I couldn’t fault The Keti hotel in beautiful Santorini! Amazing attentive staff and the hotel, one of the best views in the world.
Extremely clean rooms and the breakfast was the best I have had anywhere. The freshly squeezed orange juice and fabulous coffee, crepes, bacon and eggs were all prepared beautifully and served with a smile. Honestly why would you book to be anywhere else. I felt at home here. Thank you Keti Hotel.

You could not ask for a more perfect hotel in Santorini. The views, the staff, rooms, and breakfast were perfection. the hotel is very clean and the staff was very kind, helpful, and hospitable. They even have a filtered water machine in reception which comes in handy instead of needing to buy more water throughout the trip. Me and my wife will certainly coming back here when we have kids.

Located in the heart of Fira. Bus station was not far from the hotel. Hotel overlooked the caldera. You do not have to go elsewhere to see the beautiful sunset. Argie who checked us in was great, really engaged informed us as to what to take in. Facilities are limited with a small soaker pool, some units had their own private soaker pool/jacuzzi. Breakfast buffet had a variety of choices. Our unit was very clean large unit. Big washroom. . Irini and staff were great. Will definitely return

Location cannot be beat. Hike towards Imerogvili and Oia, quick taxi ride to Pyrgos, next door to the Archeological museum. Watch the sunset from your room deck.
Hotel is cute and clean, people are super friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Our stay at the Keti Hotel was one of the highlights of our Greece holiday. We would happily go back.

Yes, you have to go up or down some wide stairs, but this was easily even with luggage as long as you can walk normally. The advantage is that you have a wide patio with tables to yourself to watch the sunset, to eat the freshly made breakfast (lots of options, very tasty) or to have a quiet glass of wine watching the sea away from the crowds that were elsewhere in Santorini.

The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Internet worked well, too, which was appreciated.

The hotel is a very short walk (3 - 10 minutes) from lots of bars, stores and restaurants in town and was very peaceful at night because of its location.

The manager and staff were very helpful during our stay with good restaurant suggestions (we had many tasty meals, from simple to fancy, following their suggestions).

My eight-day stay at the Keti Hotel in April 2026 exceeded my expectations! The views from my room and terrace were breathtaking. I was overwhelmed with joy and gratitude to experience one of my dream vacations, especially for my 55th birthday. It was difficult to leave my room because I was in awe of the view from every angle. I looked forward to returning to my room daily to watch the sunset. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was delicious, property was clean and well-kept. This hotel is in a great location, close to airport and walking distance to supermarket, shops, restaurants, and Fira bus station. I’m looking forward to another visit to Santorini and will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Everything about that hotel is perfect. The staff is amazing. The breakfast is delicious. The view is spectacular. Everything is kept clean. I’ve had an amazing time there. I spent my solo trip by myself for my birthday there and it was an experience that I will never forget. But their hotel made it extremely special because they were almost just perfect queen organized, and simple. They have all of the amenities you need like an iron a blower and again the view is to die for. I already have my next trip plan to go over there and stay there as well to see the volcano in September.

The location is perfect, very convenient while still feeling private and peaceful. Everything was spotless and so well maintained, and the breakfast was top notch every single morning. The staff are some of the kindest and sweetest people we’ve ever met. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The good: Location and views. Breakfast was very good, made to order and fresh. Excellent French press coffee. So many stairs to the hotel but this is typical for the area. Prepare for a workout - we went in August and were drenched in sweat every day. Rooms were roomy, lovely and clean. Shower is perfect and had excellent water pressure. The only issue is that around Fira hotels, there are lots of mules and they poop everywhere! I stepped in some twice. Nothing against the hotel but you should be on the lookout. Also I can’t stress enough about the stairs and steep climbs walking around Fira. I consider myself rather fit and it was a bit of an adjustment for me (maybe because it was end of August). Finally, the hotel pool was minuscule although the views from the pool area were unmatched. Overall a wonderful stay and would stay here again!

