What a grand and beautiful hotel. Everything was great. My only feedback is limited food options. Just a buffet restaurant and Japanese restaurant which is limiting for families with young kids. Lucky the Japanese restaurant had kids meals which the kids loved so much they wanted to eat twice in a row. Also the service provided by the Nepalese gentleman at the Japanese restaurant was so good he even helped us cook my husbands meal since we didn't know how to cook the soup and meat.

This biggest dissatisfaction was the swimming pool amenities. Kids were looking forward to a swim but you had to pay to use the pool which is unheard of in my experience. To add, it was so expensive! Around 2000 yen for adults and 1500 yen kids. I didn't even want to swim but still have to pay to supervise my kids. It would have cost us $50aud to go to the pool which i couldn't justify and the kids were very dissapointed.

Overall great hotel but can't give it 5 stars due to these factors. Highly recommend for Disneyland goers, 5 min walk to monorail/train to go straight to Disneyland or Disneysea.

This hotel is a gem. The location is a short walk to the Disney monorail station. The staff are amazingly helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. You can walk across the street to the Hilton to visit the convenience store for any food/snacks/medicine you need. This hotel has a great view of the ocean as well as Disneyland. It’s located next door to the Fantasy Springs Hotel. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit Tokyo Disney!

The breakfast was very good. But very crowded. A note to people to familiar with making a reservation. First thing in the morning scan the QR code and you will be assigned a time. Note at 6:30 am I was given 7;15. I saw many people not realizing this scanning. And to be honest half the staff told us you do not need a reservation. Think logically everyone wants to eat early and get to Disney.

I recently stayed at the Grand Nikko and was thoroughly impressed. The breakfast buffet was a major highlight—delicious, high-quality, and a perfect way to start the day.

One of the biggest perks for me was the on-site convenience store (konbini). It had a surprisingly large variety of snacks, drinks, and essentials, which made late-night cravings or quick grabs incredibly easy. Above all, the staff were wonderful; they were consistently kind and professional, making the entire experience feel welcoming and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Hotel is close to the monorail which was a plus plus. Room is spacious and the beds are comfortable.
Wished the convenient store is bigger and has more ready to eat items in stock. However, there is a Lawson right across the hotel at Hiltons.

This place was huuuge. Great facilities like a laundry room, bus stop for both Airport limousines, free Disney Cruiser bus to Maihama station and to Bayside station. They had wonderful luggage storage facilities and not only took my luggage in for a few days before I arrived but kept them overnight whilst I was at Toy Story hotel. It also had amazing restaurants, a small convenience store, and a little merchandise store with some stuff that was exactly the same as the parks! And the lobby was breathtaking IMO! You could also see the Disney fireworks from your room if you got park view which was coooool! My only slight complaint because I’m a very light sleeper, was that as all the rooms face the lobby, (like a kind of motel design if that makes sense) it was kind of noisy. Like at 3am someone was banging around doing something and I could not sleep so I was annoyed but tbf I am a VERY light sleeper so this may not be a problem. And by western standards it’s still a very quiet hotel!

This hotel was absolutely perfect for my family’s trip to Tokyo Disney Sea. It is located just one stop from the entrance.The train station is less than a five minute walk from the hotel. There is a convenience store in the lobby, and a Seven Eleven store across the street inside of the Hilton hotel. I would skip the dinner buffet. The choices are okay, but the food was not hot enough for my liking.

I stayed in room 923 and we had an absolutely SPECTACULAR ocean view with the Tokyo skyline in the distance!

Gorgeous hotel located right off the Disney monorail. Room was large and comfortable with separate toilet/showers which is very convenient when traveling with family. The staff was friendly and helpful. The self service luggage area for your belongings was perfect for the check-in/out days when you wanted extra park time. Will definitely book again!

We had a beautiful sea view room and the products and collection offered in the room for toiletries were excellent. We could come back from a long day at the parks and have our own mini-spa night with everything that was available. Great products! Rooms were beautifully cleaned and refreshed, 10/10!

