Talk about feeling at home! This place took great care of us like royalty! The room was extra clean and sanitized. The service was impecable. The amenities too notch and a view of paradise! Run here don’t walk! Special shout out to Simone our receptionist for going above and beyond in organization.

Great room. Everything was very clean. From the washroom, bed sheets, pool, all very well maintained. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast that was included was quite tasty. I will say you are in the heart of Fira, so you will hear music from the bars/restaurants till around 3-4am. Also keep in mind, since you are literally on the cliff, there are quite a few steps and steep stairs to get up. The view was absolutely breathtaking and would recommend this stay!
Adam
Excellent location and view. The room is exactly as the pictures and was kept clean. We had a problem where our very heavy bathroom door came off the hinge and cracked, then had no bathroom door the rest of our stay. The server at the restaurant was hard to communicate with and got our order wrong once. Reception staff is not always available. Nothing impacted our trip too much so it was fine. Also there is no private parking for this hotel, not sure why they say there is.
Jacqui
Absolutely Amazing!! The room needs to be seen to be believed… Simona couldn’t have been more helpful and the Restaurant was Devine!

The location of On the Cliff is great with an amazing sunset view. It is close by to restaurants, bars, shops, and the bus station in Fira. You can arrange transport through the hotel as well as other excursions if you want. There are lots of steep stairs, 50 between where our room was and the restaurant/reception area. The hotel was nice to provide a porter to help with bags, which has to be carried from another street since the hotel is located on a pedestrian street only. It was relatively quiet even though located next to busy bars and restaurants. Our small jacuzzi didn’t seem to get hot at all, so we used it more like a pool. The door to our bathroom was broken by recent guests and hadn’t been repaired fully. We enjoyed eating the complementary breakfast with coffee but didn’t try the On the Cliff restaurant other than for breakfast.

Our family suite was very big! And the staff was very helpful and nice!

We had an absolutely amazing stay for my 50th birthday! The view was breathtaking, and the room was incredibly clean and breakfast platter was delicous. The staffs was beautiful and wonderful and even arranged a fantastic private tour for us, which we really enjoyed. There are also many great restaurants within easy walking distance. We did have a small issue with the hot water when we arrived late noon, but the staff was very responsive and had it fixed within 2 hours. My only disappointment was that we were unable to get a refund for one night's room charge due to our late arrival. Aside from that, everything was great and I would still highly recommend this hotel for its amazing hospitality and location!

We had an incredible stay at On the Cliff. Beautiful property in the perfect location in Fira.
Simona (front desk) was beyond helpful and friendly, which made us feel at home prior to us arriving.
Highly recommend this spot. The room had a beautiful jacuzzi tub which was breathtaking during sunset. Breakfast in the morning was also delicious and surpassed expectations.
Thanks simona and the whole team! We hope to be back!

Room was clean. We really liked the layout of this room. Nice to have a sitting area quite removed from the bedding area--and the shower separate from the rest of the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Location outstanding. Staff friendly.

Noisy air con. Tv not working, host didn’t care about trying to fix it. Jacuzzi, literally the smallest version of a pool you could ever think of. Breakfast basic. All round very basic hotel, but expensive for what it is and offers.

View is THE BEST. All services were excellent. Highly recommended.

This is the perfect gem of a property! Perfectly, and I mean perfectly, situated in the center for both view and shopping/dining experiences. Did I mention perfect?!
The staff services were top notch. Very friendly and accommodating. We are a family of four and felt safe and comfortable around them. Look for Gugi and Kostas at the bar! Solid guys. Watch as Simona is all smiles while tending to everything and everyone. Feel at ease as Azhar maintains everything around you! Beautiful people with a beautiful property!
I will definitely keep up with them from afar, Bay Area California!

I had the pleasure of staying at this stunning hotel in Santorini. The location is unbeatable, perched on a cliff with breathtaking views of the caldera. The scenery alone is worth the visit! The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Simona was incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Whether it was arranging transportation or offering local recommendations, she was always there with a smile.

