The Family Apartment was very spacious for 3 friends (it had 2 separate rooms) with very confortable beds. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and very complete. The room and bathroom were very clean. The only drawback is that the shelves looked a bit run down and also that we could hear some noise from people at the pool, but not a reason not to stay here. The hotel is also in a great location, right at the entrance of Fira and very close to the bus station and the caldera walk.

Had a fantastic stay at Loizos - 5 mins from bus station and 5 mins walk to Caldera. Although near centre apartment was nice and quiet. Apartment was spotlessly clean and Staff were lovely and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you - even gave us an upgrade to a larger 2 bedroom apartment. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. When back in Santorini

BEAUTIFUL place. Very close to the center of Fira, yet private and quiet. Clean, elegant; staff extremely friendly. The room we chose was not too big, but perfect for two people, with a fridge, of course. AND it had it's own little outside patio, with a table and two chairs, totally private, with a flowering bush on on wall, cute as a button. The buffet style hotel breakfast was unbelievably rich - fresh fruit; tomatoes, cucumbers, sun-dried tomatoes; feta, olives, Greek yogurt, of course, cold cuts, cheeses, cereals, couple of different types of delicious omelettes, and fantastic coffee, with a beautiful view of the city and sea. They arrange hotel transportation to and from the airport, 40% cheaper than taxi. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Great location, close to the bus station. No need to book a transfer, get the bus to Fira and it’s a 5min walk. No safe in the room. Room services every day and was clean. Some complimentary tea and coffee. The fridge was very noisy and we unplugged it. There was a lot of noisy from below us and someone kept using a very noisy washing machine late at night. There is also a lot of light that comes through the blinds. The bathroom needs an extractor fan and is dark and damp. Breakfast was reasonable value for money. The pool is heated and wasn’t busy at all during our visit in October. Fira itself is busy and full of cruise ship visitors. Fira is a great base for exploring the rest of the island as all the buses go from there.

This was my second time staying here in the last six months. The location is unbeatable. 5 minutes from the main bus station, and I did not want to rent a car. I was able to get everywhere I wanted to go with the bus. The front desk is amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Both times I had a two bedroom family apartment. Unfortunately, it’s right below the breakfast room and you can expect to wake up from noise in the morning if you are a light sleeper. so you may want earplugs if you book that room. But I would still stay there again.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for our trip! Its location is ideal, minutes walk to the town of Thira while still being in a quiet and private area. There is a little shop down the road, which was handy for buying water. The bus stop is also a few minutes walk away which was great when we went to Oia for the day and getting a bus to the airport. The staff on reception and serving breakfast were all lovely and welcoming! Our room was stunning and really made our stay in Santorini even better. We paid for a room with a hot tub on the balcony which was well worth the extra money! Housekeeping came every day while we were out and we had breakfast twice during our stay. The food was so fresh and a big selection for a small hotel! Thank you for a lovely stay and making it special for my boyfriend’s birthday!! We will be recommending it to our friends!

Not worth it. Stay somewhere else.

Great location and the lady who serves breakfast was lovely.
Other then that
1. The soap in the shower was empty and never replaced.
2. One night we were left with no towels
3. The rooms are dated and do not have a wardrobe
4. Swimming pool is mostly in the shade.
5. The rooms have a funny smell from the drains. - must remember to close the bathroom door.
6. I really don’t know why the reviews are so good. We paid about 150 euros a night and I think this was very pricey for what it was.
7. One evening the room wasn’t cleaned and we asked for this to be done. It was met with hostile looks.

Nice boutique hotel, short walk to the centre of Fira with its shops and restaurants. We stayed in premium room (with a hot tub on the balcony) which was an average size. While the balcony had a sea view, it was a fair distance away and south facing, so you wouldn’t be able to sit there watching the sunset. Could do with more storage space but had a fridge which was useful.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady who looked after the breakfast room was fantastic and really looked after us, nothing was too much trouble.

The outside pool was much smaller than the pictures suggest and very close to the ground floor rooms.

