This was a very cool hotel and the room, cleanlieness and views were unmatched. The patio/balcony was very private and the hot tub was perfect. The location was great and so close to everything. It was also very quiet to be right in the middle of Fira! Loved it here!

The family suite was perfect for us and we really enjoyed the personal hot tub outside some noise in the morning from the donkeys passing through hot breakfast from the restaurant next-door every morning was very enjoyable as well as the hotel pool for cooling off after a hot day

We had the most incredible stay at Panorama Suites in Santorini! The view was truly the best we’ve ever seen—absolutely breathtaking from sunrise to sunset. The private tub is a must and made the experience even more magical. The location is central and perfect for exploring the island, yet still feels private and peaceful. The staff were the sweetest—so thoughtful and attentive. They even made us sandwiches to take on our hike, and it was such a relief to be able to have our laundry done easily during our long trip. We also loved the complimentary breakfast, which was fresh and delicious every morning. Out of all our travels, this was hands down the best stay we’ve ever had. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Santorini!

Oh boy I've been so excited to review this property. We LOVED it here! From the moment we walked into the door of our room, we were blown away with the amenities of the room and our breath was taken away at the views! And despite being in the heart of Fira, this place is an oasis of quiet, with beautiful views and amazing service. Not to mention amazing wifi and nice cold airconditioning.

At one point I even lost my backpack on one of the public buses - they called the company, who called the driver, found the backpack, and then sent someone to get it all while we were out at lunch. Such great service which cannot be beat!

Now the one thing which is not mentioned well in their advertising here is the breakfast. OMG. Its served pool side and is FREE. That view, everyday with an amazing breakfast...cmon now. Just take a look at a few of the photos I've posted here.

We cannot speak highly enough about it. No negatives..stay HERE!!

We stayed at Panorama Boutique Hotel in Santorini and had a truly memorable experience. We booked the King Suite, and it was hands down the best hotel room we’ve ever had.

The suite itself was beautiful – clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The private jacuzzi on the balcony was a dream! We used it every single day, soaking in the warm water while watching the sun dip into the Aegean. It was pure luxury and one of the main highlights of our trip.

However, there’s one downside worth mentioning – lack of privacy. While the jacuzzi is technically private, it’s located in a spot where other guests walk past frequently. We spent most of our holiday (around 80%) out on the balcony enjoying the view and the jacuzzi, but the foot traffic did make it feel a bit exposed. It didn’t ruin our stay, but a bit more privacy would’ve taken it from amazing to perfect.

That said, what truly set this hotel apart was the incredible staff, especially Artan and Polyvios.

Let’s start with Artan – what an absolutely wonderful man! From the moment we arrived, he was always there, always smiling, and constantly running to help. He never let us lift a finger – always holding doors, carrying our (very heavy!) suitcases with ease, and making sure we were comfortable. You could tell he genuinely cared about the guests. He didn’t just do his job – he went above and beyond at every opportunity. This man is worth his weight in gold. A true gem and a real credit to the hotel.

Location was great - shopping area and restaurants right at your doorstep.
We stayed at the villa - there were some things that needed to be upgraded or fixed like the window sill.
I would stay there again but probably stay at the boutique hotel and not the panorama suites.
Hotel staff were very nice and helpful especially the porters. They carried our luggages to the villa where you have to take many steps down. We had a great welcome from Hailey.

Our stay at Panorama Suites in Fira was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel's prime location offered easy access to everything while its secluded position in the hillside ensured tranquility and breathtaking views. Each room, including our villa, boasted a generous private deck with a hot tub, providing the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the stunning vistas of the Aegean Sea.

We really enjoyed our stay at Panorama! We had a queen suite with hot tub and front balcony. The view from our room was breathtaking!! We loved the location and could walk everywhere! We also liked that this hotel had an elevator if we were tired of walking up the stairs.
The staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was delicious! The only suggestion I would have is to add one more mirror in the room because we only had one mirror in the bathroom to share.

Our stay was amazing! The staff was so nice and welcoming. We had a lot on email communications before our stay and they were very helpful. We arrived at 1:30am because of two flight delays and the hotel transfer met us at the airport as promised and the hotel staff was so kind as to help us with all our luggage at check in. Check in was easy! There was 5 of us in the villa. The room set up was perfect. My Dad has his own bedroom downstairs, the twins each had their own twin bed and my husband and I were upstairs. We had 3 bathrooms. We decided to have breakfast at the upstairs lounge for convenience . My 70 year old father is with us and going to the pool for breakfast would had made it difficult for him with the four flights of steep stairs to the pool. The location is perfect. It literally is the first hotel on the left after the hotel drop off. It’s right in the middle town. We were able to get a lot of cheap take out and brought it to our room to watch the sunset. The sunsets are amazing and there is no need to go to Oia for it and battle the Oia crowds. We enjoyed our private jacuzzi as a family after each sunset. A big plus was also the two different elevators to reach our villa. It really helped us avoid the typical Santorini steep stairs. We will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for our wonderful stay on our first visit to Santorini! It was perfect!

