I absolutely loved my stay here! I could barely hear anything outside/nearby but the walls are a little thin for those really sensitive to noise. It was very clean, nicely remodeled and super cute! I loved having a microwave (hardly ever have one it seems). Staff was so friendly and attentive, and so easy to communicate with! The only real issue we ran into (which they DID warn us ahead of time) was that the back alley was under construction so parking was even more limited and there was noise during the day. But honestly the nearby parking was so close it wasn't an issue, and construction obviously won't be going on forever. Highly recommend.

The AC unit was loud and blew directly at the bed, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Additionally, I could hear road traffic with large trucks passing by throughout the night.
Parking was another hassle due to ongoing construction in the area. When we arrived right at check-in, the lot was nearly full, and had we arrived later, we would have struggled to find a spot.
Overall, while there were some positives, the lack of sleep due to noise really impacted my stay. I expected more from a hotel, especially in terms of comfort. Side note, they did provide earplugs. That should have been a giveaway for the night ahead.

So, I want to love this property. It's cute and clearly updated. It's still a noisy motel with great furnishings. The ac was not updated and super loud. When my daughter asked for an ice bucket from the front desk staff (because we didn't have one) she had a very condescending experience. It's cute, but loud. However two additional free parking options were offered just across the street. We were so close and easily walked to all the great restaurant options in downtown Moscow. Love this place!
