Absolutely breathtaking views from the dreamy white washed suite! Adi was outstanding with his kind service! Great location in the heart of Fira. Hot tub was a dream for our sunset champagne. 10/10

Absolutely amazing! This hotel has went above and beyond for us from the beginning. The manager is amazing. We booked a boat tour that said it was at 9:30 which really was at 8:30 leave time which was the same time we set up for breakfast and we went to cancel it. He ended up coming in early and had our breakfast done by 8am so we could make our 8:30 tour and have breakfast as well. He set up everything to insure we’re going to get to the airport on time and even will come in early to help with our luggage.

We had the expectation that our hot tub is right outside our room but we had to go one level above instead. I would expect that it would be mentioned in the booking that it is split level. Disappointing.

We spent our honeymoon at Aperto Suites and had an unforgettable experience. Adi, the property manager/receptionist, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was incredibly friendly and offered great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The property itself was spotless, private, and perfectly located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We especially loved the private hot tubs, which added a romantic touch to our stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area!

It’s like having a front row seat to the most amazing views! Hard to pick a room solely based on pictures and map location, but this far exceeded expectations! Everything was perfect! Hot tub, amazing staff, the most amazing breakfast! I’m going to go out on a limb and say this may be the best room and property in the area!

Christina, the receptionist, was very accomodating and polite, always greeted my husband and I with a smile and also sent me messages and texts with permission about things to do and other information requested. The room itself was spacious and clean. We loved the double sinks and shower heads. I thought I had made a reservation for a room with a jacuzzi tub outside overlooking the sea, but it turned out it was inside the room instead. Lovely breakfast ready to order at our door at our requested time. We couldn't have had a more pleasant stay!

I wouldn't hesitate to book this property. Incredible views, comfortable rooms, quiet location, and wonderful service. The location is unbeatable and in the center of Fira (but down the hill from the crowds) and easy walking distance to the taxi stand or bus station.

As first time visitors to Santorini, finding accommodation that was well located, but also neat, comfortable and with great views. This place exceeded expectations in every way. We stayed in the executive hot tub suite. The customer service from my questions months before check in, up until we got on our plane at the airport was second to none. They even brought (without even asking) a replacement coffee when they sent me the wrong one for the included breakfast one morning.
The room was clean, modernised, comfortable and spacious enough. The views were perfect, being able to capture a perfect sunset every evening and watching over the caldera during our downtime. The location was great, walk up stairs to get to the main street of Santorini, but we still felt private and unobstructed.
I cannot thank Aperto Suites enough for making our time a wonderful experience. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to Santorini in the near future, and I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else.

What a beautiful place! Really unique to stay in a cave in the side of the caldera. The room was spacious and well appointed. The view from the balcony is breath taking. The stairs are challenging so be prepared :)

Great location, awesome sunset views. My hubby and I had 4 nights here , very comfortable. Hot tub nice place to watch Calderra sunset. Breakie served on your balcony very tasty. Staff lovely and very helpful with anything you need. Nice small boutique hotel.
My only criticism is I’m an unpacker so think the area where mirror hanging space is not utilised well, could be made into shelf area easily to be more functional, but had nothing to do with how good our stay was.

Rooms were freshly painted and clean. Overall condition very good. Breakfast amazing and you won't be hungry! Rooms located in centre of Fira with beautiful view of volcano, Thelassia, Fira town and bay. 5 mins walk to bus station and 10mins walk to supermarket. Restaurants and bars all around, you just walk stairs up to the main walk path. Excellent service and we have no complaints.

Le point noir était dans le cas de notre chambre (suite numéro 3, réservée en tant que “senior Studio Suite, hot tub”) qu’elle donne directement sur la rue. Les autres chambres n’ont pas ce problème.
En petits ratés :
-le jacuzzi était trop chaud la dernière soirée, on ne pouvait pas y laisser la main plus de quelques secondes,
-l’eau de la douche a l’italienne ne s’évacuait pas correctement faisant une inondation dans la salle de bain après chaque douche.
Le prix paraît bien cher pour l’expérience dans l’absolu mais semble correcte pour le centre de Fira
