Very nice small hotel
We loved our stay here. Room fit 3 people and away from the downtown scene. Clean room and great mini fridge. Great breakfast and dinner. Enjoyed walking the river area in the evening. The only negatives are the limited parking and tram noise and vibration.

Wir waren etwas zu früh, durften das Zimmer aber schon beziehen. Die Ausstattung war gut. Es war alles sauber und nett vorbereitet. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Hotel liegt direkt an den Elbwiesen, die zum Spaziergang einladen, auch das Blaue Wunder ist mit einem Spaziergang zu erreichen. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass das Hotel an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße liegt. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern bleibt der Lärm aber draußen. Wir kommen gern mal wieder.

Wir haben oft Urlaub in Dresden und Sächsische Schweiz gemacht - und Alttolkewitzer Hof ist unsere Favorit Hotel: Kostengünstig, ruhige Umgebung , schöne Betten = ein guter Schlaf, guter Frühstückbuffet, Park-mögligkeiten, ein guter Restaurant, nur 20-30 Minuten zur Altstadt mit der Strassenbahn. Alles gut!

Die Unterkunft war klein und gemütlich. Wir haben im Deluxe Doppelzimmer 1 Nacht verbracht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Abendessen im Restaurant und das Frühstücksbuffet waren herausragend gut. Man konnte wunderbar spazieren gehen und hatte eine wunderschöne Aussicht.Die Matratzen im Bett empfanden wir sehr weich was aber geschmackssache ist. Leider ging der Fernseher nicht da sich dieser nicht einschalten lies. Batterien waren vermutlich alle in der Fernbedienung. Die Gläser im Zimmer waren leider verstaubt und die Handtücher im Bad müssten mit der Zeit ausgetauscht werden.

Nettes kleines Hotel mit guter Lage nahe der Elbe und Anbindung ans Zentrum. Der Parkplatz ist nicht ausreichend, hier sollte man schnell sein. Das Restaurant hatte ich nicht genutzt, kann daher nichts zu sagen.
Was man zu diesem Hotel wissen sollte:
Wer Lärmempfindlich ist, sollte dort nicht buchen.
Damit meine ich nicht die aktuelle Straßenbaustelle vor der Haustür bzw. den Lärm der Hauptstraße, wenn die Baustelle fertig ist.
Das Gebäude selbst ist sehr hellhörig und durch die Begängnis im Restaurant wummert die Eingangstür bis spät in die Nacht. Hier wäre ein Dämpfer sinnvoll.
Zudem wird der 2 Meter breite Innenhof zum telefonieren, rauchen und Beisammensein genutzt. Dadurch entsteht ein lauter Hall und Zigarettengeruch im Fenster. Während meines Besuchs im April war noch keine Sommersaison, dennoch konnte ich das Fenster deshalb nicht öffnen und nicht in Ruhe schlafen. Das ging bis nach 00:00 Uhr so. Bereits um 05:00 Uhr wurde man durch die Stuhlverrückung im Restaurant geweckt.
Wem das nichts ausmacht, der ist dort bestens aufgehoben.

Vi har gennem flere år hold efterårsferie i Dresden området, og vi har efterhånden boet på Alttolkewitzer Hof nogle gange. Det er et charmerende lille hotel i forstaden Laubegast. Skøn beliggenhed tæt på Elben. Absolut rimelig pris, gode senge, god nattesøvn. Enkel med god morgenbuffet mod ekstra betaling, udmærket restaurant til aftensmad. Lille P-plads i gården, men da den er ofte fuld kan man parkere på vejen eller de omkringliggende veje. Let at komme til og fra byen med sporvogn/bus - bare ikke nu og det meste af 2025 hvor der er et omfattende vejarbejde. Som sagt: Vi har været der flere gange - og vi kommer igen!

