BRILLIANT PLACE TO STAY
We loved this place from top to bottom - yes there are stairs but we are fit! This was stunning - right on the Ribeira at the bridge with a view of the bridge from our enormous comfy bed! How amazing! So centrally located. The restaurant downstairs had great tapas and we enjoyed the apartment immensely! I would recommend it highly to everyone! Thank you so much!

Property was clean and as described. Located in the heart of Porto. Only concern was parking is scarce and street noise might bother some if sleeping in front bedrooms.

The hosts were amazing! So helpful in helping us find parking (there is a little street right in front of the apartment where you can park overnight for free--as long as you get a spot). It's a perfect location within the city. The only downside is the smell; it was quite musty. But you can't beat the views, location and service! Would stay here again!

Our stay at Rebeira Flats
The unit looked great when you first walked in, but you realize quickly that the apartment required 6 plug in scent devices to mask the odours caused by damp environment and sewer smell from bathroom. Also lighting was was very inadequate in kitchen and bathroom. Dining room chairs were too low to sit at a pool table converted to a dining room table. As I first said when you first walk in it looks great, just not practical to live in.

The location of the apartment was A+. The apartment was very clean and well taken care off. My complain is that I had the bottom apartment and there was no windows to open. I felt like I was in a cave and did not sleep well. I bet the other apartments had great views. If not for that it would have been perfect.

Great riverfront location
The apartment is on riverfront right in the middle of all attractions. No attendants for checking and definitely need a cell phone to call someone. We got there very early and called the manager. He showed up in 5 minutes and let us in to leave our luggage till apt was cleaned and ready to go. Very friendly manager and had several helpful hints. Close to metro station

The flats are in the most beautiful area just positioned in front of the river and beside the famous bridge. We chose the stone apartment which is very authentic and has been renovated to the highest standard. There is only natural light in the main bedroom and a very small window in the hall. This was supplemented by lots of spot lights which certainly brightened it up. Our TV was broken for 3 days and was promised each day that it would be fixed which unfortunately was never the case. The lady who cares for the apartments was quite rude and everything seemed to be too much of an effort for her even the replacing of towels as we had nowhere to dry them in the apartment and they were damp. There is also only 1 shower for an apartment that sleeps up to 6 people. Negative side apart it’s a beautiful apartment in the most privileged of areas. Beautiful restaurants within very easy walking distance but the most amazing bar/restaurant right next door with a wonderful atmosphere and service.

Great apartment with spectacular views overlooking the river. Close to the wine cellars and the funicular to take you up to town. No complaints!

The location of the apartment was amazing. Close to the river, shops, cafes (a great one next door), and a short walk to downtown. Parking was tough as we arrived on a Saturday afternoon to hordes of people in the area. Wound up finding an underground structure a few blocks away for about 24 Euros/day. The apartment was spacious, but could have used some additional cleaning. The floors were sticky and we came across a water bug in the couch and ants in the master bed. The only windows are at the front of the apartment (bedroom and entry) so the rear of the apartment is a dark and has a bit of a damp feeling. Great shower in the bathroom and fun pool table under the dining room table cover! Check-in was relatively hassle free and we were given the keys and a brief tour within 10 minutes of calling.

Fab location right on the river. A Bolina bar right outside made our stay with great staff, good quality food/ wines etc and attentive service. Apartment was modern and included a pool table which was enjoyed by all. However , very dark, basic kitchen only good for simple snacks, and 2nd bedroom no air on and quite tight feeling a little claustrophobic at times.

So, this is a really nice location, with a nice view. The management was great - she met us there on time, and was very helpful during our entire stay. The apartment itself is very nice, though it's a LOT of stairs (like 64 steps to get into the actual apartment), which is a lot when you are carrying luggage. Also, the biggest downside was there is no A/C in one of the rooms. That's not bad during the day when the door is open, but it got hot in there at night.

