You shiuld reconsider this as a VIP property, experience was quite bad.

Terrible check in. Sent us to a machine that failed, then then many people arrived after us, had to stand in line forever.

Then, they wanted to charge 2000 yen per hour (!!!) for late checkout. Not very VIP.

Rooms ok, standard fpr Japan.

The hotel was clean, the staff was welcoming, professional and very helpful, the room was very clean, it was easily accessible to public transportation, you could quickly grab some food at the mall out in front or the Lawson up the block and I would definitely stay here again.

Compared to the other hotels we stayed in Tokyo in the same price range, this hotel is a clear winner. The lobby feels very welcoming and our (relatively) spacious room even comes with a nice view. The amenities are great. The only small issue we had was with their drink bar…we can’t stand the artificial flavored drinks and brunt coffee. Luckily there is a Lawson just around the corner. It’s also close to Ariake Tennis-No-Mori station and Ariake Garden. The surrounding area is great for scenic waterfront walks.

The check in was through a kiosk so you didn't have to interact too much with the front desk staff. You scan your own passport and given the key with detailed information of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was small, but had good tasting items for low cost. The staff were all friendly when encountered. The Ariake Garden Mall is a few mins walk from the hotel and had lots of restaurants and things to do inside. The room was clean, but slightly small even for a family of four with two young children. Good area to stay if you want to explore Toyosu.

First of all, the view from the room window was exceptionally wonderful. I am very grateful for them to put me in that room (after staying in another hotel with no view). I stayed a week, and felt comfortable and safe there. The location is very good, you can go anywhere using public transportations. Also, you can enjoy walking in the neighbourhood. There is a big shopping area a few blocks away.

The room was very well kept, fresh towels were delivered every day to our door (we had the \"do not need cleaning\" sign on our door for the whole stay), staff was exceptionally helpful and the location was perfect near the Ariake-tennis-no-mori station. The shuttle service to Tokyo Big Sight was very helpful as well. All in all a great experience!

I loved this hotel. We stayed here our last night in Japan before heading to Narita the next day. It was a wonderful change from the cityscape and the first portion of our fascinating trip to Japan. The aerial train tracks offering an amazing look at and winding through the incredible buildings leading into this area is worth the trip! We enjoyed dinner at the 5 level \"mall\", it's all we wanted, our trip was winding down. The area is in an event capital, so many young people after participating in their sport. The hotel was close to the train station, easy to get out in the morning.

We thoroughly enjoyed the location of this property. The property itself is well maintained however our room was tight and there were quite a few long female hairs in both bathroom & bedroom floor. The breakfast buffet was good and the hotel staff attentive and helpful. Good bus service in the area as well overland if you choose not to use taxi’s.

Very good hotel. It's not centrally located, but it has plenty of transport around and the region is very calm and relaxing.
Staff was very friendly and always available. Very good breakfast for a reasonable price.

Heavy cigarette smell in lobby and elevator area. The room didn’t smell like cigarettes just unbearable when checking in. It was slightly better but still cigarettes smell on check out.

Rooms are small but get the job done for a quick 1 night stay as we changed hotels and needed it until our preferred hotel became available. Super convenient food and shopping for the Ariake garden and close to airport .

Nice 2 night stay

Bedroom size is decent for solo traveller. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Staffs are friendly especially moeka san who has assisted my enquiries professionally and patiently during my 2 night stay there. Her friendly and welcoming gesture sure to make my stay better. Downside is the hotel location bit far from Tokyo cbd but that’s fine as transportation is convenient enough.

My stay at Far east village Hotel was a great experience I would recommend it to anyone who wants to come, the staff is amazing, respectful and very helpful, I only had breakfast once at the hotel, and the food was great and with great quality, the area around this hotel is peaceful and quiet and everything is close and convenient. The rooms were nice and clean with comfortable beds, but they are small with almost no counter space in bathroom, although there is a narrow counter/shelf near the door. No closet space, just a bar to hang your items. Staff is very pleasant and the food at the buffet is basic, but good. Did not like the location of the smoking room near the elevators. It smelled overwhelmingly like cigarette smoke and we have a child with a breathing issue. Overall, appropriate for the price compared to higher end hotels. The proximity to the mall and train station is fantastic! Would definitely stay there again.

