Aria Suites was beyond expectations! The staff, the panoramic room we had, the in room breakfast every morning was perfection. There is not a bad view in Santorini and I read a lot of reviews. We stayed in the panoramic view room and chose it because a past review said they enjoyed a day ‘in the room’ because it was so amazing. We did the same!! Spent an afternoon having wine and just enjoying the view from the hot tub. I can not say enough about how fantastic our stay was and the true personal touches from the staff that made us feel special. They were so happy to make our stay perfect!

This hotel is a hidden gem in Santorini. We had the most amazing view from our room with a delicious breakfast served to our room every morning on the veranda overlooking the Mediterranean. Stacy, the manager, was incredible! She took care of our every need and was such a delight to work with. She booked our sailing tour, dinner reservations, transportation to and from the airport and did it all with a smile, enthusiasm and a positive attitude. She truly goes and above to make sure guests are having a wonderful time. Thank you, Stacy! Also, the location of the hotel is great as you are on the path that connects to all of the shops, restaurants, bars and tourist attractions but you are near the lower part, where it is quiet with less traffic. We will be back and highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed with our two kids, aged 10 and 13. This was a small boutique hotel with only six suites. It is at an extremely convenient location in that it is close to the roads, but still very peaceful and quiet. It did not require a far walk with the luggage, which was a huge plus. It is right across from a very popular Caldera side restaurant called Barolo. It is walkable to all major attractions, shopping areas and restaurants in the area. It is quite close to the bus station as well if public transportation was to be used. It was very close to a supermarket we wanted to get some daily essentials. The hotel was extremely well maintained. There was a nicely sized beautiful pool, which was lovely on the hot days. Air conditioning worked great. Breakfast is included, and it is very plentiful and delicious, and served to your unit either outdoors or indoors. The outdoor breakfast has a great view of the Aegean Sea. The staff were extremely attentive Throughout our stay. The rooms are cleaned twice a day. Plenty of bottled water was provided. I really have no complaints about this place. The company also has some villas available at a close by location which can accommodate slightly bigger groups as well. It was really a wonderful stay for the adults and the kids too. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is situated in the heart of Fira. Walk to multiple shopping and dining venues. Beautiful cliffside accommodation with stunning views of sunset and the islands. Our room was La Boehem. It was clean, comfortable and large alright next to the pool. Daily breakfast is served outside in your private sitting area and was wonderful. The staff did everything to make our stay perfect. Our stay in the Fidelio Villa at the Aria Suites was a huge part of why our time in Santorini was among the very best vacations that we've taken as a family (Dad Mom 2 Teen Daughters).
First, the property manager, Stacy, and her entire team were excellent - attentive, prompt, and solicitous. We booked several taxi trips and restaurant reservations through Stacy, and we kept her cell phone number close by.
Second, the villa itself was spacious, clean, and equipped with modern amenities. The view was breathtaking. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio every morning. The villa shares a wall with a popular restaurant. While we could hear laughter and music from our patio, the sounds were faint from inside our living room and completely silent when we closed our bedroom doors.
Talking about restaurants, the property is surrounded by great options (I recommend Barolo) that are literally within a stone's throw. The shops of downtown Fira are just out the doorway.

Spectacular view, breakfast delivered to your personal outdoor table overlooking the most scenic and breathtaking views I have ever seen. The staff was amazing and catered to our every need including spot on restaurant recommendations, arranging first class transportation and always making sure we had towels, a well stocked mini bar, and a great experience. We will be back and 100 percent book again at the Aria Suites. We stayed in the Norma Suite which has a spacious living room, two private balconies with amazing views, two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with large walk in shower, a nice mini bar area with sink and fully stocked refrigerator and smart TV in each room. The location was amazing. We could not have picked a better place. Often when we travel and spend a lot on a room we walk away unsatisfied. In this case the service and value far exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this property.

We had a perfect experience during our stay in beautiful Dolce suite of Aria hotel. The suite was spotless and views were spectacular, but Stacey and the helpful, friendly staff enhanced our stay and we wanted to give them a shout out. From the warm welcome with local liquor and champagne in the room, to the breakfast set up each morning on our terrace they attentive attitude needs to be recognized. We arrived on Saturday of Greek Orthodox Easter. Stacey had candles ready for us and recommended that we join the midnight mass in a local church to celebrate the special Holiday with the locals. This celebration and dinner in a lovely local restaurant- Naoussa where we broke plates, eat fish and danced with Greek families was the highlight of our trip.

The room itself was absolutely huge and beautiful. We stayed in April, and unfortunately had two very cold and windy days, but were glad to have so much indoor space to hang. (We'd hoped to spend that time outside.). The hot tub outside was more \"warm\" I\"d say than actually hot, which was a bummer, but I am sure it's nice in the hotter summer months. The patio is shared, with a screen dividing it. We didn't have neighbors, so it was no problem, but I could see this being frustrating if both sides wanted to use the balcony at the same time. It seemed like inside there was the option to open a connecting door, so it could be fun with a big group occupying the two suites.
We loved having direct access outside without having to go up through town. This I believe is only true for our suite, the Fidelio room. There were not a lot of stairs involved in getting to our room, in fact, once you are able to use the direct exit, there are no stairs. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was great. And it really was one of the prettiest rooms I've ever stayed in. The cave bedrooms have no windows and take blackout darkness to a whole new level. The hotel itself is on the edge of town, still. in it, but the end, which makes it a little quieter than some of the other ones. Not a far walk to anywhere in Fira, great shopping right there.

