Love Tzekos Villas! The staff are friendly. The breakfast is delicious, varied and plentiful. The pool is clean and quiet with lots of loungers so it feels spaced out. The views are outstanding! I loved having a huge private outdoor terrace overlooking the sea and caldera. I have stayed here 3 times over the past few years and will stay here again next time I visit Fira!

The location for the hotel is gorgeous! The hotel itself is very nice & well maintained. Our room was bright, clean & spacious. Good bathroom size. From every view at the hotel, we were able to see the ocean. It was beautiful to open our balcony doors to see the ocean & the cruise ships docking in the distant waters. Good breakfast, short walking distance to all the shops nearby. Great restaurants within walking distance. Short walk to the bus station to take us to Oia & Kamari beach.
Warning: there are lots of steps to get to & from the rooms, so have on good walking shoes & be prepared!

The hotel is located in a beautiful location on the Caldera and you can enjoy amazing sunsets. It is conveniently located very close to shopping and restaurants. You cannot drive up to the hotel, so they do provide a bellboy to help you with your luggage. The property is clean and reasonably well maintained. The breakfast is simple but tasty. The staff are not very helpful. We booked a triple room for 3 people, but there was just 2 of everything provided. We asked for a third chair for the balcony twice, but never received one. Drinking water is not provided, you have to buy it.

The views are amazing. Location is great to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Breakfast was good. Lots of stairs! Thank goodness they help with your luggage. The hotel is situated on the southern end of Fira. An easy 5 minute walk to the Alantis Hotel which is at the heart of Fira and a great spot for pics. It is importantly just an easy 10 minute walk from the Fira bus stop with suitcases. We used the public bus to and from the airport saving us a small fortune as the taxis are expensive on the isle. I used the pool and its 3 strokes per arm end to end. Breakfast represents great value for your expenditure. Its humble surrounds are blown away by the view of the Caldera. Staff were lovely. The chief reception lady was very cool and made me laugh inwardly each day with her vibe. I broke a cup at breakfast and it was dealt with efficiently as if nothing happened.

The staff at the hotel were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room and balcony was really nice. The pool and the views from the pool were definitely the best part tho, and the pool bar service was great too! Would definitely recommend!

Thank you for the helpful staff in this property. We had an excellent time in santorini because of this place. The place is close to the supermarket, rental car, restaurants .The cons of these place is the numerous steps since it is literally in the cliff. You have to have strong knees and extremities to be going up and down the steps. But otherwise the views are breathtaking! They have help to carry your luggages from the car/van to the hotel if you have arrange it with them ahead of time.I highly recommend this place.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels. It is located on the end of Fira, making it nice and quiet but easy to walk to the restaurants, the bus and different shops. The view from the super large patio and pool is breath taking. It's the place to stay.

EPIC Sunset and Caldera Views!
This was our first time to Greece! We expected the stairs to be somewhat challenging, and they did not disappoint! The hotel breakfast was good with options to suite all of our tastes. The rooms were clean. The pool was FANTASTIC with epic views of the caldera. The staff was super helpful. Demetri (the pool guy) was very accommodating and chose excellent music for the pool vibe! The poolside food and drink service was more than we could have hoped for!

Excellent location but many steps from one room to another and more to the pool. It os expected to have steps in Santorino. The only complaint is that they close the pool at 9pm. By the time we arrive from the botel after the sunset and dinner it is closed. We never had the chance to use it. They should open the pool until 11pm in summer for their customers

The first impression was not good. We were told that someone would be up to help with our luggage. After waiting for over 10 minutes we started down the hill. Then a chaeck in, the clerk asked if we needed help getting the luggage down the stairs. I stated that i could get one, but if they could help with the other, that would be great. He informed me that he could get someone to assist in 10 minutes. I carried the luggage myself. When we went to our room, the hot tub didn't work and neither did the coffee maker. (Both of which were fixed the next day). The employees that give kudos to are Dimitri, the pool bar tender and the gentleman who carried our luggage out for us. If i had finished this rating on the first day, i would have rated it as poor. However, by the end of our stay, things were much improved.

I loved this hotel! Incredible views from the cliff edge overlooking the sea and caldera from my private terrace and the pool. Nice and quiet and away from the crowds and bars/shops of Fira although just a 5-10 min walk away. Also fantastic restaurants within 2-3 mins walk. Good breakfast. Clean, comfortable, spacious room, felt natural. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is on the caldera and with walking distance to all the action the area has to offer. The hotel sits on a cliff and like other reviews have said there are many steps to take to get to the rooms but well worth if for the view. We did have the hotel arrange pick up from the port at 30 euros and even though at first I thought it was excessive and the end I thought it was well worth the expense to have someone waiting for us at the port with my name on it. The hotel had an employee meet us at top and he hauled our luggage to reception and then to the room. The hotel room is dated and at first my wife and I were concerned but it was comfortable, quiet and close to everything we wanted to see. We were not planning on spending our days in the hotel rather exploring. I do wish the hotel had toiletries as they were not offered but I always carry my own just in case. Eri, thank you for the great customer service and for all the suggestions on where to eat and what to do.

