This hotel is only good for its location. It’s close by the Christmas market and some neighbouring restaurants. Other than that don’t even waste your time. The staff is rude, unwilling to help you. All the lights in the hotel are off for whatever reason.. it was so weird and sketchy. Almost like they can’t afford to keep them on in the hallways/lobby etc. elevator seems so broken, key pad looked like it had fallen off. Bathroom is SUPER tiny so it felt a bit uncomfortable but we managed. The room itself is nice and clean and spacious (modern too) but other than that everything else was not good. Seems like a quick hotel you book if you’re trying to go out partying and don’t care about where you stay. They also don’t have a central microwave or anything like that so just be aware.

An Amazing Stay!
We had an incredible stay! The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff members were incredibly kind and helpful (especially Alex who worked the front desk), and we loved having an amazing restaurant inside of the hotel. A huge highlight for the kids were the free drinks available and multi-color light options for our room. I couldn’t recommend this location more.

The location of the hotel is great and just one stop from the main train station. It is located on a quaint plaza and mini Christmas market. It has nice touches such as free gluwein and treats in the lobby. The room was big and we had free access to items in the minibar. Everything was terrific except that we had to wait almost half an hour for someone to show up at the reception to check us in and give us our hotel keycard. Overall I highly recommend the place and would stay here again!

The electronic key card for my room did not work properly, I had to go up to the 3rd floor and go down with my luggage and then go up again. But that's not all, the same thing happened the next day when I couldn't get into the room after breakfast! If the card does not work, it must be replaced!

When I tried to drink tea in the lobby in the evening, it turned out that the kettle had already been taken out(?) and the person on duty did not offer to return it.

There is no BAR😭 actually is some Asian bar who was closed. There is no Kettle in the room that we can make morning coffee (what is very important for me to wake up) and you can't get it from the hotel (of course we wanted to pay) and the third but not so important was the street train who was under our room every 20-30min 🙄

Das Hotel ist doch schon etwas abgewohnt. Das Zimmer war klein, das Badezimmer besonders eng und hatte hier und da auch etwas Schimmel. Das Fenster war undicht und man merkte bzgl. Lärm nicht ob es geschlossen oder offen war - es war immer gleich laut. Hingegen das Bett und das Frühstück waren doch recht gut, das Personal ebenfalls nett. Von daher kann man das Hotel für 1,2 Nächte durchaus empfehlen. Aber zu viel erwarten sollte man nicht.

Das haben wir klaglos hingenommen, hätten wir auch vorher erfragen können. Das war kein Problem für uns. Das Personal war unaufdringlich und sehr freundlich, weiter so!

Frühstück war in Ordnung und im Preis enthalten. Die Rezeption ist nur von 13 bis 23 Uhr besetzt. Die Rezeptionistin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war recht heiss am Wochenende da hat die Klimaanlage ein wenig gefehlt. Als Ausgleich durften wir die Minibar ohne Aufpreis austrinken. Zimmer war gross, Bett sehr weich. Liegt ganz günstig zur Strassenbahn.

Wir waren schon öfter in diesem Hotel, aber noch nicht nach der Renovierung. Die Zimmer sind top, geräumig mit riesigem Fernseher, 2 große Kleiderschränke. Das Bad auch ordentlich mit allem, was man braucht. Das Frühstück nach wie vor ein Traum

Mir hat das moderne und zugleich schlichte Design gefallen. Den riesigen Bildschirm im Zimmer hätte ich zwar nicht gebraucht, aber er war auch nicht nervig und das Zimmer an sich wie gesagt modern, aber fürs Auge beruhigend...kein unnötiger Schnickschnack. So mag ich das :-) Gern wieder!

Super gelegen, alle Verkehrsmittel, alles für den täglichen Bedarf in der Nähe, auch zu Fuß durch den großen Garten in die Altstadt laufen macht Spaß.
Die neue Einrichtung ist noch in gutem Zustand, bis auf die Gardinen. Die Haken in den Rollern der Gardinenschiene sind überlastet von den (schönen, schweren) Gardinen. In unserem Zimmer waren mindestens 4 Stück gebrochen.

Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht da mit Hund. Alles hat gepasst. Sehr freundlich , sauber, Frühstück war hervorragend. Ein bisschen teuer, aber so ist das nun mal. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall noch mal 😊

Soweit ganz OK. Die Rezeption war leider nur zeitweise besetzt, war aber kein Problem beim Check-in und Check-out. Die Sauberkeit von Zimmer und Bad war in Ordnung. An das Bett muss man sich gewöhnen, ist aber auch eine Gefühlsache. In Sachen der Funktionstüchtigkeit des Zimmers ist noch einiges zu verbessern. Die Vorhänge sind am Ende der Gardinenleiste ausgehangen und das schaut nicht schön aus. Die Ganzglastür im Bad hängt auf der Übergansschiene des Fußbodens, so dass man Angst hat, sie beim schließen. kaputt zu machen.
Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt und so haben die Kleinigkeiten nicht gestört.

Das Hotel ist sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Bus und Straßenbahn befinden sich direkt vor der Tür. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, der Fernseher riesig und das Bad war auch modern ausgestattet. Außerdem habe ich selten in so einem bequemen Bett beschlafen. Zudem war die Minibar kostenfrei (nur ein Öffner wäre nett gewesen). Alles in allem war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Leider war die Sauna gesperrt.

Das Wasser für den Kaffeevollautomat wird aus einem großen Kanister unter dem Automaten angesaugt. Direkt daneben steht ein Kanister mit einem Aufkleber \"Vorsicht ätzend\".
Das ganze Haus ist stark renovierungsbedürftig. Abgebrochene Lichtschalter, die Beschläge an den Türklinken der Zimmertüre lose. Die Blenden im Frühstücksraum dreckig und mit Kreppband festgeklebt...

Stegende varmt værelse uden aircondition eller mulighed for at åbne vindue, da det lå lige ud til trafikeret vejkryds. Vi fik en formaning fra personalet om ikke at hænge ud i den aircondition-tempererede lobby, da vi ikke kunne holde ud at være på det stegende varme værelse.
Med minibar menes ikke køleskab og kølige drikkevarer, men derimod en bakke med en brandvarm danskvand på.
Morgenmaden er noget af det dyreste, der findes. Heldigvis ligger der massere af bagere i nærområdet.
