Room was very small - a little smaller than anticipated based on the posted sizing. But otherwise the room was clean, and tidy. Appreciated the amenities available in the bathroom. We added the breakfast option and got to enjoy it one morning of our stay. Unfortunately we were unable to make use of the drinking voucher as it ended earlier than we had returned to the hotel - would have been nice to use it but that’s more on us for being out than the hotels fault. Staff was nice and helpful - we used their luggage transfer service for our next hotel without any issues.

Front desk staff are very rude, especially the manager. They never informed us that you’ll be charged for 1K+ yen for a few minutes later checked out when we checked in. The hotel room was very small for a family of 5. I would never recommends this hotel. This was a terrible experience!!!

Clean room, but very small. Barely enough room to open suitcases. But for us was good enough. It did feel cramped. Other than than the staff was great, location for visiting Disney perfect (just a bus ride away), and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Great for the price!

I wanted an off property hotel that was accessible to Disney and the reviews for this hotel I saw said it was clean and there was a bus to Disney plus it was affordable so I booked it. Now after staying there, I would book it again and recommend it to anyone. I don’t know what other rooms looked like but our was very small. Basically enough room for the bed with a private bathroom but we are the people who only use the room for sleep and would rather save money. The bathroom had an amazing shower and a bidet. The front desk has mostly staff that spoke at least a little English which we appreciate but didn’t expect. They have outlet adaptors to borrow if needed. Then free cups of water with free Japanese soda cups. Also for 1 hour a day free alcohol provided by the hotel. The bus station was a 2 minute walk with a 7/11 5 minutes away. This is a great location!

The front desk has mostly staff that spoke at least a little English which we appreciate but didn’t expect. They have outlet adaptors to borrow if needed. Then free cups of water with free Japanese soda cups. Also for 1 hour a day free alcohol provided by the hotel. The bus station was a 2 minute walk with a 7/11 5 minutes away. This is a great location!

The hotel exceeded my expectations for the price paid. The hotel is well situated to Kasai station. The area of Tokyo in which the hotel is situated is peaceful and well resourced. My stay included breakfast and a happy hour of complimentary drinks each day- these were very generous for the price. Perhaps for someone from Japan the expectations are high for hotels- as someone from the UK, this hotel far surpassed anything in the UK which I have experienced at a similar price point.

Wonderful hotel! This location was perfect for my travel plans. It was super close to the train station and bus stops. I took a bus from my hotel to the Tokyo Disney resort and it was a quick 25 minutes bus ride with no issues. The room was clean and just enough space for what I needed. The bathroom did have a musty odor when I first arrived, but I was able to deal with it by running the bathroom air vent. Check in and check out was a breeze and the staff was very kind. Would definitely book here again!!

My favorite place I stayed during my Tokyo Trip! If I would've stayed ANYWHERE for the duration of my trip, it easily would've been here. While the hotel rooms are a little smaller, they're not /as/ small as photos or videos may lead you to believe. I had two suitcases full of things and still felt like I had plenty of room. Bathroom was also exceptionally nice, and the large bathtub was a huge plus. Genuinely, did not expect such a large bathtub, I was really happy. Considering I paid $45 a night for this room, there is no beating this hotel. Sure, it is located a little bit outside many main areas of Tokyo in Edogawa-Kasai, but there's still plenty around both around the hotel as well as in Tokyo. It is not hard to navigate the area around the hotel at all via train or bus, and it is an EXTREMELY SIMPLE bus connection to Tokyo DisneySEA or Tokyo Disneyland. Easily my favorite hotel I stayed in Tokyo, seriously! Did I mention there's a downstairs dining area that has a soda machine for free use? :D

Basic hotel, just a place to sleep and have a shower after being out all day. Kasai train station is a walking distance which is a plus although hotel itself is quite far from any touristy areas such as Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ginza etc.

There are a lot of restaurants nearby such as MacDonalds, ramen and sushi places, etc. The metro is a very short walk away and very convenient. This was such a nice hotel in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood near good public transit connections. The value was great for the price and the staff were helpful and gracious. I liked the different room-cleaning options (so clever that they're magnets you just stick on the door!) and though the dining area was small, the free soft drinks and coffee were a great touch and the breakfast was tasty. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tokyo.

It also offers free drinks at the first floor dining area: alcohol (beer, sake and wine) is free for one hour until 10 pm. The bust station for Disney resort is within 3 minutes baby walk.
