I made reservations online got to the property. No one was at the desk called the phone number that was on the wall. Spoke to an individual who stated I would have to wait until the morning to check in. Mind you the ladder on the wall, stated that their hours on Saturday and Sunday or 10 PM to 6 AM. It was 11 PM and nobody was at the office. The man was rude.

This property is a place where low income people live for a number of days. They do not clean this place at all, they only tidy it up for you. The walls, floor, tub, stove, chairs, shower and bathroom are dirty. The furniture is old from the early 2003. The tvs doesn't have a remote. This place is the worst I ever been to.

The room was not cleaned. There was trash on the floor, bugs climbing the walls. The bedding had questionable stains. There were no towels or toiletries. The trash cans were in the tub upside down. There wasn't a shower curtain. There were dead bugs in the tub. The tub also took all night to drain and had a crack. There was loud music playing till way after 4am and when I woke up at 8am it was still playing. Not sure it ever stopped. It was loud enough that my bed vibrated from it. if it wasn't so late I would have changed hotels.

This place is unsafe, dirty carpets, bugs everywhere, filthy sheets with stains ,fridge is old with rust all over it, mold buildup, nasty stains on bathroom tub. The breakfast advertised consisted of a few cereal bars and a pot of coffee, In the middle of the night someone have an access card and open the door trying to force into the room, and the door lock prevented him and took off running. This property has only 2 cameras , one at the front desk and laundry room. I called the police and moved out the next morning and before that the access card for the door keep getting turn off. The front desk does not verify if a guest is actually the one at the room, Anybody can walk in and said my card is not working with any room number and the card is activated. This is very scary . I cannot believe with my own eyes that this place is doing business . People save yourself and your family from booking at this place. Do not get fool by the positive reviews . The pictures were not taken at this hotel. Furniture was super old, carpet was dirty, room smelled of cigarette smoke. Stay Away

Terrible. We had checked in then left to go get food. We came back and entered the room we were given and it looked like someone had been in there just minutes before we got there. Towels were used, bed sheets were messed up and used, and someone left their drink and food out on the night stand! I am disgusted in how much money I paid for a room and didn’t even get to spend the night in it.

Not the best neighborhood

Since it's an Extended Stay, the clientele tend to be LESS of the overnight travelers. The parking was MEH at best and not close to the room I was in. The hotel location is shoved back in some corner lot. The room was clean enough, although there was some old ice cream in the freezer, the bath mat had a shoe print on it and the smoke detector was disabled because someone smoked SOMETHING in there; burn marks on the bathroom floor. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room... However, the bed was comfortable enough and the AC was one of those noisy wall units BUT this one wasn't too bad surprisingly.

A fitness center was in my advertisement, but I don't think that this location had one. Other than no one being at the front desk when I arrived, everything else went pretty well. My room was close to the hotel's laundry room and, if someone used too much bleach, the smell permeated into my room. Good selection of cable TV channels. The air condition worked very well. The microwave and full-sized refrigerator, with a freezer and ice cube trays, came in handy. Clean room and nice bed. I slept well. Good location, right off the freeway, and lots of restaurants and shopping within five minutes. Thank you.

The rooms are out of date. The carpets was heavily stained. The bed was not a king, it seems more like a queen if that. It was very small. When I was doing my cleaning, I noticed SEVERAL blood stains on the fitted sheet. I went to the front office and of course the cleaning people had already left for the day, so I was given a fitted sheet to put on myself. We also had a dirty towel in the bathroom. The bathroom was the only updated area of the room. The light over the desk didn't work. I told the front office about that as well. She said they wouldn't be back until Monday. I said I will be gone by then. She said she could possibly have someone come early Saturday morning. I said please have them call us first because we wanted to sleep in. Never heard back from anyone. I was very disappointed as the pictures on line is not what we got. We will not be back and I don't recommend anyone staying here.

The checking staff was very very nice. Though the office was nearly impossible to find. Once I got into my room I discovered that it was quite dirty. The bed was clean. And that's about as far as it goes. The floor was disgusting. I literally wore my shoes the entire time I was there. I can't with the bathtub. Picture below.

