We had a beautiful sea view room and the products and collection offered in the room for toiletries were excellent. We could come back from a long day at the parks and have our own mini-spa night with everything that was available. Great products! Rooms were beautifully cleaned and refreshed, 10/10!

I wish there were more options for food. Buffet seemed very over priced compared to other hotels we stayed (my kids are also picky so it seemed like a high price for us to pay for one or two things they would eat) and there were no other options around unless we took the train to Resort Gateway station - some great restaurants there if you do go to the station)

The staff were great, especially since we don't speak Japanese they were patient and were awesome at making sure we had what we needed or when answering our questions.

This was a beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were good size and well kept. The only fault I can find was the lack of International News Channels in English. As an International Hotel next to and serving Tokyo Disneyland I find the lack of English speaking TV channels puzzleing.

One of my favorite hotels ever! It was clean, well run, and I loved the fresh linen jammies provided nightly! The staff was so gracious. And I had the spotless gym all to myself. I recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to be close to Disney, but also close to the Tokyo Metro for sightseeing

Staff was efficient as soon as we drove up. We were greeted and she helped us with our luggage and escorted us into the hotel to check in. The rooms were spacious. The walk to the monorail was about a 4 minute walk and there was a Lawson right across the street in the Hilton . Dinner buffet was great . A lot of food to chose from . Definitely will stay there again in October

Being able to catch airport limousine was a great bonus for us. Disneyland was our last destination and definitely didn’t want to go through Tokyo station again. We had a limousine bus ride directly from the hotel, only took 1.20mins.

The hotel staffs were very professional, kind and patient with their customers. Our room was very clean and spacious for our family of four. Also, the shuttle service to Disney Sea and Disneyland was very convenient except it’s not designed to accommodate travelers with bigger luggages. The limousine bus to the airport was also very easy for us and the bellmen were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The hotel is stunning, easy to get to the parks(bus and train but very short). The staff was amazing and so helpful! They have free lockers to store luggage which is so nice on check out day! As a whole I would highly recommend this hotel!!

We stayed in a variety of hotels during our time visiting Disney, we found this hotel good value, but the beds were not comfortable, and the lack of air conditioning even in winter made for a stuffy room. Even with the big balcony door open, air flow was lacking.

My stay at Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama was overall excellent. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, with spacious rooms and great amenities. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful, which made the stay feel smooth and relaxing. Their halloween decoration was great for setting the atmosphere for small children
The location is great for visiting the Disney area, and the atmosphere of the hotel was calm and family-friendly. The only small downside was transportation to the Disney parks, which was slightly inconvenient since a transfer is required rather than a direct route.
Aside from that minor issue, everything else was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely go back to this hotel !

The room was nice. Would have expected better bath wash etc for the price of the room. Dinner was awful, cold food when should have been hot, limited variety. Breakfast was much better.
English speaking needs to be improved when booking massage, for cancelled due to not understand. Staff were helpful. Overpriced for what you get unfortunately

Overall, this property was really good. I had no major complaints and they were very respectful. They also were able to add an extra TWIN bad when we had three people instead of two, even though we did have to pay more for that it makes sense. No major concerns outside of the fact that it was really confusing that we did not get a free buffet one per day when we were communicated from the staff members that we would get one free buffet per day? When we confirmed with them they said yes. Apparently you need a food voucher. We asked the front desk, an employee and the waiter up front who all confirmed it. There may have been language barriers? But overall nice despite that unfortunate situation.

We were given a free upgrade to a higher floor which we really appreciated. The view from the balcony of the ocean was amazing, and also from the window in the bathroom while relaxing in the tub. We loved our stay here for two weeks, it was relaxing and a nice 5 minute walk to the bay station monorail. We visited Tokyo Disney and DisneySea multiple times, as well as Ikspiari where they had multiple shops and food options. The morning and evening buffets were so good, and the staff were always pleasant and helpful. If we ever visit Tokyo again in the future, we will definitely stay here again, we loved it so much we were dreading the day we had to leave. Thank you Grande Nikko Tokyo Bay for a memorable experience and trip! <3

This is a BEAUTIFUL hotel! The people that work here are amazing! I can’t recommend this enough. It’s located right next to fantasy Springs Hotel.(and probably cost triple with smaller room rooms.) you are literally less than five minutes walking to the Disney monorail. It was one of our best days in Japan thanks to the kindness of the staff cleanliness of the room and the beautiful hotel! We had concierge level and enjoyed the cappuccino each day!

