Staff was out of this world, Chrifos was the absolute best person I met on my entire trip. They helped find the best locations, and my room ended up being my favorite place to stay and watch the sunset. Breakfast was made each morning and I got to try different foods that were all amazing! I have been telling everyone I know to visit!
Jing
This hotel is fantastic. Very convenient location, great view, delicious breakfast with different menu every morning, all very good. One of the main hotel staff, Christos, is extremely nice, provided us with a lot of helpful information, met all of our requests, super friendly. Highly recommend this hotel!

This was a fantastic experience! One of the greatest hotels we've ever stayed, with a wonderful owner Vassilis, an excellent manager Christos, a top notch chef, and a kind, attentive staff, who took excellent care of us, and made us feel welcome. The location is exquisite, the view is stunning, the hot tub was the perfect temperature, and our balcony offered a gorgeous view of the sunset without even having to leave our room. And breakfast was a new delight every morning. My highest recommendations for this hotel. I hope you are fortunate enough to be able to stay here. We had a phenomenal time. Thank you again to Vassilis, Christos, and all the staff at Villa Renos. Kevin
Helen
We enjoyed the beautiful ocean view from our hotel room. Also like the breakfast that was cooked each morning for us.
Elizabeth
Everyone was wonderful on the staff and the owner was great. Seriously one of the most beautiful places and the view and hot tub were amazing. The room was great and clean with a huge shower. I loved it and would recommend it highly.
Thomas
The Hotel Renos offers rooms with world class spectacular views, individual hot tubs and a very delicious and local breakfast. The staff is wonderful (not a good enough adjective), helpful, courteous and multi-lingual. Just loved our 2-day stay.
Anita
We were upgraded to the master suite which was fabulous!
Tom
This property, staff, and breakfast were first class. We could not ask for a property that offers as much as this property does. We have already recommended it to several friends who will be traveling here in the near future. Love this place!! Also. The view is spectacular to say the least
Debbie
The staff is amazing, Cristos went above and beyond for anything we needed and/or requested. Room was cleaned every day and breakfast was served on the balcony.. amazing stay, would definitely go again!

Loved absolutely everything! The views from our room were stunning, the breakfast was delicious and the service was second to none. We felt so taken care of. It was a joy to stay at Villa Renos and I can’t wait to come back.

Amazing - expect heat in the family room however
Amazing location and views, balcony SPA was heaven, staff were lovely and very attentive, breakfast massive and yummy. The only draw back for us was the Air con in our family room was in the bottom of a two level appt - so the top floor where our bed was situated was like an oven even with air con on all day - we ended up sleeping downstairs and my daughter on the floor such a shame as the rest of the stay was perfect.
Linda
The room was just as advertised, the pool was fantastic and the staff was the best part. The breakfast was so good! Each morning a different type of food that was always delicious and hot!
Mohammad

We cannot speak highly enough about our experience staying at Villa Renos. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The view from the rooms is amazing and the rooms and common areas are clean.
Kaustuv
Lovely hotel in centre of Santorini- very helpful staff and a different home made breakfast every morning. Several rooms of personal pools / spa or shared with another family. Good for couples - less so families

Amazing location, amazing rooms, amazing staff. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming, and they were so kind with our baby. And the views are unbeatable.

This hotel is truly the best stay i could have imagined. with the most perfect spot on the cliff and wonderful service my stay was one i will never forget.

The location is perfect, it’s the center of everything, very close to bus station, only 3 to 5 minutes walk. The view is fantastic, you can watch the sunset at your own balcony. The service is great, the breakfast is great. There are fresh juice, home cooked foods even dessert. the only downside is that the hotel needs to update their furnitures, lamps, floor rugs, bedding etc, and do better cleaning. It would be beautiful hotel if they can make these improvements.
Phyllis
Amazing jewel of a hotel with beautiful views, amazing rooms, and the best breakfast you will ever enjoy at a hotel! Shout out to Christos....he is the best.
Phyllis
Wonderful hotel with amazing staff and the absolute best breakfast you will ever have at a hotel!
Katie
Loved this hotel! Staff were wonderful, breakfast was delicious every day, and the junior suite was beautiful and large. Can’t say enough about the owner and staff. If we come back to Santorini, would love to stay again!

