We had an amazing 3 day stay at Asha Luxury Suites. Centrally located and close to all shops and amenities. The hot tub and breakfast were superb and the rooms must be the biggest in Santorini!

However you can’t beat the caldera views, both during the day and sunset. Exceptional 🌅👏

Perfect experience.

Stayed 2 nights in Fira, Asha is located in the heart of the town, with an unbelievably beautiful sea view. Surprisingly, you can enjoy the outdoor Jakushi in your suite with good privacy. Cozy and spacious cave room, incredible bathroom with another indoor Jakushi bathtub.

Staffs are friendly and super helpful. Greet and meet us in the car drop off site, helping carry the luggage where stairs are steep. Responsive and always here to support. They have a delicated reception, where you can look for assistance during working hours, where I find this is not a must in Santorini hotels.

Breakfast is included for my room. You can order anything from the menu, great chef and best breakfast to start the day.

The only thing I don't like is the floor tiles, perhaps it's a cave room so the tiles are like outdoor style, anyway it's well maintained and clean.

Will definitely recommend this to anyone planning to visit Santorini.

The room was very spacious and clean. The cruise ships park right below us do the view is incredible! The room was incredibly clean and the location couldn’t be better for convenience to shops and restaurants in central Fira. The included breakfast is served at a table right outside your door every morning and there is no limit on what you can order- eggs, toast, fruit, cheese, cold meat, cereal, etc. You specify the time you want to eat and they knock on your door after everything is set up.

Be prepared to walk with your luggage a few blocks from where you are dropped off by taxi or bus. It is not possible to drive to the entrance of the hotel because of its central location. Also be prepared for some steps in getting to your room. However, porters are available to help with your luggage up and down the stairs. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay here again!

Staff were amazing! Always cleaning, willing to help at any time. The included breakfast was delicious especially the freshly squeezed orange juice. It was pretty cold when we were there in March (low 50’s, felt like 30’s when the wind was blowing) and so we wished the jacuzzi was warmer than it’s set temperature. Although the night before we left it was 58 and the water felt much better.

The smile every morning that comes with the breakfast is priceless. Room was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. I can’t fault the stay. And daily you get to exercise your legs going up and down the stairs to the main street. Check in was very easy as we opted for the private car arranged by Asha. Overall very happy with the stay. The view from this hotel was unreal! The staff do a wonderful job taking care of the property, servicing the room and delivering the amazing breakfast. Panos went above and beyond in communicating with us when our flight was delayed. We got into our room after 36 hours of travel and had a hot breakfast delivered. He had thankfully written down every recommendation on a map for things to do as well as restaurants. About the only thing we remembered was the walk to Oia would be worth it. When we walked to Oia from Fira and couldn’t find a taxi anywhere we messaged Panos and he recommended the bus back for 4€ and sent us directions to the bus stop.

Great location. Excellent vies of the sea and island. Friendly staff. Like the free breakfast. Not handicap accessible. No washing machine nor dryer. Many stairs but staff carry bags. Good for short stays.

We really enjoyed our stay at Asha Luxury suites in Fira. We stayed in the Eon suite and enjoyed a beautiful view of the caldera, a delicious breakfast served on our semi-private balcony, a luxurious bathroom and private outdoor hot tub. The staff and service was truly top notch. Unlike many of the other hotels, there were no tourists able to walk around the suites and hot tubs so it did feel quite private and secluded which was nice. The only people walking around would be the other people in the suites next door. There are stairs which are steep but not very many and the staff did help us with our bags which was very nice. It was located within a 4 minute walk from the main bus station which made getting around the island easy and convenient. We enjoyed dinner at several nearby restaurants and shopping practically right outside our door. Very lovely stay and definitely recommend for anyone visiting Santorini.

Great hotel in a great location! We wanted to stay in Thira and it’s perfect! Great view, great breakfast, great staff! I read it’s only 23 steps to your room and they were right, so it’s not bad at all! We stayed in the Aether, so we had a private balcony. Loved walking up the steps and being right there in the action. It was very quiet and the shower was amazing. Our neighbors said they could hear the bustle of the restaurant above, but we didn’t hear a peep. Highly recommend! They also lug your luggage for you, so thank you for that! It was spacious, comfy, and did I mention the view?

My family and enjoyed our stay at the Asha Luxury Suites. The hotels located in the middle of Fira next to many shops and restaurants. The hotel helped arranged for our ferry pickup, and assisted with luggage transport into the hotel. It had wonderful views and a made to order breakfast each morning. The front desk crew was always helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location is in a walking area only of the town. It is about 50-100 yards from the nearest car drop off.

The view was incredible, the position fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful.
BUT, and it is a big issue for me, the noise from the restaurant is beyond compare. Their floor is your ceiling (in the Matter Suite) and while the diners may finish at 11:00pm, the cleaning up doesn’t finish until well past midnight, sometimes 1am. And breakfast setup starts before 8:00am.
Imagine metal chair legs dragged over stone tiles and the echo from that? All day, all night, until the small hours.
No, it isn’t the ‘fault’ of the hotel. No, there isn’t anything they personally can do. But that won’t help you sleep.
Trust me, you WILL NEED ear plugs to get any chance to sleep.

Fantastic view

An extremely desirable view from the balcony area, where we had breakfast on the 3 mornings without rain. Staff is fantastic. The room was mostly agreeable. It does take a while for humidity to escape the very large bathroom ( in part because the room is cave-like). But the Caldera view easily offsets any small matters.
One warning, the door frames have very low clearance. If you are taller than 6’2”, you will need to be careful to not bump your head.

Unbelievable views - love Santorini!

We booked a 2-night stay on the Matter suite. The views on our private terrace is amazing with perfect sunsets in late March. The breakfast is excellent. It is preordered and delivered to your terrace in the AM. The hotel is typical Caldera facing, cliff hugging buildings, with stairs that lead up/down from the walking pedestrian area to the suites. We traveled light so cannot complain with the stairs. If you have children and large bags, it could be challenging. The location is safe, and private. It is a short walk from the Fira Bus station. The staff at Classico Restaurant was kind enough to show us where the private entrance to the Asha suites is..
Our suite is right below the restaurant, so we could hear some chair dragging until before midnight. From Fira, it is a short bus ride to both Oia and the airport. If you can travel during the shoulder season to Santorini, book this hotel as the prices go up during the peak summer.
Overall, we loved our stay, and made lifetime memories.

It is an awesome property. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb.
Not a lot of steps to get to your suite and close to all the shops and restaurants. The private hot tub was very nice and most importantly the views were amazing. Highly recommend this place. We will definitely stay here again. Oia is nice but we enjoyed Fira.
