We had a wonderful stay! Pretty, quiet property right in the heart of Fira. While it’s bustling outside the gates, you don’t hear it inside. Villa had two floors with a rooftop jacuzzi. Bed is on second level along with the door to the roof. Jacuzzi was wonderful each night upon returning. Reception staff were wonderful! Cheerful and very helpful with all our needs. I highly recommend Palmariva Villas!

This is a must stay for Santorini. The staff are so helpful and pleasant, Julia is a sweetheart and has tons of great information about the island and gives detailed information on what to do and when the best time to go is. As well as reasonable transportation options. They even have a printed map to help explain things with visuals. The rooms are cleaned every day and robes provided.
The location is perfect. A 1 min walk to the action but it’s far enough away from the really loud areas so you don’t hear anything at all. I’m a light sleeper so that’s important to me. It’s also right beside a supermarket and pharmacy so you can grab your own treats and water if needed.

What an amazing stay! The staff at made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was not only spotless and comfortable but also offered awesome conscience to the island. The location is perfect—we were able to walk to all the major sites and the bus was just a few steps away. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and the service was top-notch. It was a perfect Santorini experience. Located within an easy walk of all of Fira, and really elegant. The pool was a nice treat, although it is very small. The staff were very helpful in offering entertainment ideas and arranging transportation.

It is literally footsteps from restaurants, shopping and amazing views. Fira is a hopping place and we actually liked it better than Oia. We spent 4 nights as a family of three in Villa Irida at Palmariva Villas, and honestly, it blew our expectations. The location is ideal, right in Fira with a bus station and restaurants a stone’s throw away, but miraculously quiet at night. Irida itself was spotless, beautifully designed with two full bathrooms, one on each level, and had a rooftop Jacuzzi that made both sunrise coffee and sunset wine feel cinematic. The breakfast delivered every morning was excellent, and the staff (Jenny and Julia) anticipated every need without being overbearing. Hot tub was perfect at sunset, we used it every night. There’s also a small swimming pool in the common area with beach chairs, we used it during the day when it was too hot for walking in town. Highly recommend for families who want luxury without the drama.

Only problem i had was i put up the do not disturb sign and the wind blew it off - only to come back to my hotel shocked my door was open and people were on there. Great location, division & distribution of space was awesome. Our kids loved having their own single bed. A little tight but actively working round luggage and breakfast will keep things organized. This was a beautiful villa located in the heart of Fira but set back enough so that you weren't bothered by the street noise. Breakfast was brought to our room every morning, and the rooftop hot tub was a nice touch. The receptionist was friendly and accommodating.

Free made to order breakfasts delivered to our room each day and the staff were always friendly and asking if we needed anything, wanted a drink brought to us at the pool etc. The last day it was raining and they kindly extended our checkout time and then allowed us to camp out at the reception office until our transport arrived. Again, the service was outstanding and the we had a really lovely stay!

Julia is hands-down one of the best features of Palmariva—she took the time to orient us around, helped us book excursions, and gave sincere advice of how to enjoy Santorini. We loved our villa and the tasty breakfast—the only wish we had was if the hot tub was a little warmer (it ran lukewarm). Besides that, would highly recommend Palmariva for any first-time Santorini visitors!

We loved staying in the Athena villa at Palmariva. Good location, close to the bus station and everything we wanted. Our villa was beautiful, nice and clean, breakfast was yummy with lots of options. All staff were friendly, especially Julia - she always had a smile, gave us lots of recommendations and helped us book tours. She even escorted us to our pick up point nearby for our sunset cruise that she organised for us and waited with us until our transfer came. She was amazing and is a great member of the team. We will always remember her making our stay here so lovely. We would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

Would highly recommend these beautiful apartments/villas. They are nicely decorated and clean. On arrival we were upgraded to the grand villa as no one was staying there which was a lovely surprise! All the staff were also very friendly and helpful, making restaurant reservations and giving recommendations of things to do and places to eat. Breakfast is fantastic and is brought to your room each morning at your preferred time slot. Each day you can choose what you want for breakfast the next day and there is plenty to choose from! The apartments are also perfectly located within a 5 min walk of the town centre and all the main restaurants/bars/shops. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great stay!!

Location! Location! Location! Palmariva Villas is located in the heart of Fira. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and night clubs! Everything is right outside the entrance! Bus Station less than a block away! Our Villa was spotless, well appointed and included an outdoor jacuzzi. A la Carte breakfast was served daily to our room. Dimitri is the BEST- she does everything (Sparta- lol(inside joke)! She made our stay so special! She surprised me by decorating our Villa for my Birthday! She included a delicious cake and champagne! Dimitri was always willing to help and went over and beyond. She is the best and made our stay one we will always remember!