We absolutely loved this place! I came with 2 other friends & stayed in the room with 3 beds. We chose to arrange the shuttle through the hotel at an extra charge & totally worth it. The porter helps with your bags which you want. There are a lot of hills & stairs in Santorini.
All of the staff was so friendly & hospitable. The breakfast in the morning was great. There were hot & cold items. Healthy things & some nice pastries, breads.
Our room was very clean & kept that way throughout our stay. The view was fantastic from everywhere throughout the hotel. We enjoyed a couple of pool days too. The bartender was very nice & attentive.

This little hotel was nice but I would not give it four stars. Mainly, you are paying for the view, which was great. It also has a nice pool with great views. The room I had was very small and I had to climb a very small and steep staircase to get to the bed. The TV offerings were minimal, too basis for a four star hotel. The breakfast was average, at best, and a there was a swarm of flea like bugs around the curtain next to my table.
In sum, the place is too pricy for what you get, unless of course you are primarily interested in a great view. .

The staff was very friendly. Our rooms was lack luster and had an ant problem. They must of sprayed for them while cleaning and then the whole room smelled of bug spray. There are a lot of stairs in Thira but and additional 3 flights to get to our room. The bed was upstairs and the ceiling was arched. We hit our heads multiple times getting up. Also, the jacuzzi outside never got hot.

We have an amazing time! The hotel was clean and our room had a breathtaking view of the Sea! Gerazmo at the front desk eas incredible amazing. He even went above and behond by making reservation for tours and restaurants. Indeed we will come back!

Just at the lower end of the main shopping and eating area, the hotel was perfectly placed for a balance of easy access and quietness. Great spot on the cliff with incredible views. Lovely pool and pool bar area with limited snack selection for lunch. Room cleaned every day with fresh towels. Helpful staff. Large room (triple) with balcony and aircon. Good breakfast. Small walk from the taxi / shuttle drop off point as cars cannot get within about 150M of the hotel. We loved it and would go back.

Tzekos Villas exceeded expectations! The villas are on the edge of town slightly away from the hustle and bustle of Fira. While the town is still easily accessible, the rooms offer a view of the caldera and cliffs instead of other people’s hotels. Our room had a hot tub and adequate space and amenities even though we were not in the room much! The pool and pool bar are run by Stergio and he’s very excited to take care and make any cocktail you can think of. The hostess was extremely helpful and full of great recommendations. The steps were daunting but the porter took our bags and the trek to breakfast was worth every step. Two great restaurants above provided great options and the super market down the road made for easy resupplies. Thank you for an incredible stay we hope to be able to visit again soon!

My husband and I had a fabulous two weeks in a superior room at the Tzekos Villas. We were very comfortable, enjoyed the varied breakfast, and found the hotel to be clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. We had an amazing view of the caldera and the sunsets from our balcony and would thoroughly recommend the hotel to anyone who doesn't mind a number of steps to their rooms and pool. The hotel is approx 5-10 minutes walk away from the main hustle and bustle of Thira, allowing for a peaceful stay.

Great location, just a stones throw from Fira’s town centre. Amazing view, best view I have ever had from a hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The barman beside the pool was friendly and great at making cocktails. Breakfast was continental style with some Greek dishes included, which I like. Would definitely come back again. Only things I could think to improve the experience would be a few more pillows in each room.

There were 110 stairs from our room to the street, but in general Santorini isn't the place for people who might have trouble with stairs, because those were just the start of every stroll in the town.

The location is absolutely amazing with the views but be prepared for stairs and hikes. The entire place and and location is simply amazing!! The hotel was very cool being built into the side of the mountain, but the beds were very firm. So the experience and views out weighed any negatives.

The place has an fantastic view over the caldera. It is outstanding. The only negative is that there isno drect car access and there is much carrying and climbing of stairs to get to and from rooms. Incredible property, incredible views. Away from the noise of Santorini, but only a 5 min walk from downtown proper. We had room 401, be ready for lots and lots of stairs, but the room was exactly like the photos on Expedia, and we enjoyed our stay very much. WIFI was very fast.

We booked a Superior room and it was the most disgusting, cheap, tired and small room I have ever seen for the price. Not value for money at all! Mamma in the breakfast room was fantastic. But overall, extremely disappointed in the state of the rooms. Many others there were asking for a better room during our 5 night stay.
