While staff was friendly and helpful the accommodations themselves were poor. The room was icy cold and the heater would not stay on. The shower was a nightmare compact and dirty. On my first day there when I went to shower in the morning the entire women’s shower area was flooded and there were wads of hair everywhere. It was disgusting.

The hostel had clean rooms, toilets and showers. Very comfortable beds as well. Nice location in Neustadt with friendly staff. Also enjoyed karaoke night at the downstairs cafe/bar!

Private room was ok. More than enough bathrooms and showers that were cleaned daily. Located far from city center but walkable.

Only issue were the group of students (?) that kept screaming and running in the middle of the night and slamming doors.

The staff are amazing, friendly, helpful and genuine. The facilities are clean and very well maintained. Unfortunately when it’s hot outside the rooms get very hot and since there is no air con you have to open the window at night for air and the bar Habibis across the way is very noisy. So don’t expect quiet or smoke free air until at least 02:15 or bring ear plugs.

Worth a stay

The condition in the hostel is nice. Love the painting on the ceiling of the room. With shared bathroom. Not located in old city, but the transport is okay.

A bit noisy at night, with our room facing directly to the bar on the opposite side of the street.

Great hostel in Dresden!

This hostel is a couple miles from the main station is Dresden. In a really charming part of the city. There are plenty of food choices near by. Everything was clean and service was great. The bed was comfortable. There is a cafe called Mora 77 that is part of the hostel and it’s actually really chill. They offer free coffee right near the reception.

Good stay for a short time

Good area to stay, very hippy and full of young party people at night, lots of cafes too. Easy access to the old town by tra, or even by walk. The hostel itself is ok for a short stay, though ventilation in the room is poor. The floor in the men shower is constantly wet, the shower curtain is useless! No life in the building so if you got a big suitcase, good luck!

This hostel is located in NEW TOWN within walkable distance to OLD TOWN. Service is good (but towels are not included). Also pay attention that reception is open from 7AM to 7PM normally.

Nettes Personal. Abgewohnt und in meinem Fall war das Badezimmer nicht sauber. Handtücher mussten gegen Gebühr geliehen werden, was ok ist wenn, 1. eine Info vorab dazu erfolgt wäre und 2. diese Handtücher nicht so verbraucht wären. Lüftet mal die Lobby 😉 sonst war es ein nettes Hostel , was man durchaus empfehlen kann

Ich war sehr gut aufgehoben dort und hatte trotzdem meine Ruhe oder dazugehörigkeit, das Team versucht den Gast zu unterstützen bei Fragen oder wünsche , hatte eine Tolle Zeit dort .

部屋にトイレとシャワーがあり、フロアに男女別のシャワー室とトイレ(共同と別)がありので便利。周りには飲食店が多い。スタッフも人も親切だった。キッチンにはオーブンや冷蔵庫、カトラリーがあり自由に使える。

Mir hat die Buchung nicht gefallen, da wir ein Einzimmer mit 2 Betten buchten, als wir dort ankamen, hatten wir jedoch ein Zimmer mit 10 Betten. Das Personal war erstklassig, sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich, gingen sicher, das der Gast voll zufrieden ist. Das wir dort kochen konnten hat mir am besten gefallen und natürlich, das man alles zu Fuß, per Bahn oder mieten von e-bikes oder e-rollern erreichen konnte. Würde es gern nochmals in Angriff nehmen. Nur sollte aus der Buchung hervorgehen, was für ein Zimmer man gebucht hat, ganz ehrlich liebe Leute, das fand ich unter aller Würde

Une bonne adresse pour découvrir Dresde

Quatre jours bien remplis afin de découvrir la ville. L'hôtel répond aux attentes, situé dans un quartier vivant, il constitue une bonne base pour visiter les richesses de Dresde et de ses environs ( possibilité de location de vélos ). Le personnel est accueillant, serviable. Les petits déjeuners copieux, une cuisine est a disposition.

Hotel geeignet für junge Leute aber nicht Familien

wir sind zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder und suchen bei Städtereisen günstige Hotels zum Übernachten
doch schlafen ist sehr schwer den im Mondpalast ist vor der Straße bis ca. 3 Uhr Party.
Fenster aufmachen ist nicht möglich, und im Sommer na ja sehr heiß.

Unser Aufenthalt in Dresden war durch die Übernachtung im mitten in der Dresdner Neustadt gelegenen Hotel \"Mondpalast\" eine sehr entspannte Angelgeneheit. Kaum 5 Gehminuten von der Konzertort entfernt, vollkommen ausreichend ausgestattet, sehr sauber, ordentliche Bettwäsche und Handtücher, großzüge Waschräume und Duschen - alles bestens.
