Nice location, very caring staff especially Joy and Theo. Nice view of the Caldera. It’s a nice property but nothing luxurious about it. We were in room 10 which is at the bottom of a very narrow spiral metal staircase, not at all suitable for middle age or older people. Bed is small for 2 adults, I am 6ft tall and my feet dangled, no other furniture in the room. There is small balcony with 2 chairs, I wish they would use water repellent cushions because ours were soaking wet, couldn’t use the balcony chairs the first day. View of Caldera is nice but there is a pool right outside the room which was empty and dirty with plastic bottle floating in it. Lot Nextdoor is empty with over grown dry vegetation and rubbish strewn around. Good variety of made to order breakfast, staff’s attitude was the highlight of our stay.

Best location - minimal steps and right in the heart of Fira, could not have asked for a better spot. Well worth considering if you are visiting Santorini.

The staff were incredible (especially Joy). We were pampered and well taken care of. Everything was divine, and the Cosmopolitan Suites was the highlight of our entire trip to Greece. I could not recommend this hotel more. My girlfriend and I decided to splurge and spend a little extra for a nice hotel and our expectations were exceeded! I would recommend staying for breakfast and staying for the sunset (the cocktails were immaculate). We will be back again!

So I stayed here for 3 days with my daughters, 16 and 18, and I was incredibly impressed. The hotel is small and very personal, has jaw dropping views, is designed in a luxurious, traditional with modern features cozy feel, has well thought out food and drink options, and the staff was fantastic. My daughters wanted to take Anastasia and Joy home to live with us. I have stayed all over the world in some amazing hotels and this is up in my top 5 for the location, style, and staff. Thank you for a fantastic stay, it was genuinely appreciated.

Breakfast is included and is out of this world. Anatasia, Theo and Joy took really good care of us- thank you! Our room was nice. The indoor jacuzzi made the room humid so when i go back, I will book a different room. However, the outdoor kick area was a plus. The views are lovely-;probably the best in Fira. I highly recommend!

I loved our stay here, property was beautiful, the staff was so helpful and friendly. Our room had a private balcony and we enjoyed having our breakfast brought to us each morning while we sat and looked out over the caldera. Each morning you could call to order breakfast from the menu. It was all delicious and best orange juice I’ve ever had.
The room was beautiful with our own jacuzzi tub. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
Make sure you call to get a transfer to and from the airport, it can be confusing to find your first time.

One of the best better experiences we’ve had in traveling too many places in the world. This is a boutique hotel with beautiful decor incredible/1st class service and a view that is purely breathtaking. The room we had was a little small for my tall family with a few bumps on the head, but overall worked well and was extremely comfortable for sleep. The patio and infinity pool were spectacular. Drinks breakfast, and more by the pool with the view of the Caldera was the highlight. We grew very close with the staff as they went above and beyond for everyone of our needs. This hotel is in gross proximity to walking to all the shops and restaurants and was a short bus ride to Oia where we spent an afternoon. Was skeptical about Santorini but really walked away grateful for views food and more. All transportation dinner reservations and activities were arranged by The Cosmopolitan. Excellent experience.

A true 5-star experience

Expensive but a true 5-star hotel and experience. The staff was truly excellent - all consistently friendly and helpful. The room, property, view and breakfasts were all spectacular. The location was very convenient for walking to everything we needed. Located right “on the main drag” but tucked away out of view of the main walkway for privacy and quiet. Recommend using their shared shuttle service from the ferry terminal for only 35 euros due to the challenge of finding the hotel and carrying luggage. Prepare to tip the porter who will come to the taxi to help transport your luggage up the hill to the hotel.

Note the town of Fira not suitable for children due to all the steep drops and cliffs; we were told the southern black sand beach area is the family-friendly spot.

Firstly, I have to say that the staff here took this boutique hotel from 9/10 to 11/10! They make this place what it is! Special shoutout to Anastasia, Joy, Rahman, Kostas, and the guy at the desk in the evening. These people are a LIGHT in this place and they really are the most genuine people in the world!

