It was not so great . Our sheet had not been clean al the way though . You can see a blood stain on it . Also, we found a lot hair in the drainage of shower . For the price you pay a night . You would think get a very clean room. Also the breakfast had a very limited of selection.

This hotel qas absolutely amazing, staff were polite and welcoming. Rooms were clean, well light, and extremely comfy and spacious. The breakfast selection in the morning was outstanding. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in a welcoming hotel.

It was as great. We arrived early as we were driving to Cincinnati and got there earlier than expected. We explained the situation to the front seat staff Nancy I believe her name is. I waited too long to write this review and not forget her name. But she was very nice and allowed us to check in early free of charge. It was very cold and was there for a wedding so didn’t need to go anywhere and needed to rest because we drove all night to get there. Our stay was great and no complaints. I would definitely stay there again. The property is well situated and closed to restaurants.

Room was very clean. Everything was ready for us. We had a family wedding nearby so several of us stayed here. Breakfasts were good. Kelly did a great job with it and was very friendly. Our group of about 12 took over part of the lobby for a good part of a free day and played board games and socialized. Nice place. Will stay again.

Property was excellent. Room was large,and in room kitchen was we'll equipped. Breakfast was very good with hot oatmeal, eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles.
The low rating is the desk staff.
The person at the desk at the evening check in acted completely bored to be at work. She started talking and all I could understand her sayimg was ID, she mumbled so badly, and spoke with such a lazy tine and voice, I could uld barely understand her. Her next sentence asking for a credit card for incidentals, was mumbled so badly I jad to stop her and tell her I literally could not understand a word she was saying. This was not a foreign accent issue. It was a lazy employee. We would definitely stay here again, but for what I paid for the roomI would expect some better service at the desk.

On day 4 I finally had to ask at 2 in the afternoon if my room was going to be attended. We were out of toilet paper. No clean towels or face cloths. The housekeeper came by, gave us towels took the garbage but nothing else. There were dirty dishes that had been put away. The hand prints in the elevators are probably still there. I will not choose this property in the future.

This is our worst experience ever! Second day after our arrival, when we saw our room dirty, We asked the front desk, \"what happened\" she said \"we clean the room every 3rd day\". After that i checked our room and there was a sticker in the bathroom saying\" we clean the room every other day\". If we wanted that, we could stay in AIRBNB, not in a hotel. . We never were in the hotel or used their facilities. They never cleaned our room for 5 days. I asked them to do it the other day, they didn't do it. Last day Missy-front desk was very rude. We were complaining about the situation-no manager, so she didn’t care and she said that we threatened her about a bad review of their hotel and that is what we are posting. Also she said that it was recorded, I hope they also recorded when i asked them to be sure that they clean our room the other day\". Missy told me to call her manager, instead of contact Hilton, because I told her I would contact Hilton, not your manager, and that is what I did. They never cleaned our room, I want my money back.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. There is no conditioner in the showers, though it looks like they used to offer it. The pool is on the small side but well maintained. Its conveniently located next to the elevators so you don’t have to walk very far when wet.

The continental breakfast is very good with simple options. My only complaint is that the tables to eat on in the lobby are comically tall with short chairs. I felt like I needed a booster seat. Even my 6ft companion looked like a toddler trying to eat at an adults table.

First part of stay was excellent but then came Saturday and the staff wasnt as pleasant, the breakfast wasnt cooked as good and was kind of out of order. The noise and clutter got out of control also but i guess i should blame the customers and not the staff. And for all the signs of no birthday parties in pool area there seemed to be two, so much much was going on the a few people came to check in and left because of the chaos i will not be back.

We stayed for 4 nights. The toilet wasn’t flushing properly and it took 2 days to be fixed. Our room wasn’t stocked with full towel sets, there were still dishes in the dishwasher. Our room wasn’t cleaned the entire time we were there. Although the staff were nice, upon check out when trying to share that the overall experience wasn’t good, the front desk person and the manager were extremely rude and dismissive. I’ve never had such a poor interaction from hotel staff. They were unwilling to address any of the concerns raised about our stay.

The only issue I had was when we checked in, I could not have the room that I reserved on the Expedia app. The front desk told me that since i didn't reserve on the Hilton web site, I was NOT guaranteed the Specific room Amenities. I am disabled and in a wheelchair, I specifically reserved the roll in shower room on Expedia but did not get it. Once I checked in, I had no other choice than to take the room available. IF that was told to me on Expedia I missed it. Why Does this happen? I wasn't asking for something that was not necessary.

We arrived at 445pm check in is 3pm. We check in get our luggage unpacked only to get to the room and housekeeping hasn’t even cleaned it yet. So we put our luggage in our friends room who mind you didn’t have reservations like we did and their room was ready . Then I put there would be 3 of us in our room and they have enough towels for one person! The pool area; no towels, the drain was not draining and there was an inch plus of water all around the pool and going out the door into the lobby!
Plus side breakfast was good, rooms were cleanish- and beds were comfortable. But for 190$ for one night we expected more!

Breakfast buffet was less than average. Not much choice. Pool was shut down two evenings and there were usually 20 or more little kids so we could never enjoy the pool. Would not consider this an average hotel. To me it was a little over priced for what is offered. Make more selections for the breakfast buffet. Also there was always kids running up and down the hallways yelling. Not fun at all.

Over the stay was pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. All things considered the actual facility was good.

They were running low on pillows so it was a good thing we brought our own. They had an outdoor firepit that we were excited to utilize, however the propane was empty and the maintenance personnel responsible for changing it was not available until the next night after our checkout. The biggest issue was a vehicle break in that resulted in some items being stolen. Because of that, I will likely not stay in this particular area again.

Amazing customer service

The customer service Jesse and Ryan's provided us was amazing. We got there a lot after 3:00 had 3 rooms booked one room wasn't ready but Jesse went ahead cleaned the room instead of waiting on the housekeeper who was doing the best she could. Gave us waters had free comfort and tea all day. Breakfast was good established the breakfast sandwiches. My only complaint was the indoor pool was freezing.

The host the night we checked in was so busy. I had to wait a few moments for him to get to the desk. But once he did, he was so perfectly lovely and kind. Give Casey a 10/10. But, of no fault of his, my room wasn't very clean, the pull out couch had actual crumbs and dirt on the coverlet, they don't have conditioner in the shower or at the hotel, and the breakfast was just nothing at all to speak of.

Their were stains on the curtains for the closet and in the bathroom shower. The receptionist was super sweet and overall the hotel was nice. We stayed @ Home2Suites through the Christmas holiday and we're delighted with the accommodations. The room was spacious, we had all we needed to reheat & serve our preplanned holiday meals. The hotel was running on a short staff so most could be with their families but the service we received was outstanding and all employees were so nice. Would recommend to anyone!

The hotel was nice. However online it says there isnt a check in end time but when we got there the door was locked and it took about 10-15 minutes before we could get anyone to come let us in and check in. The guy working the desk said if we would’ve came any later they would’ve canceled our reservation which would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. Our shower also had no shampoo, and our tv wifi kept saying it wasn’t connected so that gave us issues. There was also dirty silverware in the drawer.
