The staff was very unprofessional and was rude. We had reservations and confirmed the booking with the hotel but when we got there the staff said that there is reservation but no room. We were literally kicked out from the hotel. The staff came in pajamas and was half asleep. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

the rm was horrible
it smells like dog urine, carpet is stained matress has a huge stain. they are a dog friendly hotel. with that being said DON'T had carpet in the rms, put a mattress protector on the matress to help clean the mattress clean & from odors from the dog.

there was NO staff member on site the whole wk I was there except for the night I checked in.

I asked for a refund so I can leave the hotel because of the horrific odor, was told NO refunds.

would NOT recommend this hotel to any1 unless you like sleeping in a urine odor rm......

Run down and bug-infested. I expected a no-frills room, but I wasn't prepared for a sticky vinyl floor, a winged bug crawling across my sketchbook, roaches fleeing the bathroom counter from under my hairdryer, outlet covers falling off, no bedside lamp, cigarette burns on the side of the tub, wide blinds that did little to darken the room, and no ice machine. Besides the roaches, I saw at least two other types of insects. Ick. I feel bad for the working guys who stay for multiple nights at a time. A colleague had another room that was at least as bad. Neither of us will return to this property. On a positive note, the front desk agent was friendly and helpful, and parking was convenient.

Expensive for what you received. For a hotel it should have been better. We had water on the floor from a leaking nozzle, bathroom had not been swept. Microwave was broken. AC unit broken but worked. It was 62 in the room when we arrived. WiFi said I reached limit when I hasn’t used it yet. However, despite all of this front desk was great. She offered to move us. My mom w dementia was already settled. She did provide extra towels at my request. She was very helpful w the WiFi as well.

There was a kitchenette in our unit but no dishes were provided. The countertop was in rough shape, didn't feel it was very sanitary to prepare food on.
There were no blankets and 3 pillows, I asked for more and was told they didn't have any. We couldn't get heat only cold air. The hallways were smokey from cigarette/pot. There were several people hanging out in the hall. The bathtub faucet was loose and had a hard time turning on the water. The counter in the bathroom was in poor condition. We had a difficult time connecting with staff at the front office

There was no ice ANYWHERE in the room or building, no coffee packets & no cups. Roaches when when I walked in the hotel & in the room. No phone. ALL OUTSIDE DOORS lock at 11p (you can go out but not get in). This was not a good experience!

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. There were pills on the nightstand, inside drawers, and on the floor. Cigarette burns on the bed and bathroom. There were cockroaches all over the room, and the beds smelled awful, with nasty stained mattresses. Spills all over. The room was clearly never cleaned from the previous guest, and was very dirty. No one was at the desk, so we just left and got a different hotel. I want my money back. This hotel should be condemned.

Was on first floor. No breakfast served there,which I thought there was.our room we checked into smelled like cigarettes, suppose to be non smoking hotel. So they moved us to another room. Not much better.Bed looked like an over sized army cot. We had a sheet for a bedspread. No coffee pot. No ironing board or iron. No hair dryer. No blanket. Some things you had to go and ask for and others you had to purchase. Both rooms were dirty.Will not recommend this place or ever go there again. They should have to give me back my money.

We reserved a suite, fridge was hot when we arrived and the next morning it still wasn't cold. No blankets in the room or on the bed. The halls smelled like marijuana all the time especially there by the office. I would NEVER stay at this property. I've had better stays sleeping in my car at a rest area.

The property was terribly dirty, stunk of smoke. No remote for the TV and no bedside table lamp. walls were dirty with running stains on all walls in the bedroom and bathroom and even some stains that we didn’t care to try and identify. We had to purchase bedding, and additional pillows because there were no additional pillows available except the crappy flat one on the bed. Honestly, it was more trouble to get money back from Expedia than try and change hotels. This hotel was simply disgusting. If I were Expedia I would remove it from any listing because it just gives Expedia a bad look.

Compared to other hotels we've stayed at in this area, for the price, this hotel was a let down. The rooms were sparse. The beds weren't much above a fold-out futon in a dorm room. And this was the upgraded room. The mattress would slide around the skeleton frame. No side table by bed. No lamps. No iron or ironing board. No small bottles of shampoo/conditioner. No facial tissues. A small hand soap provided for 4 night stay. NO ice machine on property. No ice trays for the freezer. Carpet in hallways smelled like mold. For the price, could not imagine us ever choosing to stay here again.
On the positive, the staff were very nice.