I checked in early evening and noticed a half-smoked cigarette in the kitchenette area and the desk clerk had me sign a pledge that I would forfeit 250 dollars if there was any evidence of smoking in my room! I had no remote control to the TV and the blanket on the otherwise comfortable bed had numerous holes from a smoker.

I reported all this and more to an uninterested morning clerk who was more interested in his fashion statement—-too much green in my humble opinion.

Finally, the hotel offers “grab and go” breakfast. That is a nutrigrain bar and decent coffee and packaged oatmeal!

It seems this particular motel has many rooms set aside for homeless in need. I saw many of them checking out and loitering in the parking lot. I applaud the outreach!

I don’t like bring afraid to go outside at dark because of all the arguing and caterwauling. I think I heard gunshots in Springdale!

I might have suspected a dangerous neighborhood seeing the clerks behind bullet-proof glass!

I had prepaid for what I expected would be so much more and hope a refund of my 118 dollars is forthcoming soon!

This motel from hell needs a management overhaul and clerks interested in working there and attending to their customers!

I couldn’t tell you how clean my room was, how nice the view was, or if I had a patio/balcony because my room had already been given to someone else by the time I arrived to check-in. I drove over 4 hours to get to this place just to be told that there are no more rooms available even though I reserved my room at least a week prior. I don’t understand the point of a reservation if you’re just going sell my room to someone else anyway. Mind you, I arrived well within the allotted check-in times. It wouldn’t have been so bad if you didn’t take my money, but you did and now I have to play phone/email tag to attempt to get my money back. By far the worst service I’ve ever had at any hotel. I will never use this service again.

I'm pretty sure they're human trafficking out of this hotel. When I checked in there was a little kid behind the desk, and three men were wandering around. There was a guy with a knife who was wandering around behind the desk. They watched me walk back to my room. People were sitting in cars watching me walk into my room. It was creepy. I ended up leaving my room and going to a different hotel. I didn't want to ask for a refund because I felt unsafe. I travel the world and this just felt off and odd. It didn't feel safe.

I checked in in the office and paid with my credit card. When I went to the room, it was not cleaned,beds weren't made and another person's belongings were still.in the room. The front desk could not give me another room. They had another one which would bean upgrade but asked me to pay additional funds. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was the only employee there. She finally called the manager. He agreed to refund my money and I was able to get a room somewhere else. There was a storm over night and the parking lot was sheer ice. No salt or sand had been applied. I was as careful as I could be but I fell beside my car and broke my arm in two places. First off, I want to say this is the first time we checked out early and stayed somewhere else due to how bad the rooms were. The time of check in, the worker was nice. It did take like 6 or 8 different key cards to works to find one that activated. With multiple swipe per card. The room smelled like weed, the floors had peanuts all over luckily we had no peanut allergy),right then I knew the room was not properly cleaned, fridge stunk and it was very hot. I did ask for a different room and they were able to work with me. But for an extra $25 for a two bed room. So, we had to go through the keycard activation and fiasco. The second room was a little better to say the least. The hardwood floor were dirty. I had to tell my wife and kids to use my clean socks as slipper to keep feet clean. Later that night, my daughter spilled some juice and I used a rag to clean and that rag was filthy black. Again, this room was NOT properly clean. The tub was disgusting and it was clogged, we had to remove hair just to get it unclogged and prior to that we can see brown water come up from the drain. My wife had to shower in a puddle of someone else filth due to the drain being slow. The sheets had some stains ( looked like dried blood ) and they did not smell great. I could have mention all the issues I had but it would have made no difference because it should have never been like this to begin with. Cheap or not, no customer should experience what I went through.