This was my wedding week and I had booked the villa for 4 of us for the space and the views. The views are unmatched! Aside from the best hospitality ever, the breakfasts were delicious! They have a coconut yogurt vegan bowl that I still crave, and their mushrooms are amazing. I’m honestly so impressed by this little hotel. I stayed at another after my wedding and I had to go back to cosmopolitan to tell the staff how much better everything is, from the staff to the food!!

The pros far outweigh the cons but I have to give a heads up to anyone looking to stay here.

1) the location is wonderful because all of the shops and restaurants are walkable and still far enough away from the loud music from some of the bars and lively restaurants. It’s close to the cable car so during the day the foot traffic outside of the hotel doors is awful & shoulder-to-shoulder
2) there is no way to drive up to the hotel so you have to walk about 2-3 mins uphill. The staff do meet you and help with your luggage though.
3) they only serve breakfast & lunch. But there are so many restaurants that this isn’t that big of a problem.

I would stay here again!

Small luxury hotel that offered gr8 service. Only thing to note: it is not reachable by road and you have to walk on pebble street which is very inconvenient on a hot day with wheeled luggage. Make an arrangement with the hotel to come and fetch you from the meeting point.

The highlight of our trip to Greece overall! The staff was absolutely beyond amazing…every single person that worked there made our visit enjoyable, easy, and seamless! They helped setup everything we wanted to do from a private boat to dinner reservations. My husband even got sick while we were there and they provided us with meds so we wouldn’t have to make a walk to the pharmacy. We had breakfast every morning on our deck - and the amazing staff constantly checked on us and brought us everything and anything we needed. The service was superior to anything I’ve ever experienced and the hotel itself was beautiful. Our room was a bit small - so difficult to have 2 larger roller bags….but the view from our balcony and the hotel itself was amazing! Downside was the line for the cruise ships lined up outside the entry way to the hotel - so that was a bit annoying but being in Santorini you will deal with cruise ship people all over! Thank you to cosmopolitan suites for the stellar service, amazing views, awesome food and warm welcome! We would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone going to Santorini and this would be the only place we would stay if we ever went back!!

We love everything about the hotel, especially the personal attention we received from Anastasia, Joy and Aranau (as well as other staff). They recommended and booked activities and restaurants that were memorable. The only thing I would recommend, is more umbrellas in the open areas since the sun hits hard in those areas and there is not much shade to seat and enjoy the view unless you are in the pool.

Upon arrival to the Cosmopolitan Suites, we were greeted and welcomed with hospitality. Our Hotel Concierge was most attentive and reveiwed over with us a map of the Island. She suggested some activities and provided a list of recommended places to dine. Sitting right beside her was the Manager, also friendly and welcoming. Within a very short period of time we came to know our other hotel attendants by name. All were kind, friendly polite. If we needed anything within a few minutes our requests were looked after. The personalize service was second to none. Warm, friendly caring. The guest experience was social in that each time you went into the shared spaces you are greeted with a friendly face and asked if there is anything you need. Opportunities to socialize with other guests on the tarice while dining.

The room is clean and it’s in a good location of Fira. The balcony has a nice view. Staff is nice and helpful with my luggage transfer to my next hotel nearby.The breakfast is perfect!
Only thing is I didn’t sleep well during the night as the room is humid. Not sure if it is due to the hot tube, or I set the temperature too high at 26 degree.

Love our stay here, friendly staffs, rooms is very clean!! The view is beautiful, the only complaints I have with my 2 nights stays are the AC keeps turning off we had to tell them to come fix it the both days we were there. And the loud musics from the club that last until 4am. Other than that everything else was great.

Our stay at the Cosmopolitan was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us a lot of information about the island as well as tours and activities. They not only booked a tour for us but called multiple companies to get the best rate for us. They even gave us a phone to carry with us in case we needed to contact the hotel.
There is a lot of shopping and dining options just outside the hotel.
Our room had a private balcony with an incredible view of the sea and volcano, so we ate breakfast there and on our last night we had our dinner there as we watched the sunset. The food was very good and our waiter was great.
