。

建物はマンションを改装したような感じで部屋に行くまでは吹き抜けでびっくりはしました。
部屋も綺麗で、広さも充分でした。エアコンも冷蔵庫もしっかり冷えて助かりました。
手に持つマッサージ器があり歩き疲れた体にありがたかったです。
隣の部屋からの騒音も一切なく静かでした。
ディズニーに行く時はまた利用したいと思います。

食事は品数も多くゆっくり過ごせて満足できました。
金額も安く利用できたので良かったですが、壁の汚れが酷かったです。あと、駐車場に限りがあるので結構離れた場所止めることになります。（実費）