Lovely small hotel. Very nice people. Breakfast was made to order and excellent with lots of options. Very good location in Thira. Was kind of hard to find and lots of stairs to get there so don’t take a heavy suitcase. We took a taxi from airport but should have used the hotel transportation because wouldn’t have had to carry our own luggage and they would have taken us there instead of us getting lost on our own. Sunset views from there were amazing- no need to go anywhere else

Our Room at the Keti was one of the higglights of our trip to Europe.
The view from the Terrace is absolutely breathtaking and takes the cake over anything else we could find for a view in the entire Caldara !
Highly recommend.
The staff were all very nice and accommodating, outstanding establishment thats deserves 10 out of 5 stars. We will definitely be coming back.

Very private hotel of 12 rooms. No obstructions in front of the hotel and the view is outstanding!!!! The staff is so helpful and friendly. Anything you need or want they will help you with it. The breakfast was
perfect every morning. Sitting on the terrace watching the cruise ships and drinking freshly squeezed orange juice!!! Doesn’t get better than that. Our time here was magical.
One thing to note: if you have never been to Santorini, there are stairs everywhere. You are usually either walking up or down. Great for your cardio.

This place was amazing during our honeymoon! The staff arranged our transportation from/back to the port (which I highly recommend using), and they helped us with our bags to/from our room. The room itself was beautiful and clean, and the view of the caldera is breathtaking. The photos can’t even do it justice! We spent many hours by the private pool looking out over the ocean. The hotel is also a super close walk to the main areas for restaurants and shopping, although be prepared for lots of stairs. As a bonus, the breakfast was amazing each day! I would highly recommend this place, and we would love to come back some day.

Fabulous stay at the Keti, cannot praise them enough. All the staff went over and above to help us. The rooms were really nice and the most amazing view you could imagine of the Caldera without the enormous price tag. It’s not really suitable for people with mobility issues due to the amount of stairs. The hotel is tucked away making it very private and away from the noise of Fira but literally 5 mins walking distance making it the ideal location. It’s worth while using the transfers the hotel offers as they meet you at the top of the steps and help you with your luggage. We tipped the guy as it was a great help and a lot of stairs for him to carry luggage. Definitely recommend this little gem.

AMAZING STAY!

We had the most unbelievable stay here. It truly exceeded our expectations. The hosts was so welcoming and had out room ready before check in. The views from the pool, our room and the breakfast area is unreal. The place was clean, spacious and beautiful. The washroom was large and the shower had hot water. Even the washroom had a window with a crazy view of the ocean. The fridge was cold and AC worked well. The hotel was nice a quiet, there were other guests but everyone was respectful and we often had the shared pool to ourselves which was so lovely. Breakfast was great, we had a large selection and you put your order in the day before so it's ready for you when you arrive to eat. The beauty of Keti is that it is towards one side of Fira which allows for such spectacular views of Fira itself from the hotel, you get to see all the white buildings from your room and the pool. The location is also amazing right in the heart of Fira just a short walk to all the restaurants and shops. If we're back in Santorini we will no doubt be back at Keti.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! The views are unmatched and we were very well situated on the caldera. It was also walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and the supermarket on the main road. Our room was very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated the many options offered. The receptionist was also welcoming and was helpful with any questions that we had and even packed us lunches in advance for the day that we were leaving as we had a very early checkout (6 AM). Only con is if you have an early checkout, be prepared to walk up many stairs (10 minutes) up to the main road with your luggages.

The room was very nice, a cave room as it is called. It was perfectly comfortable and fully equipped. The patio outside of the room provided amazing views of the caldron. We were on the edge. We could see the side of Fira and Oia in the distance. It was a walk down and up to get to the hotel but it was worth every step and their porter carried our bags in and out. We felt like we were in a postcard.

Keti is Ideal!

Our 2 night stay at Keti was ideal. The view was amazing -- we had a panorama of the town and the water. The staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. Our room was simple but comfortable and felt very cozy on an extra windy day.

