Amazing Hotel, Staff and City

Overall our experience was amazing, don't believe anything you read online about any worries for travelling here, it's extremely safe and all the people are very friendly, overall this hotel is a great spot with friendly staff and great services, they went above an beyond to make sure my partners birthday was extra special, 100% reccomended and looking forward to staying here again!

Very welcoming staff! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Look out over the city toward Petra is really nice. Free shuttle service to the Petra visitor’s center. A short walk up the street to several restaurants with amazing Jordanian food.

Our reception was fantastic, there were a few mistakes, like getting a room that had been smoked in. The receptionist took things in hand and got it fixed so fast that it left our heads spinning. They made outstanding recommendations for dinner and how to get around the city.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the mini bar was filled with drinks/ snacks etc which we were kindly told to use free of charge! The room came with a little balcony overlooking the city which was a nice addition. The hotel staff were very accommodating and welcoming, and happy to help with any requests. There are an array of lovely local restaurants within short walking distance from the hotel so you won't go hungry. Definitely recommend staying here whilst visiting Petra!

The room was very nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was very safe and quiet at night so we were able to rest before exploring Petra. Breakfast was included and it was delicious! They offer a shuttle to the entrance of Petra and they even gave us lunch to bring with us for free!

Great hotel with friendly staff and good amenities. We were upgraded on check in to a big room with open mini bar. Huge breakfast buffet with tons of options. When checking out, reception gave us packed lunches for our day, which we were not expecting and it was such a lovely gesture. We had our own car so drive down to the Petra visitor centre just so as to not have to walk the uphill back. Would absolutely stay again. 2 thumbs up :)

Best hotel in Petra!

We had an amazing 2-stay at the hotel.
The room was very comfortable and well-appointed and the rooftop pool offered a welcome oasis after a long, hot day at Petra.
But what made our stay most enjoyable was the welcome we received every time we came back to the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. I have to give a special mention to Mohammed who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed.
He is a very valuable asset to the hotel.
Ashley was equally friendly and especially helpful with our “mini-medical emergency” which was not related to the hotel in any way.
A big thank you also to Rafat and all the dining room staff for looking after us so well.

Picking this hotel was my best choice in Jordan

This hotel turned out to be perfect for my family. I had low expectations, knowing from past experience that Jordan’s tourism industry, while very refined and luxurious for high-end tourists, is pretty basic for ordinary people like me. For the relatively modest price, I wasn’t expecting much. Turns out, the facilities are kept immaculate, the level of service was sky-high, and the features of the hotel itself were pretty amazing. For example, I found nothing below standard in my family’s room - and I get freaked out by a couple random hairs or an imperfectly cleaned bathroom. Everything was spotless. Likewise the lobby and the buffet area (where the food was excellent). Where they could have let things go was the rooftop terrace, which has a cool pool and an incredible view of Petra at sunrise/sunset. That was also spotless. The best thing, though - and I suspect the reason the hotel seems to aim for and reach some kind of European standard for service - is this manager (?) named Mohammed. The guy nearly broke his neck to make sure everything about our trip was stupendous. He insisted on having his team make us box lunches for our trip to Petra - but hours earlier than normal, because I was intent on being first at the gate well before dawn. He drove us to the gate personally and gave us his WhatsApp to make sure we were picked up the moment we staggered out. He was kind about everything, including when my kid broke the bathroom lock! He should be hired by 4 Seasons.

Loved our stay! From the moment we arrived all the staff went above and beyond to make our time amazing! They were so friendly, it truly felt like coming home every time we went back to the hotel. All were truly eager to meet any request or needs, which was so relieving after a very long travel day. Tameem was especially so helpful, friendly and understanding to our needs. All the staff spoke great English, Wi-Fi was good, and the amount of food at breakfast was overwhelming in a good way! They provided a free lunch/snack bag to take with us to Petra which was a couple minutes drive away, and some free refreshments in the minibar. Highly recommend this hotel!

