Absolutely gorgeous property. Private, quiet, and comfortable. Bed was a great firm mattress, thick stone walls make it very quiet, and the daily breakfast included is delivered to you room at the time you request. There are many options to choose from: eggs, cereal, whole fruit, Greek yogurt, breads with various spreads, juice, coffee, tea, toasted bread with cheese or cheese and ham, cake (like a pound cake), and a rotating homemade treat like vanilla pudding. Jacuzzi tub in the master bath was relaxing. The hot tub outside could have been hotter, but we were there at a cooler time of year. It would probably be perfect in a hotter time of year. Max is 34•C degrees. Kitchen was stocked with plates, cups, glasses, silverware, fridge, kettle, tea/coffee. Nice table and chairs inside and outside. Loungers by the hot tub and an umbrella were very nice to have. Two couches in our living area, one of which my daughter slept on as it was an oversized twin size (wider and longer than a twin) and they made it up as a bed. She said it was very comfortable. Shutters keep it dark and quiet at night. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. They clean the hot tub daily and put up/take down the umbrella. They gave us a bottle of wine and fresh fruit for our room as somehow we were Expedia VIP guests :-) The serene beauty of the views was just incredible. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing location. Rooms were beautiful. Room #5 is great for the view and the hot tub in front. Of note hot tub is only semi private and it is not allowed to use hot tub after 9 pm. This would be the only draw back. Otherwise the location was perfect. The staff was very accommodating and offered answers to all of our questions. Continental breakfast served privately every day. Daily room cleaning. Close to bus station and walking path to Oia. I would highly recommend Kamares Apartments. Maria and Edward made our stay perfect.

Beautiful hotel on the edge of town so nice and quiet. Amazing views to wake up to in the morning when the outstanding staff serve you breakfast on the patio outside your room. Very friendly staff, super clean rooms and beautifully decorated. A true slice of heaven.

We had an amazing stay at Kamares apartments. Our apartment was spacious and we had the jacuzzi overlooking the breathtaking caldera which was surreal! Also waking up to have breakfast outside on the terrace with those magical views was something I’ll remember for the rest of my life. It was also handy to have parking on site for our rental car. Most of all a shout out to the exceptional team members Edward and Maria who ensured we had the most pleasant stay and went above and beyond with anything we needed and made excellent suggestions for restaurants, activities and which beaches do visit. Thank you so much Edward and Maria! We would love to come back again and hopefully soon!

Absolutely divine and highly recommended

We booked the deluxe apartment and it exceeded expectations in every way. The balcony is huge and offers unobstructed, unparalleled views of the caldera. We didn't feel the need to go anywhere else for sunset and enjoyed it from the hot tub/privacy of our balcony. Breakfast is served here and feels amazing to look at the views and start the day.

The rooms were spacious and felt modern. Plenty of storage space, and the bathroom is huge and updated.

The staff went over and beyond, and provided great service.

The location was great and we could easily walk to the heart of Fira.

Parking is at the site, which is rare and extremely convenient.

Your own little piece of Paradise

We were super happy with our beautiful cliff side apartment!! The view & sunsets from the balcony were by far the highlight. Location was great - away from the crazy crowds and a short walk to everything. Staff could not do enough to help 24/7 especially Ben who’s goal was to make sure we were always happy and had everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing- I would 100% recommend this wonderful place.

Breakfast brought to the room every morning was a treat for my kids as we enjoyed each others Company and took in the breathtaking views of the caldera and Fira.

Location location location. Staff and the view was by far and away the nicest of our entire trip! Located on end of cliff so no neighbors to your left. Book this place for the view, super quiet, clean, safe. Cute breakfast they serve you too. The staff again, was absolutely over the top kind and accommodating. 10 stars to big Ben and Maria!

Only drawbacks were the bed was surprisingly uncomfortable. I am in a hotel 40 nights/year so have a good gauge here. Also their hot tubs dont get hot, during day was nice because of daytime weather heat but at night, which is when you typically utilize, was unusable as it was simply too cold in September.

Either way would recommend for those looking for a relaxing night or two in santorini.

From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, we were not only blown away by the incredible view but by the 1st class customer service received from Maria.
The apartment is a like a dream.... spotless and classy.
Breakfast is awesome. The apartment is 5mins away from the action whilst it remains away from the hustle and bustle of the busy town as it is very quiet. Also, the apartment is 5mins walk away from the bus terminal where we get buses to beaches like Kamari, Perivolous etc.
Our time at Kamares can only be summarised in one word - superb!

Amazing! What a perfect location for us. You had the amazing view of the cauldera A short stroll to the main areas of Fira for shopping, dining and whatever your needs may be. The host Maria was extremely attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Our accommodation was perfect to our needs with a hot tub on the balcony for that amazing afternoon plunge to refresh before a casual stroll into town. Also breakfast on the balcony taking in the view every morning was as good as it gets!

