The room was very clean. Loved that it was very quiet at night made it easy to sleep. Just had one problem with keycard not working right, but it was easily fixed.

They make you sign an agreement to abide by quiet hours yet the guest in the room next to mine was anything but quiet. When his dog wasn't barking, I was kept up by their horribly loud television. I didn't get more than 90 minutes of sleep that night, none of it restful. I definitely don't recommend this place.

Had a problem with the night manager. Had to tell him three time to give me bad my passport which I gave him to check in he told me, "I didn’t give him same." Second night people were fighting in all way told night manager about same and was told I would need to call police with complain. Room service cleaned on second day. I had a very bad experience and felt unsafe. I should have went with my intuition and not patronized this awful place. From the moment I checked in no warm greeting and the up keep from the place walking in was terrible. They didn’t offer in room refrigerator or microwaves and they portray on their app. Only available in the main check in/ out building. People were smoking all over the place for it to be a non smoking hotel which they falsely advertise on there website. They charged me $250 smoking fee and I don’t even smoke there were people smoking in there rooms however and they had no physical evidence just the smell which is not right. I’m beyond disappointed at the services of this place because they wouldn’t dispute the charges solely based of off a smell. So $350 for an absolute terrible experience and calling corporate was a JOKE! They couldn’t do anything because all Motel 6’s are franchise so they claim. Do yourself a favor and DONT STAY AT THIS MOTEL!

Room has no electric iron, had to go on business functions in squished cloths for two days. Management will not help even after expressing my need, saying no iron down stairs only up stairs. Room feels stuffy and damp. This really a no go place.

The property seems like there is very little maintenance done. Mold behind the toilet, none of the drains worked properly, and some of the valves for the faucets were leaking.

After 10pm was supposed to be “quiet time” at the hotel but there was a lot of noise in the parking lot until 2am and the staff didn’t address it. And there was a lot of marijuana smoke in some parts of the motel. Definitely is overpriced. Should cost less than $100 per night.

I have learned to ask to see the room before you check in. We walked in and were hit with a strong smell of cigarette smoke. There were cigarette burns on the edge of the bath tub, which looked dingy at best. The door to the bathroom would not shut. The place did not look well kept. I was in a hurry to meet my husband for a late lunch, so I left. When I returned, two hours later, I walked in and couldn't handle the smell, so decided to look for a different hotel. The manager would not issue me a refund, saying that check out was at 11(though I did not check IN until 3!). So I had to eat the cost of the first night and pay more for a different hotel. He did, at least refunded me for the second night since I had "checked out before 11."

The room had roaches and other bugs. The bed sagged in the middle and there was no WIFI even though it advertises it. When I asked for help with the WIFI at the front desk no one helped and I was told it's complementary and if it didn't work in my room oh well. I had to use WIFI in the freezing cold outdoor lobby. I had booked three nights but left after the first night.

Incredibly unclean property. Floors were so dirty they left black stains on our feet. Room smelled heavily of smoke and grim. Two showers at home later and still feel gross.
Furthermore, we walked in at check in to sn argument between the clerk and a family about billing and pre-payment. The clerk’s implicit to explicit racism towards this family of color was disgusting and he referenced calling the police several times when this family (with a small child) was confused over billing and want to speak to a manager. To make matters worse, the clerk referenced that we, a non-person of color, pre-paid correctly just furthered the disgusting way this family was being treated. We should have walked out and not stayed.

The clerk’s implicit to explicit racism towards this family of color was disgusting and he referenced calling the police several times when this family (with a small child) was confused over billing and want to speak to a manager. To make matters worse, the clerk referenced that we, a non-person of color, pre-paid correctly just furthered the disgusting way this family was being treated. We should have walked out and not stayed.

This property was basically what I was looking for - a simple and clean hotel at the right price price point for a short stay. Overall, a good visit - room and bathroom were clean, and facility was quiet at night. I had a few minor issues - there was no one manning the check-in desk (a security window) at night, and I had to call the front desk to get service. And my room keys stopped working randomly once during my stay (it also did others). The day shift worker was very nice, and the hotel accomodated a 2-hour late check-out. Good shopping within a short drive and very convenient to the highway.

The toilet ran all night even after we notified maintenance and they tried to fix it. The breakfast was haphazard: no forks or knives, juice machine unplugged, cereal available but no milk, all the bacon was gone even though there was still an hour to go before breakfast was over. They said they were 'discontinuing' breakfast; not sure what that meant because the hotel advertised they were serving breakfast. Will not stay here again.

There is no heat in the bathroom, in fact there is a vent that is not working where cold air comes in. The security door near my room has no lock. Each of 3 times I returned my key didn't work. Room was on the second floor and I had to keep going to the front desk for another key. Sliding automatic door was stuck and broken. The smell of trash in the second floor wes almost as overwhelming as the cleaner they used to cover it up. None of the employees were very helpful. The hotel pictures are how just how the rooms look however the rooms are not well kept, the refrigerator was not working properly or the phones. The hotel or the rooms was not as clean as they should have been. Could not use the shower/tub it was filthy. There was Marijuana smell all through the building in the non-smoking area with families with kids and a cheerleading team was there for competition. If you are going to have your family I strongly suggest you stay somewhere else.