Very much recommended to visit Petra.

The hotel surprised us already, when we arrived at 1 am after a 3 hour drive from Amman Airport. The receptionist was friendly and helpful as was all the staff from the beginning. The room was clean, nice, and welcoming. Good mattress, AC, bathroom. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner very much. The chief of the dining area was the most helpful of them all. There are alternatives for dining in walking distance, but for a few days of stay the buffet offers everything including regional specialties. The drive to the Petra entrance is 5 minutes.

The staff were amazing. They really care about their clients. They gave us a boxed lunch to take with us to Petra and when we checked out for the road. They also arranged an anniversary dinner for us with enough food to feed a village including cake. The beds were very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel.

High Quality Service and Comfortable Rest in Petra

Fantastic stay -the family room was perfect for our 3 kids who slept soundly! The staff was caring and welcoming and incredibly helpful as my dad and husband tried out salt spa and restaurant, both nice ways to relax in the evening after long day at Petra. Highly recommended. This is a fantastic Hotel to stay in Petra. We had a wonderful time, the room in the amenities were fabulous. Everyone was very helpful and kind and generous.

Ashley, a supervisor, was very warm, welcoming kind and helpful. She worked with us and our busy schedule and took great care to ensure we were satisfied with every element of our stay. Mohammad at the front desk was very prompt and helpful as well.

The hotel itself is situated nicely on a street with many shops, very close to the visitor center.

Highly recommended! If we're ever in Petra we will definitely stay here again!

Good location close to the city center with restaurants and shops and close to the Mosque. The hotel offer free shuttle to the Petra Visitor Center. We left the hotel early for a full day at Petra - the hotel prepared a lunch basket for us with fruits, sandwiches and drinks. Quite unexpected and much appreciated.

1. Room was clean but bathroom towels looked very used. Bed was comfortable.
2. The hotel staff were polite and welcoming.
3. Breakfast was very basic and could have been alot better.
4. The staff arranged a birthday cake for us, which was a very nice touch.
5. Free mini bar and lunch boxes we prepared.

We did feel that the staff were a bit too pushy with regards to selling us tours, which became a bit awkward. The gym is 2 machines on the terrace. The terrace could be improved.

Nice welcome from very accommodating staff. Our requests were met. Zeyd and Ashley were particularly helpful, on the Front Desk.. Food was good. Spa area was very nice, although the heat was not on. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle service into Petra during the day.
Only the shower seals need attention, otherwise bathroom floor area becomes too wet and slippery.

Our first time to Petra and the hotel staff bent over backwards to make our experience a great one. They prepared a maqlubbe dinner for our group, shuttled us back and forth to Petra. We thought at first we were the only guests, only to find out the hotel was fully booked!

Good hotel near Petra

Overall the hotel was fine, the condition seemed very new and modern and was clean. The front desk staff was new so there was a little confusion, but she was kind and offered a few extras like a free takeaway lunch for Petra and a complimentary shuttle to Petra. The hotel has a nice breakfast, and also a rooftop terrace with pool. The pool is not heated, so a hottub would have been great for this colder time of year. Only minor complaints about the room were few power outlets near the bed, some street noise at night and no heater that we saw (but we didn’t ask about it).

Overall the stay was fine. It’s not far from the Petra entrance, maybe a 15 minute walk but since you’ll walk a lot at the site it’s good to take advantage of the free shuttle. There are restaurants and money exchange close to the hotel.

The very personal and sincere welcome my friend and I received from the first lady we met at check in was absolutely wonderful (ten times better than in Israel). I asked for a car to visit Machaerus right away and within an hour we were on our way. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

I stayed for a night in this hotel and really enjoyed my stay. No wonder why this hotel has very good reviews. I arrived to the hotel before the checking time and they accommodated me as soon as they could and also offered me a free breakfast. The staffs were very friendly from the reception to housekeeping. The hotel is located in center city and has free transportation to Petra tourist center. Their bathroom was equipped with all amenities and had free breakfasts when 5 stars hotel like Doubletree Hilton (Aqaba) lacked in those itineraries. This hotel deserves with more good reviews. Please always keep up with execllent customer service.