There are a lot of stairs and no elevator as you are on the caldera. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. View was amazing! Breakfast was included for us and it was fabulous!

Stayed at On the Cliff in the off season so most shops and restaurants were closed but there are many all around the property. The location was very convenient to town, about a two minute walk. The view is absolutely unbelievable! And breakfast is served in your room and is very good. Would have given 5 stars but the comforter looked dirty and had cigarette burns in it and the room had a tv that didn’t work. Also, there isn’t a reception area if you need help with anything, although we really didn’t need them during our two nights.
Mark Anthony
Staff were very nice and welcoming. Property is in a great location with an amazing view.
Kevin
The property took our money. The island was under a state of emergency and we were concerned about the earthquakes and attempted to cancel a week prior and they refused. We did did not stay there. Very poor business practice and should be ashamed of themselves for outright taking peoples money under those conditions. Horrible.

Great Stay! We will stay again. Semona is very helpful and the staff. Great Location!

We love Simona!
Simona was an amazing host! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. She was really accommodating. Trying to find activities to do during our off season. Checking in and check out was so easy with her. We love Simona, she made our first time in Santorini the best! Would love to book a room at this hotel again when we visit in the summer!

Unique experience, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, in the middle of Fira’s tourist life - requires a little bit of walking to use nearby free-of-charge public parking.

I was at the property on June 18th. I tried using the Jacuzzi, but there were flies in the water and around it. Within 5 minutes of using the Jacuzzi, I developed severe rashes on my body. I have pictures of this, which I will be emailing to Expedia.
I attempted to discuss this with the staff, specifically Sofia. Unfortunately, she showed no concern for the issue. She simply mentioned that it might be due to some medication in the water. However, I have been staying in different hotels for the past 4-5 days and never had this kind of allergic reaction to water. It seems they are not cleaning the water properly. Furthermore, Sofia suggested that the reaction would quickly go away, almost as if she were a doctor.
Additionally, the phone in the room is not working, and the TV is not a smart TV, so we couldn't use YouTube or watch anything we wanted; instead, we were limited to Greek channels, which we couldn't understand. There was no extra water in the refrigerator either.
Overall, the staff was not helpful in addressing my concerns. While Sofia mentioned she would have the Jacuzzi cleaned, she did not address the irritation and allergies I experienced due to the water.
I cannot recommend this hotel, especially considering the high price we paid. It has been a waste of money and is overpriced.
I hope this feedback helps in addressing these issues promptly and appropriately. I am requesting a refund or credit for these inconveniences.

This beautiful new Neoma boutique hotel made us feel like family from the moment we arrived we were taken care of in every way possible from the concierge desk arranging transfers to and from the airport and housekeeping that kept our room spotless, every single need was met. We chose to stay in the smaller economy room because we weren’t going to be spending much time in a room, the bed was absolutely comfortable and the floor was quiet. This hotel went above and beyond for everything that we needed. Clean and comfortable. The highlight and the reason we chose Neoma was the pool, bar and Restaurant with 5* food that overlooked the Acropolis. The bartender and waitress were unbelievable at making you feel welcome and the service was the best we’ve ever had staying anywhere. The staff of this hotel are the stars. Choose Neoma you will truly not be disappointed. I could not find one thing to criticize and I am super hard to please. Staying at Neoma helped make visiting Athens one of our best vacations ever. Thank you so much from The Halls.

Location, our room, the view, everything is very good. The only thing which was not complimenting the quality was inclusive breakfast. This needs improvement.

The Location is great but the service is so bad and the staff they are rude we booked a room with a jacuzzi but the jacuzzi heater wasn’t working at all even after contacting the manager they didn’t fix it. I don’t recommend the hotel.

A few cons but a great place to stay
Good: location, views, and an amazing breakfast. They are also really responsive and will help out immediately.
Bad: cleanliness - can tell it is a bit outdated. Hair in the sinks and the pool was a bit run down. Even with the cleaning service, we could tell they didn’t do a thorough job.
Still overall a solid 4/5.