I wish there were more options for food. Buffet seemed very over priced compared to other hotels we stayed (my kids are also picky so it seemed like a high price for us to pay for one or two things they would eat) and there were no other options around unless we took the train to Resort Gateway station - some great restaurants there if you do go to the station)

The staff were great, especially since we don't speak Japanese they were patient and were awesome at making sure we had what we needed or when answering our questions.

As an International Hotel next to and serving Tokyo Disneyland I find the lack of English speaking TV channels puzzleing.

One of my favorite hotels ever! It was clean, well run, and I loved the fresh linen jammies provided nightly! The staff was so gracious. And I had the spotless gym all to myself. I recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to be close to Disney, but also close to the Tokyo Metro for sightseeing

Staff was efficient as soon as we drove up. We were greeted and she helped us with our luggage and escorted us into the hotel to check in. The rooms were spacious. The walk to the monorail was about a 4 minute walk and there was a Lawson right across the street in the Hilton . Dinner buffet was great . A lot of food to chose from . Being able to catch airport limousine was a great bonus for us. Disneyland was our last destination and definitely didn’t want to go through Tokyo station again. We had a limousine bus ride directly from the hotel, only took 1.20mins.

The hotel staffs were very professional, kind and patient with their customers. Our room was very clean and spacious for our family of four. Also, the shuttle service to Disney Sea and Disneyland was very convenient except it’s not designed to accommodate travelers with bigger luggages. The limousine bus to the airport was also very easy for us and the bellmen were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

My stay at Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama was overall excellent. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, with spacious rooms and great amenities. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful, which made the stay feel smooth and relaxing. Their halloween decoration was great for setting the atmosphere for small children
The location is great for visiting the Disney area, and the atmosphere of the hotel was calm and family-friendly. The only small downside was transportation to the Disney parks, which was slightly inconvenient since a transfer is required rather than a direct route.
Aside from that minor issue, everything else was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely go back to this hotel !

English speaking needs to be improved when booking massage, for cancelled due to not understand. Staff were helpful. Overpriced for what you get unfortunately

Overall, this property was really good. I had no major complaints and they were very respectful. They also were able to add an extra TWIN bad when we had three people instead of two, even though we did have to pay more for that it makes sense. No major concerns outside of the fact that it was really confusing that we did not get a free buffet one per day when we were communicated from the staff members that we would get one free buffet per day? When we confirmed with them they said yes. Apparently you need a food voucher. We asked the front desk, an employee and the waiter up front who all confirmed it. There may have been language barriers? But overall nice despite that unfortunate situation.

We were given a free upgrade to a higher floor which we really appreciated. The view from the balcony of the ocean was amazing, and also from the window in the bathroom while relaxing in the tub. We loved our stay here for two weeks, it was relaxing and a nice 5 minute walk to the bay station monorail. We visited Tokyo Disney and DisneySea multiple times, as well as Ikspiari where they had multiple shops and food options. The morning and evening buffets were so good, and the staff were always pleasant and helpful. If we ever visit Tokyo again in the future, we will definitely stay here again, we loved it so much we were dreading the day we had to leave. Thank you Grande Nikko Tokyo Bay for a memorable experience and trip! <3

This is a BEAUTIFUL hotel! The people that work here are amazing! I can’t recommend this enough. It’s located right next to fantasy Springs Hotel.(and probably cost triple with smaller room rooms.) you are literally less than five minutes walking to the Disney monorail. It was one of our best days in Japan thanks to the kindness of the staff cleanliness of the room and the beautiful hotel! We had concierge level and enjoyed the cappuccino each day!

However, it was 28 minutes walk from Disneyland according to google map, not exactly convenient with luggages in tow arriving from the express way shuttle bus from Shinjuku. Taxi ride from Disneyland to the hotel is about 900 yen. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama and would definitely book a stay here again. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a family of 3! The breakfast buffet was outstanding and really good value. The kids' food section was also impressive. Lots of variety for every kind of foodie! There was also a stroller rental at the hotel, which was great as we didn't break a stroller with us and had a full day at Tokyo Disney Sea. The transportation was also easily accessible, and easy to navigate. We also took advantage of the luggage transfer service on-site. We can't wait to come back!
