The hotel is in a perfect location! Closed to all but away from the noise and party scene! Hercules in the front desk was beyond helpful! Gave us a map, gave us the best tips as to where to go, what to see near the hotel as far as landmarks and times! He also helped us set up transfers and went above and beyond! The hotel is beautiful! I had the most beautiful room! The view was beyond expectations and the sunset view was amazing!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay — truly a 10+ experience from start to finish. George & Heracles were exceptional and went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. They were incredibly helpful with recommending amazing restaurants that offered both spectacular views and delicious food. They also handled all of our transportation arrangements seamlessly making traveling stress-free and easy.

The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very welcoming. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. One of our favorite parts was enjoying delicious breakfasts each morning on the rooftop terrace while taking in the breathtaking views of the sea and the caldera.

We highly recommend to anyone visiting Santorini and would gladly stay there again!

George and Stelios are truly fantastic; they will go out of their way to accommodate you and will give you the best recommendations, always with a big smile. Absolutely Magical Stay – Thanks to Stelios and the Incredible Hospitality!

Staying at this hotel in Santorini was one of the highlights of our trip! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family — especially by Stelios, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. He’s not just a staff member; he truly became our friend and made our experience unforgettable.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious every single morning — fresh, beautifully presented, and with plenty of variety to start the day right. The pool area is stunning, with crystal-clear water and a relaxed vibe that invites you to spend hours just soaking in the sun. And the views? Simply breathtaking. Watching the sunset from the hotel was like something out of a dream.

We can't recommend this place enough. If you’re coming to Santorini, do yourself a favor and stay here — and say hi to Stelios for us!

My family and I absolutely loved staying at Pantelia Suites in Santorini. The views are breathtaking - you can watch the sunset in Fira and get the most amazing photos from the rooftop. The location is perfect as you are in the heart of Fira where you can get lost in the beautiful alleyways and are surrounded by restaurants. I have to say the best part of our stay was the hotel staff. We have never met such hospitable, warm and welcoming people. The staff were so helpful, full or great travel tips and we always enjoyed our morning chats when they delivered the most delicious breakfast to our balcony every morning. By the end of the trip we felt so sad to leave because it felt like we were saying bye to family. Cannot recommend this place enough. Hope to come back again!

We celebrated our 25th anniversary and spent a night here and one in Oia. This worked out well, although we’d have liked to stay longer. Being in Fira is terrific for shopping and a lively atmosphere. Lots of food options. The staff were fantastic. Very proactive, contacted us before we arrived to ensure facilitation. I would recommend having them pick you up. The taxi driver charged us 35 Euros when the hotel was charging only 30, and he dropped us off at the wrong place with heavy bags. The room was very nice and well apportioned with welcome fruits and more. Breakfast was fantastic. To walk out of your room and have your own private table set with plentiful selections overlooking the water was the icing on top. Highly, highly recommend and we would absolutely stay again, next time with the rest of the family.

You will be treated like royalty & family. This is in the top 5 hotels my daughter & I have ever stayed at in our lives. We cannot say enough about the beautiful caldera views, the scrumptious breakfast, (top notch waiter too) how quintessentially Santorini the ‘cave like’ rooms are; Pantelia Suites is absolutely stunning in every way! And on top of all of that, you have the most caring and attentive Manager and staff who are so happy to accommodate you in any way you need. I had 2 rather serious issues arise and Kostas, immediately took me to
the bus terminal to communicate with the station manager on my behalf. Thank you again, Kostas for your help!

The Manager, George, actually drove me to the hospital & picked me up too! Furthermore he searched the island over to find medication that was in very short supply, found it, bought it & delivered it to me!

When my lost medication turned up at the ferry port, he collected and delivered that too. It is a very frightening experience to be sick and without your medication in a foreign country. George was an absolute shining star during my whole dilemma & his compassion and problem solving skills literally saved me! Exceptional caring and service! George told me “We do everything for our guests” and it’s the truth! Thank you so much for all you help, George - you are an amazing Manager & human being!

If you are lucky enough to find availability at this diamond of a property, BOOK IT IMMEDIATELY! 😊

Best hotel we have ever stayed at!

We had the most amazing stay here!!! We stayed here for 3 nights during our honeymoon and we both agreed that it was our favorite place out of the entire trip! The room was beautiful, comfortable, and spacious. It felt like one of the famous Santorini cave houses! The location was incredible (very close to the main part of town). The best views from your own balcony. Don’t need to fight the crowds in town to see the sunset because your balcony is the best place for it! The breakfast each day was so delicious. But the best part was the service from the hotel staff. We are young and are just starting our lives together so we don’t have the budget to stay in expensive/fancy hotels. But this hotel made us feel like we were royal! The staff went above and beyond for us! They booked reservations, activities, tours, and taxis for us. The manager of the hotel even walked us to the meeting point for a tour to make sure we didn’t get lost. And they provided champagne for us since it was our honeymoon. My husband and I both said we will be coming back to Santorini to stay here again. It was a trip we will never forget and this hotel was the best place we could’ve stayed.

Absolutely outstanding stay. The staff took care of everything needed enthusiastically and with a smile. The property has incredible views of the caldera and sunsets. We definitely recommend!
