The room was tidy but the bedsheets had a cigarette burn on them, and there was a hole on the wall near the floor bigger than a golf ball.
The bathroom had brown splatter near the baseboards, and there was dirty paper towels scrunched under the sink. There was also no extra toilet paper other than the one provided. Also the bathroom window didn’t have a screen and the window wouldn’t stay open by itself so we put a bottle to hold it open.

First night I got in at 10 PM and the room looked nothing like the pictures they had online. The carpet was stained multiple places. The curtains were sheer enough I could see everything when the lights were out. The worst part is that the bed had some stains, debris, and hair in it, and not cleaned. Overall would never say again and would never recommend. I ended up just leaving and paying for another hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Upon arrival the front desk person was cooking in a kitchen connected to the front desk. Se called out and said, hello?! The man say yes? As if we weren't there to check in or out. Then comes to us and says someone will be with us shortly. He proceeds to call someone on the phone multiple times to no avail. Then walks out and said he'd be right back. We watched as he walked down to the end of hotel and waited for someone to come back and check us in. We got our room key and proceeded to walk to our room. The parking lot was dirty with an old lawn mower and trash. Once we got into the room we were in complete shock as the room was filthy and smelled so bad. I also bring extra sheets just in case as well as cleaning supplies. We had to use both. I had to clean the bathroom top to bottom including the shower with a shower curtain that looked like it had never been cleaned. There were stains on the blanket, an old beer can under the sink, no toilet paper and stains on the wall. It also looked like it had never been vacuumed. We got in later in the evening so we ended up sleeping there. The bed was the worst part. It felt like a box spring covered with a blanket. We had to go to the nearest Ross and buy towels and a blanket. The next morning we went to find another hotel and checked out of this place immediately despite having reserved for 3 nights. We will NEVER come back and shame on this place renting rooms. I want a refund immediately.

The room appeared that it hadn't been cleaned for weeks. Black mold on the shower curtain, disgusting carpet that obviously hadn't been vacuumed for a while. I had booked for 4 nights and ended up staying only 3. Didn't get any maid service the entire time. The linens seemed to be clean which is the best I can say about it.

This was the cheapest room I could find, my expectations were pretty low but they were exceeded. The room had a mini fridge with a freezer and a microwave which I was not expecting at all and was a very pleasant surprise. I had a little trouble getting the television to work and the staff was quick to get it fixed. Overall I was really happy with my stay. Parked directly in front of my room. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Dirty tiny room for too high of a price. Had huge hair balls on the shower floor with soap scum on the glass. Stained sheets with paper thin pillows. Smelled heavily of smoke and there was nicotine seepage and water damage on the walls and ceilings. Only had a minifridge and microwave. Front desk was fine when checking in. Free parking. Kind of close enough to walk to some restaurants.

Nothing unique. Motel room appeared not properly cleaned, drapes coming down, only 2 light fixtures (both on the same side of the bed). The bathroom was dirty, the mirror had toothpaste spots on it (I wiped off with a napkin I had), shower curtain had a hairclip from previous patron and there was a grocery bag under the sink with what looked like clothes and a post-it note stating \"this is not my stuff\" Kimberly. Why not throw away then? A blowdryer was once available because the holder was still on the wall but no dryer. Only minimal bathroom linens, no bath mat so floor got wet and I didn't have any extra towels to put down. No screen on bathroom window or exhaust fan, so was very steamy. No coffee maker or even plastic cups for water in bathroom. No ice as machine was broke and probably has been for some time. Room did have mini-frig and decent t.v. and bed linens were white and unstained, so hopefully clean.

They do not keep additional linen for guest staying multiple days if you request towels you have to give your dirty linen and wait till they have been washed and dried . My suggestion to property owners is invest in additional linen. I live and work in lake Tahoe I stay in this motel only based on daily rate

It's a cheap motel, so you get what you pay for I guess. Moldy shower curtains, poor lighting in the rooms, bare minimum when it comes to amenities. I was unable to find parking on a couple occasions because of inadequate spaces.
Overall though, it's not a terrible place to stay if you're on a budget and don't care too much about quality. Heating worked and the shower was hot, so I can't really complain too much.

Rooms have strange smells. Baseboards falling apart, dust everywhere. Food and stains on floor and walls. Probably the worst place to stay in the entirety of Tahoe. They do not even have an official cleaning crew. I slept in a sleeping bag as i didn’t want to be on their dirty sheets.

Do not waste your money. I paid $200 for two nights and it was awful. The bed was littered with ants.I only stayed one night because of how dirty the room was. When I checked out, the property manager was shocked but told me I needed to inform him to clean the room. Aren’t you supposed have a clean room before your guests arrive? Why should I be doing your job. Go anywhere else even if it means spending a few more bucks. This place is NOT worth it.

