David
Bella vista is a very clean and tidy motel close to the city centre with excellent parking. The motel suited my needs but my room was small and had a fridge and microwave but otherwise limited cooking facilities and space for dining.
Karin
Nice and clean. Handy area to be in
Jason

Nice place to stay with the jetted bath being an extra bonus! Appreciated the electric blankets and cleanliness throughout. Recommended!
Karene
The jetted spa as advertised was not working.
Ellen
Well presented property, everything was clean and had plenty of room. Parks are close by for a walk and a few takeaway places close by.

Tom
Excellent
David
Clean, helpful staff, rags available to wipe down motorcycle. Close to Woolworths, and large block to various restaurants.
Sandra
Room was clean, staff were friendly and location was great.
The beds were a little uncomfortable and pipes were loud when running water and showering to the point it woke us up. The shower over the spa bath is not idea for older people. I was traveling with my 75 year old Mum and she felt unsafe climbing in and out of it to shower.

Staff very helpful. Drawback no written explanation of how to work the TV, even staff had problems. Last day TV was out as wifi was down. Bath in family unit should have a gand rail!!

Good hotel
Not much to do there but hotel was perfectly fine.
Deborah
Substandard. Maintenance needed to the rooms. Reception locked and cursory greeting. Would not stay there again.
Stephanie
This property is easy to find, convenient to mossy things and very comfortable to stay in. The staff are really helpful. We have stayed here several times when visiting Invercargill.
fraser
Adequate for the purpose. excellent shower
Gayleen
The armchairs you felt like you were sitting on the springs. Although for some people a spa would be nice but the bath was too high to get into to have a shower. Maybe offer the options to the guests. The bed was very comfortable.
David
Convenient location, nice people. But the bed was terribly uncomfortable. And that is the most important thing about where you stay.
Maree
Very clean, great to see electric blankets.
Tracy

Bathroom Facilities
The only problem was the curtain shower . Even on the lowest pressure the water covered almost the whole bathroom floor. It was what is termed a wet floor and the outlet very close to the toilet. We had to use nearly all the towels to mop up after showering . My son Paul had another unit with a cabinet shower and of course these contain the water . I was in unit 2 (84 year) My son in unit 10. Apart from that annoying feature all else was good. Had we stayed more than one night I would have asked for another unit with improved bathroom facilities. Couldn't go through the process of having another shower next morning before leaving to travel north.
Luke

Perfect location for our Rugby game on Friday night, came from Sydney to see our Waratahs play your Highlanders. Only took 6 minutes to walk there, much appreciated. Prefer Invercargill to Dunedin for a rugby game.

We had a nice stay. What drags down the score is that they accidentally charged my credit card twice (for us and another random couple) and there was quite a lot of noise from the floor above us.
