Absolutely everything! What a great find this establishment is. If we return to Pitlochry we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The facilities are top notch, lovely, clean and quiet room (7) in the Courtyard, huge and very comfortable bed and a very spacious and spotless bathroom.
Breakfast was nothing short of exceptional! , so many choices on the menu and all breakfasts cooked fresh to order using local, fresh produce. Portions were very generous, hot and very well presented, and definitely set you up for the day. If you’re looking for somewhere lovely to stay in Pitlochry, this is it and just a short walk from the town centre.

What’s not to like!! The hosts, Jane and Calum, are friendly and welcoming. We felt like we were staying with family. Our room was spacious, well decorated and comfortable. We were within easy walking distance from restaurants and shopping. The breakfast menu gave options to please any palate. The porridge was creamy and delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay!!

On close inspection it was clear the filter had not been cleaned or replaced in a long time. Felt like a health risk. Partner had sore throat a few days later. Staff responded promptly but damage already done.

The breakfast so was delicious and I loved that they gave each guest who wanted coffee their own French press. Pitlochry was a beautiful little town with lots of shops and restaurants, we ate at the old mill and it was delicious! I would highly recommend this hotel. Our best hotel in Scotland!

This is our second visit and we would absolutely recommend to others. From the overall experience to attention to detail this accommodation is on point. Short walk to town, nestled in a location with beautiful views, and excellent service. Breakfast definitely deserves the awards and the small touches like the highland soaps and Tunnocks teacakes are a reflection of Scottish hospitality at best.

The breakfast here was amazing plenty choice and it was waitress serviced , our room was very spacious had a small veranda and a lovely bathroom with a bath and walk in shower . There was a fridge which water was put in daily and there were plenty tea /coffee and biscuits .Unfortunately there was no safe in the room .and there was not a full length mirror. We would certainly return here . The management and staff were so Lovely and made you feel so welcome , their wee dog Bailey was so cute too . Thank you all for a wonderful relaxing stay . This was the perfect getaway for me. Situated approx. 5 minutes from the Main Street surrounded by beautiful countryside and tranquility. I loved every minute of my stay as a solo traveller I felt very safe and looked after by the amazing staff. Deluxe room was perfect for my needs, very spacious with a lovely deep bath and separate walk-in shower. The bed was massive and one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. Breakfast each morning was delicious, especially the granola. I cannot rate this stay enough, exactly what I was looking for and won’t hesitate to return in the near future.
