We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed every minute at Iriana Suites. The property is in great condition and the staff is super friendly and helpful. We had a five hour flight delay at arrival. Hotel staff was very responsive in keeping contact with me to reschedule our private transfer from the airport. When we arrived, hotel staff greeted us and walked us to the hotel entrance, which is about 3 minutes walk from the drop off spot. Note that busy streets on the top of the cliff in Fira are for pedestrians only.

Our cave style room is very clean, with breathtaking views of the sea and caldera. Sitting in our private jacuzzi while looking out to the sea and caldera was a remarkable experience. Breakfast made to order and delivered to room every morning had a great variety. Location of the property is also very convenient, near many restaurants and shops, with only a five minute walk to the bus stop. Overall, a very nice and cool place to stay. Highly recommend for couples and families. As a reminder, please be prepared to walk about two stories down to your room, since Iriana Suites, like many other hotels and houses in Fira, are built into the cliffs of the caldera rim.

Iriana Suites was the perfect place to experience Santorini. From the moment we arrived, the staff were kind and incredibly helpful, providing information about restaurants and activities and helping to arrange trips. The facilities are immaculate and comfortable. The “not too hot” hot tub was just right for summer in Greece, and a beautiful place to watch the sunset. While people were jostling up on the street for sunset views, we had our own private front row seats.

Breakfast was included, though we were always up super early heading out on excursions. The staff would not hear of us going without breakfast though, so would drop off a cold breakfast for us the night before.

There is also a bar/cafe for any drink or snack needs. They are more than happy to deliver right to your door.

While we had initially debated where to stay while in Santorini, Fira ended up being the perfect location. Our activities ended up taking us to all parts of the island- Cliff jumping on one end, riding horses on the beach on the other side of Santorini, catamaran cruise from yet another port, visiting various beaches, the famous Fira to Oia hike, etc. From Fira it was incredibly easy to jump on a bus to anywhere. Iriana was centrally located in Fira, convenient to bus, restaurants, and shops.

Overall, I can’t say enough about this hotel, amenities, and location, but its staff really made the vacation memorable.

We stayed at Iriana Suites for three nights at the Executive Suite. Words are not enough to describe how fantastic the experience was. Everything was perfect. The room was super clean, the staff was so courteous, the breakfast was delicious, and the view, the heated private pool... The onsite restaurant was filled with tourists not staying at this hotel just to enjoy the sunset every evening. But we could do that in our own pool over a glass of wine...

Spectacular place to stay! The room is for the able bodied as it had many steps down from street level, but the view couldn’t have been beat. It gave us the caldera view we wanted. The made to order breakfast delivered to our room each morning was wonderfully delicious. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

We were clebrating our honeymoon and booked the executive cave room. Let me start by saying that Krystallia and Louis among the other staff were perfect. Very responsive to messages (I provided my whatsapp to her and she would respond immediately). We had breakfast everyday and it was delicious and timely which was important since we had excursions booked. The suite itself was gorgeous. Clean, neat, cave jacuzzi which was so nice to enjoy especially with the unvelievable sunset view. PK bar is right next door if you want soem amazing cocktails. No complaints at all.

A wonderful stay in Fira Santorini

It’s a wonderful stay in Iriana. Communications was smooth and fast response. They will arrange a strong guy to meet at the road when alight from transfer car and he helped us carry our 2 big luggage to room, good to prepare some tips, Check in staff are friendly. My room was not ready when we arrived , but they gave us a free welcome drink in their lovely cafe with spectacular view. The room was huge and with very high ceiling. They provide bathrobes and slipper which is nice. Only thing is no coffee machine and tv is small in living area with no Netflix streaming channels. The room I booked has a mini heated pool with jets. It has direct access from bathroom but the steps are narrow and steep which can be quite dangerous. Pool can also be access from outside patio area. Only thing is there’s public walkway directly in front of it so people a see you when you’re using the jet pool. We love the hotel serves breakfast to your room at your preferred time. We were happy that they gave us the breakfast the night before our departure as we have to check out at 630am to catch our early ferry. I will recommend this hotel as its central and has amazing ocean view in Fira. You need to be physically fit to this hotel too as there are steep steps to and from room. I stayed in Oia before coming to Fira and I feel the sunset is better in Oia. I feel Fira has more chill and party vibes. Also, Fira has more shopping than Oia and are more affordable.

This place was by far my favorite stay on the Greek Islands. The Suite with the private hot tub was SO AMAZING. The view was unbeatable with a private porch and view of the sea/mountains. The staff was very helpful and even got rose petals for me to surprise my fiance with. Very spacious and super close walk to the town square. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel is located in the Fira area, which is very central and convenient. It’s just a short walk from the bus stop, making it easy to get around Santorini and explore other parts of the island. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel also has its own café and restaurant, which was a nice bonus when we didn’t feel like going out. The food was good, and it was nice to relax there after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Fira, especially if you want easy access to transportation and helpful service.