We recently stayed here for our honeymoon & loved it. The hotel staff was very kind and accommodating. They would arrange transfers for us whenever we needed, had recommendations for best food in the area, helped us with packing our bags to our room, etc.

The hotel itself was amazing, we were lucky enough to stay on room #12, and WOW what a beautiful room that was. The pool had a great pool bar as well as restaurant. Highly recommend getting the chicken burger as an afternoon snack.

I had the best relaxing vacation at panorama suites. The room was perfect, modern, clean and smells good. Our balcony was overlooking the volcano and the caldera. We were just one flight of stairs away from the pool (room32) and this is also where you have breakfast in the morning. if it rains, breakfast is served in bed :) Pool bar service was excellent. They remembered how I take my coffee in the morning. The man who carries our luggage 10 flights down to our room is exceptional! The hotel is centrally located in Santorini close to all the shopping and restaurant options. I would go back in a heartbeat!

This hotel is definitely unique. It's located in an area in Fira that has lots of restaurants and shops and amazing views of the caldera. We stayed in the Suite, balcony (outdoor jetted tub, Caldera view) room. As you wind your way down two elevators, several stairs and tunnels and get into your room, you feel like you're staying in a cave. The room is spacious but pretty basic. What you're paying for is the amazing view from your private balcony. You could literally sit there for hours taking in the scenery. Having the hot tub made it even more special. It was quite an experience. Breakfast (included) is good. They will deliver it directly to your room if you want. Rooms are quiet (you don't hear outside noise). Although the room was clean and comfortable, there is no curtain on the shower and water easily gets on the floor in the bathroom creating a potential slip hazard (even with towels laid down on the floor). Likewise, you need to be very careful getting in and out of the hot tub. Bring some flip flops with good grips. Slipping was a constant concern. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It's such a nice area with spectacular views.

Enjoyed the stay at Panorama Suites very much. The room was everything we expected - very clean with an amazing view.
The only issue we had was with the tiles used around the pool and our balcony hot tub. They are very slippery when wet. My wife slipped on them when stepping out of our hot tub and broke her arm. The front desk staff was very helpful with getting us to the hospital.
We would definitely recommend these accommodations, maybe just wear water shoes around the pool and hot tubs.

We had a wonderful stay, the views are outstanding, the staff TOP NOTCH, and the included breakfast was a real treat! Read everyone’s comments on stairs to the rooms, this is no exaggeration. We were by the pool which was down 4 flights on elevator 1, down 2 more on another elevator and then… through the “tunnel” and down 3 more sets of stairs. The porter was absolutely necessary! Property is close to all you need in Fira. Also, VERY thankful that the property mailed us something we left behind accidentally! First class service, and lovely conversations as well.

My husband and I were here in May and it was everything and more I could ever imagine it to be. Everything was PERFECT! No words can explain the joy I felt being here from the front desk staff, the service, the breakfast and the views / comfort of the room I could stay here for weeks. We were here for 4 days and I felt like I was living in a movie. They organized the best reservations for dinners at restaurant for us and carried our bags up and down the many steps it was so kind of them. The fact that we can pre order our breakfast and have it ready to eat by the pool with the amazing views each morning was spectacular. I am so grateful for finding this hotel and staying here I will be back for sure!

We absolutely loved our time here and we cannot recommend this place enough. We were blown away by our room, the amazing view, and the friendly staff.

The location is perfect, the rooms are clean, and the staff were very accomodating.

The breakfast is to die for and the backdrop (down by the pool area) is just amazing.

The views are amazing and the pool area and breakfast is great. The bed was very comfortable, however it would be nice to have the toilet working and not get stuck when you flush. Also there is only one mirror in the room and it gets extremely fogged in the bathroom but overall it was a nice room.

Loved the place so much. Very clean. We were in the panorama suite and the jetted tub was overlooking the caldera and can see the cliff with the rest of the other hotels in sight. Perfect location to watch the sunset at or to wake up to. So pretty during the day and at night. In the middle of everything. So convenient. Wished we stayed longer. All staff were awesome!