Absolutely beautiful views. Sophia was very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was included. Breath taking views from dining area. Steps are a little steep so watch your step. Very attentive staff, and polite. Would definitely return again and again. One of the best New Years ever in that restaurant, keep up the amazing work. This is highly recommended from an experienced traveler. Especially in the off season.

Simona greeted us when we arrived.
Staff was great. Angel very helpful with our luggage, at restaurant and with other needs. As well Usman; they both helped us carrying our luggage up and down the steep stairs! They also helped at restaurant at breakfast. Yanis was great at the breakfast and the food was excellent every morning! The view to the sea at our eating tables can not be beat!
Simona was great helping us with all our needs, the room we had was perfect for 5 people. And our view from our room was the best! We could see the other islands and the best sunset ever! The hot tub was amazing and a PLUS! halfway covered and it overlooks to the outside. We had our wine and beer on hot tub overlooking at the ocean and at the other islands. Our room had to bathrooms; this was perfect for a family of 5 adults. We also had 2 refrigerators to keep our drinks nice and cool. I can’t say enough of how great this place is! Our terrace/patio was perfect for anytime, we had coffee outside and some beers and we could hear the bells from the church nearby. Very relaxing… I have to say is a great setting and I think we got one of the best rooms. Stairs were a little hard to go up and down, but we didn’t care, as we were having lots of fun in our room and at the town.
Place is in the the heart of Santorini! This is another plus! As we found many great restaurants at waking distance, local buses, taxis, airport 15 minutes away, shopping, etc.
I give it the most stars!

The room was excellent - spacious, clean and the views from the hot tub of the Caldera were phenomenal. Staff were personable for breakfast and the food was plentiful too! Location could not be better in being super central for Fira and easy access to bus station to access the rest of the island!

Wow! What an amazing hotel for our honeymoon! Great service from arranging our pick up, check in process was super easy, amazing breakfast included. This location is in a prime area for nightlife, restaurants and amazing caldera views. Highly recommend for anyone looking to be close to all the action. Will stay here again!

The hotel is in the best location with a lot to do walking distance including shopping, restaurants and the bus station. Free breakfast was great, room was very clean and staff were very nice and helpful. The views from our room were gorgeous I have no complaints. I did read past reviews about how it is loud at night due to music and you can hear it from your room but it didn’t bother us.
Amy
Simona was the hotel manager and she made our trip a great experience! We booked the family suite even though we were a couple as it was available and affordable. So much space, inside hot tub was very relaxing and a great view from our patio. Patio not private but that was ok for the space and view. Very walkable to restaurants and McDonalds which was a common pick up spot for day trips. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was amazing, the views down on the bottom tier of accommodation weren't as great as we were hoping for.
Cave room was really unique, unfortunately there was a very loud humidifier in our room and we could also hear the bass from a near by club.

The view is unparalleled and worth the stay! Breakfast really enjoyable too! There are MANY stairs both up to the property and then down to your room so you must be prepared for the hike. Noise from adjacent restaurants vibrates through the cliff walls and may bother your sleep. The area is very crowded, but you are in your own little mecca once on the hotel grounds. Also, there is no parking- while free parking technically exists across the street, there is never any space. Do not rent a car in any summer month.

Dream caldera view
This was a once on a lifetime stay in a place that I had dreamed of for many years. From the cave-like suite to the clean and warm hot tub and the truly amazing breakfast service this exceeded all my expectations.
Staff were attentive but not intrusive and I was particularly impressed by the thoroughness and attention to detail displayed by the staff cleaning the rooms, hot-tubs and even the glass walls between levels.
The set up also facilitated lots of great photo opportunities. The manageress was very welcoming and ready to help.
My husband and I will never forget the stunning views of the Santorini caldera as we enjoyed the sumptious breakfast.
