Fanis and his team were incredible hosts! Aroma Suites must have the most beautiful view in all of Santorini!
Our rooms were unique, beautiful, and very clean. I loved how close we were to downtown Fira, but just far enough that there wasn't foot traffic so we could sleep peacefully.

No need to watch the sunset from Oia, you get the same view right from your room's patio.

We also really appreciated the breakfast and help with coordinating the shuttle to and from the airport, even for an early morning flight.

Amazing place to stay in Santorini and we thought we had the best accommodation in Santorini! We stayed as family of 4 in Villa with outside hot tub it was more than we expected. The view we had.. speachless. Julia was warm and welcomed us whenever she saw us and we got transport service from the airport which was 35 euro and cheaper than taxi. They organised for us and plus helped bring our heavy suitcase to our room was super helpful too. Only we thought if we had chopping board and some paper towel or kitchen towel then it's helpful as we cooked few dishes and ate at outside table watching amazing view. But still Aroma Suits was one of my best accommodation in my life and already I want to go back!

This suite is simply gorgeous! Everything about the view, the service, the location, the jetted pool outside (warm), breakfast was amazing. Simply EVERYTHING!!
Constantino helped us from the beginning, with recommendations and transportation. He was very attentive and left us know what was best for the amount of time we were in Santorini.
I would truly recommend this place for any kind of traveler. Thank you so much for everything!! Just remember stairs, ataira, staira everywhere you go in Santorini!

We stayed at the property in Dec during the off peak. It is a small boutique hotel well taken care off. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is there is no close by parking and taking your luggage was a hassle. This is not an issue with the owner or property as it was mentioned upfront but didn’t realize the challenge till you walked it. Though this seemed to be typical for a lot of properties in the area being off season no help around. Just be prepared for it. Other than that the owner was super nice and we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The location is perfect being right on the Caldera. We stayed in the Dominos villa. It is perfect for a family of four. It is not located in the main hotel so it is very private and quiet even though you are very close to all the restaurants, bars, and shops. The manager Kostas was available to us by phone whenever we needed assistance.

Steps away from the stunning cliff of Fira with numerous restaurants and cafes. Costas the owner was the most accommodating, personable host. We arrived late into Santorini, and Costas arranged a ride from airport to location, with access to our gorgeous room. Each morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast with just stunning views. This property is on the Caldera and is very difficult to get to. Taxis will only drop you off outside the pedestrian walkway therefore you need to take all your stuff down the hill/steep steps for about a 5 min walk. The rooms are very very small. The staff is not helpful at all; they did not have any recommendations for activities or restaurants. The location is nice though considering you can walk 10 min to the bus/taxi terminal and shops and restaurants.

Room was very small (no room to have both of our suitcases open on the floor), with little amenities.
Service was otherwise ok except one thing:
We put our iPad in the room and went out for tours. The iPad was lost when we returned in the evening. The receptionist referred to the hotel owner to deal with it. The owner kept stressing such loss/theft never happened before, said no one entered our room but could not show me the security camera footage when I asked for it.
I had to go to local police to report it myself. They did not even want me to write the hotel address on the police report. And since our stay there ended on the next day of the theft, they told us to vacant the room before 11am, not even allowing some extra time, for e.g. the police to come to the scene to investigate.

Great view of caldera. Staff was very helpful. I recommend the Vanilla Room as far as the room layout and size. The jacuzzi could be cleaner and water could be hotter. At the time we were there, there was a lot of construction in the area, which took a little away from the santorini ambience.

We loved everything about our stay here. The room was spacious and nicely fitted out, the in-room hot tub was amazing, the views from the terrace of the caldera were spectacular. George was the most amazing host. He arranged for a 4hr guided driver and tour for us with Chris (who was absolutely superb!). George made our stay even better with excellent restaurant suggestions, suggestions on what to see and also info on public transportation. The hotel is central to everything in Fira, with so much in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Domino's Residence was in a great location near the center of Fira with views of the Caldera and the town from every room and even the hot tub. The unit was clean and well equipped for our planned activities there. The hosts Julia and George were very responsive and helpful. We would definetely recommend this property manager and this particular unit.

Nice accommodation with great view of the caldera. Location was very convenient and close to many good restaurants. Cosy and clean room with amazing facilities, free parking available nearby ~100m away. George was very helpful with queries and information, and even went out of his way whenever we needed assistance (vehicle issues, hot water etc). Property location was good and had amazing views. It is difficult to reach with luggage and the hotel only had one person to help with it. The room was nice and clean but no bathroom privacy. The bathroom is open to the whole room. We also had an issue with the pickup/transfer we arranged through the hotel. It was not there when we arrived and we had to wait over 30 min.

Its one of those places where you can really relax, away from the crouds. However, you are still only minutes from a supermarket or lovely restaurants.

Clean and quiet room. Jacuzzi inside of the room is excellent. Tv with netflix too....easy to find and close to the center of Fira where shops and restaurants are. Would recommend it for summer and winter too. Besides that, very friendly staff who will give you tips and advices about where to go and what to do.

