Property was great , however we had to pay for the indoor pool access , some around 12 years boy pooped in the pool right next to our daughter swimming , we had to leave . It was disgusting . It would be also helpful if any receptionist or concierge stuff would speak English somewhat , it was very hard to communicate with them . And Breakfast and Dinner buffets were very expensive

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Like the name says, it is grand. The hotel is well maintained and beautiful. All staff are helpful, friendly and always smiling. Location is great. They provide transportation to train stations—-where the mall is also at. Buffet breakfast was delicious and lots of options for even picky kids. Would definitely recommend this to other travelers.

This is my third stay at the Grand Nikko and the Grand Nikko could be a great hotel but it’s not quite there yet. The good: the staff were all great and very helpful, bed and bedding good and a good selection of amenities in the room. The less good: room could have been a bit cleaner - still some drink drips here and there and a bit of dirt around light switches / door handles and a few hairs in the shower. The love seat sofa in our room had seen better days and should be thrown out as it was heavily stained. Shower had no shelf for shampoo etc. The convenience store never had any sandwiches left whenever I visited at various times between 7.30am and 10.30am. Did not try any of the restaurants, but the layout of the buffet, cafe and full service a la carte restaurant could be improved to make more inviting. Overall though, the hotel is a solid choice for the price and is convenient for the Disney Parks.

I liked that there was a laundry room, a Disney store for last minute buys, a convenience store and shuttle buses to the Disney Resort station or Maihama station. And even if you missed the last shuttle bus back to the hotel, it was within walking distance from the closest Disney train station back to the hotel. They even had a baggage storage area that held our bags because it was too early to check in. And then they placed the bags to the room while we enjoyed the Disney Park. They also had a baggage transport area to move our bags from the Grand Nikko hotel to our next hotel in Nara so we could travel easily by train and not have to worry about bringing all our luggage with us on the train.

Convince store was too small seldomly had sandwich’s need larger place and more variety. When pool was open you couldn’t even go see it unless you paid.

Our stay at the Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama was absolutely breathtaking. From the moment you walk in, you’re completely in awe of how stunning and beautiful the hotel is. The atmosphere feels so grand and luxurious, yet still welcoming and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the location was perfect. Honestly, I couldn’t fault it — we absolutely loved staying there and would happily return again.

First trip to Japan & this hotel was perfect if you are visiting Disney Tokyo & Disney Sea. Walking distance but if you prefer there is a Disney tram to transport you. If you plan on visiting other cities like Shibuya, Ginza, & other places the Disney tram and hotel Disney shuttle drop you off at Maihama train station where you can catch a train to any where you like. Definitely download google or Apple Maps and plan your navigation ahead of time like which train line and platform you need, this will help out greatly! The staff were professional with exceptional customer service. The room was clean with a view of the sea from our balcony. Hotel provides slippers, pajamas, and toiletries (shampoo, body wash, tooth brush, blow dryer, extra blankets and pillows). We loved it here.

We (family of four with two young kids) loved everything about this hotel. The lobby/atrium is absolutely beautiful. There was a drink vending machine near our room that the kids liked. There is a 24-hour convenience store with lots of snacks and drinks. The staff is amazing. Everything was clean. My kids said this was their favorite hotel!

We had a lovely three-night stay while visiting Tokyo DisneySea and Tokyo Disneyland.

The complimentary shuttle made everything seamless, with easy access to the monorail and convenient pick-up from the parks.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, and our ocean-view balcony overlooking Tokyo Bay offered beautiful sunset views.

Breakfast was efficient and well-organised, with a good variety. Staff were warm and helpful throughout.

We would happily stay again.

It’s a nice hotel the beds are small twin beds I don’t think they had a queen or king size. The location is great cause it’s right next to Disney but far away from Tokyo and you’ll need to get a uber or train which costs a lot or take a lot of time out of your day if your taking the train. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The pool is also indoor and have you to pay to use it. Not much fun things to do at the hotel expect Disney which is very close by.

