I booked through expedia, and showed up and the Hotel did not a have a room for me. They were not helpful in finding a solution and just gave me a number to call expedia and figure something out. They did not even offer me a quiet space to get on the phone to figure this out.

The front desk attendant was lovely. I wish I caught her name but she was very helpful and polite and greeted me and my family every time we came in and out. We were there 5/1-5/3. Rooms were very clean as all as the pool area. Breakfast was good. The only complaint I have is that one of the times we were at the pool, there were several teenagers roughhousing in the pool and locking each other out of the fire pit area, a few staff members came in after other guests complained but nothing was done about it. Other than that it was great!

The breakfast was not good, powdered eggs, too much bread or packaged items still cold from the fridge or freezer, just poor choices overall and should throw the bad pancake machine away. Please think about healthy options at least for juice instead of those loaded with sugar.

Overall it was pretty clean, but the hours for the pool states it's open until 12:00 but we were told we couldn't swim after 10:00 because we had a kid. That was the entire reason i booked at this location was because of the late swimming time. This information is not disclosed anywhere prior to booking.

Stayed here this past weekend while in Ohio for a basketball tournament. Our stay was great! Every single staff member was friendly and helpful! Beds were soft and the sleep was great! Rooms were clean! Laundry room was very clean! Top two dryers didn’t properly work but I was refunded my money. Breakfast was very good! Pool area was clean and relaxing! Nice fire pits outside to enjoy! Every room was full so there were people everywhere but it never seemed to be loud or crowded!!! Will definitely stay again if we are ever in the area!!

My experience with this hotel was awful. Do to circumstances beyond my control the card I used to reserve the hotel room was shut down. The hotel tried to run the card before I showed up to check in and since it declined they cancelled my room and had no other rooms available. I took a card with me at check in that would work but it was too late. This was 9pm at night and I had travelled 2 1/2 hours to get there and needed to be at the convention center by 7am the next morning. The costumer service was terrible. They didn’t care that they gave my room away. The manger said she had tried to call me. I had no missed call, no emails, and no message from them on hotels.com. When I asked them what number they called they gave me a number I have never had and email I have never had. They even had my first name completely wrong. The information on hotels.com was correct and was not the information the hotel had. I was told of two other lesser quality hotels I could use. I had to pay over $140 more for that hotel. The customer service is so poor at this hotel and the lack of caring that they left me and my kids stranded due to most hotels being full because of several events in the area will mean that I will not only never book there again but I will never recommend this hotel to anyone! Very dissatisfied costumer.

Room was clean, staffs were helpful, love their pool, spacious parking, so far of all hotels we've been to their breakfast is my top. Love that they still have the microwave which lots of leading hotels remove from their rooms. Our first experience was great, but probably due to spring break the second time was not, kids were extremely loud at the hallway running, screaming and so on (up until 2am then 4am until we checkout. Their main elevator was making weird, freaky sounds, some washer and dryer (they have multiple) doesn't seem to work fine (they don't fill enough water as in some clothes didn't even got wet at all), I also used 2 different dryers as the first one doesn't seems to do the job well (might need some cleaning maintenance or whatever), no hot tub. But other than that I like it. We will definitely consider this place to stay in again when we get back in the area.

This is our second stay at this hotel. The room was clean. Water in bathroom - weird plumbing issues: shower at night was great - person 1, shower that morning - person 2 was great, shower in morning for person 3 - no water.

Only hot water would come out of sink faucet, then the toilet didn't have water to flush. No cold water. Brought attention to front desk. Also no hairdryer.

When i arrived i was told that there was a deposit of 100 dollars. In the fine print on the expedia app it said 50. I was told that was wrong was assured that it would go back on my card same day as checkout. Got all settled in then had to switch rooms 3 times in the first 24 hours due to power issues with the rooms. The 3rd day there we lost hot water for over 24 hours and the hotel never informed us about what was happening. The front desk got snippy with me when i asked when it would be fixed. We stayed for 8 days and for the price we paid they only cleaned our room once. If we wanted it cleaned more than once they wanted additional money. Cleaning ladies were amazing and very kind. The lady in charge of breakfast was super sweet. Breakfast was ok id say 3 out of 10. Pool was ok not very big. Room was clean outdated but better than some others i have stayed in. Side access door doesn't work with key card. Had to walk all the way around to get back in the hotel unless it was propped open. It was very inconvenient. Wasn't able to hook up game system to tv and the TV has limited channels. Fridge has no freezer. Not very large microwave is small as well. Last that checked me out was snippy as well and informed me that the last that checked me in lied that it will take about 10 days to get the deposit back. Still haven't gotten the money back on my card as of now. It's been 6 days. All in all i wouldn't book here again the area is nice there are better places for cheaper.

I arrived on a Friday only to stay the weekend.
Come Monday, I booked for the rest of the week!
The staff is amazing, not only to me, to my dog as well! It’s super clean, the breakfast is top notch!
The only thing that low key stinks, the boiler is being fixed so no hot water to bathe!
Other than that 👍👍

We enjoy the facility itself & breakfast was good. Room was clean, the first night, Saturday night, we got little sleep. As other guests on our floor & in our hallway were loud, slamming doors shouting in the hallway, running in the hallway, all happening until 3am. Then when we went to breakfast, we were the second ones in there & someone let 2-3 of their teens make a mess of the area by the pancake machine. The attendant for breakfast was too busy on her phone & taking selfies to even acknowledge what was going on. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. We got a great night sleep the 2nd night.

Nice place to stay. For me, it is close to family, and down the street from my old high school. Great food options close by and not far from a major highway (I-75). Staff were super friendly, from the front desk to the ladies who clean the rooms. I just had my 5th stay, and will stay again when I go home this summer.

The room was very clean, but the toilet didn't flush well. The breakfast was very good. The indoor pool is fabulous -- just know that it isn't heated. The kids didn't seem to mind because they loved getting to swim in February. The only real negative is that there was a lot of running, screaming, and banging late into Saturday night when we were trying to sleep. The awesome pool draws families with kids, just like ours. This was the second time we had an issue with seemingly unsupervised kids making excessive noise at late hours. This is a parenting problem, but the managers need to be proactive about dealing with the issue.
