Ok hotel. Nice staff, but man, no noise isolation, 7am workers move around things above you and around you, uncomfortable bed, they combining 2 twin beds and the beds are stiff like rock. The room full of noises from squeaky AC and the refrigerator. They have nice breakfast but will never to back to this hotel ever again. Terrible stay. Barely slept.

Very affordable lovely hotel; great food, pool areas. The staff treats you like 5 star even though I’d probably rate it 3.5 stars. If you stay in the wing I did it’s renovated and tastefully furnished. Other wings are slightly dated. I was on fifth floor with huge room, and balcony overlooking Kata Beach. The food, breakfasts and buffets are amazing with good value. I stayed at this hotel a total of 12 nights. Staff and service amazing with great value. Only downside is it’s quite a walk from street and lobby to rooms.Reccomend it

The kindest staff ever

Extremely diligent staff and comfortable rooms. I was so sick while I was here (not because of the hotel!) and they cared for me so well and made such I got the medical care I needed. The room was lovely and dinners in the evening were lovely but I'll never forget the kindness of the hotel staff helping me in my hour of need. They identified I needed medical help and got it to me so quickly and stayed with me.

But perhaps the best part of the stay was the staff who was always there to make sure you were happy and informed. My husband and I really enjoyed this resort! The only slight critique we have is the cleanliness of the washroom. It’s not that bad - just the typical wear and tear of a hotel room. It could just use a good deep clean. There was also an odd smell coming from the bidet sometimes, but I assume that’s just the usual plumbing conditions when you’re staying on an island.
We REALLY enjoyed the area and amenities. The pool was a highlight for us. We also really liked the area - many nearby markets, restaurants, shops, etc.
The staff was also great. Altogether, would recommend.

Stayed 3 nights in a grand deluxe twin room. The room was very spacious even with two twin beds and a lounge with coffee table. Rooms felt very clean and well vacuumed before my check in.
Location was excellent - access to Kata beach was very close by the hotel and there are many restaurants within walking distance. All the staff were just lovely. Had an amazing stay and would definitely come back again when visiting Phuket again

Over all very enjoyable stay reception staff excellent bedroom a bit lacking in drawer space , the bed is formed on a static base with really sharp corners which both myself and my wife walked into several times resulting in a nasty cut for myself.The breakfast lacked a bit of imagination same fruit every day and the egg station very disappointing, eggs pre cooked and then rewarmed if you were lucky never cooked properly on the griddle , better off frying the eggs fresh like other properties we have stayed in we would probably use again if in the area as it is in a very good location for most things in Kata .

Stay for service but not for comfort.

The pillows were flat, and even has odour. The toilet layout got the bidet with the toilet roll dispenser is so bad! Despite giving specific instruction of what amenities is lacking despite after they have made up the room, the housekeeping did not do it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you want a basic hotel, near to the beach, this is highly recommendable.

Last but not least, somehow, there will always be mosquitoes in the room, despite having killed the night before. And no, balcony door was not opened.

It's a resort with great rooms, great amenities - two outdoor pools, gym - friendly and helpful staff. Their breakfast is abundant and diverse. Its location is great, Kata beach is just around the corner, and Kata Noi is also only a maximum 20-minute walk. There are lots great restaurants and shopping facilities nearby. I would definitely stay there again!

Staff was very nice but that is the only good thing. You are charged 2000 bath as a deposit for a room, but everything in that room is old and outdated also this was the only place in Thailand to request a deposit in our case (we stayed in Bangkok and Krabi). Breakfast was just ok nothing special, same options everyday. Also would like to mention lift smells very bad. Overall we were not satisfied with this hotel and its facilities.

This property was well located near Patong but in a quieter part of town near Kata beach. We rented a scooter and was able to easily drive to Big Buddha and the Temple. The staff were very helpful in assisting us and even gave us welcome drinks on reception and arranged cabs for us. The room was decent. We didn’t use the pool but there was of families with young children. The breakfast was good - had a fair amount of options, both local and western options. We didn’t have dinner there so cannot comment on that. Overall, a good stay in Thailand.

This is the second time we've been here. My wife and I came back for our second year anniversary and what a perfect choice it was.

The staff were absolutely attentive and very helpful. They went out of their way to see to our needs. Every morning at breakfast they would check on us and ask if we needed anything and this was always done with a genuine smile.

I have to thank the bar staff and reception personnel for seeing to all our requests. I have to give a special mention to Kimberley, so lovely and very warm. Wish I had gotten all the names of the staff. Every single one of them greeted us with a warm smile and happy demeanour. Such a special holiday, will definitely return.

From the moment we checked in we were made to feel welcome. The staff are extremely nice. A special shout out to Jim for being a wonderful host and always smiling. If you are looking for a relaxed atmosphere that isn’t too far from the centre of Kata then this may be for you. The facilities are great with 2 pools, a gym and a reading room as well as a restaurant. We booked a deal including breakfast but it is only 200 baht each for the buffet.

Stayed here 6 nights and had no issues at all. Everything in the hotel works as it should, staff is very friendly, pool is great and they serve a good breakfast. The AC in the room was super and every time we walked into the room from the heat it was like heaven. The room was also huge!
The hotel is also very centrally located in Kata with many shops, bars and the beach closeby.
Extremely good value for money! I recommend staying here.

Chanalai Floral is a good Hotel. The staff is friendly and so nice that I have no complaints about. The included morning breakfast gets old, FAST. The milk is warm, so I was scared to drink it. I loved the latte service they offer though that was Great. But overall the food was, ok. Also the Happy hour at the pool side bar is horrible, It's only an hour long and the bartender is never available or at the bar to begin with. They play music every so often by the pool, which gets a bit annoying. Having music while you relax by the pool is a major statement for vacation tanning. Property location is good, you have to walk a ways down the main strip for some good food though, or take a Tuk Tuk/Taxi. The cleaning service is a bit confusing, I wasn't sure if to leave the latch up or down when my room needed to be serviced. I did both and it wouldn't get serviced till i called the front desk and requested it. Then I specifically asked for a ocen/pool view when booking and sadly my view was obstructed by a tree, and i was not able to enjoy sunrises from my balcony as i had envisioned.
