I was very surprised at the quality of the property. It is in major need of a renovation. Pretty much all the doors on our floor (11th) were very dirty as well as the base boards. The carpets in the hallway were extremely worn down. Our room also showed significant signs of wear and tear. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good and the view was spectacular

Under renovation. Limited access to any on site food or drink. Most areas were closed off. It was a maze. The elevator stopped at the second floor every time going up and down. There was a cover that prevented guests from selecting the second floor, yet it stopped every time regardless. This info was not made available to guests until after check in. The one evening we did try the \"bar\" which had limited selection. The bartender didnt know how to make drinks and when we asked a question about prices he left to ask someone else. A simple \"how much is the bottle?\" could not be answered. The breakfast buffet was horrid, with rotating locations. First few days it was in a banquet room, then without notice, moved to second floor, finally it was relocated into the hallway of the third floor. This made it so crowded and continuously bumping into guests we decided to eat at McDonalds. Also, you have to pay for coffee. There is no complimentary coffee for guests, even Hilton Honors members had to pay. Local cafes do not open until 0900. You also have to pay to use the swimming pool. The only positive was the view from our room of the Tokyo skyline. The rooms are very small for a family of four. The air vents were very dirty and made us question the air quality.
I will not stay here again.

For what I paid very disappointing, although I imagine that its nicer when its not under renovation. I overall do regret staying during my short stay in Tokyo.

I had a suite on the 15th floor, and I'll say the spaces looked much bigger in pictures. However the view was excellent and the outdoor tub was also awesome. Great views at night.

My room wasn't available for check-in till 3, when it was clear no one had stayed in it for a while. It was nice-ish but had quite a few stains and things like that. Upon initial arrival about 2 hours before checkin, I tried to drop off my bags and was slightly rudely turned away by a front desk associate, who made very clear check in was 3pm and after some back and forth, she luckily took my bags.

Not the hotel's fault, but I'd figured I would note that Odaiba is a neat area but it is VERY inconvenient to get anywhere in Tokyo fast from here. If you plan to use trains, expect quite a few extra transfers than regular.

Also, the hotel was under renovation as of writing this and the noise was very apparent and quite annoying/obstructive when you were in the lobby or anytime you were navigating the building. Temporary walls have been put up and the place has turned into a maze. The staff were normally kind enough to help out. But its very hard to find your way around and construction is obviously not something you want to be hassled by or thinking about when you're paying several hundred dollars for a room.

Each room has a little balcony with great views of the harbor. The hotel is conveniently adjacent to the Daiba monorail stop and there are express buses to Haneda and Narita airports. One wing of the hotel is currently closed for renovation, but the work is only done during the day and not disruptive. Superb breakfast buffet with a wide range of Japanese and European choices. Spacious rooms and baths, well equipped and comfortable, housekeeping every day is included. Free wifi for Hilton Honors members.

We party of 12 friends and family have booked 6 room and stayed there 3 nights. We have enjoyed the variety of breakfast and the clean room. Their spa is so relaxing especially the indoor and outdoor hot tub and the view of the rainbow bridge was awesome. This hotel maintain its 5 star status. Highly recommend.

Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant! We were a last minute booking after we missed our connecting flight at Haneda. We had no luggage or anything besides what we were wearing and our back packs. I was very pleasantly surprised that the room had all the amenities we needed including skincare! The breakfast buffet was good, and staff there were excellent as well!

THE STAFF WAS INCREDIBLE-- FROM THE MOMENT WE WALKED IN THE DOOR UNTIL OUR DEPARTURE, THEY WERE POLITE AND ACCOMODATING, EVEN TO THE POINT OF WALKING WITH US WHEN WE WERE UNSURE OF THE LOCATION OF VAIROUS FACILITIES. THE BUILDING IS UNDER RENOVATION, SO THERE WERE CERTAIN AREAS THAT WERE A BIT WORN, BUT ONCE THESE PHYSICAL IMPROVEMENTS IMPROVE THIS COULD BE A FIVE-STAR HOTEL. JUST BE SURE TO KEEP THE AMAZING STAFF-- I'VE TRAVELED THE WORLD AND HAVE FOUND THESE PEOPLE ARE TRULY OUTSTANDING.

Great location and hotel was nice. There was construction going on the 2nd floor so every time you were on the elevator going up or down it stopped at the 2nd floor. Annoying but oh well. But during the day it was loud in the lobby and breakfast was held in a conference room and you had to wait to get in. That was a bit crazy. Just bad timing i guess but it was still annoying to deal with.

Great area, quieter than other parts of Tokyo, with beautiful views and nearby malls. Shuttle to Disney included. Hotel attached to Daiba station; incredibly convenient. Compared to Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba, this hotel’s service and quality are not as good. In 2025, I stayed there in Daiba, and Grand Nikko was excellent. This year I wanted to try Hilton Hotels & Resorts, thinking that with such a famous name it would be better—but I was quite disappointed.

Aside from the view, there’s nothing here that I really like. The bed is very old and curved. Overall, I forgot to take photos. The housekeeping staff sometimes changed the bedsheets, sometimes didn’t—I stayed for 7 nights. I also bought breakfast, but the hotel serves breakfast in a hall instead of a proper restaurant. Cooking is done right in that hall, and the smell spreads everywhere, which made me uncomfortable. After 7 mornings, the food was the same every day, making it hard to enjoy.

