This hotel was amazing! From the time we arrived at the airport until the end, it was a wonderful experience. The room was very clean and the layout was perfect for a couple on vacation. The breakfast served was delicious as well. It is included in the stay and it’s served fresh and hot each time. The staff were some of the nicest people we have ever met and Panagiotis was the greatest! He assisted with all accommodations and recommended great locations to view and experience. We can’t thank him enough for his ongoing efforts to make sure our stay went smoothly. Can’t wait to visit next year!

The room is very clean and spacious with the river pool with fantastic views of the Caldera and a golden sunset. Location is also very good, and main street, cable car station, markets and food joints are easily accessible. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very nice and also delivered to the room, which is fantastic. Panos, who is the in-charge, provided a great overview of things that can be done in Santorini and was also humble and supportive. Overall, the stay is fantastic and 5 stars to the Nefeles team.

The location is amazing, best sunsets of the whole island! Definition of romance! The staff were very friendly and our stay was lovely. Only 1 night we were locked out the room as the key card didn't work and the receptionist had to come in the middle of the night to let us in, as they don't have 24h reception and it took a while.

Wow, this was one of the best international hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff at the property was communicative prior to our arrival about arranging pickup at the port to bring us to the hotel, and met us promptly at the pickup point to walk us to the hotel. The room was gorgeous and clean, beyond expectations. We took the hotel's restaurant recommendations and are so glad we did! We wished we could have stayed longer! We had a very early 4:45am departure, and the staff made us breakfast boxes to go... what service! Thanks so much, Nefeles, we will be back!

Hotel in s prime location. Easy access to everything. Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. They delivered breakfast to our room every morning. You can sit on balcony and enjoy the view of the caldera while eating.

The only negative is the bedroom is up steep stairs and you have to walk over a large step to get into the bathroom. The ceilings are low as well. If you are a super tall person this hotel is not for you.

My wife and I stayed at Nefeles Luxury Suites during our stay in Fria, Santorini during the end of April 2025. From the very moment of our arrival, the staff did an amazing job. We were greeted by Anthony and Siperio and they welcomed us with open arms. Taking time to share with us some of the local culture, things to see and do, places to eat etc. Our room was beautiful inside and out. Very clean, spacious and the most amazing view of the caldera. The staff served an amazing Greek breakfast to our room each morning. We are very thankful to Anthony and his team for making our first Greek experience in Santorini so amazing and comfortable. Highly recommend you consider this gem of a property and experience firsthand the wonderful staff and accommodations.

Apart from the terrific view of volcano and caldera, spa and pool attached to my room. We like the friendly staff and management who spend time to make our stay comfortable. They helped to organize local tour and airport pickup. Yes, let us forget the spread breakfast which they send to our room.

The staff was incredibly pleasant, and their hospitality was the highlight of the stay. However, the hot water was inconsistent, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the safety of the upstairs bedroom was concerning; there was a wide opening without guardrails near the stairwell, posing a serious risk of falling. Walking around in the room didn't feel safe due to these design issues

Supposed to get welcome drink and sparkling wine but did not. Also did not get room upgrade. We arrived quite late at night due to bad weather delays we so thought that we maybe would get it from receptionist next morning but did not.
View is amazing and makes everything else worth it.
We were in a Senior Suite with bed in the loft. Banged our heads on the ceiling several times and I am only 1.6m tall.
Jacuzzi was in a sheltered and private spot so much better than other rooms where it was exposed to everyone walking past. Balcony also not overlooked by others. So quite happy with the room anyway.
Jacuzzi temperature couldn’t be adjusted higher. Stuck at 32 degrees. Room got quite warm despite adjusting the air con lower and we didn’t sleep well the second night. Finally got up to open the windows to let in some cool air.
Rental car company recommended by hotel ended up with some hidden charges. Would have been cheaper booking through Expedia.

The property was very accessible to downtown and many popular viewing spots. Although we visited when much of Santorini was closed, we noticed many attractions very close to the property. Great experience overall.

We had a wonderful stay at the senior suite. Everything is just perfect. The balcony has the best ocean view, amazing sunset watching spot at your own private balcony. Our private hot tub is tucked away from the balcony. You can still enjoy the ocean view, but no one can see you. The mattress is super amazing. Water pressure is great. And you have a great breakfast menu to choose from daily, plus they deliver the breakfast to your room.
The hotel is in the centre of Fira, but you don’t hear any noise. It’s a quiet oasis in the middle of shopping paradise. If you rent a car, you can park it right across the street. Super convenient.
The staffs are all super friendly and helpful. We can’t thank them enough for making our vacation extra wonderful!

