This hotel is in the perfect spot!! Everything is in walking distance and the place is spotless!! Staff was very helpful and set up our airport transfers for us which was wonderful. Our room had a beautiful view where we watched the sun rise on our last morning. Breakfast was included and it was very good. Lots of options!!! I feel like we really got lucky with this place!!

I took my dad here for his 60th birthday and the whole experience was incredible.

Not only were the whole staff extremely friendly but the hotel was stunning and the attention to detail was amazing.

We had an early flight to catch and the hotel made us a packed lunch which I’ve never experienced.

I would highly recommend!

We stayed at this beautiful property right in the heart of Fira, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Everything in Fira is just a short walk away, making the location incredibly convenient. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, the rooms were spotless, and the service was top-notch. We also had the chance to use the spa — the treatments were excellent and worth every moment.

The only minor inconvenience was parking, which is about a 6-minute walk from the property if you’re renting a car. That said, the staff is happy to assist with a golf cart to help with luggage, which was a thoughtful touch.

Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again — highly recommended!

First time in Santorini and what a place. Should be on everyone's bucket list. Hotel steps away from promenade so within walking distance of bars and restaurants for sunset. Staff at the hotel are so helpful and friendly from check in to departure there was nothing they could not help with. all the lovely ladies Elena/ Eleni and Soffia on Reception .. greeted everyday with a smile and a chat. Nickos our driver for the stay was a super guy ... we will be back . no doubt

This was a beautiful hotel and the staff was top notch. All the shopping and places to eat are a block away, just close enough but quiet at hotel.
The complimentary breakfast each day was very good. We had their driver pick us up from Ferry and drop us off 4 days later at the airport. No hassles, everything was easy. My wife got a massage too and we enjoyed sitting on our private patio with hot tub and beautiful views!

Absolutely beautiful property with top notch amenities ( gym, spa, restaurant, pool). Much attention to detail. Were welcomed by staff when we arrived prior to official check in time with cold drink & refreshing spa towels. Once our room was ready we were sent a complimentary bottle of wine and delicious snacks. We had our own patio with furniture and lovely herb plants all around. Breakfast buffet was first rate and dining room was well staffed. The main dining room had a beautiful view and food. The hotel is located right in the center of town with stunning views and lots of walkable streets filled with shops, eateries, bars and ocean views. On 2 evenings there was a public stage set up with entertainment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We stayed at Aressana in 2 suits. Each had 2 rooms. There were 5 suits along a small but beautiful pool just shared between the 5 suites. The hotel is very clean and elegant in every way. It does not feel like a hotel at all. The rooms are at various levels. I think each had a nice sitting area outside the room. The staff was very helpful. The breakfasts had many choices and of high quality. The hotel is right next to the center of Fira and the crater cliff, but not on the cliff. This turns out to be a plus since vans can come right up to the hotel. In other cliff side locations, it seemed like people had to carry their bags down many steps. We very much enjoyed all aspects for Aressana Suites and SPA

I had a few very frustrating experiences to an otherwise nice stay. There were no instructions about arrival or parking, and after two calls to the property, it was still unclear that there was no parking and we couldn’t even drive the car to the hotel front door because the street was blocked. My family and I waited in the 100 degree weather for 15 mins trying to figure out how to get us and our bags to the hotel. The person I talked to on the phone gave very unclear instructions and didn’t really get it.

Then, my brother booked a very expensive massage and his therapist was on her phone with one hand while massaging him with her other hand- he finally looked and saw that what she was doing and left the massage. When he discussed with the manager, she said she told her she was just controlling the room lights- no real apology. Not great service on either account.

What an amazing stay! Beautiful property, modern and clean. The staff were so attentive and helpful, especially Elena, Yanis and Sophia at the front desk, they gave great recommendations particularly during the windy days. All the staff from breakfast, spa and bar/restaurant were so great.
During a particularly windy day we used the spa and it was spectacular! Thoroughly recommend the infra red sauna!
The location is perfect with easy access to centre. Walkable to bus station.

We had stayed in this lovely hotel for our family vacation at Santorini this year. All the staff here are the most friendliest that I have seen in any hotel. We had a small private bath tub with lovely view of sea outside our room. The room size was good. The breakfast was included in our tariff. There was a lot of options to choose from for the breakfast. They have swimming pool with shower and changing room. They can keep luggage if checking out early. They are 2-3 min walk away from bus station. The hotel is very close to the walk where we can see sunset, church and the museum.

Special thanks to all the reception staff, kitchen staff and the kind porter who brought our luggage down to near bus station in the golf car.

We really had a memorable stay and can’t wait to return there once again.

This was the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The last time was in 2020 during covid. Once again we had an amazing stay. The staff are all so friendly and attentive. We took advantage of the transfer service from the airport to the hotel and also when we left to go to the ferry port. It was lovely getting collected in the hotel vehicle. Upon arrival in our room we received a bottle of rose and a large dish of fruit and cheese. This was a lovely touch. There was also a tray containing lots of little treats, including biscuits, cakes, oozo, a toiletry bag containing mini toiletries. There was bottled water in the fridge which was replaced daily. Our room was lovely and spacious. It was spotlessly clean. It was a triple room with a courtyard outside - room 52. The bathroom was huge with a walk in shower. We also had a walk in wardrobe. I would have liked more shelf space to store our belongings (suncream, etc). The pool area is beautiful. Although there are not a huge number of sunbeds we got a bed easily every day. The drinks and food served at the pool were lovely. The hotel is located on the main road in the centre of Fira but it is exceptionally quiet. It takes 20 seconds to see the sunset views. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Santorini is just beautiful and so is this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in town so everything is walkable to shops and restaurants. It’s also 1 block away from the bus stations for easy local transportation to Santo Wines or other nearby cities.

This property is STUNNING! We were upgraded upon arrival from a premium room to a junior suite with a private pool at no additional cost. The hotel is clean and beautiful and the pool areas are amazing. The staff was so polite and ensured we had everything we needed, even making us dinner reservations in town. We were able to walk to everything including shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. For anything that would require driving, the beaches or Oia town, the staff at the hotel arranged for us to have transportation. I will definitely be back!

This property is in the best location. 1 minute walk to central bus stop where you can go anywhere in the island by bus snd don’t need a car. Also the hotel does not have caldera view but if you walk outside the hotel within 1 minute walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel!

We were greeted by a very welcoming receptionist who showed us to our room. Other staff were helpful and attentive especially the restaurant manager. A big thank you to her and the morning chef. Breakfast selection was excellent and high quality. Had plastic gloves for everyone to wear for hygiene reasons, excellent touch.

Accommodation:- Our room had a balcony was clean and comfortable. It had a safe, fridge, kettle, high quality amenities - shampoo, conditioner, lotion & vanity kit and the hotel provided x2 bottles of water daily

Location: - Excellent location one street back from the main streets in Fira, (Thera, Thira) away from the hustle but within walking distance of restaurants, shops and bus terminal . .Fira is beautiful with cobbled streets, wonderful architecture, whitewashed buildings and churches with blue roofs. This hotel may lack the stunning views from the room but in less than five minutes outside the hotel is a place to watch the glorious sunsets go down over the Caldera.

Pool area is beautiful however may be a bit small if visiting Santorini in high season/busy.
Would certainly recommend staying at this hotel as the location is perfect. Easy access to everything.
Tip
•Just remember to bring ear plugs in case the electricity circuit breakers in the rooms 'buzz'.
•Try to avoid cable car and main shopping streets when cruise ships are in.