Also, the hotel was under renovation during my stay, so it felt noisy and messy. If a hotel is under renovation, they should clearly inform guests beforehand so people can decide if they’re okay with it before booking. If I had known in advance, I wouldn’t have stayed here. Also, when I checked out, I forgot two jackets in the closet. Normally, they should email the guest to inform them and keep the items. But after I got back to Toronto, I realized they were missing—and the hotel never said anything. I’m now emailing the hotel to ask about it.

Most of the staff was friendly. Some laughed at me in the elevator, not sure why. Hotel was doing construction on the second floor, as a result the amenities were less than great. Couldn’t find the pool and spa without wandering around. View was amazing from the area, room view was bland. Overall not worth the price.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful, very clean, and easy to locate. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a great view, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The staff was outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Housekeeping did an excellent job and ensured everything was perfectly maintained throughout our visit. We traveled during very cold weather, and walking into the warm, cozy lobby was such a welcoming and comforting experience.

We had no issues at all during our stay, and everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Staff were very polite and very helpful when we asked questions related to transportation in tokyo. The hotel has a train station 1 minute walk and we literally had so much easy experience with transit (they provided us with a map with all the train lines and where they go). Definitely recommend the place for relaxing time while enjoying Tokyo city.

The room was very clean and the mattress is so comfortable. We love the view so much and kept the curtains open most of the time. Breakfast buffet was decent, nothing to rave about but it had most of the usual fanfare.

My only gripe was that my booking came with early check-in and priced slightly higher because of that, but the room was not ready when we were checking in and had to wait till the usual 3pm for check-in.

I found this property to be overall underwhelming in terms of quality and options. For a Hilton resort, I'd expect more than two dining options and at least a full vending machine that isn't in the smokers' area.

We paid a decent amount to stay here and the upcharging on everything was annoying. We couldn't use the pool because it was $46 per person and I'm not about to pay $200+ on top of the $2k we already paid to be here. I specifically booked this hotel for pool access and nowhere on Expedia or the hotel's site did it state the pool was an additional rate - likely because they can change the rate at any time. They also had restrictions on tattoos - which I understand for culture purposes, but I would have planned accordingly if it was documented anywhere.

The staff treated us like we were bothering them (except for the room cleaners who were exceptionally sweet), the walls were thin on all sides so we got to enjoy other customers adjusting to the time difference, and the food was wildly overpriced.

If you plan to stay here, prepare for half mile morning walks to the 7-Eleven for breakfast and enjoy the run down accommodations.

This Hilton, was amazing! I haven’t stayed in a Hilton property in probably the last 10 years. I normally stay in Marriott Hotels, but I really enjoyed this hotel! This Hotel is not modern! It has a very classy or old feel… but that’s not always a bad thing. The lobby is beautifull, & grand! My room looked as if it had been updated not that long ago. After you check in, there was a table to the right With sparkling Sake, gummies, & popcorn! I loved that! Shortly after checking in they also delivered us 2 cookies in a Hilton box. I’ve been vacationing in Japan for over a week, & in multiple hotels, & I can say that… the Hilton had the best bed, hands down! Also, the mall was about an 8 minute walk from the Hilton. You walk over a bridge that goes over the highway, & you walk into the mall on the 3rd floor. There are also so many dining options in there, as well! The Gigantic Gundam was in front of the Mall, if your into Japanese cartoons. Spend a little extra for a room with a Tokyo Bay view! It was magical at night!

A wonderful, conveniehotel in The heart of Tokyo.

The service was excellent - we were made welcome from the moment we walked in the front door. We are native English speakers, and all of the staff understood and used enough English that we were never lost. The quality of the room and the furnishings and the general spaces of the hotel were outstanding. The view out the window was incredible, and the morning breakfast buffet was well worth the money. Excellent selection, wonderful quality of food, including western and Asian alternatives.

We journeyed to the hotel via the Narita express train. It was an inexpensive taxi ride from Tokyo Central to the hotel. The hotel itself is adjacent to a small train station on a special train route. It is a cheap quick ride to the JR train system from there. Just past the train platform are small konbini and restaurants. Everything is close and easy to reach.

I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Added Note: I highly recommend this hotel if you are taking a cruise from the Tokyo cruise port which is a five Minute taxi ride away.

The spa was amazing! I enjoyed the massage, and my 11 y old child enjoyed the pool. I couldn’t get a reservation for massage on 2 days out of 3 days I stayed so I recommend to book as soon as you know your schedule. The locker room was clean, the pool was not crowded, the view was excellent, and the workers were very kind and friendly.

Booked a twin room - but was provided with four singles - which were really comfy but it meant the room was really crowded as it wasn't designed for a four-bed configuration.

Decor was tired and dated in the room and hallway etc particularly the carpets and not what I was expecting for a Hilton.

Was also not expecting to have to pay (3800 yen per adult) to access the swimming pool...

Overall, pretty disappointed with the stay and with the price paid for what is supposed to be a five-star. hotel considering that price paid.

We stayed here one night and it had plenty of room for a family of four (4 twin beds). What's great about this hotel is that every room has a balcony and an amazing view of Tokyo city. The room was worth if just for the view alone. There's plenty of shopping in the area but it seemed more geared around western stores rather than Japanese stores. Also, Odaiba in general is a bit farther out, so might not be the best choice if you are needing to explore more of the inner city of Tokyo. But if you are planning on Disneyland and some of the other Odaiba sites, this hotel is perfect.