Excellent hotel for your Petra trip

The manager and staff were very considerate and helpful making my stay very enjoyable. I arrived at around 8:30 in the morning and the manager did not mind checking me into a room immediately as it was low season. I really appreciate this as I needed to rest after a 6 hour flight and a 2 hour drive from Amman.

Moreover, the hotel suggested that I can avoid paying the visa fee on entry by buying a Jordan pass online before coming. They also arranged the ride from Amman International Airport to the hotel, and a trip to watch the sunset in Wadi Rum ending in a lovely Bedouin dinner.

It was no problem using the hotel shuttle service to and from the Petra UNESCO site.

Amazing!

It was a last minute trip to Jordan because I wanted to visit Petra. We came across this hotel and it's beyond my expectations. The staff was super friendly and nice. The hotel is upscale and they offer breakfast buffet as well as dinner buffet. If I ever return to Jordan, I will for sure stay here again.

The staff here were very helpful and friendly. For the price this hotel is good. Rooms are as in the pics. No extra charge for the salt room, there was complimentary water in the room and the breakfast was decent. A very short walk to shops and there is a good pizza place a stone's throw away.

My wife and I parked our car and a staff member popped open the trunk and had our baggage out of the car and at the front desk before I exited the car. We were greeted with fresh juice at check-in and our bags taken upstairs immediately. We stayed 3 nights and the staff were extremely kind and spoke English well. The room was very clean and had wonderful view. The free hotel shuttle was very clean and took us to Petra entrance whenever we wanted, even the \"Petra at Night\". We ate good meals (one with room service) and one night we had the buffet which was fantastic. I work in Amman and this hotel buffet was the best meal I have eaten while in Jordan. My wife loved the fresh fish from the Red Sea. The bed and linens are better at this hotel than at my residence...very comfortable! I recommended this hotel to a co-worker and he stayed here also with a similar experience . I will definitely return to this hotel.

Perfect spot in Petra

This hotel was away from the Petra site just enough to allow you to relax without large throngs of people around you.
The owner / manager was a lovely man who went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and happy. They have a courtesy bus and will drop you off or pick you up at arranged times.
The hotel has a pool deck on the roof that provides a fantastic view of the town because the hotel is on a hill, sunsets were awesome.
It was a great place to stay.

We had a very warm welcome even if we just spent one night in the hotel. The free shuttle to the entrance of Petra and back to the hotel was very convenient. Delicious breakfast. Very friendly staff. Haven't had the chance to try the Spa, but apparently lots of things (massage, salt room, ...) were free of charge.

Friendly staff and a great location

We were very impressed by the warm, friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay a great one. More than any other hotel in Jordan during our holiday, the staff at the P Quattro Relax Hotel did everything they could to make our visit wonderful. They helped us buy night tickets to Petra, jumped our friend's rental car when the battery died, playfully bantered with our young children, and just went out of their way to make us feel at home. The rooms are new and comfortable. It's a 5-minute drive to Petra and a close walk to some restaurants for evening dining. The roof has a pool, lounge chairs and massage chairs to relax those muscles after a long day of hiking. We recommend this hotel with enthusiasm!

Wonderful hotel with incredibly welcoming service

We booked our stay at the Quattro Relax Hotel without knowing much about the hotel or the area, and we were surprised and impressed with every detail of our experience. First and foremost, the hotel staff, from the reception to the restaurant to housekeeping, all go above and beyond to make sure that our time there was positive and memorable. When we had car trouble they rushed to help us solve it. At meal times they were generous and attentive to our needs. In all interactions they were personable and caring. Our children loved their time at the hotel and were also treated extremely well by the staff. This hotel is a personal collaboration between four brothers who have an obvious interest in making sure that their guests are happy and return soon. I would highly recommend this hotel to future potential guests.