The apartment is nice very clean, great location and a short walk to the riverside, tons of restaurants and you can walked to the bridge, downtown is only 15 mins walk.

Great location, slightly lacking in comfort
Check in was relatively problem free although we did have to call the caretaker who was not on site to let us in for which we waited 5-10 mins. Make sure you call in advance of your arrival to avoid any delay.

Had to give a low comfort rating because there wasn't much ventilation in the ground floor flat. Two windows to the front room and two more to the front of the flat for the rest of the accommodation. The second room didn't have a window.
You could also hear movement in the flats above.

While the design of the apartment is quite special, and the rooms are clean. The thing I would complain are the bathroom and toilet.
The bad smell reflux from the drainage in the bathroom, so we need to bath with the bad smell. The water is so slow and not hot enough, some of my family told me they are shivering while bathing...

A estadia foi MARAVILHOSA. Com certeza eu voltaria lá e indicaria o flat para outras pessoas. O ambiente é lindo, espaçoso e confortável. Não vejo a hora de poder voltar. Localização perfeita, próximo à ponte principal na Ribeira, onde ficam os restaurantes, funicular, teleférico, etc.

Es un edificio de piedra (al menos la planta baja), que parece antiguo, pero restaurado hace poco, el interior es moderno, con muebles nuevos, pero al mismo tiempo, con un toque que le hace original. El apartamento es muy grande y espacioso. Está en una situación privilegiada, casi en el \"paseo marítimo\" (o fluvial, más bien), pero a la distancia justa como para que no moleste el ruido nocturno. El funicular para subir al centro está también casi al lado o, si quieres ir dando un paseo, también está bastante cerca. La única pega puede ser, si vas en coche, el aparcamiento. Se puede dejar en la misma avenida Gustavo Eiffel, pero lo normal es que encontrar sitio bastante lejos. Hay un párking justo al otro lado del puente, a unos 400 m, pero se llena enseguida, y otro a unos 600-700 metros, al lado del edificio de la bolsa, pasando un túnel.

O apartamento é amplo, com dois quartos, mas um deles sem ar condicionado, cozinha americana, sala mas apenas 1 banheiro.
Infelizmente no único quarto com ar, o mesmo quebrou e vazou água no quarto inteiro, não sendo consertado nos 4 dias em que estivemos lá.

Trevligt boende nära den bästa delen av Porto
Nybyggd lägenhet i ett gammalt stenhus. Vi bodde i nedanvåningen och den har enbart fönster åt ett väderstreck. Fördelen var att den höll sig kall och skön dygnet runt. Nackdelen var att utsikten inte kunde utnyttjas; dels pga gatan rakt utanför fönstren och dels att det bara fanns två fönster. Läckert inreddd med fina inredningsdetaljer som kombinerat biljardbord/matbord, gigantisk soffa för hela familjen, stor LED-TV och massor av infälld belysning. Dock mögel i köksskåp och ett litet badrum som saknade all form av ventilation. Välj en lägenhet högre upp i huset är mitt tips. Väldigt bra läge i Porto med närhet till de trevligaste områdena i stan. En bar är närmsta granne, en klar bonus :-)

Déception niveau service et confort, n'y allez pas
J'ai réservé cet appartement pour 6 personnes (description sur le site: 2 lits doubles et 1 canapé-lit). On arrive (à 5 personnes car une amie n'a pas pu venir) et on nous informe que le canapé ne se déplie pas (propreté douteuse) et que normalement l'appart est prévu pour 4 personnes. Nous devons également demandé du gel douche (rien dans la salle de bains) et des serviettes en plus (il y avait seulement 3 grandes serviettes). Nous nous apercevrons qu'il manque un oreiller mais malgré nos relances, nous ne l'avons pas obtenu. Alexandra, qui nous a accueillie, nous avait pourtant dit \"call me anytime\". Une seule salle de bains, pas lumineux et très humide, je ne conseille pas leur appartement Stone. En plus, c'est mal insonorisé, dans la nuit de vendredi à samedi, nos chers voisins du dessus nous ont réveillé à 5h du matin et empêché de dormir à cause du bruit qu'ils faisaient. Le dernier jour, nous n'avons pas pu laissé nos bagages après 11h alors que notre vol était le soir, pas pratique du tout. Le seul point positif était l'emplacement et l'eau chaude dans la douche. C'est dommage.