Nefeles for the WIN in Santorini

Amazing!! This hotel was close enough to the shopping/restaurant/bar areas yet far enough away for relaxation. Kostas and his entire team at Nefeles made it very welcoming, and went way above our needs. The daily breakfast was delicious and the staff assisted with tips on restaurants/shopping. Booked a few of our excursions, airport transfers, and restaurant reservations. It was an amazing stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Santorini. Check out the views/pics.

Amazing view with a private jacuzzi was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was spectacular with great views from balcony, bedroom and bathroom. The breakfast was amazing and the hotel is located in the main town of Fira close to alot of restaurants , bars and shops walking distance. Off to a rough start with this property upon arrival had to wait over an hour at ferry port for taxi sent by hotel. Taxi didn’t have AC so ride to hotel was difficult. Room when arrived was very small (cave river jetted tub caldera view) literally hit head on Ceiling several times. Private pool overlooks building immediately in front and restaurant patrons directly ahead- not great and no privacy. Upon speaking with Kostas at reception we were provided the option of upgrading to a suite on the top floor for an upcharge the next day. Happily paid the upcharge to move to a beautiful huge suite with private balcony and pool. Very happy with this option despite the increase in price BUT when i was packing to leave the very next day i noticed that a pair of my diamond earrings went missing from the room. The earrings were stored in box and the box was there but the earrings were not. Would have given a great rating based on service provided by Kostas if property didn’t go missing from room. PROS: close to restaurants/bars/shops reception was very helpful and Kostas always did his best to accommodate for transportation/recommendations. CONS: no peace of mind in room with things being stolen. Taxis are expensive. Long walk upstairs to the rooms since on the cliff. Would have returned if not for theft.

We stayed in room 7 - the images do not do these rooms justice.

Excellent location right in the heart of town near restaurants and shops but without the noise and hustle of all the nightclubs and bars.

Rooms were very tidy and clean. Air conditioning and daily housekeeping made the space very comfortable.

Kosta and the other young gentleman who took care of us were extremely helpful and assisted with dining recommendations and reservations, beach and sightseeing recommendations, porter service, daily breakfasts, spa bookings and more. We felt very well looked after and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fira was a great location since we went in April. For the summer months it would be preferable to stay in Oia or Imerovigli.

Our stay exceeded our already high expectations! The room was beautiful with break taking views. The entire staff went above and beyond. Daily breakfast is customizable, delicious, and provided to your balcony. Location is right in the heart of Fira so walking distances to shops, restaurants, etc. Yet it’s off a secluded path allowing quiet and peacefulness during your stay. Although the hot tub is more warm than hot but still enjoyable with the great view. Highly recommend and hope to be back soon!

View was unbelievable and the staff were amazing and made us feel very welcomed. The hotel however felt grubby in areas. The hot tub area was dusty and had grease stains on the glass. The mirrors seemed like they are never cleaned. Drains were very smelly. This hotel has so much potential to be spectacular.

Maria was amazing!! Always check with her before reserving anything on the island. She won’t steer you wrong. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the caldera is beautiful. Staff were very attentive and rooms were clean. Centrally located in Thira so a short walk is all you need for all the good spots. Wear comfortable sneakers as there are ALOT of steps. I have no choice but to stay there again as I ‘pinky promised’ Maria we would come back!!

The hotel is in fantastic location to reach all the bars, restaurants and beautiful shops in Fira. The buses are easy to access to visit other locations. The hotel itself is stunning and built into the cliff side, the rooms are clean, modern and beautifully designed to reflect modern living with traditional Greek architectural style. The staff are outstanding and Maria was such a help during our stay. Would definitely recommend a stay to friends and family as you feel that you have had such a luxury stay.

We visited santorini for my wifes 40th birthday and from the word go, we were treated like royalty! Maria went above and beyond to make the whole experience exceptional. She welcomed us like family and bent over backwards to do everything we asked of her and more. We were in the honeymoon suite and it was amazing. Our Concierge Elizabeth was a wealth of knowledge about the area and recommended incredible restaurants to savor incredible food. All I can say is we had another hotel booked and for one reason or another we changed to Nefeles Luxury Suites and we were not disappointed! The place is amazing, and the staff were too! the hotel is located close to the the centre of Thira and the cable car/walkway to old port is less than 5 minutes away. A special thank you to Kostas, Fotini, Anteenina, both George's!, Alexia and Irena - we could not have wished for more and will definitely be back! It has a beautiful view of the volcano and sea and can see best sunsets from room .
The water was not wArm and was cold in the jacuzzi so was not able to enjoy that as much.
Staff is really helpful and breakfast is great. I would choose again to go back to this beautiful property. Location is very nice and right in the downtown.