Beautiful location & great breakfasts
Very cozy & comfortable. Kind & professional service. Amazing breakfasts. The view is absolutely magnificent.
Family pension vibe. Many books available to read. Having a private jacuzzi was a treat.
There is also a rooftop terrace serving cocktails & more.
Be ready to face many stairs, as the property is about 2 stories down from the Main Street, and the rooms are 2-3 stories below the reception. They will help you with your luggage when you check in and out of the hotel. Just be aware that this location is not accessible for people with physical limitations.

Breathtaking view and great homemade breakfast are most impressive to the stay. Very convenient to do shopping or eat...

We were among the first guests of the 2025 summer season and highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and exactly as described. The owner is on-site, ensuring guests are comfortable. All the other staff are warm and welcoming… and the freshly prepared breakfast each morning is five-star. We look forward to coming back!

Few steps down from the Main Street the hotel is a couple of minutes walk from the bus station which connects Fira to the rest of the island. Main shopping area and eateries just minutes away. We booked an airport taxi transfer through the hotel There was someone waiting at the drop off point to help with luggage down the steps to the hotel. We stayed at a deluxe double room - very spacious room with seating space, dressing area and a large comfortable bed. Bathroom has a large double shower area and everything is extremely clean. Superb breakfast which changes everyday. Wonderful views from the room and the breakfast area. Staff extremely helpful. Highly recommended.
Michael
Exceptional views, fantastic hosts and amazing breakfast. A great 4 nights spent in Santorini.
Payal
We had a great time, the hotel staff was very friendly and always available for help. Definitely would recommend this hotel to everyone .
Melissa
Gorgeous view: quiet, serene spot that belies all the action going on nearby. Walking distance to all the great shopping in Fire. Proprietor and staff are friendly and wonderfully attentive. The home cooked breakfast is truly special - including individually prepared hot items that change evey day like crepes with ham or broccoli cheese souffles.
Be forewarned, since this inn is built into the sides of the cliffs overlooking the caldera (which allows for the amazing views), taxis cannot access the hotel directly, and it will require walking about 2-3 minutes up a short hill and along some cobblestones streets, and then going down a rather long set of steps to get to the the hotel reception area after you get dropped off. The hotel can arrange for transfer assistance with your baggage, etc. from/to the airport or ferry if you call them at least a couple days in advance - I HIGHLY recommend this!

This hotel was perfect. Amazing view from the private hot tub on the balcony outside the room. Vasilis and Christos were there to help with anything we needed and the complimentary breakfast was great.

Wonderful hotel
Wonderful hotel with top class service, the most amazing breakfasts and stunning views!
Vassilis and his team couldn't have done a better job, in particular Christos who was truly lovely and helpful. Fab amenities and beautiful room, in particular the addition of the day bed and hot tub on the balcony was a proper treat.
The hotel is excellently posititioned and sunset views from both the room and rooftop bar were superb. Great spot for exploring the rest of the beautiful island.
Did not want to leave.

The staff and owner go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. From getting off the shuttle (and carrying the luggage) to breakfast and providing us with dining options this hotel is top notch. We stayed in the family room with 4 adults and there was plenty of space for us all. Would definitely come back to Villa Reno’s!!
Aleksandra
Great location and amazing Caldera view.