Well it was my first and only time at this establishment I am more than happy to accept a few minor details of concern because I truly enjoy the savings benefits I receive as usual I arrived late and exhausted there is one elevator for the whole 3 floor building and at least one additional set of steps parking was awkward but I navigated to and from the lobby and up to my room I dealt with my issues and went to bed I contacted hotels chat with an hour before checkout to let them know I’d found meth in the room in the floor Whike he kept me on the phone and in my underwear til I was in an almost near frenzy, I hung up my phone and went to the lobby where the staff there scolded me for not reporting it on the middle of the night and having to move rooms again. I’m still calling the app one more time but as of now, I haven’t even gotten an apology I don’t feel a discount , credit, refund or complimentary stay at another hotel is too much to expect but it was so at the end of it all, they make me feel like the bad guy I have a callback interview tomorrow but I could feel myself being in a shambles for most of the day

Loud ruckus all night starting at 11pm every night. Springdale police are always called. I saw them carry out a dead body from a third floor room either 311 or 309. It was horrible. Do Not Stay. I had several stays but opted to pay more to stay somewhere that gave me a safe feeling. Definitely not this extended stay. Do yourself a favor and try any number of other options.

When we first walked into the lobby it smelled like marijuana, but we were waited on right away. The gentleman that greeted us nice and cordial.The room was clean ,but definitely needed updated. There was a hole in the back of the bathroom door and a big chip out on the rim of the bathtub that was at first covered with the towel for the floor. The water for the shower was nice and hot and the flow was great.

1) Room was very dirty. The floor was tacky. The bottom of our slippers was black & sticky.
2) The table and dresser surfaces were covered with an unknown film.
3) The bathroom sink drain was extremely slow. It must be partially clogged with hair.
4) Lamps on side of bed did not work. Electrical outlet was loose in the wall, making a poor connection. This is a fire and safety hazard. Also, there should be lamps on both side of bed, not just one side.
5) The so called \"Breakfast\" was nothing more than a few different candy bars, coffee and a packet of oatmeal.
6) The outside stairwell reeked of garbage smell from the bins at the bottom of the stairwell.
7) Room was extremely humid because the AC unit dehumidifier is not sized to handle a room that size.
8) No elevator for handicap access to 2nd floor.
9) The accommodations look nothing like the pictures of the facility online.
10) Refrigerator & freezer were dirty inside.
11) Only 5 hangars for 2 people.
12) Only 1 chair to sit at table. Why not 2?
13) There should be 2 bedside tables, not one.
I have made over 300 trips, both business and personal. This was the ABSOLUTE WORST place I have ever stayed.

I didn’t end up staying here- upon checking in, I found 6 people in the lobby, all with various complaints; Bed bugs, doors that wouldn’t close/lock, air conditioning not working, etc. While I was waiting, the clerk behind the counter raised his hands in the air and yelled “I need less people in the lobby!”. Whereas I understand why he would be frustrated, that is far from professional. With everything I saw in the lobby; the complaints I heard- I deemed it best for me to keep moving down the road.

Check-in experience was a little shocking. I had a reservation and the lady at the front desk told me that \"just because you have a reservation, you are not guaranteed a room\"...I was like...what? Then, we had to have a credit card to put on hold...this is the first hotel that hasn't taken my debit card, which is a mastercard. I was tired and just wanted to get to my room.
The room was very nice and the other employees were very nice. The 2 ladies at the check-in desk were less than cordial during questioning before check-in and during the check-in process. The next morning, the front desk lady was very nice.

Worst stay of my life! We were booked for two nights. The first room we were given hadn’t even been cleaned. The bed was made but sheets from person prior still on bed. Trash in the room and it smelled horrendous. Second room give —while the beds were clean….the room was so filthy! Roaches in the kitchen light fixture. Smelled of weed and smoke—although it was to be a non smoking hotel. They gave us cinnamon air freshener to mask the odor. We stayed there one night because we HAD to, the second night we left after our concert in the middle of the night. I’m calling today to complain! Don’t stay here.

Check-in went okay - lady with blue hair could have smiled or been a bit more friendly. As for the room - needs some updating. Dresser had a broken drawer and could use a coat of paint. Refrigerator made noises all night long - needs to be looked at - I would be surprised if other guests didn't complain about it. Lady at check out was nice, and glad you could grab a cup of coffee during check-out

The property was not bad as far as cleanliness and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room smelled strongly of smoke when we checked in. The shower head did not work correctly. It was advertised that they served breakfast but was really just a coffee bar. Not sure we would stay there again