O apartamento possui uma localização perfeita. Próximo à maioria das atrações do porto, e em um ponto muito agradável... O restaurante à Bolina fica ao lado e é uma jóia no porto! Recomendadíssimo!!! As únicas sugestões que deixo é que o apartamento poderia contar com taças de vinho e o chuveiro poderia esquentar um pouco mais e ter mais pressão.... No resto, tudo perfeito e nossa anfitriã foi muitíssimo atenciosa!!!

Localização excelente, na Ribeira e uma vista espetacular do Douro. A pessoa responsável que nos atendeu foi muito atenciosa e prestativa. A única observação esta no fato de não ter elevadores, e em caso de pessoas idosas, fica difícil a estadia e único banheiro fica distante dos quartos e frio e a total ausência de calefação ! Os ar condicionados funcionaram bem e apartamento estava impo e bem equipado !

체크 인을 위해서 호텔스닷컴에 나와있는 체크인 시간인 2시에 세차례나 전화를 했지만 전화를 받지 않았고, 직접 찾아가서 문을 두드리고 벨을 눌러도 연락이 되지 않았슴. 다행이 이웃에게 연락이 되서 한시간이 지나서 오라고 해서 근처에서 점심을 먹고 4시에 찾아 갔더니 호텔스닷컴의 체크인 시간이 잘못된거고 오히려 우리에게 체크인 시간이 3시인데 4시에 왔다고 화를 냄.
와이파이는 아예 불통이고 보일러도 작동이 되질 않아서 우리 가족은 겨울 오리털파커를 입고 잤다.

Très bien placé au pied du Pont Eiffel, à proximité d'une série de restaurants et surtout du bistro juste à côté!!..A Bolina Bar ! Très bon et passionné de jazz
Evitez absolument l'appartement Stone. Il est au RdC. C'est une grotte!.
Gentiment décoré mais \"sans fenêtres\" car les seules qui existent sur le devant sont doublées d'un autre vitrage insonorisant mais dotés de volets en bois plein qui ne peuvent s'entr'ouvrir que de quelques centimètres!
Donc, aucune vue!... sauf celle de l'écran plat de 160 cm ;-))
De plus, il n'y a pas de salle de bain mais un simple cabinet de toilettes comprenant douche et WC dans un minimum de m2... avec un éclairage inefficace... et une aération insuffisante qui génère rapidement une odeur de moisi.
Enfin, même pas une bouteille d'eau, ou une capsule café allant dans la machine type Nespresso, pour l'accueil.
Pour le prix payé, très élevé, c'est incompréhensible et exagéré.
Pour finir, cet appartement ne peut être utile que si vous réservez simultanément d'autres appartements au-dessus - qui disposent de fenêtres ouvrantes!- car vous êtes très nombreux!

Donc, aucune vue!... sauf celle de l'écran plat de 160 cm ;-))
De plus, il n'y a pas de salle de bain mais un simple cabinet de toilettes comprenant douche et WC dans un minimum de m2... avec un éclairage inefficace... et une aération insuffisante qui génère rapidement une odeur de moisi.
Enfin, même pas une bouteille d'eau, ou une capsule café allant dans la machine type Nespresso, pour l'accueil.
Pour le prix payé, très élevé, c'est incompréhensible et exagéré.
Pour finir, cet appartement ne peut être utile que si vous réservez simultanément d'autres appartements au-dessus - qui disposent de fenêtres ouvrantes!- car vous êtes très nombreux!
