This boutique hotel features only 6 unique suites, all of them with amazing caldera, volcano and sea view.
5 of the 6 suites feature a private outdoor hot tub. Breakfast is a la carte and it is served in each suite.

So many great things about Asha Suites, the spa is checked every few days to make sure the water is perfect condition. The breakfast is so filling and delicious. The smile every morning that comes with the breakfast is priceless. Room was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. I can’t fault the stay. And daily you get to exercise your legs going up and down the stairs to the main street. Check in was very easy as we opted for the private car arranged by Asha. Overall very happy with the stay. The view from this hotel was unreal! The staff do a wonderful job taking care of the property, servicing the room and delivering the amazing breakfast. Panos went above and beyond in communicating with us when our flight was delayed. We got into our room after 36 hours of travel and had a hot breakfast delivered. He had thankfully written down every recommendation on a map for things to do as well as restaurants. About the only thing we remembered was the walk to Oia would be worth it. When we walked to Oia from Fira and couldn’t find a taxi anywhere we messaged Panos and he recommended the bus back for 4€ and sent us directions to the bus stop.

We really enjoyed our stay at Asha Luxury suites in Fira. We stayed in the Eon suite and enjoyed a beautiful view of the caldera, a delicious breakfast served on our semi-private balcony, a luxurious bathroom and private outdoor hot tub. The staff and service was truly top notch. Unlike many of the other hotels, there were no tourists able to walk around the suites and hot tubs so it did feel quite private and secluded which was nice. The only people walking around would be the other people in the suites next door. There are stairs which are steep but not very many and the staff did help us with our bags which was very nice. It was located within a 4 minute walk from the main bus station which made getting around the island easy and convenient. We enjoyed dinner at several nearby restaurants and shopping practically right outside our door. Very lovely stay and definitely recommend for anyone visiting Santorini.

The views of the caldera from the balcony and hot tub are stunning. The customized breakfast delivered to the patio was wonderful. Walk up the stairs, unlock the door and you are on the main avenue in Fira with all the shops and restaurants. They met us at the taxi stand and hauled our luggage for us. We stayed in Motion suite and our room was amazing. All of Sanorini was beautiful. Wish we had booked for a week.

Great hotel in a great location! We wanted to stay in Thira and it’s perfect! Great view, great breakfast, great staff! I read it’s only 23 steps to your room and they were right, so it’s not bad at all! We stayed in the Aether, so we had a private balcony. Loved walking up the steps and being right there in the action. It was very quiet and the shower was amazing. Our neighbors said they could hear the bustle of the restaurant above, but we didn’t hear a peep. Highly recommend! They also lug your luggage for you, so thank you for that! It was spacious, comfy, and did I mention the view?

My family and enjoyed our stay at the Asha Luxury Suites. The hotels located in the middle of Fira next to many shops and restaurants. The hotel helped arranged for our ferry pickup, and assisted with luggage transport into the hotel. It had wonderful views and a made to order breakfast each morning. The front desk crew was always helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location is in a walking area only of the town. It is about 50-100 yards from the nearest car drop off.

The suite includes an inside and an outside jacuzzi and was a large cozy cliffside cave house with caldera view. Surprisingly quiet considering the late-night noise up on the streets above. The 'hot tub\" wasn't hot which actually gave us reason to use it during the summer. Our family of three had a wonderful stay with ample space to relax and unwind. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, making it hard to do anything but sit back and enjoy the natural beauty. The service was excellent, and we had no complaints. Great stay for our family of 3 in the Soul suite. Panos & his staff were most welcoming, courteous and helpful. Even though it’s winter when we came, when most stores & restaurants are closed, and even though weather was stormy & cloudy & cold for most of our stay, we still had a great time given the fantastic views from our room & shared balcony. Breakfast, whether served by the balcony or in our room, was another highlight. Highly recommend & would definitely come back!

An extremely desirable view from the balcony area, where we had breakfast on the 3 mornings without rain. Staff is fantastic. The room was mostly agreeable. It does take a while for humidity to escape the very large bathroom ( in part because the room is cave-like). But the Caldera view easily offsets any small matters.
One warning, the door frames have very low clearance. If you are taller than 6’2”, you will need to be careful to not bump your head.

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing 6-days at Asha Luxury Suites. It's location in Fira is spectacular as it is within an area with plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars, yet the room itself is tucked away on the hillside so you feel secluded. This is the one time where the pictures on the website actually were as good as in real life. The room was spacious, the morning breakfasts to our room were a treat, and the sunset view from the room was breathtaking!

Unbelievable views - love Santorini!
We booked a 2-night stay on the Matter suite. The views on our private terrace is amazing with perfect sunsets in late March. The breakfast is excellent. It is preordered and delivered to your terrace in the AM. The hotel is typical Caldera facing, cliff hugging buildings, with stairs that lead up/down from the walking pedestrian area to the suites. We traveled light so cannot complain with the stairs. If you have children and large bags, it could be challenging. The location is safe, and private. It is a short walk from the Fira Bus station. The staff at Classico Restaurant was kind enough to show us where the private entrance to the Asha suites is..
Our suite is right below the restaurant, so we could hear some chair dragging until before midnight. From Fira, it is a short bus ride to both Oia and the airport. If you can travel during the shoulder season to Santorini, book this hotel as the prices go up during the peak summer.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Fira. Staff was absolutely amazing! They even let us get into our room a couple of hours prior to checkin. Our room was gorgeous! Despite the research saying Oia has the best views of the sunset, I personally disagree. My vote goes to Fira and this hotel. Best views and sunsets on the island. The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast every morning was the best!! The hotel is a very short walk to the bus station for easy access to other areas in Santorini. Lots of shopping and restaurants right outside the hotel. I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel other than I wish we could have stayed longer. We loved every second of our stay and can’t wait to come back and stay here again in the future.
