Everything was perfect! We even got upgraded since it was low season. The view was the best part. You have to be in shape willing to climb a lot of steps and hills, but that’s the beauty of Santorini. Everything was nearby and pretty walkable. Easy to find open restaurants and taxis, even in low season. Highly recommend it!

We are celebrate our honeymoon and a fortunately
We booked this hotel way overpriced for the super small room that they give you called Jacuzzi and very low service. Our check out was at 11 AM. There was calling us at 10:57 to ask to check out for the room, didn’t have a good service at all. Personally will never come back to this hotel not recommended. The bed also very hard and not comfortable to sleep in and no privacy at all, your neighbors looking on the Jacuzzi and everybody passing by and see you Very uncomfortable. The most small room that I ever saw in my entire life and not nice reception feel like they do for you a favor they give you information or help you

Daydreaming in Santorini….

OMG!!!! What an amazing stay we had at Daydreams. The staff, the accommodations, the amazing breakfast, location, views to die for, convenient to everything, spotless and quiet even though we were directly above the main walkway to the gondola where the donkeys walk. It was like you could reach out and touch the caldera from the jacuzzi on our patio. This is the place to stay and the room to stay in if you’re going Santorini.

The whole staff is immaculate with their service. The views from the hotel are really the best in the area and you get your own private roof deck to have your own dinner if you did not want to spend a bunch on a reservation for food to catch the sunset. This place is located directly in the middle of everything from restaurants and nightlife etc. Highly recommend staying here.

The staff is amazing. Sofia and Dmitry went out of their way to make our stay special and perfect. The location is fabulous in central Fira.
We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and I have nothing but great memories from our visit. I highly recommend this hotel!

Exceptional experience in Fira

Our experience at Daydream Luxury Suites was exceptional on all levels. The staff, especially George, were so attentive and really made us feel taken care of on our honeymoon. George planned our transfers, helped with our luggage, and went above and beyond to help plan our activities. Our cave room downstairs was extremely spacious with incredible modern touches - truly the most unique, memorable place we have ever stayed! Our room came with a private jet tub made of rock. The Jo Malone products were another amazing touch. Each morning the breakfast was incredible out on the communal deck where there is a communal mini pool and breathtaking views of the caldera. Since there aren’t a ton of rooms we never crossed paths with anyone so it still felt like our own private pool! The location was also perfect, close to so many great Fira restaurants and attractions yet still felt quiet and secluded.

Amazing location located in the heart of Fira with picturesque sunset views away from the crowds.
Semi private pools and jacuzzi. Bathroom was spacious and luxurious and actually looked like the pictures advertised.
Located within walking distance (5-10mins) to the restaurants, main square, night clubs, bars and Fira bus terminal.
The hotel was very spacious and clean. We had the company of Theo (reception staff) to accommodate our stay. He offered to carry our luggage down the stairs going down the suites. He was attentive and even assisted to book shore excursions on our behalf.
Reception closes at 6pm so if you need to store luggage on the day of checkout plan ahead. However Theo kindly allowed us to store our luggage at no extra charge until a later time which he had to come back in his personal time so he went above and beyond.
We had welcome drinks and they offered complimentary water and coffee pods on the first nights stay. Please note, any additional coffee pods was very expensive. Overall I would definitely come back again. A very nice and relaxing stay.

Outstanding location

From beginning to end, this was an outstanding holiday! The location was perfect. Our suite was perfect (Room 3). Vasili and his staff were amazing. Breakfast was delicious. So peaceful, yet only steps away from a buzzing Fira with its shops, restaurants and clubs. Take a walk ( over 500 steps) or take a ride in the cable car to the Old Port where you can book a boat ride to the volcano, Oia or just take a sunset cruise. The sunsets are truly amazing. I would go back in a heartbeat. My only “warning” is, if you struggle with steps, this might not be the hotel for you. Having said that, many parts of Fira are all about steps. I managed and felt good about it!!

The hotel is overbooked. The front desk informed us when we are trying to check in and told us there’s some issue and the hotel is overbooked. They redirect us to a place with worse view and cheaper price. They did not offer any refund or any early notice, which we could book another better hotel before. (We spend about $460 for a nice suite in the hotel and the direct us to a hotel where only worth €200 per nice and they told us they are the same?!?!)

The way they deal with this issue is disappointing and it looks like the hotel staff is just helping another hotel with worse view to get customers.

Be aware of the hotel before booking.