We had a pleasant stay at Far East Village Hotel Ariake overall. Although the hotel is located a bit farther from the city center, the transportation options—both bus and train—made it easy to get around and reach the main attractions. The Ariake Garden shopping mall is just steps away, which was incredibly convenient for dining and shopping.

The front desk staff were courteous and responsive. They communicated well and were consistently helpful with our requests.

That said, the room was a bit small for our family of five, with limited space to open our luggage comfortably. Some of the room’s interior appeared a little worn, and the air conditioning didn’t work very well—it didn’t blow enough cool air, which made the room less comfortable at times.

We booked Fast East Village as is was close to the cruise terminal and so easy to get into Tokyo central. The hotel is soooo clean, has really big sized rooms and such lovely staff. Would deffo recommend for cruise travellers looking to stay extra nights in Tokyo.

We had a wonderful stay at Far East Village Hotel. It is located in a nice quiet area away from the Tokyo crowds but just a short walk to the Ariake-Tennis-o-Mori station. The staff is very kind and helpful. The check-in/check-out machines made everything simple and the staff was at hand to help with questions navigating the machine controls. Our stay was for 9 nights and enjoyed it. They offered supplies in the lobby - anything you might have forgotten to pack.
The room was clean with extra touches like pajamas and slippers. We added the breakfast buffet to our reservation and truly recommend that. The food was fresh and delicious. A lot of restaurants do not open until 10 or 11 so having a breakfast buffet was great. There is also a 24 hour Lawsons nearby. The hotel also has washing machines/dryers available which we used. It was very helpful that the machines accepted IC card payments too. Vending machines were also available (using coins was easier on those). Thank you so much for making our stay so pleasant.

For a few days

We didn't have room service. The rooms were not cleaned. We stayed for 3 nights and they only gave new towels, but they didn't clean the rooms or change sheets. Despite this, the structure of the hotel is excellent. The beds are very comfortable and a new environment. We don't like breakfast. There was no fruit or cheese. For those who are Western suffer a lot.

If you’re looking for a clean space to have refuge in after spending all day in central Tokyo - this is it!! Self check-in and out is easy; all the conveniences of a train line OR a bus line to Tokyo station in 20 mins!

Staff was very helpful and provided great customer service. The room was small but clean with all necessary amenities. The location was great and close to train and bus stops and markets. The only issue was the laundry machine would not open at the end of the cycle so staff had to come put it a code to open the door. My clothes were still damp so I had to hang dry in my room.

Stayed here for a show at Tokyo Garden Theater. You'd be hard-pressed to find a more affordable and convenient option; the theater is just a short walk away.

Also, if you're self-conscious about your Japanese skills, the hotel has fully self-service check-in and check-out options!

Staff was very helpful in ordering us a taxi and later helping us retrieve a valuable item left in the taxi.
As a location to go to Tokyo Disney Resort it worked perfectly fine. If I were visiting Tokyo as a tourist I might pick another location that had more restaurants and shops nearby, but very close to the train station. There was 1 piece of carpet that was easy to lift, but room was very clean.

I used an air purifier because there was a lot of dust. I kept coughing. So I checked the air purifier filter and it was already full of dust, so I stopped using it. Don't look under your bed. You can see a lot of dust, so I think they probably don't use a vacuum cleaner. I also saw mold between the bathtub and the wall. It is an 'eco' style hotel. So after the first night's stay, only the towels were changed and the room was not cleaned.

I hope the other rooms are okay.

When I was following the line of people waiting to check in, several people skipped ahead. The front desk staff noticed this but didn’t say anything, ignoring the fact that I was next in line. Also, the drain in the washroom of my room was clogged, which is terrible for sanitation. My girlfriend and I are completely disappointed by the lack of professionalism at this hotel through these problems. I will never choose this hotel for future stays, even though the facilities look new and guest rate is kind of higher. You can find better hotels nearby.
