We stayed total 5 nights on 3 different dates. The place is close to the airport. There is a supermarket within a short walking distance. The place is in need of upgrade and renovation but generally is OK. Cleanliness is moderate: cockroaches were seen around refrigerator. . Most significant downside: there is no A/C in either bedroom so it was quite hot to sleep. Also, there were insufficient number of power plugs in bedrooms.

Our stay was terrible. As we had a late flight and arrived very tired at 1 am .. reception was fast but there are some undesirable people staying at the place, loud and drinking they continued till 3 am when bottlee smashed d screaming man pinching door it was scary. He went to for an hour then quiet then in the distance swearing and carrying on. Then at 7 am hammer drilling started at the place. Would never stay again or recomend..

The hotel’s website clearly advertises a continental breakfast, but there is no breakfast at all. When I asked the receptionist about it, she told me there was no restaurant or dining area in the entire place. If that’s true, then it’s clearly false advertising, and if there actually is a restaurant, then the staff need proper training because they’re giving guests completely wrong information. Either way, they should remove the misleading information from the internet. There was no apology, no explanation, and no willingness to help whatsoever.

The staff were rude and uncooperative from the moment we arrived, showing no interest in making guests feel welcome or comfortable. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, and the whole experience was nothing like what was shown online.

Overall, a very disappointing stay, false advertising, rude staff, poor service, and zero hospitality. Definitely not recommended.

it was unique to be awoken at 11:30-12:30 pm and asked to come to reception. then questioned of identity and be mentally manipulated to feel responsible for someone else no longer having a room. all after arriving, given wrong room,called and told it was fixed said to come to pkup new key, then being moved to another wrong room, and myself arriving to be told that it was only 1 left.

Enjoyed the balcony, we could keep an eye on our Granddaughter in the pool. Apartment was spacious, a bit bare could do with more art. Motel is convenient to many things.

The only complaint was that the stove didn't light easily, however staff were most helpful. I would recommend staying here for the price - it's an excellent option for budget conscious travellers who like to cook for themselves.

Check in was very quick and easy. Very large spacious room and very quiet. The bathroom amenities are lovely and smell beautiful. The bed and pillows so comfortable. Adding to this a free shuttle bus to the airport which is located right outside reception.

Decent view on the 5th floor. View of the airport and Perth Hills, the other side you can see Optus Stadium.

Reasonable units.

Not to tarnish the reputation. There was a mould smell in the bathroom. Reported the fault.

Reception check-in was approachable.

Comfortable amenities. Internet TV available to use YouTube account etc.

Microwave and Toaster. Pots and pans.

Good spot to tap out for a few days.

Spring in Australia at the moment. Weather is turning it on 25⁰C.

Banh Mi Vietnamese Deli/restaurant just a few minutes up the road. IGA in the Eastgate Centre.

Disappointed Stay

The airport shuttle was not operational due to a lack of driver which was disappointing. The music through the night was extremely loud up until 2am. When we turned the toaster on for breakfast it blew the circuit breaker. Lastly, the traffic noise was the worst we have experienced in our last 10 days travelling. Plus it was the highest tariff we had paid in the last 10 days. All in all, disappointing!

Consistant, Convenient, Cost Effective option

Easy airport transfer process, staff that remember me each week or two that i travel and see them. Helpful and polite staff every time. I truly appreciate the small upgrades in room and feel recognised as frequent valued customer. I am concerned as the price is ok at moment but any increases could see large amounts of FIFO employees not bother and choose to sleep in airport or find alternatives. If the price increase and becomes inline with the local alternatives such as the Country Comfort etc, i feel you may lose business with them having meal and room service options at the venue. Keep it $200ish, you will continue to fill the place daily ...

Handy airport stay with free shuttle

Great that there’s a free airport shuttle to/from the airport. Rooms are large but traffic noise is quite loud. Staff were helpful when I requested a blanket for the bed as it was a cool evening. Not an awful lot of food choice nearby but can recommend the fish n chip shop up the road.

I was travelling with my 82 year old mother from Adelaide to Broome. One of the reasons i booked this place was the shuttle service. In my booking i put in flight details on Wotif..Noone said to me when i checked in that the bus was limited service the next day.When i went down to see what time the bus was leaving on the next day, iwas told there were only 2 services, one at 9am, which was 10 minutes away and one in the afternoon. Luckily our bags were packed so i went back to the room, collected my mother and checked out. It would have been nice to know the day before so we could have been ready

I drove 4.5hrs with my 2 little ones, to see an afternoon show at Crown theatre. I picked this place as it was close by and had 2bedroom units.

I arrived early in the hope we could leave our bags at reception, get changed and head to the 2pm show. Check-in after.

There were 3 of us waiting and the receptionist was working solo and on the phone to a client. She abruplty said to all of us, \"take a seat, check-in is not til 2\".

Eventually more staff came and we were kindly allowed to check in early. No mentiom of the big carpark at the back, next to our room, so I had to lug our bags and the kids to our room.

On walking in, it stank of stale smoke. I tried to open the main large blinds in the lounge area, so i could open the windows. The enormous blinds crashed down right in front of my kids, onto the table. The fly screen on the twin bedroom window was half forced out.

The whole unit was very tired. I couldn’t open the smaller kitchen blinds to open those windows.

The phone buttons were rubbed off, so I couldn't phone reception, I had to walk my little ones back there. When i told them about the putrid smell and the large broken blinds, I was offered some neutralising odour spray and a 'sorry, maintenance has gone home for the day'. No offer of a new room.

The twin room weirdly didn’t have a power point to set up baby monitor/night light.

On check out, I said again about the putrid smell and broken blinds. Just another 'sorry about that', no offer of compensation