My family and I were looking for a last minute hotel stay in Tahoe. This was one of the only available. When we got into the room we found the room was infested with ants. All in the beds and all over the night stand. I’ve stayed in some rough places but this was by far in the worst shape and dirtiest. The only thing the front office offered was some bug spray and a quick cleaning of the room.

I don't even know where to start off. I'm not one to complain however this is not a place I would stay at again. When we accessed our room, I could see it wasn't cleaned. There was dirt on the floors in the main room and bathroom. I noticed there were no towels and had to go to the office and request them. There was dust all over the nightstand. When I went to use the restroom, the toilet had not been flushed from a prior user. I explained to my husband this is not ok. He stated we are just sleeping here so let it be. Well, I let it be. When I woke up in the morning to take a shower. There was a big blob of hair in the shower drain. (Gross) I like a soft mattress, but this was a little too soft. When you laid on the mattress, we litterly sunk into it. The only good thing about this place was the location. We didn't' want to stay close to the stay line but close enough to ride bikes or drive to the casino. As people say you get what you pay for. I will spend a little more money next time for a clean room.

We were disappointed from check in to when we checked out a day early. Tahoe was also experiencing a power outage out of their control. Tough weekend for the hotel. I have no idea how this place got all of the great reviews and I will never ever rely on reviews again to make a reservation. Easy check in was the only plus There were ants in the bathroom. The shower head leaked and sprayed onto the floor - no way to stop it. No rug or extra towels provided. Only the cold water worked in the bathroom sink and it sprayed so hard it made a mess. The mattress - I don't even have words to describe. AND, there was no parking. We had to park on the street behind the hotel. Looked like there might be permanent residents there.

It looked like a place that you go to commit suicide when I try to get my money back through Expedia I was on the phone for over an hour with a gentleman that couldn’t get my email address right when I expressed my irritation, he told me he didn’t have to do it for me and that he was canceling the return. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, so the next morning around 9 AM, after spending one night, I requested a room change. When I returned to my room at 7 PM, I saw that their only “solution” was opening the WC window—and they even forgot to close it. Additionally, the WC door wouldn’t close completely, making it uncomfortable to use the bathroom. More concerning, the room had no smoke detector, which is a serious safety issue.
To make matters worse, the staff showed little concern for my complaints and even suggested that if I was unhappy, I could cancel my reservation. The lack of customer service, poor room conditions, and safety concerns made my stay very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

This was one of the worst motels I have stayed at. They charge a resort fee however there are no amenities at all! Why the resort fee? No pool, hot tub, coffee in rooms, maid service, trash service, or breakfast items. The room was very expensive for such poor quality. The bed was old, flat and lumpy, and the room was so dark with limited lighting, a person would need to bring an extra couple of lamps. The walls are so thin you can hear every noise like the footsteps on the stairs and walking around above. Bad deal!

I hate to give negative reviews to places I visited but this time I think is necessary to express my and family opinion, there were not towels to shower or any type of soap to wash our hands after visiting the restroom or a towel to dry our hands, the TV doesn’t work which was a really inconvenient since we travel with a 3 year old baby and she loves GM watch cartoons, another thing negative thing is people be smoking in their rooms and outside the rooms again this is a very inconvenient if you have small kids, my family and I visit Lake Tahoe very often through out the year but sadly this will be the last time we are going to stay at this hotel.

The room was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. There were stains on the floor, the curtains were dirty. We had 5 people and there were only 3 shower towels and 1 hand towel. There was 1roll of TP. We asked for more of everything and the right amount/ enough were never provided. Only 2 nice things were the comforters and the shower pressure. I WOULD NEVER STAY AGAIN, you've been warned!!!

Dirty, seedy, bad front desk service. The first room I got smelled like smoke. I told the front desk person, and she put me into an even worse room. No customer service, no apology. Nothing. Soulless customer service. Would definitely not recommend this hotel.

We checked in with this property. The lady had to ask us six times if we had any animals, we got our room key put our stuff on the bed. Quickly looked at the room noticed there was a small wet spot by the bathroom not a big deal. Left the room and went to dinner when we came back we noticed the heater was not on the room so it was freezing and and upon further inspection when I’ve installed water spot on the floor was actually water damage leaking down the wall behind the bed Would not recommend this if it’s on a budget would’ve sucked up the motel fee and found a different place to stay

The deadbolt on the door would not lock, the bathroom window would not close securly. The two large windows by the beds were lacking privacy curtains that could cover the whole window. Food was left in the refrigerator from a prior persons stay. There was an old dead bug squashed on a wall. TV did not work. Power outlets on ywo of the bedside lamps did not work.