This is Santorini, and part of having an amazing view of the caldera means walking down a lot of stairs. We only had small backpacks, but someone who was less mobile might have trouble. The Keti staff are upfront about the walk down to them -- please heed that and dont blame them for problems that are not their fault. Stay somewhere more central.

The staff was very helpful. I do recommend that you have the hotel arrange your transfers because they include having your luggage brought down and then up all those stairs.

Pay the $25 (2 people) shuttle from the airport to the hotel. It's super worth it. They carry your luggage down the long stairs to the hotel. We appreciated it so much that we booked it for the airport return, which meant they carried our bags up those long steps to the shuttle.

The breakfast is situated outside where you can enjoy the views of the coastline. They give you a paper the day before to select what you want to breakfast the next day. There's a variety of choices. Our two favorites were the eggs-tomato-feta and yogurt-honey-sliced fruit. Best yogurt in Greece! I need to know what brand they used.

The room and bathroom are very spacious. We couldn't hear our neighbors on the side, but we did occasionally hear the neighbors upstairs moving their chairs around. You have an outdoor patio where you can sit and enjoy the sunset with a beverage.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. We were less than a 10-minute walk to the bus station, where you can take a bus to Oia and other towns. There's a grocery store nearby where you can get drinks and snacks. The area is not super crowded because we're at the edge of the shops, but you do get some people trying to take photos at or near the entrance of the hotel and the hotel has to close the door or put up a rope to block them from going down.

I'd highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Santorini.

We loved hotel keti! The view was absolutely insane. It felt peaceful as we never heard or saw our neighbors except for during breakfast. The ONLY downside was that the wifi never worked despite having the concierge check it and say it was working just fine. Otherwise we have zero complaints. Please note the twin beds feel a bit short- I am only 5’4” and my feet felt like they were falling off sometimes!

This place is excellent.

We came here for our honeymoon and are so glad we chose Fira as it's central and this hotel as the staff, proximity to the bus stops, center of fira and everything else was top notch.

The staff had your best interest and were so accommodating.

If you can swing it, highly recommend room #23 which is the \"Suite, Sea View (King)\" room as it's private, has an incredible view and is fairly private so you can enjoy your time with your partner.

While Fira can get loud, this place is so far from everything that you don't hear much.

My only suggestion is for them to improve their wifi which is a double edge sword as it allows you to enjoy your stay without accessing technology while when you need wifi for trip planning, it doesn't work. With that said, the staff were so helpful across the board.

Would give them an 11 out of 10 with the extra point going to them for being so helpful when needed. Thank You!

we absolutely loved our stay! the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in arranging transfers to/from the airport. due to covid they served breakfast a la carte on the patio and i can’t imagine it any other way, such a peaceful and beautiful way to start the morning. the rooms were clean and comfortable and our bathroom was lovely with a very nice rainfall shower head. the view from our sitting area outside the room was amazing, we never wanted to leave.

Cons- lots of stairs to get down from street to hotel. the hotel staff helps with luggage for 5 euro a piece up or down the stairs. No swimming pool, it is a small pool that may fit 1-2 people at a time. some hiccups with shuttle booking from airport- don't book with hotel, I would just take taxi or shuttle from airport. there are several options at airport to fira that are cheaper and no hiccups.

Great place...

Beautiful view of the caldera... the jacuzzi outside would have been even better if it had heated water. Good clean hotel with nice staff.

Incredible views, and we had a room with a private balcony which was lovely.
I honestly can’t think of anything to fault, we loved our time in Santorini at the Keti hotel. Actually, it would be good to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Fantastic views!

The views of Fira and the caldera were exceptional and we had amazing sunset and night views when we were there. Of course being built into the side of a cliff means there are a lot of steps to negotiate but that is the uniqueness of the design of this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and staff were helpful.

This place was beautiful. It was very private and quiet. The view is amazing and has great sunsets. The staff was very friendly and helpful in arranging transportation.
