Friendly service and amazing, clean & spacious apartment for great value for money. Will highly recommend A

The property was easy to find, staff friendly and helpful and was in a great location. Supermarket just across the road. We had a kitchen so we opted to eat in. Grabbed a roast chook and assorted salads from the supermarket (known as Woollies in AUS). Very comfortable. Walked to the CBD. Would highly recommend ASURE.
Bill
The property was ideally located for visiting family, supermarket shopping and attending a funeral across the road!

Just spent 10 nights at this property. Its location is great, and the on-site parking is good. There is a good guest laundry which you pay a small charge for to use the washer and dryer. The two-bedroom Unit we had was a good size, with a King bed in the master. However I found the heating in the Unit to be inadequate, the very small fridge didn't seal properly, the beds were quite firm (maybe a topper could be an option available). Nowhere to store clothes only hanging space. In the bathroom there was no door on the separate toilet. The shower had a lid on it so got quite steamy and there was no vanity to store anything just a sink and vanity top. Our kitchen was very small but not sure what other Units would be like.

OK for one night
I had a large suite, which was warm and light. Very quiet too, considering it's on the main road.
The bed and pillows were really firm, so I didn't sleep too well.
Unfortunately reception seemed a little unimpressed with everything and wasn't the most cheerful. Might have caught her on a bad day.
Good location, near all the other motels, relatively short walk to town and just across the road from Countdown.

Retired Doctor
I have traveled many places and used many hotels over the years. Among them, it was ranked 1st, 2nd, and 3rd among the truly memorable places. In particular, what is comparable to other places is that the owner runs everything himself, of course, with well-trained staff, he is friendly, clean, etc., and does a thorough job of welcoming customers. The convenient thing about staying here was that everything a traveler needed was nearby. I had a very comfortable rest as the city center, numerous parks, Gulf, and restaurants are all within a 10-minute walk. Although it was a small hotel, I was impressed by the owner's hard work and dedication to customer care. I pray for your success.
Thank you all.
Thank you all.

Very well renovated.

Pretty good
Everything was great, except the room we had booked was not available, and as the hotel was fully booked we were unable to change from what they had given us. We had to use a temporary bed for 2nd person. Hotelier shouldn’t assume a room booked for 2 is a couple. Staff were very apologetic. Bit disappointed really as have used this hotel quite a bit when in Invercargill on business, but all in all, will stay there again as everything else is great.

Excellent property

The property was adequate for a one night stay. It is in a good location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s a no-frills property, but for the price, it is well worth it.

Chemical smell in room
Have stayed here before, the rooms are always clean and comfortable. This time the carpet and room had a very strong chemical smell which was very overpowering and made the stay very unpleasant.

Great management and staff
The management of this motel went to extra lengths to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Even to the extent of tuning in the tv to sky sports to make sure we could watch the All Blacks. We were very grateful - thanks
Verified traveler
The room was very clean and well kept. Spacious, neat and tidy. Only problem we had was that it did not have sports channel to watch the rugby but netflix made up for the disappointment. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay. Burger King is within walking distance too.

Had an enjoyable stay here, lady we dealt with was friendly as and the room was nice. Highly recommended.

Big, comfortable convenient, quiet
Our group had two x 1 bedroom apartments. Our reception was very friendly and helpful, milk was provided. The rooms were very big and had everything we needed but were utilitarian, not luxury. Location is good with a big supermarket across the street. Shower was good. The rooms must be well insulated as they were very quiet; the motel seemed to be full but we heard nothing from other rooms or from cars leaving in the morning. Parking is a bit limited - we only had one car for two rooms but when we returned from dinner the only spots left were the two disabled ones.

Great hotel
I was in Invercargill for work and wanted somewhere comfortable and at a good price, this place was amazing. The room was huge, great little kitchen for heating meals in the evening, large comfortable bed and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Great unit in a good location
Nice clean unit with a comfy bed, a huge Smart TV and everything I needed to self cater in the kitchen. Close to the hospital (which is what we needed) but also right across the road from Countdown and close to other supermarkets and food stops.

Very handily located in Dunedin.
Well appointed, great location with excellent Thai restaurant next door.
Would definitely choose to stay here again.

Comfortable, spacious and warm
The one bedroom unit was clean and comfortable, with ample space in the lounge and bedroom, and the bed was very comfortable. The only criticism- and it is a small one, was that there was a large step -down from inside the shower tray to the bathroom floor, and the warning sign was on the wrong side of the door!
Otherwise- a brilliant stay.

Well treated by hotel staff. Friendly. Quite comfortable clean room.

Spacious rooms!
Business trip - hosts were brilliant - allowing me to check in earlier than expected. They were very accommodating and friendly.
My only recommendation to make the stay even better - look at increasing the number of sky channels and the quality of the TV reception.
