Only saw the staff when I arrived and when I couldn't lock the door he said I hadto slam it to lo k, he was right. The curtain above the main bed wasn't on the tracks properly which let in alot of light early morning and after speaking to some locals they said that motel was known for prostitues, homeless and drug dealers but thats only hearsay I didn'tsee any goings on, the furniture was awful, but I'm home now never to go back there again Cheers

The amenities and spacious rooms for a budget motel were great. Beds were comfortable, kitchen (with microwave) was roomy, 2 TVs included in our 2 room apartment, with guest laundry facilities and ample bench space for luggage, carry bags etc. Traffic noise was not not intrusive and dissipated at night. For a basic, clean accommodation I would be happy to stay again.

The room had the facilities promised, but it's a tired shadow of what it could be. Everything needed cleaning and maintenance. We washed up and I tightened the handles on the saucepans BEFORE cooking. The curtains were torn and hung on too-few runners. I rehung them before we went to sleep to stop light coming in.

Arrived on Thursday 6th Feb late afternoon and was greeted by a man who could not speak much English, I tried to pay but he didnt understand and then after checking my Company Credit card found it had been charged through the booking platform which is quite inconvienient. The decor of the Unit was very dated and you could have timewarped back to the 70's, on a positive note, unit was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable, each unit had netflix but was sharing the same account.

This motel is a little way out of town and the facilities are reasonably old but spotless. The owners are a delightful family who really do look after you. Perfect for self catering and well priced.

Check in was a breeze. They even went out of the way to set up the heater so it wouldn't be cold and also put milk in the fridge. Service was second to none. The room was rustic but in clean satisfactory condition. The stay was quiet. The internet was buggy and I had a hard time keeping a connection sometimes but it was workable. I also appreciated that they worked with me to facilitate a package coming to them that I was expecting from Auckland.