This property was made by the Greek Gods collectively! If you’re looking for the PERFECT hotel in Fira, this is definitely your place to stay! Let me talk about the owner and staff, AMAZING! They go above and beyond to help make your stay incredible. Super nice and accommodating. They teach you about the area, provide fabulous recommendations, and a map. The breakfast is AMAZING! You get different breakfast options each day. The caldera view from this hotel is a painting of perfection. Super beautiful and relaxing! The roof top bar makes the best drinks that I have ever had. I mean that! Try Pink Lover! You will be happy that you did. Enjoy your drink from a gorgeous rooftop bar. This hotel is extremely clean and offers a home like feeling. The bed cradles you to sleep and the pillows are fluffy and soft. I can’t rave enough about this beautiful hotel. The area is so close to excellent restaurants, bars, and tons of shopping options. Do not ever hesitate to book your stay at Villa Renos! Matter of fact, stop reading this review and book right now! I definitely will only stay at this phenomenal hotel. So blessed to have the opportunity to meet the incredible owner and staff. Came as a stranger and left as family! Please come to Villa Renos and see for yourself what I experienced. It will make your visit to Santorini more magical!

100/10
100/10 experience. Amazing hotel, clean rooms, beautiful private balcony with an amazing view. All of the staff at this hotel was so kind and helpful at all moments. Cannot recommend this hotel enough - a must stay if you are in Fira!!!
Heavan Marie
My daughter had an amazing time.
Sara
We had the most amazing stay! The owner and the entire staff are so kind and friendly. Our room was wonderful with a beautiful view and a private jacuzzi. It is a short walk from the bus station and in the heart of all the shops and great restaurants. The breakfast is the best I have had in Europe! We definitely recommend this wonderful hotel!
Seth
Property staff was great. They arranged my transport to the airport wo/me having to ask. Also very friendly and the breakfast was fresh made every morning!
Amanda
Spoil yourself - you won't regret it!
Villa Renos is a fabulous boutique hotel in a superb location overlooking the Caldera - we enjoyed the beautiful sunset from our own balcony. Staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfasts are superb, served on the balcony overlooking the sea. Right in the heart of Fira, it's close to a range of bars and restaurants and a few minutes' walk from the bus station if you want to explore the island. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and we had a good sized balcony with a private hot tub and, of course, the amazing view. If we return to Santorini, we wouldn't stay anywhere else. Go on - spoil yourself!
Zet
The hotel is absolutely beautiful with a great view! The location can't be any better, it is in the middle of everything! The bus station is a 5 min walk! Breakfast was delicious! The staff is very helpful and attentive!!! Christos went above and beyond to make sure our stay was unforgettable! I will definitely give the hotel 10/10
Martha
We loved staying at Villa Renos! Everything was perfect. The staff, the clean rooms, wonderful breakfast, the view.. we can go on and on. Thank you guys for making our stay so wonderful and for always offering help in anything we needed. Can’t thank you enough!
Medhat
Perfect location, great hotel and very nice stuff
Sheila
The breakfasts were incredible, with coffee, juice, bread, fresh fruit, a different main course every day, and dessert!
Michael Sean
5 stars must stay.
Bill the owner and all the staff at Villa Reno’s were so helpful, friendly and genuinely caring that we will be back and would highly recommend this boutique and unique hotel. The breakfast that’s included is not your typical free hotel buffet. It’s a individually prepared 3 course breakfast with a delicious regional menu changing every day service. The views were amazing and just unbeatable. The accommodations were spacious and like living in an upscale cave in the cliffs.
Rebecca
Staff were very friendly and accommodating
John
For two people the property was perfect, all the amenities you’d need. Overlooking the ocean with beautiful sunsets while sipping wine in our own hot tub. The custom breakfast each morning was a standout. Staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Five stars, highly recommended, will be coming back.

