This was a fantastic experience! One of the greatest hotels we've ever stayed, with a wonderful owner Vassilis, an excellent manager Christos, a top notch chef, and a kind, attentive staff, who took excellent care of us, and made us feel welcome. The location is exquisite, the view is stunning, the hot tub was the perfect temperature, and our balcony offered a gorgeous view of the sunset without even having to leave our room. And breakfast was a new delight every morning. My highest recommendations for this hotel. I hope you are fortunate enough to be able to stay here. We had a phenomenal time. Amazing - expect heat in the family room however

Amazing location and views, balcony SPA was heaven, staff were lovely and very attentive, breakfast massive and yummy. The only draw back for us was the Air con in our family room was in the bottom of a two level appt - so the top floor where our bed was situated was like an oven even with air con on all day - we ended up sleeping downstairs and my daughter on the floor such a shame as the rest of the stay was perfect.

The location is perfect, it’s the center of everything, very close to bus station, only 3 to 5 minutes walk. The view is fantastic, you can watch the sunset at your own balcony. The service is great, the breakfast is great. There are fresh juice, home cooked foods even dessert. the only downside is that the hotel needs to update their furnitures, lamps, floor rugs, bedding etc, and do better cleaning. It would be beautiful hotel if they can make these improvements.

Very cozy & comfortable. Kind & professional service. Amazing breakfasts. The view is absolutely magnificent.
Family pension vibe. Many books available to read. Having a private jacuzzi was a treat.
There is also a rooftop terrace serving cocktails & more.

Be ready to face many stairs, as the property is about 2 stories down from the Main Street, and the rooms are 2-3 stories below the reception. They will help you with your luggage when you check in and out of the hotel. Just be aware that this location is not accessible for people with physical limitations.

Few steps down from the Main Street the hotel is a couple of minutes walk from the bus station which connects Fira to the rest of the island. Main shopping area and eateries just minutes away. We booked an airport taxi transfer through the hotel There was someone waiting at the drop off point to help with luggage down the steps to the hotel. We stayed at a deluxe double room - very spacious room with seating space, dressing area and a large comfortable bed. Bathroom has a large double shower area and everything is extremely clean. Superb breakfast which changes everyday. Wonderful views from the room and the breakfast area. Staff extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous view: quiet, serene spot that belies all the action going on nearby. Walking distance to all the great shopping in Fire. Proprietor and staff are friendly and wonderfully attentive. The home cooked breakfast is truly special - including individually prepared hot items that change evey day like crepes with ham or broccoli cheese souffles.

Be forewarned, since this inn is built into the sides of the cliffs overlooking the caldera (which allows for the amazing views), taxis cannot access the hotel directly, and it will require walking about 2-3 minutes up a short hill and along some cobblestones streets, and then going down a rather long set of steps to get to the the hotel reception area after you get dropped off. The hotel can arrange for transfer assistance with your baggage, etc. from/to the airport or ferry if you call them at least a couple days in advance - I HIGHLY recommend this!

Wonderful hotel with top class service, the most amazing breakfasts and stunning views!

Vassilis and his team couldn't have done a better job, in particular Christos who was truly lovely and helpful. Fab amenities and beautiful room, in particular the addition of the day bed and hot tub on the balcony was a proper treat.

The hotel is excellently posititioned and sunset views from both the room and rooftop bar were superb. Great spot for exploring the rest of the beautiful island.

Did not want to leave.

They go above and beyond to help make your stay incredible. Super nice and accommodating. They teach you about the area, provide fabulous recommendations, and a map. The breakfast is AMAZING! You get different breakfast options each day. The caldera view from this hotel is a painting of perfection. Super beautiful and relaxing! The roof top bar makes the best drinks that I have ever had. I mean that! Try Pink Lover! You will be happy that you did. Enjoy your drink from a gorgeous rooftop bar. This hotel is extremely clean and offers a home like feeling. The bed cradles you to sleep and the pillows are fluffy and soft. I can’t rave enough about this beautiful hotel. The area is so close to excellent restaurants, bars, and tons of shopping options. Do not ever hesitate to book your stay at Villa Renos! Matter of fact, stop reading this review and book right now! I definitely will only stay at this phenomenal hotel. Villa Renos is a fabulous boutique hotel in a superb location overlooking the Caldera - we enjoyed the beautiful sunset from our own balcony. Staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfasts are superb, served on the balcony overlooking the sea. Right in the heart of Fira, it's close to a range of bars and restaurants and a few minutes' walk from the bus station if you want to explore the island. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and we had a good sized balcony with a private hot tub and, of course, the amazing view. If we return to Santorini, we wouldn't stay anywhere else. Go on - spoil yourself!

