Don't stay here the room smelt I felt like I had to clean as soon as I walked in. Tiles in bathroom was dirty and fridge was turned off every surface needed cleaned didn't even stay the whole night left before midnight I made a video very disappointed

The room was adequate, but very run down. The TV frame was broken as well as the screen, resulting in lines over it and everything was purple. The sofa had huge rips/tears in it, and there were two holes in wall. Toilet seat was the wrong size, meaning you sit partly on bowl and no towels were there when we arrived, but when we rang they did deliver them. There was no-one at the office at check-in or check-out, just a note on the door saying key was in room. Otherwise shower was awesome and bed comfortable.

No-one to check us in but there was a notice stuck on the office door advising us of room numbers with the keys left inside each one. No milk was supplied in either unit and only one had tea and coffee supplies. No comfortable pillows were to be found anywhere but the bed was comfortable. The shower needed more than just a curtain as it wet the whole floor. Zero outlook. Very disappointed.

The room smelt of cigarette smoke we had to go and buy an air freshener. The sponge for the dishes was old and disgusting. No hand towels in bathroom, pillows were as thin as a slice of bread, but you get what you pay for at $114 per night. The staff were lovely and check in was easy. Burger King nearby but everything else you need to drive to.

It is nice & handy place to Town, Supermarket, Food outlets & Liquor store. It needs better drainage for the shower as the water overflowed onto the floor drenching the bath mat. Also there was no egg flip so had to buy one to cook the eggs we bought. Other than these, it was a pleasant stay

The whole complex was old and tired. The room lacked everything. The pillows were so thin 5 would fit in 1 pillowcase. No dessert spoons in cutlery tray. The motel was not manned. The staff were all off site so they had to be contaced by phone and you were left waiting while they attended to other tasks. All in all Iwas extremely disappointed and wont be re booking

Great place to stay, the one small niggle was slight flooding in the bathroom due to the design. It could be mitigated with a wider shower curtain that was closer to the floor. However that said, we really enjoyed our stay.

No one at reception no key to lock door had to change units. Wall heater didn’t work small fan heater did. Toilet seat about 3 sizes too small for bowl and had a sliding sideways option. No milk in fridge no dish cloth to wipe down bench. On plus side bed comfortable and good hot shower.

Stayed 2 nights they did not clean my room and had to be called back to make the bed. They took 4 times the accommodation. The TV was buggy and Glitchy. Probably won't stay again.
The bathroom window was not private enough and had no curtain. The room was cold and the heater did not work. It looked like someone else had left their. ShamPoo and moisturizer in the shower and they left it for clients to use. When I needed a receipt when checking out, nobody was around to sort it

The room was only partially cleaned for my late arrival. Some of the furniture was dusty and the inside of the bathroom drawers had hair and dust in them. All of the containers for shampoo, soaps, etc needed refills. The coffee and tea were so old, the packaging was breaking open. The fabric headboard smelled like old cigarette smoke.
The person on the front desk was as helpful as he could be, considering it was over New Years that I was there. The outside grass has just gone to weeds. Outside waste bins were overflowing. If it weren’t for vehicles parked there, the property would look like it had been abandoned.

First impressions weren't great on arrival, the front lawns were overgrown, mail was falling out of the letterbox, exterior bins were overflowing.
There was insufficient cutlery and linen, and they curtain track had come away from the wall at one end so you had to be very careful when opening and closing the curtain.
It also appears the office is not manned, as there was no one on site when we arrived about 6:30pm or when we departed about 8am.

The grounds were not tidy. Gardens and grassed areas had not been cut for months.

The main manager was always helpful but generally others not professional.