Hospitality and view
ewelina
Best location, breathtaking views, absolutely lovely stuff, amazing breakfast every morning, amazing service, sweet smiles and always positive energy from the employees. The room was nice and clean, every room has a nice balcony and the infinity pool area is always available. I would give this boutique hotel 5 stars, but I have to mention that I was traveling alone and the owner made multiple comments toward me that made me feel very uncomfortable, for example “the rules by the pool are to be topless” I was considering moving to another hotel after that but it was impossible as everything is overbooked. Single ladies be prepared.
Drake
Exceeded every expectation… the views are unmatched and the location is perfect… not to mention the staff here is amazing… not a single negative thing to say about villa renos… would recommend to anyone and will definitely stay here again the next time i come back
Devin
This villa was amazing! Beautiful views, center location, safe, quiet, clean, excellent service and staff!
MARK
Great location a quick 2 min walk to the Fira town square. taxi and bus station Amira four minute walk away Greek restaurants. Also within two minute walk away. The view of the hotel is spectacular. A room had a balcony view that has the best view of the caldera the service of the hotel very attentive, family friendly environment, reminds me of a B&B as opposed to a four-star hotel. Absolutely excellent.

This place is absolutely incredible! Airport shuttles were easily set up, all the staff were so nice and helped you with anything you needed. It is in a perfect location. You can sit in the pool or your own hot tub to watch the sunset. Very highly recommended.
Heather
WOW…what an amazing hotel I can’t say enough. First off they had a shuttle waiting for us from the airport with under an hours noticed and carried our bag down all the steps to check in. The room was perfect, we could lay out and tan swim in the pool that over looks the view and even have room service delivered watching the sunset. Room was adorable very clean and very updated. It was close to all the shopping and excitement but noise was never an issue. The staff was hands down the best service I’ve ever had and I travel a lot. Breakfast was outstanding, staff was very accommodating and anything we wanted or needed consider it done. I will be back and always recommend Villa Renos to all my friends and family.
Angela
This hotel was perfect for our stay in Fira. It is very conveniently located, right in the main town with tons of shops and restaurants, and of course with the beautiful view of the sea and caldera. Sitting out on our balcony taking in this view was lovely - especially during sunset. It was a perfect sunset view.
Vassilis and all of the staff at Villa Renos were very helpful and friendly, helping us with whatever we needed.
The breakfast every day was different and delicious.

What a lovely place! Staff are very frieńdlt and helpful. Breakfasts amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Our room was wonderful with a fabulous view of the sea as well as the beautiful sunsets and our own jacuzzi. What could be nicer than sipping a cocktail in the private jacuzzi in the sun.
If you are considering Villa Renos I would say go for it!

This was absolutely FABULOUS! I am already planing to come and stay at the exact same place again! They were SO kind, helpful and thoughtful, and the room, WOW, what a view!!!! We couldn't get enough of it. Three days was way too short!! I highly recommend Villa Renos to everyone!! :)

Amazing hotel, fantastic views, friendly and helpful staff, different tasty breakfast every day. Comfy rooms and beds. Definitely recommend.
Bobbie
Perfect location ! Beautiful sunset! Staff helped us with activities and restaurant recommendations. Thank you so much !!!
Karen
The property is in an excellent location overlooking the sea. It is very close to many restaurants and the main shopping district of Fira. Also, the service and responsiveness was excellent. The airlines lost our luggage and the owner followed up with the airlines and our luggage was delivered to our room by late afternoon.
Nadine
The owner and staff are amazing. Full, hot breakfast was different and delicious everyday. Great location to walk all over town. Can't wait to return!
Abu
Excellent view from the room balcony including sight of the sunset. Several good restaurants nearby within walking distance
Steps down to the entrance of the hotel not ideal , In fact may prove very difficult for older and handicapped people .

Great place and great staff
Location was perfect for our needs. Views were wonderful. Near shopping, bus station, restaurants. Highly recommended.