What a grand and beautiful hotel. Everything was great. My only feedback is limited food options. Just a buffet restaurant and Japanese restaurant which is limiting for families with young kids. Lucky the Japanese restaurant had kids meals which the kids loved so much they wanted to eat twice in a row. Also the service provided by the Nepalese gentleman at the Japanese restaurant was so good he even helped us cook my husbands meal since we didn't know how to cook the soup and meat.

This biggest dissatisfaction was the swimming pool amenities. Kids were looking forward to a swim but you had to pay to use the pool which is unheard of in my experience. To add, it was so expensive! Around 2000 yen for adults and 1500 yen kids. I didn't even want to swim but still have to pay to supervise my kids. It would have cost us $50aud to go to the pool which i couldn't justify and the kids were very dissapointed.

Overall great hotel but can't give it 5 stars due to these factors. Highly recommend for Disneyland goers, 5 min walk to monorail/train to go straight to Disneyland or Disneysea.

This hotel is a gem. The location is a short walk to the Disney monorail station. The staff are amazingly helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. You can walk across the street to the Hilton to visit the convenience store for any food/snacks/medicine you need. This hotel has a great view of the ocean as well as Disneyland. It’s located next door to the Fantasy Springs Hotel. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit Tokyo Disney!

The breakfast was very good. But very crowded. A note to people to familiar with making a reservation. First thing in the morning scan the QR code and you will be assigned a time. Note at 6:30 am I was given 7;15. I saw many people not realizing this scanning. And to be honest half the staff told us you do not need a reservation. Think logically everyone wants to eat early and get to Disney.

I recently stayed at the Grand Nikko and was thoroughly impressed. The breakfast buffet was a major highlight—delicious, high-quality, and a perfect way to start the day.

One of the biggest perks for me was the on-site convenience store (konbini). It had a surprisingly large variety of snacks, drinks, and essentials, which made late-night cravings or quick grabs incredibly easy. Above all, the staff were wonderful; they were consistently kind and professional, making the entire experience feel welcoming and stress-free. Highly recommended!

This place was huuuge. Great facilities like a laundry room, bus stop for both Airport limousines, free Disney Cruiser bus to Maihama station and to Bayside station. They had wonderful luggage storage facilities and not only took my luggage in for a few days before I arrived but kept them overnight whilst I was at Toy Story hotel. It also had amazing restaurants, a small convenience store, and a little merchandise store with some stuff that was exactly the same as the parks! And the lobby was breathtaking IMO! You could also see the Disney fireworks from your room if you got park view which was coooool! My only slight complaint because I’m a very light sleeper, was that as all the rooms face the lobby, (like a kind of motel design if that makes sense) it was kind of noisy. Like at 3am someone was banging around doing something and I could not sleep so I was annoyed but tbf I am a VERY light sleeper so this may not be a problem. And by western standards it’s still a very quiet hotel!

This hotel was absolutely perfect for my family’s trip to Tokyo Disney Sea. It is located just one stop from the entrance.The train station is less than a five minute walk from the hotel. There is a convenience store in the lobby, and a Seven Eleven store across the street inside of the Hilton hotel. I would skip the dinner buffet. The choices are okay, but the food was not hot enough for my liking.

I stayed in room 923 and we had an absolutely SPECTACULAR ocean view with the Tokyo skyline in the distance!

We had a beautiful sea view room and the products and collection offered in the room for toiletries were excellent. We could come back from a long day at the parks and have our own mini-spa night with everything that was available. Great products! Rooms were beautifully cleaned and refreshed, 10/10!

I wish there were more options for food. Buffet seemed very over priced compared to other hotels we stayed (my kids are also picky so it seemed like a high price for us to pay for one or two things they would eat) and there were no other options around unless we took the train to Resort Gateway station - some great restaurants there if you do go to the station)

The staff were great, especially since we don't speak Japanese they were patient and were awesome at making sure we had what we needed or when answering our questions.

This was a beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were good size and well kept. The only fault I can find was the lack of International News Channels in English. As an International Hotel next to and serving Tokyo Disneyland I find the lack of English speaking TV channels puzzleing.