Bill the owner and all the staff at Villa Reno’s were so helpful, friendly and genuinely caring that we will be back and would highly recommend this boutique and unique hotel. The breakfast that’s included is not your typical free hotel buffet. It’s a individually prepared 3 course breakfast with a delicious regional menu changing every day service. The views were amazing and just unbeatable. The accommodations were spacious and like living in an upscale cave in the cliffs.

The room was nice and clean, every room has a nice balcony and the infinity pool area is always available. I would give this boutique hotel 5 stars, but I have to mention that I was traveling alone and the owner made multiple comments toward me that made me feel very uncomfortable, for example “the rules by the pool are to be topless” I was considering moving to another hotel after that but it was impossible as everything is overbooked. Single ladies be prepared.

Great location a quick 2 min walk to the Fira town square. taxi and bus station Amira four minute walk away Greek restaurants. Also within two minute walk away. The view of the hotel is spectacular. A room had a balcony view that has the best view of the caldera the service of the hotel very attentive, family friendly environment, reminds me of a B&B as opposed to a four-star hotel. WOW…what an amazing hotel I can’t say enough. First off they had a shuttle waiting for us from the airport with under an hours noticed and carried our bag down all the steps to check in. The room was perfect, we could lay out and tan swim in the pool that over looks the view and even have room service delivered watching the sunset. Room was adorable very clean and very updated. It was close to all the shopping and excitement but noise was never an issue. The staff was hands down the best service I’ve ever had and I travel a lot. Breakfast was outstanding, staff was very accommodating and anything we wanted or needed consider it done. I will be back and always recommend Villa Renos to all my friends and family.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Fira. It is very conveniently located, right in the main town with tons of shops and restaurants, and of course with the beautiful view of the sea and caldera. Sitting out on our balcony taking in this view was lovely - especially during sunset. It was a perfect sunset view.

Vassilis and all of the staff at Villa Renos were very helpful and friendly, helping us with whatever we needed.

The breakfast every day was different and delicious.

What a lovely place! Staff are very frieńdlt and helpful. Breakfasts amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Our room was wonderful with a fabulous view of the sea as well as the beautiful sunsets and our own jacuzzi. What could be nicer than sipping a cocktail in the private jacuzzi in the sun.

The property is in an excellent location overlooking the sea. It is very close to many restaurants and the main shopping district of Fira. Also, the service and responsiveness was excellent. The airlines lost our luggage and the owner followed up with the airlines and our luggage was delivered to our room by late afternoon.

The view is postcard worthy!

If I could give more than 10 stars for the Villa Renos, I would do so. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. Our bags were carried from our shuttle which they made arrangements for. A champagne reception was such a nice touch. Vasili and Dimitrious were ever present and made sure every detail was attended to. We celebrated our second anniversary during our stay and Vasili reserved a special spot up on the rooftop bar during the coveted sunset time for us. The drinks are fabulous by the way. Our room had the most amazing view and a private hot tub so we spent a lot of time on our balcony. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. I will recommend Villa Renos to anyone who is fortunate enough to visit Santorini!

We stayed in august and never had an issue with the pool being crowded…people were very respectful of each other time. Hotel is a good location. I can’t recommend it enough!! Our stay was amazing!

The Perfect Choice

The Villa Reno’s exceeded my expectations!!!
We were arriving prior to check in and they met us at our taxi and carried all of our luggage down the steps. We let them know we were going to head to the beach and they made sure we had towel and gave us perfect instructions to get there.

Once we returned our luggage was waiting for us in our room. We booked a deluxe room with a sea view and we’re upgraded to a hot tub on our balcony!! The villa Reno’s has a perfect view of the sunset that I watched during my stay in their private pool with a glass of wine. This is a very cute hotel/ with not too many rooms, so I generally had the pool to myself.

The rooms are beautiful with marble floors and counters in the bathroom. Everything is upgraded perfectly and the pictures posted do not do this hotel justice!

