For my partner’s surprise birthday getaway, this beautiful Santorini villa was the perfect choice and exceeded every expectation. The villa itself was stunning, offering exceptional comfort and amenities, including a private pool and hot tub that made the stay feel especially special. Its central location was ideal, with easy access to shops and restaurants, and the breathtaking views across the town and out to sea were unforgettable. What really set the experience apart, though, was the outstanding hospitality. Dimitra and her team went above and beyond, helping us plan a personalised itinerary with excellent recommendations for activities, restaurants, and sights. The highlight was a wonderful birthday surprise, as Dimitra and her team personally delivered a birthday cake and candles along with breakfast, which was incredibly thoughtful. Their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care made us feel so well looked after throughout our stay. If you are visiting Santorini, book this villa without hesitation, it’s an unforgettable place to stay, and we would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at Palmariva Villas in Santorini! The villas were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start each day.

One of the things we loved most was the location. It is not in a busy tourist area, which made it peaceful and relaxing, yet it was still close to everything. Many restaurants, shops, and attractions were within walking distance, and we always felt safe walking around the area.

A special thank you to Dimitra at the front desk, who truly went above and beyond for our family. She helped arrange our tours, flying dress photoshoot, and transportation, making our vacation completely stress-free. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference.

The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend Palmariva Villas to anyone visiting Santorini and would gladly stay here again!

Very accommodating, extremely hospitable. I enjoyed staying here. Everything is so close and easy to get to. I did not rent a car nor did I need to. I walked everywhere. Unless I went on an excursion, in which case I was picked up at the hotel. I did not use the pool but I did use the hot tub nightly. Breakfast is such a great amenity. They have you fill out a sheet and will bring it to your room at a time of your choosing. My stay was very quiet and peaceful. I was on this trip solo and this was perfect for me. I’m so glad that I chose this place. I tend to stick to myself and the staff gave me the space to do so, but made sure that I knew that they were there for anything I needed.

An absolutely wonderful hotel. Beautifully appointed, carefully curated. The rooms are absolutely charming. The personal hot tub was a wonderful bonus.

Julia at the front desk gave us great recommendations and was very patient and helpful with all of our questions.

Breakfast is wonderful! Choose whatever you want from the menu and it is delivered on a beautiful tray to your room. Greek yogurt, warm croissants, omelettes, etc. Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay! Pretty, quiet property right in the heart of Fira. While it’s bustling outside the gates, you don’t hear it inside. Villa had two floors with a rooftop jacuzzi. Bed is on second level along with the door to the roof. Jacuzzi was wonderful each night upon returning. Reception staff were wonderful! Cheerful and very helpful with all our needs. I highly recommend Palmariva Villas!

This is a must stay for Santorini. The staff are so helpful and pleasant, Julia is a sweetheart and has tons of great information about the island and gives detailed information on what to do and when the best time to go is. As well as reasonable transportation options. They even have a printed map to help explain things with visuals. The rooms are cleaned every day and robes provided.

The location is perfect. A 1 min walk to the action but it’s far enough away from the really loud areas so you don’t hear anything at all. I’m a light sleeper so that’s important to me. It’s also right beside a supermarket and pharmacy so you can grab your own treats and water if needed.

The free breakfast is also great and you decide when it’s delivered to the room. Facilities are absolutely beautiful and clean. I will be staying here again.

We spent 4 nights as a family of three in Villa Irida at Palmariva Villas, and honestly, it blew our expectations. The location is ideal, right in Fira with a bus station and restaurants a stone’s throw away, but miraculously quiet at night. Irida itself was spotless, beautifully designed with two full bathrooms, one on each level, and had a rooftop Jacuzzi that made both sunrise coffee and sunset wine feel cinematic. The breakfast delivered every morning was excellent, and the staff (Jenny and Julia) anticipated every need without being overbearing. Hot tub was perfect at sunset, we used it every night. There’s also a small swimming pool in the common area with beach chairs, we used it during the day when it was too hot for walking in town. Highly recommend for families who want luxury without the drama.

Great place to stay, friendliest receptionist. Breakfast provided and brought to your room. Only problem i had was i put up the do not disturb sign and the wind blew it off - only to come back to my hotel shocked my door was open and people were on there. Some of my things had been moved so they could clean as well. Otherwise, Great stay.

Great location, division & distribution of space was awesome. Our kids loved having their own single bed. A little tight but actively working round luggage and breakfast will keep things organized. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff, Julia & Jenny, were very informative and didn’t hesitate to coordinate activities, taxis, rental cars, or anything we needed for our short visit. Thank you!

Free made to order breakfasts delivered to our room each day and the staff were always friendly and asking if we needed anything, wanted a drink brought to us at the pool etc. The last day it was raining and they kindly extended our checkout time and then allowed us to camp out at the reception office until our transport arrived. Julia is hands-down one of the best features of Palmariva—she took the time to orient us around, helped us book excursions, and gave sincere advice of how to enjoy Santorini. We loved our villa and the tasty breakfast—the only wish we had was if the hot tub was a little warmer (it ran lukewarm). Besides that, would highly recommend Palmariva for any first-time Santorini visitors!

We loved staying in the Athena villa at Palmariva. Good location, close to the bus station and everything we wanted. Our villa was beautiful, nice and clean, breakfast was yummy with lots of options. All staff were friendly, especially Julia - she always had a smile, gave us lots of recommendations and helped us book tours. She even escorted us to our pick up point nearby for our sunset cruise that she organised for us and waited with us until our transfer came. She was amazing and is a great member of the team. We will always remember her making our stay here so lovely. We would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

The property is just down the hill from ‘the view’ but you can walk there in a few minutes and see the sunset. It was actually nice and quiet away from the throngs of selfie takers.
The room was spacious and well appointed with a fridge and stove if you wanted to cook. The pool was nice and refreshing as it’s hot there now. The biggest plus is the staff. Julia is really wonderful, helpful and super sweet. She is a major asset to the place! She helped us rent a car and took us to the rental place which was right beside the hotel. And she waited with us for our ride to the airport. Thank you Julia for a wonderful stay!

Would highly recommend these beautiful apartments/villas. They are nicely decorated and clean. On arrival we were upgraded to the grand villa as no one was staying there which was a lovely surprise! All the staff were also very friendly and helpful, making restaurant reservations and giving recommendations of things to do and places to eat. Breakfast is fantastic and is brought to your room each morning at your preferred time slot. Each day you can choose what you want for breakfast the next day and there is plenty to choose from! The apartments are also perfectly located within a 5 min walk of the town centre and all the main restaurants/bars/shops. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great stay!!
