Beautiful place with exceptional service and facilities.
We stayed in the Toscana Suite for four nights, and it was spacious and bright. Every request we made was promptly accommodated in a professional and courteous manner.
Breakfast and dinner at the Italian restaurant were excellent.
The hotel is conveniently located next to the World Trade Center.
I highly recommend this place.

Rude staff. My daughter was playing the piano at the reception (she was not just toying around, she is an excellent pianist), One of the staffs came to her and rudely asked to stop playing. As per the hotel advertisement, piano was among one of the things to do. If at all it was not, they should treat people with respect and should have interrupted her professionally.

Air conditioning was not working, to make things worse it was a heatwave while we were in Dresden so hard tough time sleeping without properly functioning A/C.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Elbflorenz. The room was very comfortable and the property was excellent. Be prepared to pay an additional city tax as well as a 12€/night parking.

Part of the World Trade Centre, Dresden. About twenty minutes walk to the interesting parts of the city and the same to the Hauptbahnhoff. Close to a main road so earplugs were necessary. A/C not working nor bathroom extractor fan.

Our room was large and we felt comfortable. Breakfast buffet is available but was not included in our room rate and was quite expensive, though they did offer a good selection. There is a bakery and a minimart in the World Trade Centre connected to the hotel. There are also Asian and Itallian resteraunts in the WTC. Parking is also attached and is cheaper than other places weve been. The main attractions are 20 - 30 minutes walk but there is a tram stop right outside.

At first the area did not look so great around the Hotel, but after exploring it was very close to the Christmas markets, the mall, and the hop on hop off bus tour. Staff and breakfast were excellent.

Had a very quiet room which faced the interior courtyard. Location is excellent - just a quick couple of streetcar stops to get to the Altstadt (old part of the city). Breakfast was wonderful with a great selection. Above all, it was the extremely helpful staff, who helped me a lot with a lost item, that made this a very special place to stay.

Interesting location attached to business center and small covered mall (convenient for stores and dining). Nice lobby. Room good enough, but nothing special. Missed not having a coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was very expensive for the quality and variety of the food -it’s easy to eat next door (unless you are here on a Sunday). Used nearby metered parking to save exorbitant parking fees as well. Could not use hotel wifi until check in time (not a generous policy). Overall just fine, but a bit overpriced considering amenities.

First the clerk from the night shift tell us parking is for free, then the next day the whole night shift clerk team, is almost laughing at us, same clerk says parking not for free. Never encountered such an unprofessional and childish behavior in my whole life, in all the hotels I ever been. Second the same clerk explained it in German because he pretended his English is bad! Seams he doesn't speak any language correctly. So very bad service.

The cupboard in the room is old smelly and ugly, wouldn't put any thing inside, cause it would smell.

The shower has annoying curtains.

The room is super hot, the AC noisy, the roof fan is also annoying.

No coffee not tea machine in the room.

To make it perfect they should give you a key instead of a card. Also welcome drink was not tasty, sorry.

This hotel is the worse! How come it has 4 stars???

Really wonderful hotel with service personnel who were thoroughly professional, courteous, and friendly. My room was spotless, as was the bathroom. Hotel Elbflorenz also offers a really fine breakfast that I thoroughly enjoyed. I will stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel in Dresden

This is a newer hotel and it is in the World Trade Center complex. It is very easy to get to from the airport by train. Local transportation is also easily available. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Dresden historic district. I would have felt safe here as a solo traveler. There is a market also in the complex as well as a bakery and several restaurants.

The room was just wonderful. Very comfy bed and the room and the property itself was absolutely clean. What I didn't like was the breakfast-room. The restaurant was huge. The buffet itself in a separate room some stairs up. So you basically have to run several times upstairs to get your stuff together. And due to the size of the room it was quite noisy.

The hotel is nice in general. The shower in my room was not good. Either extremely hot or cold water.
Apart from that, here is what I liked:
- rent bikes in the lobby
- close to the station (15 minute walk)
- good breakfast
- hotel restaurant was pretty good
- 15 minute walk from city center

What I don’t like:
- not cozy, but place with large spaces
- hotel bar is very open and not cozy either
- rooms are small-ish

All in all, a decent place to stay but no wow factor.

Great hotel! Nice rooms and beautiful lobby. Theaters in courtyard during summer. Short S-Bahn ride from train station right by the World Trade Center. Good location. Most hotel staff were great. One or two had a little bit of attitude during our checkin process.

We have a very pleasant stay. We were staying in a suite on the 7th floor which was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The decor of the bedroom featuring wrought iron bed was simple but elegant. As for the living room, I would choose a more stylized sofa set, but the one they have is pretty good in terms of comfort. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise; they even have rollmops herring and prosecco. Although there were a few technical glitches during our stay (the pay TV not available and the sauna was not working), we still love this hotel.

A large modern hotel, not too far from the main train station (a bit far to walk, but the tram goes close by). Decor is mostly business hotel style but with elements of a B&B thrown in - wicker chairs, metal-framed bed - which makes it a bit more interesting. Staff were pretty friendly, and breakfast was very good (though they were a bit swamped on a holiday weekend). The hotel is attached to the World Trade Center Dresden, which unless you're there on business doesn't offer much, but it does have a few restaurants. Dresden centre itself is only ~10 minutes or a few tram stops away. I'd be happy to stay there again.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Das Bett war leider nicht ganz okay. Es war mit einer durchgehenden Matratze ausgestattet. Wenn zwei darin schlafen, und sich einer bewegt, wird die zweite Person jedesmal gestört.
Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Im Prinzip ok. Uns hat es sehr geärgert, dass die beiden Zimmer, die wir lange im voraus gebucht hatten, zwar auf einer Etage aber doch sehr weit voneinander entfernt lagen. Eine vernünftige bodentiefe Dusche im Zimmer wäre zeitgemäßer als eine Badewanne mit Duschvorhang. Der Frühstücksraum war personell sehr üppig bestückt, Mitarbeiterinnen, die den Zugang kontrollieren, andere , die einen Platz zuweisen und wieder andere, die abräumen. Wünschenswert wäre bei dem Preis für das Frühstück, dass Küchenpersonal frisch Omeletts oder Spiegelei zubereitet. Und auch wenn die wurstscheiben aus einer Großpackung kommen, kann man das so hinlegen, dass es nicht so offensichtlich ist ( mein Mann mäkelt eigentlich nicht beim Essen, aber das ist selbst ihm sehr unangenehm aufgestoßen) , der Obstsalat roch an einem Tag etwas gärig und der Prosecco hatte kaum noch Kohlensäure ( dann besser weglassen)

Schönes sehr sauberes Zimmer. Gute Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist das Bett mit durchgehender Matratze. Man rollt permanent in die Mitte. Es gleicht einem Wasserbett. An ruhigen Schlaf war nicht zu denken.

Ein sehr sehr schönes Hotel. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war gut, aber viel zu teuer. Das parken in der Tiefgarage war auch nicht günstig. Aber alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Hotel Elbflorenz genossen. Vor allem die Lage schätzen wir sehr, so dass die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuss oder mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr erreichbar waren. Leider fanden wir, dass der Preis für das Frühstück zu teuer war und deshalb haben wir das Angebot nicht genutzt.
