Surprised that there's nowhere to hang up clothes. Shocked that breakfast was only served on Saturday and Sunday. Disappointed that when breakfast was available there wasn't any juice or waffles served. Didn't expect them to require a $40 deposit. I stayed 4 nights and the room was only serviced once.

They demanded a deposit upon arrival. When we got to our room it was dirty and the window had vulgar art brushed into the dirt and dust that was caked on it. In the morning we were told there was no breakfast except for on weekends and they told us originally there was free breakfast. That was the only reason we booked this hotel.

My jacuzzi didnt work. It ended up leaking and going behind the end table by the bed. They had no alarm clock, no telephone. Stuff tht looked like trash or remnants of the last guests were under the bed. Wasn't swept or cleaned good. The lady at the front desk was very nice. The room wasn't.

The customer service was just okay, it was a clean enough hotel to sleep in but not necessarily to spend all day in. No real amenities other than breakfast but we weren’t really enticed to try it. Room seemed to be cleaned half way, hair under the toilet that was not mine, toilet seat that wasn’t secured to the toilet. Then there were things like the quality of the toilet paper, which was so thin it with disintegrate as you wiped. Also, we didn’t have a do not disturb sign so one morning we were awakened by loud knocks. It was unpleasant. Not sure what the protocol is for when someone doesn’t answer the door, but I would think they’d either open the door or just leave it alone. Oh and my brother, who I traveled with, just told me he saw bugs. One in his bed, one running across the floor, and a dead one by the window. Overall 1/5. Would not go back.

There was no shower head in the shower, just the pipe sticking out. There was no coffee pot or coffee/cups, no tv remote, no alarm clock. The room also had a smell to it and had to buy air freshner. Also the plug to the AC was barely plugged in because the outlet is on the ground with hardly any space for the cord, fire hazzard in my opinion. We will not be back to this location

This is such a poorly run hotel I dont know where to begin. The first night I realized the air conditioner leaked water through the floor. Then I see that there is no battery in the smoke detector. The bathtub did not drain the water during showers. It is clear that no maintenance goes into this facility. The worst part was the hotel allowing this property to become a party ground. There were large groups of people drinking and doing drugs at every entrance and exit. Music loud enough to rattle my truck windows. At one point after working all day I was afraid to go back to my room because of the yelling and fighting in the hallways. I feared for my safety the entire stay.

Plus they're dressing the place up with new paint on the exterior and remodeling happening to the entire house . Things are looking up for the old place .. It's getting a New & Fresh Look 😊 .

Quick access from King's Island. Okay for an overnight stay but felt very uneasy. Neighbors were very loud throughout the night and could be heard through the walls making sleep hard. Crowds gathered around exit drinking/smoking made entering/exiting to parking lot uneasy. Breakfast was sub par. Not very many grab & go options. Service was friendly. Good enough for a night passing through.

Jacuzzi tub room i rented the seal on the plug was broke wouldnt hold water lines on tv. Moved me to a different jacuzzi tub room. Pillows, sheets and walls were dirty. Found out that room wasn't even suppose to be rented so they put me back in the original room got the deal fixed but wouldn't refund me any money for not being able to use the jacuzzi for the first 2 days.

Where should I start …. He got me on the 2nd floor with no elevator and when I get up to the hallways it smells like weed , it’s weird that you suppose to clean the bed and you got the other person hair still on the sheets and bath towels? I had to wait 2 or 3 hours for room service just for them to clean up the mess please read the reviews because I should have horrible service this place need to be burn to the ground

Disappointing and dirty

Lots of cigarette stains on the bath and bed even though it’s a smoke free room. The desk chair that was provided was disgusting with lots of stains and dirt all over (see attached image). The towel rail was broken when we got there and left on the side instead of being fixed.

Walking around the hotel in the late evening felt very uncomfortable and borderline unsafe.

Breakfast was not served on the first day, if it was it finished much earlier than advertised.

Staff were friendly and helpful however the hotel was dirty, dingy and felt more like a prison than a hotel in some of the corridors.

It is in a good location for Kings Island however I’d suggest spending the extra and going elsewhere.

The place was clean, but a very old and rundown hotel. No closet for hanging clothes. The toilet seat was broken, the tub had broken pieces from the shower, laying on the ledge. missing toilet paper holder because it was broken. No plug for the sink. The lighting was terrible in the room, even with the window curtains open, it was still very dark. There were plenty of sketchy or shady characters around the hotel. The front desk people were very friendly. It was a good price so I guess I got what I paid for.

This location is not what the photos depicted! Although the staff was friendly and helpful, the property itself was more of a trap house. The beds were okay for the most part but the shower was disgusting and the handle was broken, the tv had a white line through the middle of the screen and there was no iron in the room.

Would not recommend and will not be staying here again.

Disappointing Stay – Wouldn’t Return

I really wanted to enjoy this hotel, but unfortunately, the experience fell flat. The biggest letdown was the bathroom—it hadn’t been properly cleaned before our arrival, with noticeable grime on the walls and an unpleasant smell that lingered throughout our stay.

The pillows were also small and uncomfortable, which didn’t help the overall experience.

One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the advertised “free breakfast.” However, when we inquired Friday morning, we were told breakfast is only available on Saturdays and Sundays. That detail wasn’t mentioned at the time of booking, and it felt misleading.

Between the cleanliness issues, lack of comfort, and unfulfilled promises, this stay didn’t meet expectations. I wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

Upon arrival the building looks old an outdated. The entrance hallway to the room smelled musty. Once I entered the room an did a bed check the sheets were dirty and had stains. The surrounding area is not safe but the fact you can't enter without your room key gave some since of comfort. The view consisted of rows of semi trucks. The towels looked dingy, 1 roll of tissue, no iron, no microwave or frig and no ice machine. Breakfast was to be included but it was just yogurt and fruit. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff was helpful when I asked to switch rooms because there was no AC in the original; and then the Maintenance man was amazing and brought my daughter and I a mini fridge because our 2nd room didn’t have one. They are redoing the property so it’s a work in progress. But overall it wasn’t a bad stay. Room was listed as non-smoking but smelled of cigarette smoke and we're both non-smokers. The hairdryer in the room had frayed wired, but thankfully we didn't have 2 use it, I'm sure if we had said something about it they would have taken care of it. The customer service was very good.

It was a very affordable stay me and my significant other was comfortable. The walkthrough was pretty clean, the rooms were pretty roomy and neat. The bathrooms could have been cleaned better i saw previous hair and dirt, also the sink was flooding when we turned it on for a few seconds. The showers were nice the water pressure was great, tv was outdated we didnt get to plug up our game system to watch movies but it was fine. It was pretty quiet and i felt comfortable knowing they had cameras everywhere and the receptionist were helpful and were always there. I would come here again if you needed somewhere to lay your head but you would be in and out. The vending machines were outdated also but our stay was pretty good!

Dirty towels in room dirty bed linen roaches in room bathroom sink was stopped up articles in it...i had to go to the front desk for towels after i called they didn't bring any..first and foremost i ordered a room with a king size bed and they put me in a room with a jacuzzi instead without my permission me and my guest are both larger sized so the bed was very uncomfortable for both of us..not satisfied it was noise outsie the room at 2am dogs barkin and glass breaking!! Didn't feel safe won't ever go back i really want my money back
