While the staff is wonderful here that is where it ends. The room was terrible! Counters peeling, not a single garbage can in the room, no dishes or pans or a glass, odd for an extended stay. Mold in the tub and around sink and toilet. Very run down. Very old and run down.

Rooms were recently remodeled and in good clean shape. The common areas of the hotel still need work though. It’s noisy and all of the common areas usually have a faint marijuana smell and that can be annoying. Also alot of random sketchy foot traffic all over the parking lot for some reason.

Booked at the wrong time

I didn't find out until I checked in on Friday night that the hotel was remodeling. I woke up Saturday morning to loud walking, dragging, and slamming. The floor in my room was slippery and damp, but nothing spilled on it, so I don't understand what was causing it. The nicest thing was that the receptionist was very friendly.

Cockroaches and no kitchen amenities

We left an Extended Stay a few blocks away due to cockroaches. Due to the need of a kitchen for a child with dietary needs, we booked a room at another Extended stay for the use of a kitchen. When we went to ask for the kitchen amenities at the front desk, we were told they had nothing at all - no dishes, no cutlery, pots, pans - simply nothing to use to be able to make or eat food. The whole reason for staying there was for the kitchen. I have called 7 times to request a refund. No one is willing to address this issue. The management is failing its' customers.

Other than a domestic violence situation going on in the lobby that escalated, it felt like a homeless shelter. With the price, not sure what I expected. Toilet handle didnt work (had to manipulate the flush), tv didnt work and my window was wide open when i walked in. Beds were clean and comfortable. Simple I guess you could say.

A Nasty Experience

I hate to give negative reviews but it started at check in with the person saying it was a lousy hotel. Unfortunately she was right. My room had no towels, toilet paper, cups etc. No utensils and a refrigerator that didn’t work. Also the smoke alarm was ripped apart and didn’t work. It felt like they had not used this room for a long time. I cannot recommend this establishment at all.

The lobby was being ran by a man who had loud, cursing rap music blaring when we got there. Smoke filling the lobby. He then proceeded to offer us a lower rate but only if we paid cash. Room was very dirty. The only toilet paper in the room was a half roll and only one towel. Given the unprofessionalism when we got there I didn’t care to deal with getting anything we may have needed.

Do Not Stay Here Unless Your Homeless.

First of all, it has no elevators and it’s 3 floors. We booked two queen beds and got two full. We got 4 pillows that were very flat to share with 3 adults and was told they didn’t have anymore pillows. The phone in the room did not work so we could not call the front desk easily, the room was set up to where you could not see the TV from either beds which made no difference because the TV did not work anyway. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom so we had to buy some, nor no pop machines so we had to go back out for drinks. This place is a roof over your head, nothing more, nothing less. We will not be staying there again tonight.

It's clear that the employees show up at this property, but management or ownership DO NOT! This hotel is in rough shape inside. It smells like stale smoke in the hallway - the room smelled like fried food and cat urine. After spraying the room and opening the window - we stayed our one (pre-paid) night. The chairs in the room were disgusting to even look at, we covered them with towels to actually sit on. The bed was clearly bought in bulk, cheaply and was extremely uncomfortable - as if all the springs were worn out.

This hotel should not be renting rooms!! They don’t have housekeeping staff. This was the dirtiest room I have ever been in! The walls were dirty, the door, the furniture had sticky spills that were never cleaned up. The bathroom was dirty - sink and toilet had not been cleaned. A check was missing from the tub. There was a whole section of carpet missing. The table is sagging in the middle. This was atrocious! Fortunately, the staff were very nice. I felt bad for them.

cons: no elevator. extended stay - i'm bringing in lots of stuff, all had to be carried up 2 flights of stairs (and back down on departure!). Floors were filthy; my barefeet were black after walking around. Toilet in first room overflowed raw sewage onto floor. second room, ok, but flushed slowly. kitchen worked fine; ask for utensils, etc at desk, although selection very slim, so bring your own. Pro: A/C, wifi, bed all met expectations. nice that wifi didn't shut off each day, but stayed connected. nice big fridge/freezer. service - staff was polite, moved us to new room after toilet fiasco. however, acted as if dirty floors were out of their control. noticed sign at desk w "no tissue" as i checked out. Who runs out of toilet paper?!! (aside from hurricanes and covid in 2020)

I don't like to leave negative reviews, but I chose this hotel mostly because I've used Extended Stays before and had pleasant experiences. There was paper taped on the main entrance door lock. I was on the first floor and had to use a stairwell, which had an emergency exit that was usually left open, where anyone off the street could gain entry. As a female travelling alone, I was very uncomfortable in the environment. The "Continental" breakfast was very limited. The room smelled very bad, and the carpet and bath towels were gross.

Judging from the reviews I was very hesitant about reserving a room here. We got a studio suite which included the kitchen and while it was no frills, it was not bad. The room was decent and clean. Only complaint was the strong smell of stale smoke in our room. It didn’t get any easier as the night went on. But all in all, a lot better than I expected.

The interior of the hotel is in very poor condition. The stove looks so old I was afraid to try I as were the cabinets. Crumbling baseboards, leaking shower. Carping was frayed and the room smelled like smoke. I am amazed Extended Stay would put their name to this building. If you are disabled, forget it. No infastructure for a wheelchair or elevator that I could see.

