Location was great for our trip. Room was clean & great for family of 4. The view out our window was amazing! Christmas market below & city harbor view. Breathtaking.

The hotel is not really in the street it says it is.(there’s a small entrance to a check in office) but all the staircases and access to the rooms is through a back court entrance. This entrance court is lined up with garbage cans and containers, food delivery trucks and multiple back door kitchens of a bunch of restaurants, the smell is horrendous. Once you go into the staircase leading to your apartment, there is another very disagreeable smell, the staircase during our 10 day stay was littered with pizza rest other trash or garbage and was generally dirty. The apartment itself was OK however it also had a strong smell, and the walls were paper thin. We could hear eveything from the neighboring appartments. Overall I do not recommend this apartment hotel and myself and my family will never go back there.

We spent a few days in Dresden because its' a lovely, unique city, and this apartment was right in the middle of it all. The entrance is in a courtyard just off the central town square by the Frauenkirche, so everything was at our doorstep but we were away from any noise. The apartment had everything we needed - living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom - and everything was clean and tidy. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. It's a short walk from the tram at Theaterplatz, so it's easy to get to the central station. Restaurants, cafes and shops are all around this area. It was a great stay and a really good place to stay.

The location excellent for exploring - was just in the middle of old town next to Frauenkirche. It was a blessing and our curse at the same time. We were \"lucky\" to come during the City Festival. Our windows were facing the church and the plaza. The noise was tremendous for 3 days in row (lasting till 1 am on the day of arrival, then till 11 pm and 9:30 pm the following two nights.) To be fair - when we closed the windows the noise was muted almost completely, but the problem was with the fact that apartments do not have AC ! (I didn't notice that when booking, otherwise I would never book it in first place, considering our trip in mid of August). It was hot without opening windows. So our sleep was ruined for all 3 nights :(. Otherwise comfortable apartment except for the shower cabin - it was very tiny, when showering was constantly hitting the valve of the shower causing the change of water temperature.

Although the hotel was small and in an older building, it was very clean and well maintained. The atmosphere had a unique charm, and everything was comfortable and tidy. The best part was the location — right in the city center, directly across from the beautiful cathedral. It was the perfect base for exploring Dresden. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return!

We had a clean room on the 5th floor with a comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with a washer, and a kitchen with all the essentials. However, the Wifi connection was very slow to sometimes not usable. Knowing how to access the available facility parking area in advance would have been very helpful since there is no street parking at check-in location. The apartment cost is very reasonable and is located in easy walking distance to all the sites in the old city.

We had a great time in this hotel. The place was amazing, the apartments are very spacious and everything is clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the location is perfect. Finding the reception is a little bit tricky since it is inside the parking lot and not on the side of street.

Since we arrived after 7 pm and the reception was closed, so we had to move in. The next day I went to talk to the hotel management. The reception lady, Theresia, looked like she didn't want to deal with this. She told me that they have over a hundred units and can’t put all the pictures on the website. They had one room that looked like the one in the pictures, but we needed to move out of the current room and move back into a new one in about 4 hours!!! It was freezing outside, we were tired and jetlagged, so we chose to stay in the current room. So we ended up spending a New Year time in a dark outdated place. Such a shame…

The location and size are terrific, but the individual rooms and things like WiFi or access and furniture will depend on the exact building. Our room had a wonderful view but weak Wifi. The bathrooms were very well-maintained, and the shower was very good in regards to temperature and pressure.
We also got very lucky with the fantastic view of the Frauenkirche right across the courtyard. Our family members didn't have a comparable view but had much stronger WiFi signal in their room (which was in another building)

Apartment was great location! The space was more than enough for our family of 6 could have easily slept 8. Simple but adequate furnishings. Only down side was trying to find it. We tried to clarify check in location in advance and received. No response and then could not find building from address. Thankfully a lovely man who apparently works there saw us on corner with bags and kids and helped. The people in Dresden were overly kind! Internet was spotty not great if you plan to work.

The hotel’s location is very central. Just steps away from all major landmarks. The apartment was huge, with living room facing a very noisy street with lots of restaurants and the bedroom facing quieter courtyard (which helped enormously). If you plan to do your own cooking be prepared to walk some 10 min to nearest grocery stores. The kitchen had all basic stuff one needs. The floors were almost entirely carpeted. Big bathroom. The laundry machine didn’t do a good job for us, leaving half of the load barely wet, let alone clean. The stay was overall very nice, and the price was really good for what we got.

Fantastic location with almost all places to visit in walking distance. The historic part of Dresden is right at your doorstep. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was very kind that we could safely store our luggage the next day to explore even more of the beautiful area. The only tricky part was to actually find this place along with the parking because at the time there was a lot of road constructions going on and nowhere a sign of the accommodation to be seen anywhere.

Probably got it at a steal! Fantastic location at the main square with lots of food options and sights within walking distance, room was overlooking the river, the apartment was more than sufficient for me and my partner (6 can probably stay comfortably). Only \"complain\" is that the parking is a tad far... but that's the case for all other hotels around the main square.

This is in a crowded restaurant district, and my apartment was inches away from a noisy tavern. The thudding music and shrieks continued til 2am on a Wednesday night. I slept terribly!

Spacious apartment right in the middle of the city. The apartment was well appointed with everything I could need for our stay. My only regret was that my work kept me away all day so there was little opportunity to enjoy the apartment more. Thicker curtains would be appreciated as the dawn sunlight made the bedroom bright at 5am even in late March. Also might help to damp some street noise from late night revellers in the city centre.

The location couldn't have been better for Christmas Market-ing, as I was. But the noise from the restaurants and bars below the frontside in the evening, and the service noise (garbage trucks, carts rolling) from the backside window made it a fairly noisy location. It was easily remedied by closing the windows, but I was there when it wasn't too hot. It would be more difficult during the summer as there is no air conditioning.

Very good location, right in the heart of the Old town of Dresden, making sightseeing very convenient. Large flat, self-contained and good for value! Beware that the reception is in the 1/F of another building. The biggest short-coming is the rather weak reception of WiFi in my flat in Flat no. 2.

Property has a great location, walking distance of major attractions. The apartment has very good space and furniture. In our trip to Germany for different cities we found that customer service attitude it is not as high as in USA or Canada and this apart-hotel is not much different. When arrived, I noticed there was no air condition in the apartment nor fan or ventilators. Day temperature those days was above 30 Celsius. I arrived at 10:30 pm so when asking the receptionist about getting some ventilators she mentioned it was to late for that. The following day I complained to the receptionist who did not received me with a very friendly attitude. However, that day I received 2 ventilators that she was able to find for me. This was the only hotel in my 3 weeks trip through Italy, Austria, Check Republic, and Germany that did not had ventilators or air condition in the room when I arrived.

Then, in the morning the trash truck came in to empty the dumpster. The truck was noisy, the crashing of the dumpster into the truck was noisy, and that's how our morning began. None of that was in our plan for starting our day.
Aparthotel has several buildings within 500 meters of our building and I don't think the others have the same issues as our location. You might need to go to our building to check in, but that is a small price to pay for quiet in the evening and morning.

An excellent flat right in the centre of the old town. There is a front desk selling wine, beer, water. The kitchen allows preparation of all meals at a vast saving. The Frauenkirche square is 50 feet away

Breakfast is at another small restaurant about 200 metres from Apartment, so we didnt bother even go as that is very inconvenient. 2 single beds where really tiny, one feather pillow where not enough. It's not worth it for cost of € 110,- a night at all. Only good think about it is location.