However, it was 28 minutes walk from Disneyland according to google map, not exactly convenient with luggages in tow arriving from the express way shuttle bus from Shinjuku. Taxi ride from Disneyland to the hotel is about 900 yen. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

It was the most cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at. The staff is so nice, polite, and accommodating. The room was supplied with toiletries. They had luggage storage and even took my bags to my room. It was a beautiful hotel overall! Oh and can’t forget the airport limo picks you up from the hotel. Very convenient!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama and would definitely book a stay here again. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a family of 3! The breakfast buffet was outstanding and really good value. The kids' food section was also impressive. Lots of variety for every kind of foodie! There was also a stroller rental at the hotel, which was great as we didn't break a stroller with us and had a full day at Tokyo Disney Sea. The transportation was also easily accessible, and easy to navigate. We also took advantage of the luggage transfer service on-site. We can't wait to come back!

So we stayed here twice and our first stay was amazing, everything was so clean and comfortable and wonderful. The second time, our room was on the south side and idk if it was our room type but it was gross. You could wipe the black mold off the shower with the palm of your hand. The bathroom in general was not clean. The first bathroom was Japanese style and this one was American style with the toilet in the same room and a shower/bath combo.

Beautiful property, the staff were great, especially at the pool and bell staff. The amenities were so wonderful, the pajamas were really nice. The kids station at the buffet was awesome. There were also lots of cute decorations for Halloween. The access to Disney was amazing. The only downside was it's not by the train or anything and there's only other hotels nearby so if you want to eat other than at the hotel restaurant or do anything other than Disney you have to take a 20 minute+ taxi. And the hotel buffet is a bit pricey.

Great hotel. Coach direct from the Airport to the Hotels in the Disney area. Fast and friendly check in. Loads of space about the hotel and it was all decorated for Halloween which was lovely. There’s also some shops with in it. Hotel room was spot on with a small balcony over looking the Disney park. Staff were amazing!

I wanted a hotel near the disney parks, and it was worth it. We stayed a night and the train runs through the parks. Hotel has a shuttle that takes you straight to the parks or the train station. Definitely staying here more nights when I come back to the disney parks.

Very convenient hotel for Disney resorts, monorail is a few minutes walk and a shuttle bus to the train station. Unfortunately the limousine bus from the airport doesn’t run late and a taxi is about 10,000yen. Nice view and the central area of the hotel is fun and dramatic. Buffet breakfast and dinner was convenient, the other restaurant is pretty $$$. Clean, large rooms with everything you need.

It was about 6 minute walk from the train station to get to Disneyland. It was convenient and the inside is nice. Have a small convenience store inside that’s open 24 hours for snacks, some foods , and drinks.

Beautiful property! We had a lovely view of the bay from our room and even the shower! The room was plenty big and while not brand new decor, still tasteful and bright. We loved the price and the convenience to Disney and Ikspiari, walked about 5 minutes to the Monorail staton, Bayside.

It was a great post Disneyland Hotel. Just note the lounge closes at 10pm and there's certain options that close off by then. We stayed till the end at Disney Sea so we didn't get to enjoy it as much as I hoped we would. Views was great. It's a great option to other hotels in the area like toy story if you don't care for happy entry..you can see this hotel form the lounge.

The hotel is spotless with immaculate staff who go above and beyond. The location is perfect for the Disney resorts and the views of Tokyo Bay are incredible. We used our stay as a relaxing end to our holiday and can thoroughly recommend. The breakfast and dinner (which we had instead of breakfast as we had an early flight out) was gorgeous and plentiful with stunning views possible.
