George and Stelios are truly fantastic; they will go out of their way to accommodate you and will give you the best recommendations, always with a big smile. Big bonus: you can watch Santorinis gorgeous sunset from the privacy of your hotel terrasse without having to fight other tourists for a spot. Amazing stay, we hope to be back some day!

We thought this was the perfect location in Santorini, Fira over Oai. Suites in a very safe and quiet cliffside but just steps from the action. Best views on the island. Very traditional and historical architecture. Huge breakfast custom built to your liking. Beautiful plunge pool and sun lounge. Staff who makes it so easy with tour, transport and restaurant support. If you’re considering other options in the area, stay here!! There are only 8 rooms and the staff goes above and beyond to educate you about the island. The family feel really makes your stay unforgettable! The grounds and pool were clean and well kept. There are lots of wonderful dinning & shopping options that are walkable from the hotel. George is happy to give you restaurant recommendations and make you reservations. They provide free bottled water and even a free bottle of local wine as a welcome gift! The view from my room was unbelievable!! It was hard to leave, we will be back!

My family and I absolutely loved staying at Pantelia Suites in Santorini. The views are breathtaking - you can watch the sunset in Fira and get the most amazing photos from the rooftop. The location is perfect as you are in the heart of Fira where you can get lost in the beautiful alleyways and are surrounded by restaurants. I have to say the best part of our stay was the hotel staff. We have never met such hospitable, warm and welcoming people. The staff were so helpful, full or great travel tips and we always enjoyed our morning chats when they delivered the most delicious breakfast to our balcony every morning. By the end of the trip we felt so sad to leave because it felt like we were saying bye to family. Cannot recommend this place enough. Hope to come back again!

Fantastic service! Arranged inexpensive airport transfers; early check-in, with a nice introduction to the local area; carefully moved our luggage; welcome bottle of wine; lovely breakfasts on our private balcony overlooking the caldera. Clean and fairly comfortable room (a bit cramped for 2 large suitcases) and nice shower. Location was very convenient to busses and walking to dining and shopping, with great views especially from patio at top level. Did I mention the great service?! We celebrated our 25th anniversary and spent a night here and one in Oia. This worked out well, although we’d have liked to stay longer. Being in Fira is terrific for shopping and a lively atmosphere. Lots of food options. The staff were fantastic. Very proactive, contacted us before we arrived to ensure facilitation. I would recommend having them pick you up. The taxi driver charged us 35 Euros when the hotel was charging only 30, and he dropped us off at the wrong place with heavy bags. The room was very nice and well apportioned with welcome fruits and more. Breakfast was fantastic. To walk out of your room and have your own private table set with plentiful selections overlooking the water was the icing on top. Highly, highly recommend and we would absolutely stay again, next time with the rest of the family.

It was delivered to your balcony where you could enjoy it while looking at the gorgeous caldera view. They carried your luggage up and down the stairs, provided you with bottled water, pool towels, robes, and slippers. It was an unforgettable trip not only because it was beautiful but also because we were treated like cherished friends! I highly recommend and I plan to return. We had the most amazing stay here!!! We stayed here for 3 nights during our honeymoon and we both agreed that it was our favorite place out of the entire trip! The room was beautiful, comfortable, and spacious. It felt like one of the famous Santorini cave houses! The location was incredible (very close to the main part of town). The best views from your own balcony. Don’t need to fight the crowds in town to see the sunset because your balcony is the best place for it! The breakfast each day was so delicious. But the best part was the service from the hotel staff. We are young and are just starting our lives together so we don’t have the budget to stay in expensive/fancy hotels. But this hotel made us feel like we were royal! The staff went above and beyond for us! They booked reservations, activities, tours, and taxis for us. The manager of the hotel even walked us to the meeting point for a tour to make sure we didn’t get lost. And they provided champagne for us since it was our honeymoon. My husband and I both said we will be coming back to Santorini to stay here again. It was a trip we will never forget and this hotel was the best place we could’ve stayed.

There are only 8 rooms at this hotel. Its beautiful place. View is amazing. Swimming pool at picture look like infinity pool, but its not. Its a small tiny pool. Breakfast is served at your own room. It was very nice. I wish jacuzzi was warmer. Location is very convenient. Close to restaurants and shopping.

This is a true 5 star resort. The views in-person are better than the photos on the internet. Truly stunning. I’ve traveled a lot and have never seen anything like this. It’s also on a small street so there’s no cars that are allowed. As a result it’s very peaceful and quiet. There are no crowds or tourist, but you can get to town within 2 mins. I can’t recommend this place enough. The staff is extremely helpful and available to give recommendations. You also select your breakfast and they make it fresh for you and bring it to your outdoor space or wherever you would like to eat. This is my first Expedia review because I loved this place so much.