Overall, nothing to really complain about and would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay at this property. The staff is so nice, and helped us with contacting transportation if they were running late, knowing that we are from the US and used their phones so we didn’t have too. That was really nice. The location is perfect. Next to tons of the best restaurants and shopping. Our only complaint was over the course of our stay we saw more and more ants in the bathroom. We didn’t have any food in the room. Other than that, we really loved our stay! It had a great balcony that we used every night and the hotel was so convenient!

Nice private hot tub

We got the executive room with the private Jacuzzi on the balcony which was really nice. The rooms were clean and spacious, overall the service was good, but in Santorini they’re not as helpful as Athens and Mykonos hotels were to us. From others that I talk to it just seems to be a Santorini thing, maybe they’re tired of all the tourist. The location was perfect, close to the bus station and walkable to the town. Everything in Santorini is priced high, the most reasonable that we found.

My wife and i stayed just one night after arriving by plane and before we caught a ferry next day. The Hotel arranged a transfer for us at €15. We were welcomed very warmly by the lady on Reception who showed us our room. A split kevel room. Overall very nice and beautifully clean. The upstairs bed in the cave shaped room was a challenge evenvfor my wife at 5 ft 5! Breakfast was freshly cooked and one of the best we had during our trip where we stayed at 10 hotels. The shower curtain did not fit the space so it didn’t cover the actual shower and there was water coming out on the sides. The bathroom was not clean either. Bathtub is actually dangerous: high up with nothing to hold on to and slippery.

Room was nice and breakfast was very good.

Amazing !

Amazing unit on lower floor with pool directly in front of the apartment. Clean and comfortable double bed unit with separate areas. Small kitchen area for light cooking.
Parking not at hotel but next to supermarket about 100m.
Highly recommended if you do not mind noise from other users at the pool.

This was such a great place to stay in Thira. It was very clean/spacious and the staff was kind and informative. I would recommend arranging transportation from the port or airport with the hotel. I stayed in August, which is peak season. They had a driver pick us up and we didn't have to worry about the hassle of waiting for a taxi. The hotel is just a two minutes walk down to a local market and a few minutes up to the beautiful sunset view looking at the volcano. Would definitely stay here again.

I really liked this hotel. The staff was very helpful. When we arrived, we got there a bit early but the staff was able to accommodate us early and let us in the room because it was ready. They only thing we didn’t like was that it had two combined twin beds as a queen size but it wasn’t their fault. Booking through expedia doesn’t differentiate the difference between twin beds and a queen bed room. When we told the front desk about it, they just put one sheet over the beds the next morning. Which was fine with us. The front desk staff show us around with the local map and it was very helpful. The location of the hotel is close to the dining and nightlife but far enough from it when you’re not bothered in the evening as you’re trying to sleep. The ac worked fine. I just wished there was a way to keep the ac running during the day and the rest of the power off while we’re out of the room. I understand the efforts to saving unused power. Overall, we had a great time at this hotel. The staff was very accommodating. We had a very late flight but we checked out early and the hotel allowed us to store our bags and come back at the end of the day if we needed to shower before we depart for our flight. Which we did use. I highly recommend this hotel in santorinni.

It’s actually difficult to get there, it’s on a very steep slope and my taxi driver couldn’t get all the way there so I had to walk with my luggage up the hill, so less than convenient. But my room was very nice, clean and cool.

- nice swimming area with daybeds and towels
- right in Fira but not close to the noise
- mini fridge in the room
- full length mirror in room
- affordable

Cons
- the room we were in (pool level) felt like we were in a windowless basement. There is a window but everyone walks right by/it’s the pool area so you have to keep the shutters closed for any type of privacy
- bathroom was not the best (noisy old fan, mildew smell, tiny shower, very weak blow dryer)
- no dedicated room/closet for your luggage if you leave it with the hotel (we had to leave it in the lobby because we woke up early to do the Fira to Oia walk)

Overall I’d say it’s a solid choice for a budget stay in Santorini

Property was good, staff was very helpful and guided us for best transport to commute and best restaurants and view points. Location is very good, walking distance from bus Fira bus stop and local market. Very good view points nearby.

But I found property very expensive as compared to the size of the property and facilities. Swimming pool was small and water was also cold.