I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to stay here, from start to finish the service and condition of the hotel was deplorable. I was treated so rudely and treated then I wanted a moment to think about staying there, I was pushed out of the room by the front desk clerk and then when I decided, she told me the room was gone and not available, I didn’t even get a chance to stay here but from I did see, I wouldn’t recommend it. Shame on me for not doing the proper research. It was only given a 2.2 star rating

Rude staff, arrived just at 3pm for check-In and was told no I couldn’t check in as it was shift change: I apologized and stepped outside for a moment; went back in and they had closed the window; but continued to talk to each other. About 10 after 3 I was able to check in, went to check out the room. It was nice and spacious for the price and good amenities for the price, however there were 3 roaches within 30 seconds that I noticed 1 one door, 1 on counter; 1 more on floor on way out. I was kind of scared to do more looking before returning with some roach spray. Overall 4/10.

Not a place for children. Definitely a place for drug addicts to stay for cheap. Saw a woman roll around in the parking lot waiting for Uber eats... Many people saw it and there reaction said this happens often. When the vending machines have steel fences covering the glass, that's a dead giveaway. Now that being said, nothing bad happen to me and everyone was friendly.

Roaches everywhere in the bed the tub the fridge the walls and it smelled like musty man balls that had not been washed in years the lady at front desk offered to spray air freshener and I went angle bought some and it didn’t help! She let us look at the room before hand and asked me if we were sure we wanted to stay there which was weird never been asked that before and I had already paid for my room online I was traveling from Baltimore to Ohio and back to Baltimore in a 24 hour period just needed a few hours rest she made it clear no refunds and no smoking but all I smelled was cigarette smoke in the room s around mine

I did not stay, I was advised per staff at check in to look at my room prior to check in and then I didnt stay. The walls were dirty, the light sockets were exposed and dangerous if touched. The restroom has some sort of flies in there. Was not a stay able place for overnight, I requested a refund on the charge and the hotel stated I would have to contact expedia. Can anyone help me with this?
When I arrived there were police onsite, this was unsettling and the hallways smelled of urine.

Roach hotel motel say what!

This hotel wasn't clean at all. Room was missing cabinet doors, stovetop didn't work refrigerator barley worked keeping our drinks warm the whole stay. Air conditioning unit was load and I had to clean the filter just to get the heater to work.
Brought takeout food and started to see bugs,roaches and waterbugs. The bathroom was a mess towels sheets and pillow cases where off-white and needed to be thrown in the trash. T.V. is outdated and channels shows where interrupted constantly because the T.V. wasn't compatible with the cable package. Wifi was a hit and miss all through our stay.

Well seeing the cockroachs, was pretty disappointing. Those little dudes were out before the food had arrived. Thought that was pretty rude. One of them kept hitting my Wife. C'mon dude really. Rest of them ended being pretty cool. Played few hands of poker. There was an old greybeard in the bunch. Said he used to live, get this, Joe's Apartment! He told us a couple tale of time at Joes. Pretty decent dude. Ended up letting him hold the video camera while the wife and I enjoyed the rest of our weekend.
Ha Ha ! Seriously tho. WAY to many roaches. Youd think that place was their Mecca.

Pictures of the outside looked fine, but this hotel was awful, walked into the room and was not impressed. I believe this hotel is used as long term stays, smells from cooking in the rooms. We went out and came back, left a lunch box with wrapped candy in it, there were bugs all over the counter. Picked up our things and left. Funds are to be refunded by hotel

Majority of the staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. They talk to and about the guests horribly and are NEVER at the front desk when they should be. The fire alarm goes off all the time and it is very unsafe to not know whether or not there is an actual fire or of the alarm is going off for no reason. I've been chased by unleashed dogs numerous times INSIDE the hotel. Our room was not up to standard (AC flooding the room, stove not working, hot water not working, fridge not working) and nothing was done until 3 days later, could not be moved to another room because they said the other rooms are worse .