On our second day we woke up late and missed our transportation to take us to the catamaran tour of the island. When we got to the front desk, Dimitris was already on the phone with transportation and arranged for them to come back and pick us up.

He also gave us a little nap with fooda and activities for the island!

ALSO LOCATION
you are at the top of Fira with the best views of the cliff, sea and sunset. Once you go up the stairs you only have to walk a block down and you have the bus station. The center of fira is outside your door with the best shops food views and everything you’d want on your stay.

My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

Before final booking I picked few places that I liked and I have read reviews. Villa Renos and mr Vasilis had the best one, so that was the main reason why we picked this place . We can’t imagine better place in Thira . Gorgeous property , great breakfast and attentive staff and of course always helpful mr Vasilis . If we go back to Santorini this is definitely gonna be the place where we gonna stay !

Our host Vasillas and his entire staff were amazing. They looked after us very well, taking special care of our daughter’s and son’s food allergies. The morning breakfast was really good. They arranged airport transfers and made our stay super comfortable. The views from this hotel were to die for. Highly recommended.

Best view of the Caldera and lovely staff!

My girlfriend and I stayed for four nights having spent the first three nights of our holiday in Imerovigli.

We had the most amazing view of the Caldera from our balcony and could access the pool easily to cool off when sunbathing.

Every member of staff was very helpful and polite, Vasilis goes above and beyond! The amount of effort he puts in to give you an amazing stay, from check-in, to breakfast, drinks in the bar and check-out, he is a superb host.

The view alone is enough to give this hotel 10 stars, however the service makes it the completely perfect place to stay. I could not recommend it enough!

Our stay at Villa Renos was so relaxed and wonderful. From a friendly welcome from owner Vasilis (Bill) to a clean, cool, comfortable room overlooking the most stunning view, and right beside the pool, I could not have wished for more. The staff were friendly and courteous, the decor quirky and local without trying too hard, and Vasilis could not have done more for us. He answered questions and gave advice day and night (sorry Vasilis!). The breakfast was a three course feast every morning-the highlight for me being the homemade jams. Cocktails on the terrace in the evenings are a must.
There is nothing to criticise about Villa Renos and everything to love. I’ll be back!

Excellent location and staff. Can't say how nice and comfortable of a stay we had here. The host Vassilis and his staff were excellent. They were helpful with pick up from the airport to suggestions of where to eat and sight-see. Breakfast was exceptional. Views from your balcony are to die for. View, view, and view. Could not beat the view from the private balcony of our room. We went in November and everyone says the sunset from Oia is amazing but that must be at a different time of year because we were able to see the sunset from our balcony perfectly which included a hot tub. This hotel is located in the center of Fira on the cliffside/ Caldera. The nice shops and restaurants are all closeby in walking distance. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious. The service was excellent. The only reason I would not give it 5 stars is because it was a little dated and the room was not cave style. All in all I would stay here again.

Each room has its own balcony with table, chairs and loungers. Breakfast was cooked freshly each day with a different set of local dishes each time. We were met from the taxi when we arrived and taken to the hotel, and the reverse when we left. A thoroughly nice place with its own bar above.

Villa Renos is a gem!

My sisters & I had the pleasure of staying 3 nights at Villa Renos. The service was amazing! 5 course breakfasts served to us on the patio overlooking the sea. Every request by us was handled immediately and every person was extremely helpful. Our room was beautiful, complete with hot tub on our private patio overlooking the sea. We loved every minute and would absolutely return for a visit! Thank you!

We loved our stay at Villa Renos. The owner, Visillias, is very helpful and arranged transfers and booked us on an incredible sailing experience on private sailing boat (Angel Sailing). The breakfast was delicious and a full meal, with dessert. We usually ate around 10 AM so did not need lunch. We were in rooms 107 and 108 which both have hot tubs and beautiful views of the Caldera. Both these rooms have decks. The hotel is quiet, though it is near the action and off a road just below the big white church--the Orthodox Metropolitan Cathedral. They will meet your transfer from the airport and help you getting your suitcases down and then up the hill for departure. Highly recommended.

Really nice view of Fira and sunset. View on the water ! Great hospitality from Vasilis and his team. REALLY good food for breakfast ! 5 minutes walk to the bus station to Oia. Really close of everything in Fira ! Only thing... little problem with the water pressure and temperature in the shower. Otherwise, great place that I would recommend !