Great view of the caldera

It was one of the few hotels that were open during winter in Santorini. Loved the location of this hotel - unbeatable view & right in the centre of Fira, which makes it convenient for buses and food. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was huge. The heated pool & jacuzzi that were shared with another room was a bonus. Nobody else was using them, guess we were the only crazy ones to get into the jacuzzi during winter. Not many places were open for food during winter, so eating options were limited and the hotel does not provide breakfast. The only real complaint that we had was that the room seemed to ooze water from every surface, could be a condensation problem during winter, not sure. We couldn't seem to keep the floor, bathroom counter and walls dry, no matter how many times we wiped them. Possibly this is not the case in the summer. Overall our stay was very good and I would consider staying here again.

Beautiful and Well Located Hotel

The hotel was exactly what we wanted for our winter holidays! The hotel staff was amazing and helpful with everything. You wont be able to access the hotel directly via a car and will have to walk about 5 minutes to the entrance of the hotel. The only trouble we had was due to the fact that this hotel was built into the Caldera, there were a lot of steps (which were sometimes rather steep) to traverse. All in all though, very clean and awesome hotel. We were able to access the heated pool and jacuzzi which was open during this time of year and HEATED! It was centrally located next to many restaurants and cafes that were open and about a 5-10 minute walk to the bus stop which opens up the entire island! We loved and enjoyed our stay at the hotel and could not recommend enough this hotel. We will definitely be coming back and hope to stay here again!

Exceptional memories!

Great location, room is still tastefully setup and decorated and the service is simply P-E-R-F-E-C-T!

Special mention to Vasilis who was UNBELIEVABLY helpful throughout our stay, from helping us transfer to recommendations for restaurant and boat cruise companies, always considerate and thoughtful. The staff are some of the nicest people you can ever meet.

Looking forward to next summer!

Not a hotel, but a luxury suite

This is not a hotel, but one of 4 luxury suites. When we first arrived, there was noone from the staff. We had to call the person responsible and we had to wait for him 2 hours! Other than that, the location and views are great, at the heart of action in Fira. The room is a 5-star room as well, very clean and comfortable.

Amazing views...with pools...middle of Thira!

This place couldn't be located better! When you're done looking around, eating or shopping, there are a couple infinity pools to cool down in or a hot tub to relax in...looking out from the top of the caldera. The staff was extremely friendly and insisted on carrying our luggage :-)

Amazing hospitality and pools

The amazing views and multiple outdoor pools (heated in the winter) were worth everything and makes this a perfect spot for all seasons. The service was what really stood out to me though. Tasos at the reception was not only friendly and polite but also went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. His hospitality made a huge impact on the overall experience even though the hotel already has a convenient location and great facilities. I had such a good time and would definitely visit again!

Not a recommended hotel; cleaning was terrible!!!

The hotel stuff do not exist, ie no one to help u to carry ur luggage like all other hotels (a lot of steps to reach the hotel); add to that that cleaning was extremely bad (hair all over the toilet, the floor,the bed, as well as the pillows). Last, it's just above the donkeys' route, so if you want to enjoy the smell and the noise...book this hotel (its overpriced for this area too and compared with other hotels). I booked after three nights a different hotel and I was very satisfied.

Steer Clear - Misleading Hotel Description

I never write reviews but felt compelled to warn others. For background, I book 50-75 hotel rooms a year for work and vacation. I came up to 2 stars as the onsite manager was great and the breakfast and overall views were nice.
I booked the \"Honeymoon Suite\" which turned out to be the 3rd best of 4 rooms on the property. It is not a suite, it is a single 60 square feet (20 square meters) room with an attached bathroom. It is across from reception and connected to the 4th room with a door which transfers the sound of their music and talking. While we thought we would be able to leave the window shutters open to enjoy the view from bed, unfortunately the adjacent restaurant and the 2 adjoining other properties enable people to look into those windows as well.

You are also not able to use the items in the photos as they assign pools to each unit and the large lounge area is actually for 2 of the other rooms. Don't be fooled by the photos, make another choice on Santorini.

ただシャワールームの床が汚れていたのと、朝食もリストの中から食べたいものを選択して前日までに申告が必要なのだが、量が分からず少々困った。
ただ全体的には満足できる宿。4ルームしかないのも贅沢かな。

Hôtel parfait

Hôtel bien placé avec une vue sublime. Propre, décoré avec goût. Il n'y a que 4 chambres donc on se sent tout seul au calme. Personnels adorables et au petits soins. Déjeuner à la carte maison excellent. Tout a été parfait pour nous.