The property is what it is - an extended stay domicile for folks on a tight budget that need a basic, clean, reasonably quiet pied a terre. The property was pretty clean and fairly quiet. It's dated, but everything works and nothing's broken or tatty. Our room was 2 queen beds in a slightly divided layout with a full kitchen and work/eating area. The kitchen had sufficient appliances and it was advertised that any utensils, pans, dishware were available if needed. Unfortunately, when only 2 forks were needed for a delivery salad the staff could only find 2 still lying, unwashed, in the sink of the property's galley. Any hope of pots, pans & dishes would have been a fool's errand. The property still has some useful life in it if the management would address only a few, relatively small, deficiencies. If you're planning to cook, bring your own stuff. The place is good enough that one shouldn't write it off.

There is no lift and no trolly. If you have heavy luggage or multiple luggage, it is painful.
The crockery supplied to me was extremely dirty. In morning when I wanted to use, I noticed it and went to front desk. The new lady Jessica helped much, she cleaned herself even.
Soap was not available for clothe wash even on payment.
I reached early to hotel and was asked to wait until room gets cleaned. They didn’t inform till 3 PM around even room got cleaned before.
They didn’t allow late checkout and said extra fees I have to pay per hour and that too they don’t know how much. When I agreed to pay with staying 2 hours more, they allowed but good thing, it got waived off.

Very disappointed in this "extended stay" hotel with its "full kitchen". There was a wonky looking stove with rusted, uneven burners, but NO pots, pans, dishes, mugs, flatware, nothing. There was a little sign saying those items were available at the front desk, but this place has no elevator and I was on the 3rd floor. didn't feel like lugging a full kitchen up 3 flights of stairs. There was no ice machine, no coffee in the room. Only one coat hanger in the closet. I will not be staying here again.

This is concerning room 313.

First things first. The stains on the "clean" sheets were disconcerting. The random holes in the door and walls were not as problematic, just strange that none of them were repaired before booking guests. The Air conditioner worked well enough, however the screaming emanating from the unit was horrendous. We had to turn the machine off during the night to get a peaceful sleep. The staff was friendly, so that was thankfully the best part of the stay at your hotel. Aesthetically, it felt as if we time traveled to the 70s, but again, not something that could have ruined the trip. If my family and i do end returning to the area, this hotel would not be off the list of places to stay, just near the bottom of it.

This hotel is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The first floor smelled so bad we had to breathe through our mouths. The front desk said they keep telling management to get new carpet for the first floor but they don’t listen. The first room they put us in had used towels and washcloths in the tub and on the sink. We asked for a clean room. The second room they put us had thick smoke and the room was dirty. It felt like third world conditions. I don’t know how the health department hasn’t been involved to shut this hotel down or require higher standards.

Housekeeping did not report that day and two young front desk clerks prepared the room. Trash was not emptied and wet used towels were still in the bathroom. It was taken care of promptly. Bed wasn't made very well but was clean and comfortable. Floors, corners and damage to wall particularly by shower made me feel it was not as maintained as it should be. Advice to everyone NEVER EVER STAY IN THIS PLACE. It’s DIRTY, DISGUSTING and No Friendly Service.
When we arrived around 3:00 for check in, no one was at the front desk for checking us in. Then the lady came after 1 hour and check us in.
Then our bad experience started from there. NO ELEVATORS IN THE BUILDING. We had to carry our luggage to third floor.
After that hallway was dirty and smelled bad.
Room was not cleaned. Carpet was so dirty that you cannot walk bare foot. It was stinky and sticky. Flush wasn’t working, when informed at front desk she told try 2-3 times it’ll work. Water was getting clogged in the bathroom sink and bathtub. No sheets or blankets given for sofa bed. Front desk lady said.. “mmm lemme check, I hv sheets, no pillows or blankets..you can come and take” No trash cans or the trash bags in the room. You will have to go all the way in the back of the hotel to throw your trash. Anyway it was the worst experience ever. Never going back there. After 3 days of our stay there we shifted to mainstay suits which is a lot cleaner, service is good, has elevator, gym, nice laundry, room and bathroom is so clean.

Paid nearly 200.00 for a run down hotel. Could not get an extra pillow for the room. Ask for batteries for the remote- they had none. There was no coffee in the morning and limited granola bars offered for breakfast.

This property is not handicapped accessible. Which I have a handicapped daughter so we could not even stay there. There is no elevator. No way to get out of the hotel if there was a fire. My room was up a flight of stairs then done another flight. I felt like we were in a dungeon. The room was old and outdated. Very dingy and smelled bad. The bathroom faucet did not work right. The floors were dirty. We left after being in the room for 5 minutes. Even when we were checking in we had to wait 10 minutes and then still had to call someone. I would never recommend this site to anyone. It was so bad that even though I had to pay for it we did not stay there.

If u want a place to sleep yea

This hotel is simply okay. Check in was ok my friend was to stay at the same time and when we arrived they had no room for her. Towels are poor quality, u must turn in dirty towels to receive new ones. Don’t leave trash in the hall to be picked up they’ll charge you $15 lol never staying again

The smoke alarm erratically chirped my entire stay. I told staff twice but nothing was done.

Bath towels are very small.

Staff was nice and friendly.

Was not the one I originally booked so was not happy about that air conditioner didn't work proper ended up leaving a day early due to noise and knowone doing anything about it

Very uncomfortable, beds were hard and pullout mattress was dirty. Holes in the couch cushions like an animal ate it and they just flipped it over. Musty smell. Dirty old pop bottles left on the floor under the bed.

It shows a pool in the pictures, the pool is now a concrete block. Hotel could use some updating. Hallways had a funk that wasn't someone cooking food. Great location.

Unpleasant stay

When you walked the room, it has a stale unpleasant smell. The tv didn’t work good, you had to turn on the tv, turn it off then turn it on again for it to work. In the. In the bathroom the sink did not drain well at all. I won’t stay there again.
