Rooms were very tastefully furnished with very comfortable beds and bedding. The walk-in shower was amazing. Best hotel I’ve stayed in for a long while.
Kennedy
Centrally located. Staff was great, room was clean. Parking, although for a fee, was accessible and conveniently located. Overall, the best hotel in Invercargill. Restaurant downstairs was great.
Angela
Excellent customer service
David
A very central very good quality hotel I would certainly use it again in fact I will the room was fantastic. I’ve not had those facilities in a room ever before. Well worth the superior double room which didn’t cost that much.

Friendly helpful staff, very clean room, comfortable bed, hardly any noise from neighbouring rooms which made for a pleasant and peaceful stay, not to mention great location.
mary
We couldn't fault the hotel, the room was lovely and the food fantastic, but we were kept awake well into the night by boy racers and drunken resellers in a nearby nightclub.
Fiona
Great location, clean and friendly staff.
Quite a bit of noise on the Sat night due to cars and people the only small complaint

This by far is the VERY BEsT hotel we have stayed at in quite sometime.
From arrival at reception with a very friendly greeting from the the lovely Danika (hope the spelling is correct) who checked us in with warmth made us feel at home.
Well then things just stayed at the highest level
Entering our room was so amazing…
Beautiful with huge bed… lovely woollen throws
Decour tastefully done… big bathroom with tub..just incredible…
This room was modern and spotless!!
As we had to depart after only one night we asked for a late check out … Again Danika had us sorted … No problem … Again this service was fabulous .
And finally they do an airport shuttle with the lovely George in a brand new van.
Free to all guests . Just amazing
Overall I rate this Hotel a massive 10/10
All staff and management take a pat on the back!! You guys rock
Will return definitely … Thankyou Fleur/Tamara

Staff very helpful and welcoming on arrival. Very clean and spacious room with excellent bathroom, very large and comfortable bed. Downstairs eating areas for breakfast , lunch and dinner had a good range of food at a good price. Car park onsite , at a cost, but very convenient.
Aston
Gorgeous room. Amazing bath
Andy
Ww didnt have breakfast
Colin
Beautiful modern room with huge walk in shower. Situated right in the middle of the city with multiple places to eat within a 5 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.
Kaz
Room was Lovely , nice and clean and great staff. Unfortunately noisy cars zooming past most of the night so little sleep. Probably could do with tripple glazing also black out blinds or curtains that fit better may block out the city lights.
Keith
All good
Heike
everything was super until I tried the shower. The water pressure is too low to enjoy the shower and the shampoo/conditioner/body wash are mounted too high.
Catherine
Perfect location, only a 2 min walk to the mall. Lovely staff an excellent food options near by.
Mrs Judith M
Excellent location. Excellent facilities in room. Appreciated tge parking

Lovely stay at this Hotel. Great staff, lovely areas downstairs, check-in awesome. The room was nice however the amenities in the room could be way better for a quality hotel.
Trish
Room had a lovely ambience, contemporary and fresh.
Melinda
Staff were lovely and my room was too
Jackie
For a high end hotel I was unimpressed. The decor felt like I’d stepped back into the 1950s and the beds were firm and quite hard. The bathroom was genuinely amazing with the soaking tub and the staff were kind and helpful.
Corinne
Loved our one night stay at this beautiful hotel. Our studio suite suite was lovely and had a nice view of the city. Helpful staff and the grab and go at the cafe for breakfast was handy.

Best hotel we've stayed in for years, a credit to Invercargill! Great food and beverage (including Bluff oysters), great staff, fine and modern amenities, great location! There is a charge for parking on site - should be free or bundled.
Isobel
The dining at the hotel is fabulous and very reasonably priced.....it was so good that we ate in the hotel both nights we were there - not something we ever do!
Lynda
Clean rooms
Sarah
Fantastic hotel - above expectations in every way’. Easy parking, fantastic rooms, clean and modern and fantastic location! Great staff and cafe / restaurant options too.
I left a pearl earring in the room and didn’t realise and the hotel rang and asked if I had left an earring - they promptly couriered it to me! So grateful for the fantastic service by everyone at the hotel! Will DEFINITELY stay here each time I come to Dunedin!

Clean modern room. Lovely restaurants and bars.
Rebecca
great location and nice new hotel with comfortable beds
Merry
Fabulous hotel.
Gregory
Very nice modern hotel with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Easy to get to but in an area where there a lot of surrounding closed businesses. The hotel itself caters for guests with bars, cafe & restaurants so there is no real need to venture out if only staying for one night as we did.
Patricia
Good parking, but cost $15 each night. I kept smelling smoke in my room - not sure if some nearby was smoking, but it was wafting in all night. I let reception know next day and she was vey grateful, so probably just a one off. Everything else was great - lovely room and very comfortable. Had a beautiful meal with lovely service at Meld
Sharon
Nice room, quiet stay

We would have liked to have known how noisy it would have been.I think we were by a work elevator?very noisy 11-12pm then started at 6 am..not the rest I wanted.

We had a beautiful suite on the 5th floor but struggled to sleep due to the noisy road below that had cars and motorbikes cruising up and down all night long. We tolerated it for 2 nights and then asked to be moved, which the hotel accommodated.
Tim
New hotel with every modern convenience.

Rooms are well appointed. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. My only disappointment is that the roof top is only open at the end of the week, as long as the restaurant
Lorraine
Beautiful new, modern hotel. Extreme helpful staff. Spotless room and modern. Very comfortable sleep! Breakfast at the café was 5/5!
Phillip
Note that no mention was made of paid parking which was annoying . The facility itself was excellent

Great location. Comfortable beds, parking.
Chanaka
Excellent room and service. I would suggest the hotel to put black curtains to cut the outside light for a better sleep.
Raewyn
The people in the next room on the floor above me were very noisy and were throwing things around until well past mid night. No sleep
Jason

Staff friendly and helpful, room was spacious and nice decor.
Amanda
Really nice property but it felt a little out of place in Invercargill. More like a 4 or 5 star accom in Auckland. I guess that's the way Invercargill is moving and the property was certainly nice. Once again, paying for parking isn't what we're used to but that's seems normal across the South Island. I just see it as a tourist tax but so be it. Great property though if you like modern hotel design.
Mee Moi
Last minute reservation due to an emergency. Night Manager provided a warm welcome and was understanding of my personal situation.
Lovely comfortable twin beds although it was strange to have a glass wall between bedroom and bathroom. Luckily it had a curtain.

Things were very good and thanks for a lovely stay.
David
This was our favourite hotel of our trip so far. The welcome was fantastic (thank you Kylie) and we were allocated a fantastic executive suite with amazing views. The rooftop bar was a wonderful resource with the best atmosphere due in the most part to Stefani who has a relaxed and joyful character which ensures you return time and time again to sample the local botanical gins. Great tapas too. It was a shame to leave.
Steve
A stunning hotel in every way.
Immaculately presented inside, the rooms are divine.
We loved the 360 bar on the 7th floor for a cocktail and the food was exceptional in the restaurant downstairs.
Outstanding location in the heart of Invercargill.

The lobby was cold and the road cones inside didn’t leave a great impression. The 360 bar was amazing and the niche bar was great. Great bar men. We went to the tuatara for tea. Can’t believe the langlands couldn’t have that vibe. Music heaters