The location was perfect for walking in Fira. We loved that they brought us breakfast every morning. This place is a gem.

Beautiful, clean, lovely property in the iconic \"cave dwelling\" style with super friendly and attentive staff! The view from out the windows is spectacular and looks straight out onto the sea. The hotel is on the quieter side of the main tourist strip in Fira but a comfortable few minutes walk away from the main ocean-side walk where all the restaurants and shops are.

Photos don't do the view justice. It may be one of the best spots to just sit and watch Fira while having some champagne. The kids cared more about the pool and hot tub, but they're kids, so what do they know?

We traveled in early October with our two adult children and had plenty of room in the Carmen suite. We enjoyed the sunset views and fabulous breakfast served on our terrace each morning. The staff were extremely helpful suggesting and arranging terrific activities. We would definitely stay here again.

There is nothing like waking up to breakfast on the patio with that amazing view of Santorini! You will not regret staying here! I stayed in 2 different rooms the Carmen and Aida suites and this time received free upgrade to one of the villas . The villa was absolutely amazing with 2 hot tubs one off the main bedroom and 1 on the roof with absolutely amazing views of fira and beyond and the caldera . Staff was very helpful . The cleaning crew is top notch. Daily cleanings while staying there were so thorough. Amazed as living in the USA and I stay at tons of hotels you don't see this . Can't wait until I can return again to this magical hotel and city . Most beautiful place in the world

It was the most amazing hotel. Excellent services and breakfast was awesome. Stacy, Alex and the rest of their friendly team went out of their way to have everything we asked for. My daughter and I got under the weather and they had tea's and offered to go to the pharmacy. When I go back to Santorini, I will definitely stay at Aria Suite. Also, Stacy condinated all of daily activities. George the driver is the best driver I have ever driven with. And Aria is located in the perfect location

Location location, location. We chose to book the Rigoletto room and must say that we couldn’t have made a better choice. The room size and visibility offered the horizons on nearly every side. Next comes the staff. The warm and welcoming greeting we received from Stacy and the crew that brought us breakfast every morning, and helped us in every way, was an absolute 10 out of 10! The property is located in a wonderful location with easy access to the main streets and alleyways. It was so well located that the idea of having to go to Oia to see the sunsets that everyone talks about, we could just as well experience the sunsets from our balcony.
We must emphasize that Stacy was a huge contributor to our great experience. Her charm and sense of humor and great advice were just amazing!

The hotel is a wonderful oasis from the tourism of Fira. Suite was large and comfortable without being too fancy. Stacy at reception was friendly and helpful. She booked us a spontaneous caldera cruise which was expensive but a fabulous was to see the caldera by being in it.

Look no further! Beautiful views, fantastic breakfast, relaxing pool, super attentive 24/7 staff that sincerely want you to have the perfect experience. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable with our unexpected 3 a.m. arrival and helped us track lost bags. A small boutique hotel, where you feel like family but also have plenty of privacy. Super quiet even though it’s only a couple blocks from the action. We stayed in the Aida suite and loved the two balconies and bird’s eye views. Simply stunning. It is the only way to describe the Resort, and Santorini. There are maybe 8 Suites on the property. The car service lets you off about 100 feet from the hotel, down the “street” as cars cannot drive on the walk (but scooters can, so you need to watch). The staff grabs your luggage and brings to reception, which is a little room on the same level as the path. Once checked in the take you up a short flight of steps (outside) and you are just stunned by the beauty. The view from our Suite, right in front of the property (second level) is incredible from the balcony off the living room. The Suite is large and airy. Breakfast is included and is amazing. I had Eggs Benedict all three mornings, in our room and on the Balcony. Everyone working there works very hard to make everything perfect for you. As an example, our friends and us changed our breakfast order for the last morning there, and then we went off a full day (9 hour) tour of the Island. The gentleman, Michael Angelo, must have misplaced his notes, so when we got back at almost 9 in the evening, he was waiting for us to make sure he had the order correct. Thera is absolutely stunning.

Our stay at the Aria Suites was by far the best ever! Our suite was named Aida and was located on the very top of the property. It offered a breathtaking view of the water and the caldera. The refrigerator was filled with wine, soda, water, chips which were all complimentary. The service was beyond excellent as all personnel were extremely attentive to our needs. Amarido was like a family member, always in great spirits, always ready to help, answering many questions about the hotel and the beautiful island. Anna prepared delicious free of charge breakfasts and left our room super clean and in tip top shape every day. She even folded our shirts and replenished the refrigerator.