The view is postcard worthy!
If I could give more than 10 stars for the Villa Renos, I would do so. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. Our bags were carried from our shuttle which they made arrangements for. A champagne reception was such a nice touch. Vasili and Dimitrious were ever present and made sure every detail was attended to. We celebrated our second anniversary during our stay and Vasili reserved a special spot up on the rooftop bar during the coveted sunset time for us. The drinks are fabulous by the way. Our room had the most amazing view and a private hot tub so we spent a lot of time on our balcony. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. I will recommend Villa Renos to anyone who is fortunate enough to visit Santorini!
CARLA
Property is at a fantastic location for the sunset!! The property owner was amazing and very attentive to our needs. The staff is also great - very polite and ready to serve. We loved it and will definitely go back!

Loved our stay at this hotel. Stayed 5 nights and for sure will be coming back to this hotel again. Staff and owners very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and different options each day. We stayed in august and never had an issue with the pool being crowded…people were very respectful of each other time. Hotel is a good location. I can’t recommend it enough!! Our stay was amazing!

The Perfect Choice
The Villa Reno’s exceeded my expectations!!!
We were arriving prior to check in and they met us at our taxi and carried all of our luggage down the steps. We let them know we were going to head to the beach and they made sure we had towel and gave us perfect instructions to get there.
Once we returned our luggage was waiting for us in our room. We booked a deluxe room with a sea view and we’re upgraded to a hot tub on our balcony!! The villa Reno’s has a perfect view of the sunset that I watched during my stay in their private pool with a glass of wine. This is a very cute hotel/ with not too many rooms, so I generally had the pool to myself.
The rooms are beautiful with marble floors and counters in the bathroom. Everything is upgraded perfectly and the pictures posted do not do this hotel justice!
On our second day we woke up late and missed our transportation to take us to the catamaran tour of the island. When we got to the front desk, Dimitris was already on the phone with transportation and arranged for them to come back and pick us up.
He also gave us a little nap with fooda and activities for the island!
ALSO LOCATION
you are at the top of Fira with the best views of the cliff, sea and sunset. Once you go up the stairs you only have to walk a block down and you have the bus station. The center of fira is outside your door with the best shops food views and everything you’d want on your stay.
My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

Before final booking I picked few places that I liked and I have read reviews. Villa Renos and mr Vasilis had the best one, so that was the main reason why we picked this place . We can’t imagine better place in Thira . Gorgeous property , great breakfast and attentive staff and of course always helpful mr Vasilis . If we go back to Santorini this is definitely gonna be the place where we gonna stay !

You can trust this hotel.

Our host Vasillas and his entire staff were amazing. They looked after us very well, taking special care of our daughter’s and son’s food allergies. The morning breakfast was really good. They arranged airport transfers and made our stay super comfortable. The views from this hotel were to die for. Highly recommended.

Best view of the Caldera and lovely staff!
My girlfriend and I stayed for four nights having spent the first three nights of our holiday in Imerovigli.
We had the most amazing view of the Caldera from our balcony and could access the pool easily to cool off when sunbathing.
Every member of staff was very helpful and polite, Vasilis goes above and beyond! The amount of effort he puts in to give you an amazing stay, from check-in, to breakfast, drinks in the bar and check-out, he is a superb host.
The view alone is enough to give this hotel 10 stars, however the service makes it the completely perfect place to stay. I could not recommend it enough!

Our stay at Villa Renos was so relaxed and wonderful. From a friendly welcome from owner Vasilis (Bill) to a clean, cool, comfortable room overlooking the most stunning view, and right beside the pool, I could not have wished for more. The staff were friendly and courteous, the decor quirky and local without trying too hard, and Vasilis could not have done more for us. He answered questions and gave advice day and night (sorry Vasilis!). The breakfast was a three course feast every morning-the highlight for me being the homemade jams. Cocktails on the terrace in the evenings are a must.
There is nothing to criticise about Villa Renos and everything to love. I’ll be back!

Excellent location and staff. Can't say how nice and comfortable of a stay we had here. The host Vassilis and his staff were excellent. They were helpful with pick up from the airport to suggestions of where to eat and sight-see. Breakfast was exceptional. Views from your balcony are to die for. Can't wait to come back and visit again.
