Remote broken and replacement didn't work for tv. They were out of Do Not Disturb door signs. At check-in, I checked late, and I really needed to use the restroom as I had been driving for 2 hours, front desk person did not let me use the restroom in the front office, I had to go to my room, that was unkind.

Staff were friendly and polite. Room was not very well cleaned. Small curly black hairs all over especially in the bathroom. Tub was rusted and faucet dripped all night. Floors were scratched up and looked terrible. Beds shifted and walked across the floor if you moved at all. Appeared bug free though. It is advertised they have cribs/portable play yards and they do not. Definitely pet friendly. Heard multiple barking dogs all night as well as plenty of people outside our door talking and yelling all night.

This was the nastiest dirtiest place I have ever stayed in my whole life. The toilet in the bathroom over flowed waited all day for them to come and fix it. They never did went down and demanded another room new room just as nasty as the old one it is not just dirty. It is gross.

When requested a refund, was told by hotel owner that would have to come from Expedia. Expedia said it has to come from vendor. Scam. This property should not be an option to book on Expedia.

I needed a room at this interchange for one night. I got it. The room is plain and needs some serious updating, as almost everything is worn. BUT it was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. Good lighting but not one wastebasket. Cheap and adequate, but would stay elsewhere if it was for more than one night.

Sheets were filthy and covered in cigarettes burns. There are softer beds in prison. Tub and shower sprayed out brown dirty water and tv screen had been smashed. I requested another room and it was only moderately better. Working tv. Shower ane water were fairly clean but bed sheets were still a mess and beds were even harder
Dont stay here. Based on the other clientele people just come here to pick up escorts and do hard drugs.

This place was filthy! Dirty sock/trash on floor. Toilet not cleaned, had urine and hair on. Table in room not cleaned, was what I hoped to be dried ketchup. Bathroom wall looked to have blood on and back of door had brown stains like someone threw a beverage. Bedsheets had stains…some looked like urine others were brown. The smell of pot was horrible. Had someone outside our door around midnight and our dog barked. The people said oh they have a dog and took off when I said yeah we have a dog.
We were only in town one day and it was late when we got there. Didn’t notice this stuff until the next day because we were so tired.
No sense talking to front desk clerk, too high to really care. Still waiting for my $50 security deposit they said would be 3-5 days. That was a week ago.
I do NOT recommend this place!!!!

Well I was on a rollator walker it was convenient for a elevator to be available. But 3 things eerked me i keep feeling something biting me they should make sure that pets have flea collars cause im sure that what it was, 2 i found 2 roaches coming out the wall i killed immediately and they offered to change room but i really didn't feel like moving all my stuff to another room and lastly my key card i had to stop by every day to reset it

The first room they put us in was dirty, smelled of cat urine, the bed looked as if someone had just gotten out of it. The second room was much better. If not for the second room I would rate this place one star. We didn't feel safe either, you could not go into the lobby to check in or even talk to them during the day. It was all done behind a very thick bullet proof glass and you could not understand much of what was being said. It took several times of speaking as loud as possible for them to hear me and me to understand them. Would not recommend. Even witn all the trouble the staff seemed willing to work with me on a room and talk to me. Given they were behind a think bullet proof glass. We were booked for 4 nights but only stayed one, costing us some money due to the no refund but at least I am able to write a review. Not safe at all!!!!

One of the worst hotels I've ever seen

Bedspread was filthy, stained, with cigarette holes. Several flies, flying insects and crawling insects. No toilet paper. Towel rod in bathroom missing. Broken / missing floor tiles. No visible switch for light over sink. Ceiling paint peeling. Dirty ice bucket lid was there, but no ice bucket. Refrigerator shelves missing, freezer needed defrosting. Clock not set. Outlet for recharging phone only on one side of the bed. Light over that side of the bed not working. Metal base of bed rusty and dirty.

Staff were nice, efficient and reasonable but the room we got was far from perfect. The TV screen didn't work and all we could hear was sound, our remote didn't come with any batteries and the refrigerator was broken.

Would've went to front desk but due to certain circumstances, we couldn't get anyone to come up. Plus, we only stayed two night's (though counting the deposit, I spent over 300 for a room with no amenities.)