Lovely traditional stay at Aroma Suites

During our 5 night stay in Santorini we stayed in the Aroma Suites for our first night on the island and it definitely didn't disappoint! It did exactly what it said on the tin, the little cave room was beautiful and the views were spectacular. The hotel was also very quiet yet only 2 mins from the main stretch of bars and restaurants. Breakfast was 12 euros which seemed a lot for a continental breakfast so we just utilised the fridge and popped to the local supermarket. For the cheaper end of the cliff hotel market (from what I found from researching) we couldn't have asked for better.

Great Quiet Location in Fira

The hotel staff met us at the closest point to drive a vehicle to the hotel and carried our luggage to the room. Fantastic views right outside our room. Breakfast was great they provided either upstairs atop the hotel or on your own porch. Breakfast was interrupted by the views in between sips of coffee. Hotel staff was very attentive to be sure we enjoye all of Santorini that we wanted to. Very convient to everything in Fira including the main hub for bus /taxi transportation. We will be back someday.

Stayed here in July 2017 and had a wonderful experience. The view is amazing and location is perfect. It is in a quiet little area but right in the middle of restaurants, shops, and near a taxi stand. The staff were very friendly and took time recommend restaurants and different must see spots on the island. The room was very clean and looks just like the pictures. We would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Excellent location steps from central Fira. Amazing view from rooms.

Cons: Mattresses and pillows are pretty bad. Room is small but we didn't mind. Shower is small and weak but again we didn't mind.

Overall: Get what you pay for - this is a great deal if you understand you aren't staying in a five star place.

Tip: Book the hotel's transport vehicle well in advance - we did not book the aroma transfer in time and instead shared a big van with 15 others when we got off the boat in port, managing to be the last stop.

Nice hotel with a fantastic view

The staff were excellent. Very very helpful. Upon arrival, we were explained everything clearly. The manager showed us where we should go to visit, and explained clearly how we were to reach each of those destinations.
For their breakfast, they have a fixed menu, but we were able to change it each time, so that it wasn't boring. And each time, even though the young lady wasn't able to communicate with us that well, she always had a big smile on her face. Very friendly and helpful.
The ONLY downside was the shower cubicle. The floor is set level with nothing to prevent the water flowing out, so there have been a couple of times where the water did flow out onto the floor. Hence I didn't give an excellent for facilities. But otherwise, a great hotel, great staff and excellent views. Definitely recommend.

Perfect for couples, hotel has romantic charm

We definitely would choose Aroma Suites when we visit Santorini next time.

We stayed for 2 nights at Aroma suites and have to say that it was most enjoyable. Our room truly represented as advertised by the photos and description. The room is modern while retaining the historical charm that Fira is unknown for. Our room had great views from just outside the door of the volcano and immediate surroundings.

I would say that the best part of our stay at Aroma Suites was the staff in particular. They are very helpful and are willing to help you with anything that the can. Kon helped as with transportation from the airport and even hiring a car. On your arrival he will give you over view of what there is around Fira to see and do. Kon suggested that we take a cruise on catamaran, I'm so happy that we took his suggestion and booked the cruise as it's a great way to see what Santorini has to offer.

It was in a very good location and had a really great view from the balcony. But the room was small and the window was also a small. The bus station is very near but it was uphill therefore to push the luggage from the bus station was also a bit tiring.

This Hotel was full of good surprises. Following the design of the constructions of this part of the island, Aromas was very pleasant. We were picked up at the airport and this was arranged by the Hotel with no problems. We arrived early before the check in hour and we were very surprised by the reception. It was warm, informative, diligent. Our family room was \"Vanilla\". Huge, clean, unusual, comfortable. It has an interior jacuzzi and its own terrace overlooking the sea. We enjoy our stay and really like everything.

Aroma Suites: Worth Every Penny

Best hotel stay I have ever experienced. Physical room fantastic (gigantic), service was unparalleled. When we arrived the receptionist was incredibly helpful, taking the time to orient us on a map of the whole island, and suggest the best attractions to visit and things to do. She was just the right amount of helpful - not overbearing and a constant presence, but always available when needed. We also ran into a unique situation where the ferries and planes struck, so we were stuck on the island - she helped us rearranged our flight and hotel information by calling those businesses and translating for us. She also accommodated us until our rescheduled flight. The room was incredible. We called it \"the grotto\" because of the in-room jacuzzi, which we had heated up for a small extra charge, and it was totally worth it. Beds were some of the most comfortable that I have experienced in Europe, even the pull out couch bed (sleeps 2 comfortably). Shower gigantic. Stocked refrigerator & beer/wine bottle opener. Each room has a private balcony with one of the most premiere, unobstructed views of Nea Kameni and the Santorini bay. This hotel is so central to anything you would need in Fira. The main street of restaurants was just a 5 minute walk away, and all the shopping was 5 to 10 minutes away as well. No bad experiences at all.

You couldn't ask for much more location-wise, if you want to be in Fira. The centre is very busy, but Aroma Suites is towards the quieter southern end of town. Views are obviously totally amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful -- they managed to get us a car without any advance notice (would recommend getting one as there's lots of interesting stuff to see all around the island) and were very pleasant and welcoming. We stayed in the honeymoon suite which is certainly a unique and beautiful room, although we may have preferred something a bit more conventional with a more private balcony (the suite shares with a couple of others). Not the end of the world, but it was a little annoying not to be served breakfast when our neighbours were, as we paid more than 300 euros for the room, but it wasn't part of the deal on Expedia so I don't blame the hotel for that.