We really enjoyed our stay and everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was brough to our balcony every morning which was a nice touch. The views were amazing. We were not aware the the \"hot\" tubs can't get above 34c so we were unable to use our private tub because it was just too cold outside but I have since read that is the same everywhere in Santorini so it isn't a knock on the property. Our one complaint was that the property stated that maid service was by request, which we expected and prefered and when we got back from our first day, they had been in our room and changed bedding and towels which we didn't want or expect. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!

Perfect for a honeymoon

We were there for our Honeymoon and enjoyed the stay very much! The sunsets from the balcony every evening were breathtaking and having breakfast delivered to the balcony each morning was also amazing. It is a perfect location on the edge of Fira, where you are able to easily drive to the hotel and park on-site, which is quite rare. And it is walking distance to many amazing restaurants

Pleasant Oasis in the Middle of Fira

Wow!!! Just amazing! Stephanie and Maria, the two persons who work at the reception desk, had recommendations for anything we wanted to do - catamaran tour, wine tasting, restaurants, cocktail lounges, rental cars, you name it….and they called to make the reservations if we asked them to.
The room was fabulous and the breakfast served on our private veranda overlooking the caldera every morning, at the time we wanted.
There are only 8 apartments and the hotel is located just 50 meters to the south of the main part of Fira….which was wonderful because we could escape from all the people and noise and retreat to our private oasis.
We wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else after seeing all the other options in Fira, Imerovigli, and Oia.

It was fantastic, great location, right in the middle of everything but so silent, peace and quiet.
Maria and Stephanie were the highlights of this beautiful hotel. Very caring, very personable, and felt like home, they really value us as customers but we felt more like family. We absolutely love this place, best view from Room 5. Jacuzzi provide an espectacular view of the Caldera. We left couple days ago and we are missing them already. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I've chosen Kamares thanks to all reviews and thats why im gonna leave mine.
We went 20th Sep, just sunny days (windy in the afternoon) end of high season but still crowd.
*The apartments are strategically located in Thira. We were so glad with our decision because from the Port/Airport, the taxi will drop you off right inside the hotel, while other hotels you'll have to walk (Too many steps in Santorini)
** Eating/buying stuff: Next to the Hotel, there is a Supermarket and other few restaurants in a very good price.
***Transports: So easy, one block from the hotel, you can catch taxis or buses
**** Sunset: By September the sunset went down right in front our face, while people pay so much to watch the sunset in a nice restaurant in Oia, we watched from our balcony and i took the opportunity to Propose to my Girlfriend.
*****Breakfast it was fine, you pick what you like and the amount and they serve in the next morning.

It was everything beautiful and perfect. If you Book Kamares, you won't regret.

Do yourself a favor...stay here!!! The room was amazing and the shower was epic!! The views are to die for!! Breakfast is served in the morning and was delish and perfect, we ate outside looking right into the ocean as we sipped our Greek coffee. The staff is beyond amazing!!!! I LOVE Maria and Dimitri, we stayed 2 nights and they felt like family. Everything you need is walking distance from the front door. You won't be disappointed! Great place. It's built into the cliffs overlooking the Caldera, right on the south end of Fira town. It's a perfect location with restaurants, shops, and sites all walkable. The nearby bus station gets you elsewhere on the island. The staff (Maria) was really kind & wanted to make sure we had a perfect experience in Santorini. She arranged transfers and tours, and recommend activities that we'd like. There is no restaurant here, but plenty in nearby Fira. The room interior was amazing- authentic, spacious, comfortable, well equipped. Out indoor jacuzzi was broken but staff promptly fixed it. The outdoor space was a lot less private than what I anticipated, but with caldera real-estate being so valuable, that's understandable. We had a private terrace up a steep staircase - not a problem because it made for better views. We did have a tiny outdoor hot tub - a little out-in-the-open where all hotel guests can see, so it wasn't private, but it was nice enough. I wish it got hotter. The hotel is concerned about safety of having a hot tub go above 35 C, but our other hotels got our hot tubs up to the more common 38-40 C. Breakfast was brought to us each morning, served on our private balcony, which was lovely. the food was so-so - wish there was more local greek specialties instead of generic continental food. We loved this place and would recommend it to others who want Caldera views, a warm (not hot) tub, and to be in Fira.

Amazing stay In Fira Santorini

My husband my Sister and myself stayed in these amazing apartments for 6 nights. The views were breathtaking the apartments the apartments without a doubt made our holiday. Beds comfortable the unit was very clean and serviced everyday. Staff were great helpful friendly and polite. Maria and Dimitrios are excellent. The apartments area 5 mineral away from Fira town and many restaurants. Supermarket 5 mins walk down the road. Perfect spot to come back to in the afternoon for a quiet relax in the hot tub. Highly recommend these apartments. We have absolutely no complaints only praise.