Hopefully they'll get it fixed up for the next person.

This cheap hotel is 2 star so of course its not the Hilton, BUT darn the sheets were not washed, dirty pet paws all on them and excessive stains, hairs on the pillow., Floors dirty, chair was dirty, looked like old throw up on it and just nasty and old (could easily be replaced) The bathroom tub was nasty! Please replace it asap, we did not even shower. The bath towels nasty, we had to ask for new ones as well as bed sheets which they did give. If you looking to lay your head real quick which we did, it was still disgusting. Do better Red Roof, I have been to other cities over the years and this one in Cincinnati was theeee worse. Also substance abusers were tweaking out on property and other shady looking individuals. I saw a few dead bugs too, looked old so u know no one cleaned the room if they missed them, but no living ones fortunately. The front desk folks were ok but the check in process we had to fill out a paper although we booked online, so not the typical electronic transaction for additional info like other hotels…

I’m A Cheap Guy But….

I’m a pretty frugal guy and always look for a bargain. So when I saw this for 75$ a night I figuired it can’t be that bad for literally just a place to sleep. Check in process was okay, first room the AC didn’t work, shower was dirty and the overall room was old and dirty.

Second room was in the same bad condition but Atleast the AC worked. Blankets had burn holes, bathroom stained.
The beds were not comfy and the pillows are just random mismatched cheap pillows.

The staff was nice Atleast.

Just overall a depressing place to stay.

I mean for 75$ you get what you pay for, but I think I am over the days of cheaping out on hotels.

When we stay at a hotel with our dogs, we expect the room to not be elegant. We were in room 130, which had king bed and handicap bathroom. No vanity in the bathroom so getting ready was a bit challenging. We would stay here again, just a different room.

We needed a reasonably priced, but safe, motel for an overnight stay due to an interview I had. If you're looking for something super fancy, elegant, &/or roomy, this would be a poor choice. But if you're looking for something affordable, safe, and reasonably comfortable for a short stay, it's absolutely PERFECT, and I highly recommend it! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and if I ever need a place to stay that won't cost me a fortute, this is where I'll be going. Highly recommend!

This property is pretty worn out. The room is decent with laminate floors and nice countertop, but the comforters are stained, there was beard hair and garbage left in the room, and things are scratched up. I was happy to stay here but I’ve paid less for waaaay nicer rooms in other big cities. But it does the job and I’m grateful.

This property is very outdated and definitely needs a refreshing! There’s only so much a cleaning staff can do! You can put lipstick on a pig, but it’s still a pig! The bedspreads and pillowcases were stained so I’m glad I brought my own pillows! The first room reeked of smoke, and the TV didn’t work… So they moved me to a different room and it reeks of marijuana the entire two days I was there! I paid $153 for two nights at this hotel and it definitely was not worth it! Come on Red Roof Inn-you have always been better than this when I have stayed!

The staff was great as they could be. We had problems with the toilet not flushing the entire time we were there. The poor lady at the front desk tried to help us but she was unable to find a plunger. We were given a plunger the next morning. We were offered a different room, but chose to stay and the room we were in because I am disabled and it was easy to get in and out of and we were already settled in. Our breaker kept tripping and they had to keep resetting. We mainly only slept there in the bed was comfy. The parking situation was really bad as well. There was a smashed up car parked crooked in front of our room with no license plate on it who knows how long it's been sitting there it looked like it was full of bullet holes as well. Again I couldn't say enough about the staff they were all so sweet and kind to us. I keep a bag of my own cleaning supplies and that room was cleaner when we left then when we first arrived. We were not expecting anything super fancy and our room looked to have been updated somewhat but whoever did the painting did a terrible job there were paint drips on everything!

We arrived at 10 PM after driving all day. My stay was pre-paid, but the clerk required a deposit. I found later this was buried in the fine print. I asked for my license back and the clerk yelled at me to never come back. I will never visit a Red Roof Inn again and especially not this one. Very negative experience. If there are additional fees that may be required, they should be advised in the price. Not when I arrive.