Wow, what a spectacular place. If anybody I knew was planning a trip to Santorini I would tell them to book Ariana (specifically the Cave Executive Suite) and don't waste their time checking out other options. The staff at Ariana were over-the-top wonderful and really treated us with incredible kindness, carrying our luggage to up and down the stairs to our flat, serving us welcome drinks, bringing our breakfasts each morning and always welcoming us when we arrived back etc. The breakfasts were great with lots of choices. We stayed in the Cave Executive Suite which blew our minds in terms of uniqueness. I was surprised it had 2 bathrooms. The private tub was accessible from inside our flat and also from our little porch area. I was afraid the water would be too hot in the summer (August) but they kept the temperature turned down slightly so it felt refreshing but still warm. Bonus that it was all shaded given the August heat. Our breakfast deck also had a padded lounge area for us to relax on. We watched the sunset every night from there, avoiding the crowds. Things to know: there are A LOT of steps you have to go down to get to this suite (80 - 90) and there are steps to the 2nd bedroom within the suite. The bonus of this is that the tranquility of our private deck, despite being right in the heart of the bustling Fira night-life. We could hear music from certain locations but not voices out on our deck at night. Totally quiet on the inside and air-conditioned.

Iriana Suites is an excellent property in the heart of Fira. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the central bus station, making it very convenient for exploring Santorini.

The suites are modern, well-maintained, and equipped with excellent facilities. The views from the terraces are stunning, especially at sunset, and some rooms include private plunge pools which add to the experience.

Our stay at Iriana was lovely. The service was excellent. They do everything to ensure you have a pleasant stay. The view was incredible, making it difficult to want to do anything other than sit on our private patio and take it all in. The room was comfortable. Linens and bedding were nice. We had an INCREDIBLE time at Iriana Suites. This was hands down the best hotel I ever stayed at! The staff was incredible and went above and beyond for us. The location was awesome, 2 minutes from the busses. The view was out of this world!

The rooms are exactly as advertised. The pictures of the suites were so nice and the price was so great that we thought we were going to get scammed, but the rooms were exactly as advertised. We would go again in a heartbeat. We wish we were still there!

This place was AWESOME. Our honeymoon suite with hot tub room was 2 levels below the restaurant and had the most gorgeous view. Bed was new and super comfy, the room wasn’t big, but big enough for the 2 of us and the shower was cool in the cave. AC was great and hot tub was amazing.

Included breakfast was delicious with an huge variety to choose from and we ate outside on the table next to the hot tub every morning, staring at the sea and landscape. Paradise. The price was very reasonable and we didn’t expect this level of beauty and comfort. Used the hot tub a lot too.

Staff were amazing, especially Krystallia, who helped us with just about everything. The location is perfect as it’s right in the heart of Fira, yet the rooms were super quiet (this was our concern but it worked out and we never heard a peep from the action happening above us).

Great spot and worth every penny!

The room with superb views, the nice courtyard and open-air hot tub all exceeded our expectations. In addition the staff were fantastic, courteous and thoughtful. We stayed at Iriana Suites in April 2025, and it was amazing. Iriana reached out to us prior to our stay to arrange airport pickup for a fee. This made it convenient, and right when we got to the hotel, we were “wowed” with the spectacular views. When we checked in, we were shown to our room, which was well designed, well layed out, and grand feeling. We stayed at Iriana’s for 3 nights, and the service provided was top notch. It felt like all the hotel employees knew us, and provided the highest level of service. Warm private pool which you can access right from the bathroom and have all to yourself with views of the caldera and ocean - who could ask for more. We have already decided that the next time we come back to Santorini we will be staying at Iriana’s!

Amazing and unforgettable stay in this hotel, it was my birthday and they got me a cake! Kevin is their main star, he went to the parking area to collect my luggage’s and went up a lot of stairs to accommodate us. We got an amazing room overview the port where you can see all the ships arriving. This hotel is located in the heart of Fira with a very cool bar with delicious bites and drinks. The room was spacious and got a jacuzzi (cold water) in the balcony. We will definitely come back to this hotel and recommend to friends and family. Kudos for an amazing service provided by Kevin!!!

Iriana was amazing !! They were very responsive on the lead up to our stay, we arranged a pick up service through them (would recommend as they meet you down the hill & carry your bags!!), the service was impeccable from arrival to departure - shout out to Kevin. Iriana Suites was an amazing place with amazing views of the Caldera (wonderful restaurant/bar)! From the moment we arrived until we departed, we had a wonderful experience. They arranged transportation from & to the airport which was clearly communicated and on time. The staff helped with our luggage. We were provided complimentary welcome drinks and a bottle of wine. Iriana Suites also provided complimentary bottled water and a complimentary drink on our last night! Breakfast was included and delivered on time with a wide selection. The staff was amazing & friendly - always working, cleaning, and catering to the guests. When we awoke one day to a cloudy, rainy day, the staff quickly found us a private tour guide to take us to places around the island. We had a 2 floor, 2 bed, 2 bath suite with a hot tub that was accessible from inside and outside. The room was roomy and very clean. They even provided toothbrush and shaving kits! The only improvements I can mention is more space in bathrooms to place toiletries, brighter lights at bathroom sinks, and the hot tub water temp was not very hot (although we did not ask if it could be turned up). Overall, Iriana Suites was a wonderful place, and we would definitely stay there again!
