Without a doubt, one of my Top 3 hotels in the world! I was very impressed by all the amenities that were included - free valet parking, free mini bar snacks and drinks, and breakfast! Usually, luxury hotels charge you separately for all of those amenities. They even had a personalized welcome note in my room with a box of Arabic sweets. And to top it off, it really is a 3 minute walk to the Petra entrance! Everything was wonderful!

The best hotel to place in if you want to be close to Petra's visitor's center. Friendly staff, although there were not many tourists during to the war in Gaza, so not sure if I'd get the same atention if things were different.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic. It is located within minutes of the Petra visitor center although the walk is back to the hotel is a steep up hill. We had a room with a Mountain View which was amazing. We took advantage of the spa and did the Andalusian bath which was perfect after a long hiking day through Petra. The staff is amazing everyone is so friendly and hospitable. I highly recommend this hotel for your Petra visit

A lovely comfortable modern hotel, with great amenities and a relaxing stay after a long day at the Petra Archaeological site. There was a pod coffee machine in both rooms and complimentary baklava to greet us. Both rooms were well appointed and overlooked the visitor center in Petra. Other than a hiccup at check in regarding Expedia related payment for the rooms, everything went smoothly and the staff were all nothing but kind and courteous throughout our stay. Breakfast was included and had many local dishes in addition to the standard buffet to delight and fill us up. Mamon checked us out and was gregariously funny and kind. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay here so wonderful.

We just completed a 5-night stay at Petra Moon Luxury Hotel. We had a wonderful experience. The people were fantastic. I want to single out Mamon at the front desk and Ismael in the restaurant. They went to great lengths to make our stay the best. The hotel is very close to the museum and the entrance to Petra. We spent one day at Little Petra and Mamon helped arrange the trip. Without his help we might still be stuck there.
The one negative is the steep walk up the driveway to the front door. After a long day in Petra it is a tough climb.

The only down side was thatbthe pool and spa facilities werent available as it was technically still winter when we visited. The location is walking distance to the petra visitors centre and tourism street where you can visit the many little cafes. The staff are the best ive met in every area of the hotel. I highly recommended this property.

Can recommend staying at the Petra Moon Luxury Hotel if visiting Petra. The main entrance is around the corner and we got very good advise from staff the best and easiest way to see the Monastery. This was very helpful as I hadn't found this route anywhere. Staff extremely friendly. Breakfast was a fantastic spread; we had 1 dinner there which was good as well.

Where do I begin! We’ve been to many hotels around the world and this one is definitely at the top of the list! Rooms are super CLEAN, breakfast offers a wide variety of tasty foods, room has a smart TV with netflix and other entertainment apps, they fast room service (delivering water & ice upon request), room had complimentary “welcome pastries,” quiet environment, and short 5 min walking distance to Petra entrance. Staff was very pleasant, helpful and attentive to our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hated that it was for only 2 nights. Also, valet parking is included with your stay. Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well. I recommend Old Street Cafe! If we ever make back out to Petra, there’s no doubt we will choose this hotel again and again!!!

Very conveniently located across from the entrance to Petra. The staff are very friendly, and even gave us complimentary late checkout when we requested it. They will also fill your water bottles with cold water and ice - much needed for a hot day out in Petra!
My only criticism is that I would not recommend eating dinner here. The food was very average, and much more expensive compared to the restaurants nearby.

We had two nights here in May, The hotel feels new and is well maintained and very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us a free upgrade to our room. A short walk (3 minutes) to the Petra gate it is perfectly situated for people who want a full day and evening without the hassle of additional transportation. Will stay here again next time I go

The streets are very steep. The downtown area looks run down so we did not venture there. However Petra was only a 5 minute walk in pleasant surroundings and a panoramic view.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the arrival the staff were really friendly and always very helpful. The place is very modern and has a very nice feel about it. The rooms are big and very nice and clean. Very good location to the entrance to Petra, although the walk up the hill was hard in the heat. On the day we left the staff even let us use the pool a bit earlier than usual so we could chill before setting off. Evenings are fantastic with tea and music on the rooftop terrace. Only negative I could comment on was the fact the food and drinks were expensive. But other than that a really lovely hotel.

The bathroom smelled terrible from sewage or the water. Other hotels (even the 5 star ones) across Jordan all had the smelly water issue to some extent, but this hotel's was particularly bad. We had to hold our breadth to go into bathroom, and we also decided not to take shower because of that.
When I mentioned it to their staff, the only thing they could do was to spray tons of air freshener to cover the smell. I am guessing they couldn't do much about it as the issue seems to be affecting the entire facility.
I could smell the stinky water in the breakfast area too though it was covered by heavy air freshener fragrance.