Das Hotel hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen, zweckmäßig, sauber, nettes Personal. Für unser Vorhaben war die Lage ideal, trotz Straße und Straßenbahn war es ausreichend ruhig zum Schlafen.Das Essen im Restaurant des Hotelswar eher schlecht. Die Speisekarte originale sächsische Küche,ist bei diesem Hotel zu erwarten. Nur der an diesem Abend, vielleicht auch nur in Vertretung,anwesende Koch hatte von sächsischer Küche absolut keinen Plan und auch keine Kenntnis, da er vielleicht aus einem anderen Kulturkreis(eher asiatisch) stammt. Pech für uns und da wir jemanden zum Essen eingeladen hatten peinlich und sehr ärgerlich.

Sehr zentrale Lage für Ausflüge nach Dresden und in das Umland. Schöner Biergarten und hinter dem Hotel eine große Wiese wo man gut mit dem Hund laufen kann. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet allerdings waren unsere Matratzen schon sehr durchgelegen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr überschaubar und es wurde lange gewartet bis nachgelegt wurde.

Die Unterkunft liegt an der Elbe im Osten von Dresden, ist mit Öffis gut zu erreichen und bietet sich an als Ausgangspunkt sowohl nach Dresden als auch ins Dresdner Umland. Das Zimmer war sauber und aufgrund der zweiten Schlafebene auch für 3 Personen hervorragend geeignet. Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und lecker.

A very nice hotel in the outskirts of Dresden
We have stayed at Alttolkewitzer Hof more times. Its a very nice hotel just a 15 min tram ride from the city center, located in a quiet area (except from the trams), next to the river Elbe. Easy to reach, possible to park on the hotels own parking square or in neighbouring streets. Breakfast is available, but not included. Its at small and cosy hotel with a warm personal service. Its a very good standard of rooms, beds and bath. Price is remarkably lower than in the city center, and you really get value for money. We have stayed here before, and we will certainly get back!

Vi var på ferie i Sachsen, Dresden og bjergområdet Sächsisch Schweiz syd for Dresden. Vi har været i områder før, og vi har hver gang valgt at bo i forstaden Laubegast, ned mod floden. Med sporvogn lige uden for døren er man kun 20 min fra city, men bor til gengæld stille og naturskønt. Hotel Alttolkewotzer Hof er et lille og charmerende hotel, men i rigtig flot stand. Vi fik et stort værelse med balkon, det kan bestemt anbefales. Sengene udmærkede, OK morgenmad men vi måtte efterspørge mere brød og kaffe, pris og kvalitet helt OK. Dejligt sted uden for mange (andre) turister, autentisk miljø, vi kommer helt sikkert igen.

Wir haben nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht . Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und würden auch wieder dieses Hotel auswählen .

Tolles und charmantes Hotel direkt im Tal der Elbe. Hinter dem Hotelgelände erstrecken sich direkt Wisen bis hin zur Elbe, wo man abends schön spazieren kann.
Die Küche war außerdem wirklich gut, das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und der Biergarten im Hof sehr gemütlich.
Auch die Parkmöglichkeiten waren gut. Das Hotel selbst hat einige kostenfreie Parkplätze und an der Straße vor dem Hotel war es ohnehin kein Problem in der Nähe was zu finden.
Gut sind außerdem die Straßenbahnanbindung sowie die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca 2 Gehminuten Entfernung.

Zum Übernachten ok. Zum Frühstück werden 2 Aufback-Brötchen zugeteilt, dass ist ungewöhnlich, liegt aber vielleicht an den Radwanderern, die sich sonst ihre Tagesverpflegung wahrscheinlich am Frühstücksbuffet zusammenstellen.

nicht gefallen, hat mit ein zimmer wo das Bad fenster, nur mit Klebeband abgedichtet war. und oberhalb offen, und das fenster nicht schließbar war. Das Zimmer wechsel war aber sehr gut.
Mir hat leider auch die Wlan Verbindung überhaupt nicht gefallen, diese war mehr als schlecht.Da dies auch ein völlig offenes Wlan war, und somit für jeden nutzbar.
